Our waitress Ana Maria at the Copiague, NY restaurant is the best waitress. She makes you feel welcome and treats you like you’re a guest in her home. Extremely caring and remembers everything you ask for. This is the 2nd time we have had her as our waitress and she is flawless

My friend and I had lunch yesterday at Red lobster on Sunrise highway in Copiague around 11:30 yesterday, Monday. It was the most enjoyable experience. Firstly our waiter was very attentive, professional and had the sweetest personality. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. He was a very handsome black young man. I wanted to take this opportunity to let management and everyone else know how wonderful he was, how delicious the food was and how warm and inviting the atmosphere was. Definitely will be on our list of fav places to go. ❣️😋

Came here for a quick bite. Of course the cheese biscuits are delish lol. The food was also good, filling and came out pretty quick. The waitress was really nice and even the other waiter helping other tables. I felt welcomed being I was eating alone it felt nice. Great experience and food was good. Definitely will come again. Especially for that desert!

I had the pleasure of being served by Ana Maria, and she was absolutely outstanding! From the moment she greeted us, she was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. She made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal, always checking in at just the right time without ever being intrusive. Her professionalism, genuine kindness, and bright personality turned a simple dinner into a truly enjoyable experience. Ana Maria is the kind of person who makes you want to come back again and again — highly recommend!

Loveddd the vibe of the place. It was very quiet in the back where i was, and the sunset was very nice and melancholy. I absolutely loved our waitress. From the jump her energy and attitude were impeccable! Loved Kimberly and would definitely request for her again! Such a hard working woman!

Food was delicious but it took awhile for it come out. However they accommodated us by giving us free appetizers while we waited and were extremely courteous. I’ve been before and will return. My wife enjoyed the endless shrimp. I kept it simple with my entrees but the food is always fresh and it’s never too loud like in the city.

Just had dinner here for my friend birthday. The waitress Maria was amazing and extremely friendly. She had amazing customer service skills, glad she was our waitress. Our food was hot and fresh plus it was delicious. They came out and sing happy birthday to her for her birthday with ice cream.

Our service was great, everything was so smooth and quick. We didn't wait long for our food, or the check at the end of the meal. Kimberly our server was so nice and pleasant to talk to. She was we very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Location is in good hands with Angela. Will not go into details but 3rd party was at fault. Angela (the GM) listened to the issue (albeit not her or her team fault) and offered a solution and we came to a resolution! I would not recommend delivery via Doordash or via Red Lobster app as they use Doordash to fulfill.

came here for dinner with my boyfriend and it was my second time here! edwin, our waiter, was super friendly and occasionally checked in on us! he had a comedic sense which made us giggle. he even went the extra length to ask the kitchen staff if they could make an off menu item, which they did! we were seated fast, our food came at a reasonable time, and overall it was a good experience!
