OMG White Castle's Breakfast was really good. It came out fresh, the food was hot and they use real eggs for their breakfast sandwiches. This location was nice and clean on the inside. I would definitely return to this location. I ordered the #12 and an extra Breakfast slider afterwards because I was still a little hungry.

The fact that White Castle has Impossible Sliders is enough for me to love them again. Although the wait times for freshly made burgers isn't fantastic, they crews get the job done quick enough to go on with your day. Highly recommend everyone try one once. They won't be disappointed!

They are one of the two White Castles that taste the way the original recipe taste when I was growing up as a kid... The original steamed flavored burgers...I know cause I grew up on White Castle's. My Dad brought us home 2 bags full of castles when he got off work late nights... Almost every night...

It's freaking White Castle, so it's awesome. I made this latest trip to try the new impossible burgers, which are one of the best meat alternatives I've ever had. I love that they're genetically engineered to contain all the awesome, tasty meat proteins, but from a soy product. I still are a bunch of regular White Castle burgers too, of course.

Did you know white castle is the very 1st original fast food chain?! Then McDonald's was 2nd then burger king 3rd! I love white castle and love how they cook their sliders on a bed of dehydrated onions! And French fries are the best crinkle cut salty flavorful fries out of all fast food chains. My 2 favorite French fries are five guys and my 3rd favorite French fries are Wendy's! White castle I great,classic,friendly customer service, and cheap!! Just watch out for those LONG lines but then again they are open 24 hours! Another win!

Pretty tasty nice prices except for that vegan burger oh boy that thing is nasty I don't know if it's the cheese or the burger itself I bought three of them because I'm a vegan and I through them right out of the window in other words in the garbage... Other than that as long as you stay away from the animal products pretty tasty

The mobile app makws it easy to order and actually pay in the store when picking up! I got $16 worth of food for $6, not bad. When you have a crave, White Castle is the place. The place is clean and service was fast and friendly.

Ok, so there isn’t a White Castle in NC that I know of, but there are some on Long Island. I’ve never eaten at the actual White Castle, but I buy them in the store here in Carolina. I love em! My brother in law loves them too. I may have to make a flight up to NY to go to an actual restaurant. Hey White Castle….we have cows here in NC too!😀

I always been to this White Castle but today I have to compliment the young man that worked the drive through. I had a long day and to hear a very friendly voice through the drive thru taking my order was a breath of fresh air! He was so respectful and kind and you can tell he cared about his customer service. Keep it up!!

This morning, i ordered two sandwiches of, fresh cooked eggs, with cheese, and a tasty sausage patty, on a steamed bun. Easily the best and most under-rated fast food breakfast around. Love stopping here to go through the drive through, you get what you pay for but that is subjective! The staff is very nice and they wait patiently you'll feel your back in the 1980's going here, that's if you lived through it. I ordered a crave case and I definitely got a classic suitcase of burgers here!!!

Tried the breakfast menu for the first time . Quick and tasty with sausage rating higher than bacon. Their bottle of orange juice nice pairing with breakfast food. YMMV. Adjacent parking lot approach works, but not obvious. Bathroom was scrupulously clean 🫧

White Castle Burgers s are fantastic. Not crazy about the garlic one though. And, the potatoes could be a little bit crispier. My only complaint with the company is that it won't come to Northern California and that's not fair.

White Castle is NOT for everyone. You can't just walk in as an adult and eat them for the first time. They are an acquired taste and you need to have grown up on them. That said, these still taste the same as they did back when I was a kid, something that can't be said for a majority of foods nowadays. Fries are awesome as are the onion rings. I do have to do no pickle 🥒 burgers because all I taste on any burger is hot pickles. They seemed to have gotten terribly expensive though. Four double cheese,small fries and a small onion rings was almost $16. B U T, compared to a regular burger, it's comparable. I'm going again soon.

Great drive thru experience. The mobile app makes it incredibly easy to order and Charles really hooked it up for us as the impossible sliders were great and cooked to perfection not to mention the fact that he was a real sweetheart. Whenever ordering the impossible products at other locations it often takes a good long time to get the food but at this one everything came quickly and tasted great.

It was awesome getting some white castle food. I live in the Catskills now and I went to Long Island for a funeral. Bad circumstances. I haven't had food from there in 10 yrs. The ones in the freezer section are ok, but nothing like the real thing.

Michelin should give this fine establishment a star. Was lucky to spend valentines day here with my girls and it was amazing. Kevin was an amazing waiter and the entire staff was incredible. Music was on point.. keep it up guys

Great White Castle great food and service only negative is drive through is very tight. Had a relative in from Florida that demands we get him White Castle when he visits. We picked him up a beautiful large cravers coffee cup that they currently have available and he was thrilled.

This fast food location is very clean and efficiently run as most are. I wont go into the food since most that patronize White Castles already should know what is offered on their menu. I will say that they had the seating area warm enough to have a comfortable meal. Thank you

Lots of members seem to come and go but the new batch of employees get decent at their jobs fast. I've rarely had a bad experience at this one particular restaurant. And I think the food almost always comes out at top quality. All fast food places have bad days for food and bad employee's on the shift. This one rarely has either

Same great taste, when ever, where ever you go. I took one 1 star off because the cost has gotten OUT OF CONTROL! All age jokes aside, I remember when you could get 4 sandwiches under a dollar. I had 4 sandwiches and a medium soda and it was just under $10.

This White Castle used to be the go to place for late night burgers! Still as delic today as back in the day. If you like sliders this is the place.. they are the original slider makers! 10/2019 Friend suggested White Castle for breakfast before hitting Sunrise mall. Tried a bacon & egg slider which turned out to be pretty good. Wouldn't go out of my way to have this breakfast again but it was inexpensive and fast.

White Castle was always a great standby for late night food, especially after a night of moderate-heavy drinking. These days, as I get older, it's a welcome late-night nostalgic indulgence that doesn't disappoint because the food honestly has not changed. It's tasty and terrible and comforting at the same time. Give it a try. If it's been a long time since you've been, give it a try again. Staff at this location is friendly and courteous, food was hot and fresh.

As a little girl going for a burger at the Castle was something of a big treat. The burgers for little hands is the perfect fit and for the rest of us, perfect if you want to indulge but not go wild. I still stick to the original style with onions, pickles, and ketchup. The buns are always soft and fresh while the meat is steamed vs. fried or grilled. There are five holes in every patty helping to capture the flavor of the onions in both burger and bun as well as keep these sliders moving as fast as possible from the kitchen to your car. This is one time when being square is a very good thing!

I wish I knew the worker at the drive-thru window. He was the nicest person I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with at a fast food drive-thru. Also, the food tasted freshly made.

Always Loved White Castle. Great place to eat. One thing though, they raised there Hamburer prices as high as a Burger King, Wendy's and McDonald's so your getting a much smaller Hamburger for the price of a normal size Burger. I buy from the other places more because of this reason Alone.

Doesn't get five stars because of the price.ever since the diners started calling mini burgers "sliders" they raised their prices calling them the original sliders. They are more different than any burger you will ever get. Super thin and all, they are just really tasty. Some people call them murder burgers or belly bombers as they can be a lil heavy on the stomach but I love em.

I had the chicken rings which were extra well done served with no condiments. I won't eat a burger the bread seems like it's pre soaked in water so I went for the rings I asked for a cup for ice for my water she looked at me as if I was drinking soda that only cost 1.35

Honestly, last time I ordered and had it delivered, the order that was delivered was entirely wrong. I didn't want to take the chance again. White Castle is kinda like Spam - you either love it or hate it. If you love it, the food was well prepared, staff was helpful. Stars in atmosphere taken off for unclean bathrooms.

I do love white castle but it's because I know what to expect. This is a specialty food in a sense. You don't go here for standard burgers. You go here for something you can't get anywhere else. Also the new 1927 if whatever slider is really good. I like to get a couple of those and a few classics.

Average white castle. To be expected. Quick service and friendly staff. Sliders, fries and nuggets are about the same as any other location. I will give it to them, their BBQ sauce remains the king of sauces! Smokey and delicious. It Pumps up the jam. Their fountain sodas are sub par. 4/5 overall.

Evidentially my father in law loves their burgers so we drove through and got a 20 pack to bring to him. He loved it. Service was fast, loved the carton they come in. A tasty little bite.

Your run of the mill classic white castle, if you're craving a few sliders and fries, there isn't a better place. But you won't exactly be getting top quality, it's really a bit of a guilty pleasure. The place is clean and employees are nice with good parking but occasionally the place brought in some seedy clientele, but I suppose it just goes to show that everybody likes white castle.

The last time I came here I ordered a sack of 10 with cheese, no pickles and I have to tell you that the patties to the burgers was undercooked and gave me extremely bad food poisoning and I had a wedding to go to the next day I want up not going to the wedding and missing out. I am extremely upset about that but hey, you live in you learn

Burgers are degrading, they are so paper thin that you can barely taste them. The fried foods is still tasty.

1 cheeseburger, 2 chicken w/cheese & 1 fish w/cheese on a Sunday morning without another solitary customer but myself. So i can't understand why it took more than 20 minutes to get my food. The castle never disappoints when it comes to taking more time than it takes for paint to dry!! The food is good but the wait for it is ridiculous!!

I can't say why I enjoy this food. It's sort of a guilty pleasure from time to time. Anybody with experience knows it taste great going down but just kind of sits there for a while. With that said I know I'll be back again. The drive-thru is very slow. I still enjoy these little cheeseburgers. I like them, but let's face it this is not exactly gourmet food. So I'm only going to get 3 stars because it's not for everybody. I can only say you got to try it first

It's been a long time since I visited a White Castle so I felt a little adventurous today and decided to visit one today near the Sunrise Mall. In short the double cheeseburgers I had were really good and I was very happy that I purchased them. The crinkle french fries were also really good, hot and crispy but needed a little salt which I had to go back the store for. My only complaint was the service. It was obvious that they must have been very short handed; however, the ordering process was terrible. It took me about 4 attempts to place and correct the order. It was a combination being cut off as I was speaking, me not being able to understand what I was being asked, being put on hold to learn that I had to say my order again only to find out that I was out on hold again and the lack of having a voice intercom system that made speaking clearly impossible. Next came the wait on line caused by order required corrections at the drive thru cashier. In the end, I finally got what I ordered which at least was good and tasty. I'll be back; however, it will probably be to a different location.

So yesterday I went to my local White Castle to order breakfast. I ordered 4 original sliders with egg and cheese. When I left and went home there was only egg and cheese and no Burger with what I ordered. It was not that busy I did explain to her what I wanted at least twice. Got to do better next time on understanding what the customer wants to order.

Food was not as good as I remembered, I ordered the chicken sandwich, cheeseburgers, and fries. Cheeseburgers was decent, chicken sandwich was not so good, didn't even finish it, fries were mixed soggy with some crispy. Maybe it was nostalgia that made me go there, but it was definitely not the same.

Honestly, this was a regretfully bad experience. Waiting 10 minutes for 10 cheeseburgers at White Castle is ridiculous. They're made to be turned over quickly. They used to have competitions where the employees would compete to see who could do more the quickest in a specific amount of time. I expected to be in and out in a few minutes with no line in the drive-thru or in store. Nope, ten to fifteen minutes waiting. I was in a rush and made a poor mistake. They also left off the onions when I asked for no Pickles. Not cool.

Very slow service and waited an extraordinarily long time for my food AND has several people helped after me yet got their food before me. In fact, a lady finally asked what my order was - I told her - she packed it and gave it to me 30 seconds later. Also, I listened as several customers returned with incorrect orders or missing items. Finally, watching someone scrape up onions INTO THEIR HAND (as if cleaning up) then DUMPING THEM ONTO A DIFFERENT GRILL was a bit... off putting.

I tried White Castle for the first time and it's amazing that people don't get sick from it. The burgers are mushy and barely edible. I also order a butter gooey cake and there was nothing buttery or gooey about it. It was cold and hard. I don't know if the staff was supposed to heat it up and that would have made a difference. The place also smelled weird.

The food is... incredible bad. The "meat" is so thin that you can eat 20 hamburgers, and it's like 2. Customer service is good, but I really don't want to hear their private life because they talk so loud. That place is like going back to 1950's

This place is ruining the fast food legacy that is White Castle.

On 12/15/22 I went to the Massapequa store and walked inside. There was one customer in front of me at the cash register. It took 10 minutes to take her payment. After she paid, she began ordering more food. The staff never acknowledged me or opened another register. I walked out. Poor customer service. I will NEVER go to that location again. I will tell everyone not to eat there.

Stopped by White Castle on Sunrise Hwy in Massapequa NY last night around 11:30 pm and the food was horrible. The Fish Nibblers tasted like they were fried in dirty grease, my French fries were cold and soggy and my fish sandwich was put together very very sloppy. I will Never Ever give this White Castle another penny of my money. If I wasn’t tired I would have taken everything back and ask for a refund… a waste of $11

Went to eat here Wednesday afternoon, decided to order 2 #1 combos, which list for under $10 each, originally the bill comes to $21, the manager then says she didn't add the fries in the order, the new price comes to $26, the sliders made me sick, the soda system was limited to sprite or fanta, and I am not big on fries. After this experience, I will save $26, drink a glass of water instead. How does 9.50x 2= $26? So the tax was $7? Something isn't right, I think I'm going to call for an investigation on this place

Well stopped by White Castle tonight. Around midnight. Guy at the drive-thru had a major attitude problem and slammed the window on me when I asked him what the problem was. He walked away from the window came back 5 minutes later and told me my total once again and I told him to keep the food that I would be calling about my complaint. So I just called this morning to complain about last night and the manager doesn't seem to care . she was distracted. I don't know what the problem was .I asked her if there was a problem, she's like no ,I think there's another call coming in .she says okay I'll address it thanks. that was it no problem no concern.

I was on the drive thru line cars behind to order. During that time I saw people going in the store and coming out with food. When it was my turn at the drive thru there was no acknowledgement from anyone in the store to welcome me. I figured maybe they were busy. I waited about 10 minutes before I finally decided to go to the window. When I got to the window there was a sign on the window saying store closed. This was my 1st time at this location and many times I drove by around the same time, which was after 9pm and saw the store was open. This was unacceptable because no one decided to make note to the customers on the drive thru line to notify them. Meanwhile there were about 4 to 5 cars behind me. More were still coming in.

Ordered online went to pick up the food 1/2 hour later to find out not only did they close early. Someone forgot to turn off the online ordering. So as of now I'm out 55 dollars. This should be fun!!!

7:10 pm on Wednesday Jan. 12th 2022 drive thru. Arrived home to find a cheeseburger that looked like it had been sitting in 3 day old grease. Completely dried out! Returned the next day to inform female manager & she YELLED at me & told me I must have put it in the freezer. It wasn't fit to feed a dog! She is either from a country where old dried meat is acceptable to serve customers or she is in the wrong business. I know what a fresh WC burger should look like & that wasn't it! This place needs new management ASAP! CHECK YR FOOD B4 LEAVING THE PARKING LOT & make sure you have a receipt!

The manager Christian should be fired. I went through the drive-through and ordered tater tots stuffed with cheese and upon delivery. I was given an empty package with no tater tots in it or reminiscence of tater tots in a bag. I called the store and notified Christian of the issue And he told me that the tater tots were in the bag and to have a good night. I would not be calling or requesting feedback. Had Christian been so unprofessional but Christian was quickly to dismiss me and not give me any resolution. Christian is not somebody that should be a representation of your restaurant or how it is managed.
