I recently visited Red Lobster in Copiague and I was truly impressed by the exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere. The managers are clearly dedicated to providing a top-notch experience, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The staff were not only attentive but also incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. It’s rare to see such a well-coordinated team, and their genuine care for customers is evident in every interaction. The overall experience was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be returning soon. I haven't been to Red Lobster in many years, I felt the service and quality had dropped significantly. Went with a friend who told me things have changed and he was right. Went to the Copiague location and had a drink at the bar, Ana Maria was amazing, drinks were great and conversation was like a neighborhood place, not a chain restaurant. The rest of the staff was so friendly and attentive and the crab was fresh and cooked perfectly..dont forget those biscuits...definitely returning for another dinner.

That John guy with the curly hair makes some of the BEST drinks on the Island hands down a great guy

Great experience. I love their new additions to the drink menu like the flight of 3 different sangria's, and flight of margaritas. The cheddar biscuits are always a favorite. The shrimp duo was wonderful. The side I chose was the cole slaw and that was delicious. Just the right consistency and not too sweet. I was too full for dessert but they have several choices.

Considering the fact that we are still in a pandemic, this visit was exceptional. Upon entering the restaurant, we had a choice of contactless food menu at the welcome desk. We were greeted and seated immediately. Social distancing was enforced and mask wearing was a criteria with the exception while eating. The attendee was very polite and courteous and made sure we were satisfied. Restrooms 🚻🚺 are available and parking 🅿️ are available and free. Reserved parking is also available for wheelchair accessible vehicles. This location is a preferred location for us and I was delighted to support our neighborhood business again

I love coming to this Red Lobster its the best on the island. The food is really good and always taste so fresh but the service is really what does it for me.. Kimberly is my go to girl from now on when I come she makes the experience better every time she serves on us.

My wife and I love going to the Copiague, Long Island Red Lobster on a regular basis. The restaurant is always immaculately clean - including the restrooms. (The only reason I didn't give five stars for the atmosphere is that there are many times when we arrive and find the room temperature is way too cold for comfort.) The food is always served promptly at the appropriate temperature though and seasoned to perfection. For us, the most rewarding aspect is that we are taken care of as though we were VIP's by our regular server, Ana Maria P. She always gets us seated quickly, makes wonderful recommendations for our menu selections and is always focusing our attention to newly added menu items. Ana Maria is always friendly, professional, helpful and quick to attend to our every need. In short, Ana Maria is the epitome of what every server should be. You are very lucky to have her as an ambassador for the Red Lobster brand.

I go to this location specifically because she is there. My food was absolutely amazing. Very fresh and flavorful. I had Grilled Lobster Shrimp and Salmon, on a bed of rice, with Loaded Baked Potato and Crispy Brussel Sprouts, accompanied by a Frozen Strawberry Margarita. I had dinner with my girlfriend today. It was the first time in months since I had Red Lobster. I was quickly seated upon arriving. My server, I believe her name is Olha, was extremely sweet and kind. I ordered the Salmon New Orleans and it was absolutely delicious, I was in genuinely shocked by how flavorful the food was. An overall amazing experience, only regret was not thanking the cooks and the staff for the amazing experience. I can’t wait for my next visit.

Firstly our waiter was very attentive, professional and had the sweetest personality. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. He was a very handsome black young man. Upon entering, the hostess sat another couple before us at 10:45 pm and we were starving!!! We were both upset by this and almost left but I really wanted some king crab legs so we stayed and thankfully we did. Tyleeik was our server and he was AMAZING!!!! From placing our order to drinks, Tyleeik was phenomenal and he saved our day. The good was good and so were the drinks!!!!

Love this red lobster, especially for lunch because it's not packed. The waitress wasn't the best but that's not usually the case. The salmon was soft and tender but crispy underneath. The Thai shrimp was ok, but shrimp tender. The crab legs were great, you can never really go wrong there. You also get salad and unlimited biscuits. Overall great experience.

Angela and the team took good care of us. We were disappointed to see staples like Sweet Chili Shrimp and Shrimp Nachos were discontinued, some of which the staff even said they missed.

I hadn't been to Red Lobster for a while. I must say the food has definitely been upgraded. Everything was so delicious. We ordered the stuffed flounder along with calamaris and the lobster lover. 🦞

Location is in good hands with Angela. Will not go into details but 3rd party was at fault. Angela (the GM) listened to the issue (albeit not her or her team fault) and offered a solution and we came to a resolution! I would not recommend delivery via Doordash or via Red Lobster app as they use Doordash to fulfill.

Red lobster has gone downhill the past couple of years the food quality juice is not hold up to any type of standard, everything is just deep fried or broiled, has notaste other than whatever sorts they drowned in it, which is usually butter. I ordered all you can eat shrimp, and the portion sizes that they give you are so tiny you have to reorder at least five times to get something that would be considered a meal, this is no fault of the servers, the service was very good and everyone was very friendly, the restaurant. When we were being seated they offered us the table with wet benches. When we asked if it could be wiped she seated us else where. The food was good but the waitress seemed annoyed at us while serving us. She did not check on us, she plopped a basket of biscuits on the table while speaking to the people next to us and did not udder a word to us. Very poor service.

I have been a Red Lobster customer for over 25 years. In the last couple of years, the sunrise Hwy, Copiague location has really been a complete disappointment. Each time I come in I say “it’s not their fault why it takes 45 minutes to get my meal. It will be better next time”. It hasn’t gotten better. I am here tonight and it’s just the 2 of us at the table. It has been almost an hour since my order and still no meal. Unfortunately this will be the last time I come to this Copiague location. Management should be held responsible for the slow service. This is a continued issue at this location as I am at this location quiet often.
