Excellent Ajiaco!! The flavor is just right, not to mention the excellent service from Daniela over at the counter. Always with a smile, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful with everything. 10/10
Thanks don Jediondo next to Primark for a delicious ajiaco. Thanks María great service.
Best Colombian food I’ve ever had. And it’s in a mall! The beans are to die for. Steak so tender and delicious! Everything is so good! Service phenomenal. Glad we passed up the mall bourbon chicken for this!
Pretty good I can recommend it , gave us lots of energy for the whole day.
The food and service were spectacular. I'm grateful to have traditional and delicious food businesses in the city. Congratulations.
I bought a Bandeja Paisa from this restaurant and I loved the taste of that food. Boiled Rice on point, carne asada not overcooked and really tasty, beans really amazing at the point you can eat just the bowl of beans by itself, and to finish the best maracuya juice.
Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I only had a bad food experience there when they started out but they have improved since then. The prices are reasonable and food is always good now.
Delicious Soup ~ so good!!! I’m actually going to go back for my Birthday Dinner before The Panthers game in April
We discovered Don Jediondo at the food court, where there were several restaurant options, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. This Colombian restaurant left us with the best impression. We ordered a Bandeja Paisa, served in true Colombian style, and the ranchero beans were absolutely spectacular; full of flavor and just perfect. The whole experience was extremely gratifying; the food was delicious, authentic, and left us completely satisfied. The service was outstanding, especially compared to the other restaurants around. We truly loved Don Jediondo and highly recommend it. If you’re looking for a real Colombian and Latin experience, with flavors that remind you of your mom’s or grandma’s cooking, this is definitely the place to go. Excellent restaurant!
Alejandro was so helpful and really made my day as not many people are observant or nice nowadays. His kind act caused me to leave a five star review.
Awesome colombian fast food, I tried the bistec a caballo, was really good, well cooked as i ordered, came with white rice, a green fried plantain (patacon), french fries, a fried egg all with a liminade panela beverage (cane sugar and limonade) souteed onions and tomatoes and some sauces to try, burgers looks very tempting, ill have try them another day, my plate was well proportioned for the price. Dont be discouraged by the people waiting for their orders as food is grilled fresh but they do move quickly, order get your ticket and wait for your number to be called, staff is super friendly and courteous.
Dine in quality food at a food court. Food could have been a little hotter. Otherwise, it was great.

We had the Patacones Con Chicharron (fried plantain with crispy pork belly with guacamole) and the fried green plantain burger (fried green plantain instead of a bun). Both were fantastic and the plantain was perfectly crispy. I'd highly recommend this place if you're looking for Columbian food. Amazing.
The food tastes great. They even have a type of arepa imported all the way from Colombia and you cannot find it anywhere else. Sometimes it's annoying that they don't have those arepas, but they're imported. I wish they had a restaurant because the food court experience is plain sad.
We tried this Colombian fast food restaurant at Sawgrass Mills Mall in Florida and were pleasantly surprised! They offered all the typical Colombian favorites, including a delicious bandeja paisa with perfectly crispy chicharrón. The portions were generous, and the blackberry juice (jugo de mora natural) was super refreshing. Great taste, good value, and a nice spot for a quick bite of authentic Colombian flavor!
Colombian food at both of the Food Courts at the mall. Great when you want to try something healthier than American food

Colombian restaurant at Sawgrass food court! They have two locations there. If you order the food to go, do not go to the one near Marshalls, the only location that handles UBER orders to go is the one near Target! Also note, the pictures on the menu do not represent what you actually get! I ordered one of their lunch specialities, but sadly the order was missing one of the main ingrediants, the beans. Rather than owning it, they said likely the delivery driver forgot it in the car! Really terrible of them to say that when the bag was sealed and it only had one take out container in it 😞
While we were at Sawgrass mall we came across this Colombian eatery. Don Jediondo a famous Colombian comedian. The servers behind the counter were polite and helpful, and recommended several dishes. We tried the Ajiaco, the chicken empanadas and a Manzana soft drink. The empanadas seems like they were sitting in oil for awhile, the Ajiaco, just didn’t have the taste and the fried plantain was simply dripping in oil. Nice concept, but they should check on quality control.
Very dissatisfied with this place, nothing like the one in Colombia. I ordered empanadas and they had a weird taste, the bandeja paisa was ok but nothing great, the only thing that I enjoy was the arepa with sweet taste and the blood sausage. Unfortunately the restaurant don't show the taste of good "Colombia food "
Service was ok. Food quality is horrible and pricey. I bought an arepa boyacense almost 6 dollars trying to get the experience and taste erll basically tasted like garlic, was hard and didn’t even tasted it like an actual one. I am disappointed cause you’re paying the price for Colombian food with no quality and taste. The ajiaco was plain, french fries didn’t look or taste good. You need to do better. I am not coming back.
We were surprised at how bad the steak was at this place because we’ve ordered from their menu before and it was definitely not as bad as this. The steak was tough and extremely bland so we asked for chimichurri and it was probably the worst chimichurri we’ve ever tried! Awful. The steak comes with arepa and fries which were both pretty good hence the extra star, otherwise this would definitely be a 1 star experience. Also please have better sides options for the children’s menu, fries and rice as a side isn’t very ideal. We asked if they could swap the sides for something healthier and they said no so we ended up not ordering for our child. I’d skip this place and go elsewhere at the mall

Was there this past weekend. Ordered the Chicharons which come with either fried casaba or tortilla. The casaba was dry and very crunchy, almost no casaba inside the breading. The pork rinds were barely cooked and had more fat than meat. The total cost for that order was $15 for that plate. For what we got and the way it was cooked certainly not worth it.

The worst stake I've ever had. Very bland/insipid. I tried to disguise the lack of seasoning with chimichurri sauce but it only made it worse.🤦♂️👎👎
What do you mean I have to buy something just to get a cup of water when anywhere else in the food court would just give it to me…. Outrageous
Very expensive, small porción and not good taste. I order a soup and arepa con queso the soup was watery with no taste, the arepa was tiny dry and The cheese ran through the Arepa.
Poor quality food, poor quantity and EXPENSIVE. Definitely doesn’t taste like Colombian food. This restaurant is a shame! Will never come back here.
When they first opened and the owner was around it was a 5 star place but now the staff is horrible forcing additional sides and ingredients to charge extra & if they’re not given the highest percentage of tips they’ll start making faces and the plates when handed are just thrown. I requested a well done burger and was given the same rare meat twice. The other meals in my order were bland the chicken and pork was extra dry over all a horrible experience.
Food was horrible, empanadas for sure they were old and the tostones were double or tripled fried i could taste the oil inside. Soup not that good, and the hamburgers were horrible too. Not recommended and then they asked for a tip just because we paid with $100 bill, $60 dollars WAISTED everything was bland
Food was horrible. No flavor whatsoever. Sorry, but that is not authentic Colombian Food. Colombian food is so flavorful and delicious but this place gives a bad representation. We spent about $40 on food and drinks, and paid close to $9 on "Natural Juices" that were not natural and were a tiny 8/10 oz glass bottle. Service wasn't any better. The lady taking orders was rude and the rest of the employees just giving mean looks and cooking with an attitude as people were placing orders. Definitely not ordering from there again.
Absolute worst food presented, the food was returned and we were fully charged for a meal that we didn’t eat. The rice looked like a ball of mashed potatoes. They served a salad with no dressing and the chicken was less than enough to feed a 2 year old. The staff had no common sense and lacked customer service. I would not recommend or return.
The worse Colombian food I have ever had. I ordered Sancocho de Pollo - It was exessibly seasoned. Rice was uncooked, a very hard yuca and the consomé tasted nothing but consomé and more like flavoring cubes. Don Jediondo: this seems to be a great opportunity to showcase those dishes from different regions of the country but so far it is an absolute failure. Ricardo was there and I assumed that his presence would impact the quality and service but it was the complete opposite - FOOD WAS TERRIBLE.- Don Jediondo, do something about it. Its sad to see this business loaded with bad reviews.
Don't go this place. Service is horrible. I choose to eat at this restaurant because I want something specific they sell that I like and the experience that I had was really disappointing. I went to register expecting to be served and there was to female employees and a guy at kitchen talking on the back. All three employees saw me multiple times and none of them even try to say anything. I moved into different positions trying to get their attention and it was even worst because they hide. If restaurant was closed, at least say it and I will not wait in there. First and last time that I will go this place.
It wasn't that great. The ajiaco soup was not that great. We ordered also a variety plate of chorizo, morcilla and others, it was ok, food was overpriced. Coffee tasted like water. The reason for my stars was the service; food's quality and quantity are missing. It was really disappointing, hopefully it improves or it won't be there for long.
Very disappointed!!! I ordered a Rib Sancocho (Sancocho de Costilla), the meat was tough, and the soup was EXTREMELY salty. I couldn't eat it. Reported it, but they showed no interest. (No les preocupo mi comentario). I wouldn't return ever!
Sometimes, it hurts to give a bad review, but this time is well deserved. After asking for a well done steak and repeating to the cashier two times, each time cashier confirmed, I got a very rare steak. I requested again to cook it for more time. In the meantime, cashier and Manager look at my table with the "I don't care attitude". Needles to say, I couldn't eat the steak.
Bad experience. It was only like 60 gr of beef or less. It was just colombian potatos and plantains
My girl and I ordered Carne asada plate it comes with arepa and fries, and also ordered Ajiaco soup, it comes with rice, 🍚 the rice was super salty , the menú photos look deceiving, once served, the carne asada looks more like a palomilla steak with Cajun seasoning, I didn’t know Colombians eat Cajun seasoned fries as well , it’s so sad I payed $41.39 , Never eating out of this food chain ever
I was so looking forward to trying this place for the first time. I guess I should have read the reviews before ordering here. I got the buy one get one free potato chicken soup w rice n fried plantains and the burger chiro. The Burger was soggy and undercooked (red in middle) the soup had no flavor barely any potatoes or chicken in it and the plantains dried out. My suggestion is take a little more time cooking add some spice and love to your food. Maybe then you'll have more customers with better reviews.
I try to eat the hamburger, terrible ....the french fries terrible the food is not fresh definitely not recommended
I ordered two chicken soups on Uber eats. I always order their food and it’s always good. This time I noticed a white piece of material in the soup, when I removed it I realized it was a piece of glove! Imagine if my toddler should’ve digested that she could’ve have choked! I am truly disgusted. I do not recommend this place.
I order thru Uber for the first time since they had an special but it will be my last time . Very disappointed, very small portion and food had no flavor. Toston was hard, no sauces . Not worth $12 per plate
Don Jediondo food is the worst. They should pay attention to these reviews and turn this around. 👀 We ordered steak, it seemed like old leather and taste terrible. The fried yuca was full of oil. Two orders we threw in the garbage. Chicharrón needs help. They had ran out of cold water bottles. 🤦 Their customer service was great, but that won't help them if food is this terrible. 🤷 F++++ 0 ⭐

i was hungry as hell and i I ordered this deal with two steaks and potatoes and this bread looking thing and when I get my food which kinda took a long time, I got two steaks that were thinner than a piece of paper that look gray too, and the only that was actually decent was the soggy fries. waste of money don't go.
I usually don't leave reviews but the food was so bad for the price I just had to. My expectations aren't high but for $60 I expected at least somewhat good food. The NY strip steak is way too thin; We ordered medium rare but the steak was so thin (less than an inch thick) that it was super well done and too chewy. The ribs are alright but the chicharrones did not have crispy skin and the fat did not render properly so it was mostly chewy unappetizing fat. Again, I really don't have too high of expectations but I had to let other people know about this bad the food I got was, odd how they charge such high prices :(
I went to order food and the girl at the cash register, Gabriela, is rude and ill-mannered. She's very argumentative and impolite, and has terrible customer service.
