Wendy's breakfast is delicious. The sandwiches are big and the potatoe wedges are to die for!! My sister got the sausage egg and cheese croissant and I got the baconator breakfast..IT'S WORTH THE MONEY!!
They stop serving breakfast at 1030 but let me tell you guys the lady in the drive thru is amazing and made my day. I am pregnant and just wanted some breakfast food I left McDonald's because after sitting in line for 40 minutes they quit serving breakfast and made me late to Wendy's also, but over here at Wendy's they made me breakfast any way. Thank you Wendy's

The best Wendy's I've been to. I'm a health nut, mostly vegan, and rarely eat any fast food (like 1-2 times per year). Whenever I travel through Copperas Cove I stop. Really good service too!
Food tastes great. The service was fast. The employees were friendly. They had a wide range of options and it all came out correct and hot. A bit expensive but definitely quality!
I had misread the item I ordered. I went back to the counter and they explained it. They went above and beyond to make my food extra. (THE COOK BROUGHT ME OUT AN EXTRA BURGER EVEN THOUGH HE DID NOT HAVE TO)The Counter person was so nice.🥰 It was also served hot & fresh🍔🔥, which I REALLLLY APPRECIATE AT A FAST FOOD PLACE!!! 🌠
It has been rare for my family to go to a fast food restaurant and not have our order messed up, this place was one of those rare places where not only was the order accurate but hot and fresh and tasty. The people who took our order was nice and friendly also.

While i was waiting in the drive through for my order a wasp crawled inside of my windshield. Im mad i didnt get her name, but the lady that came out with my order looked like she might have been a manager, asked if everything was ok because i was out of my car with my shoe off 😂 and i told her what happened and she killed it for me. Identify this woman and give her a raise please. Exceptional customer service.
Drive thru did not have anybody in it. They all had a friendly attitude and a great sense of humor. My order was correct and gave me plenty of extra crackers with my chili. The stop only took 6 minutes and we were back on the road.
Love this place :) The remodel inside is awesome! The new drink machine was fun for the kids. Its always super cold in the hot summer weather and they always cut my burger in half when I ask. Thank you!

Isaias was AMAZING, probably one of the best customer service personnel I've ever encountered!!! First, he (I hope I'm using the correct pronoun and I apologize if I'm not!) let us know at the drive-thru that it'd be a few minutes due to being short-staffed, which was very thoughtful. Once I ordered a biggie bag with no drink, he let me know that I'd be charged for the drink anyways, but that it could be substituted with a frosty. When we came up to the window, we could tell there were maybe a handful of workers, but he was so polite and courteous! Awesome T-shirt by the way, "Best fries, no lies".
The place was clean, and organized for social distancing. I didn't have to wait long for a cashier to take my order. She was very friendly! After I paid for my order, I went to get my drink, and by the time I had poured it, my order was ready. The order was hot and accurate. My wife said this was her favorite Wendy's, and I can see why. Definitely recommend!

I usually stop by this Windy's two to three times a week in the mornings around 10-11am. The Cook is a really nice guy and makes my order hot and fresh Everytime. This rest of the staff is helpful and friendly.
Went in for dinner. Did not feel like cooking. They were quick and food was fresh. Even though they were quick, the energy in the place was relaxed. Pleasant interaction that left me feeling welcome back rather than like an inconvenience. Thanks, keep it up!
The employees were absolutely amazing. Great customer service. The only reason it's a 4 star and not 5 is because my burger was a little too pink for my liking on the inside.
The Wendy's at Copperas Cove, TX has been recently renovated, and it looks very good. The one thing that's most noticeable is that There is a fireplace with comfortable chairs in the middle of the dinning room. There is plenty of parking and the service is good. I didn't have the opportunity to check the bathrooms.
Customer service was awesome! Employees were professional and had great attitudes. Store was very clean including the bathrooms! Food we received was well prepared.
Other than my order taking so long to prepare (17 minutes), the food was excellent. I wanted to try the biscuits and gravy, but unfortunately they were out of biscuits. But the baconator breakfast sandwich was delicious the breakfast potato wedges we amazing. Over all a great experience.
We really like Cove Wendy's. Our last trip was odd. Took over 30 min to get our food. We first waited 15 min for someone to even get to the register, then 20 min (timed it) after we ordered. Must have had some people not show up. If we were not set on their good food, as it usually is, we would not have stayed. Surprisingly, others waited it out as well. Must be regulars like us.
The chili and baked potatoes were wonderful. Service was great. It was not crowded that Sunday afternoon.
This is one of my favorite fast food places to go to. I always get the $5 biggie bag and it is %100 worth it. The cheeseburger tastes wonderful, the nuggets nicely spiced, and the fries are always hot when I get them. Sometimes when I buy the kids meal for my son and he wants to trade in for a different one, (this is when it clearly shows what toy it is on the bag) they say it's a mystery toy and shrug us off. But they give us the toy we want after we show them that they aren't Mystery. Overall I love this place.😊

Typical fast food but in comparison to other Wendy's the sandwiches are a little lacking. Chicken always seems overdone in comparison to others. Also all sandwichs seemed slammed together not resembling the traditional expected burger/sandwich.Staff is friendly, but dining room always seems dirty even when empty.
Place is freezing cold. Coldest restaurant I have ever been to. Been here several times. Normally eat in at my hometown's Wendy's but nobody ever seems to eat in here probably because it's freezing cold. Even a sweater wouldn't help here.
The food was good and hot. The inside restaurant area was very dutyd. Shoes would stick to the floor. One customer was wearing flip flop and one stuck to the floor and came off. All the tables were dirty and nothing was wiped down.
Their stove/oven has supposably been broken for about a month, possibly longer now. The service is pretty trash now, majority of the workers are dumpster juice, especially night Crew. It just slowly went further downhill from what I know/seen, wasn't even nowhere near this bad when I worked there a little over a year ago now sadly..
The young lady at the front counter was good, very nice and professional. However, the young guy making the food was not so good. He must have been new, because he took about 30 secs to a minute just to put a cheeseburger together. Slow s ever! Won't wear there again more than likely.
Not really worth time and effort to eat here. It was in the middle of the day when I went through the drive-thru, the wait time is so long. I am not sure why it takes so long, for something so simple. But anyways, I had ordered the chicken tenders.( I don’t normally go to Wendy’s, so I wanted to try something new from the menu). The tenders were old tasting and hard. I could not even eat two of them. Very disappointing. I would stick to the regular chicken nuggets if I ever decide to come here again.
No leadership here at this Wendy's cannot get no one to work so they close the lobby. This one here in Copperas Cove, Texas has been messed up for a while, needs to have some management.
Pulled up to a none illuminated building at around11ish. We thought it was closed until we saw a car in the drive through. Waited about 10-15 minutes on 2 sandwiches and a small chicken nugget. The fries looked and tasted much older and nobody ate them so I wasted money on those. Forgot sauce for my kids nuggets , but at least the rest was edible. Coperas Cove fast food is lacking compared to anywhere else I've been in the US.
Went about 830 pm , and the service was extremely slow. Once I pulled up there was 2 cars in front, wanted about 4min in line then had another 5 vehicle behind me. Speed of service needs to improve.

Replace the manager.Grey hair came out my mouth after taking a bite on my food. The lady was rude about it, probably was her hair. Refused to give a refund. (BEST WENDYS IS ON CLEAR CREEK)
Ordered a Krabby Patty and fries. The patty was small but it's expected from a cheapskate like Mr Krabs. The fries on the other hand were clearly from his rival Plankton's Chum Bucket, cold stale and disgusting!
I ordered the pub bacon fries instead of the $5 Biggie Bag. It was way too salty! I hate wasting food, but I couldn't finish it. I thought maybe they salted the fries, but there was no salt on the fries. I narrowed it down to the white cheese sauce. I wish I had ordered the $5 Biggie Bag like I normally do. Blast! I would've done the survey, but she didn't give me a receipt. I paid the exact amount at around 11pm.
This Wendy's location has declined this year. Up until the last couple of months, I was met with smiles and food that was prepared very well. Now it seems the employees don't want to work there and make their bad day the customer's problem. Most employees at the drive-through are short at best, and usually kind of rude. The quality of the food is also getting worse, things stopped together, burned fries, served almost cold, burgers just stopped together with burned bacon. I usually leave here with dinner feeling very disappointed.

I stopped here for lunch today around 330. The customer service has gone down hill drastically. Nobody smile, speak, and they talk so fast. The young lady who actually handed me my order was the only one that acknowledged me. This was after encountering 3 people prior. It’s sad how bad customer service has gotten now and days.
What is going on at this Wendy's? This is the third time in the last 3 months we've had soggy nasty fries. Today, we placed a mobile order and my husband's second burger was missing. Like yes we should have checked the bag but also it should have been in the bag. Not to mention I went there about a month ago and this itchy short MANAGER of all employees was mad disrespectful. She charged me for an additional large sprite and was annoyed when I was confused about getting the extra drink. She then argued with me and told me that I ordered it. I took it anyways because it wasn't worth the flight. I pulled off and checked my food and I was missing a large fry. It was clean at that point that they misheard me when I ordered a large fry they heard large sprite, an issue that could have been resolved if they would have read back the order. When I went back through the drive through this last didn't even have the decency to apologize for the mistake it the disrespectful attitude she was passing out that night, she sent someone else to handle it. Someone from corporate needs to come handle this. P.s. nuggys were could and soggy tonight too. This is some BS. What a waste of $31.26 we (myself, my husband, and my daughter) we're exhausted and hungry and just wanted an "adorable" fast meal......😒
I was picking up a mobile order and upon arrival in drive thru...employee on speaker informed me order had to be picked up in lobby... as I entered lobby.. it was super busy and noticed drive thru was not busy and employee was playing on her phone while my order was ready and getting cold.
I ordered a bacon at or more like a fakeinator. There were tune peices of bacon on the burger when I asked about it the manager said that's it. I asked for mayo and they gave me a packet when I opened it and put it n my burger it was brown and oil completly gross. The price of the burger was the same as you would pay for a hornet burger and obviously I didn't eat it. I got a refund and decided not to eat. While waiting for my refund another customer came in and complained about the drive through. That will be the last time I go there it's gross and the service was poor at best.
Waited behind a white car for 10 minutes. Blew my horn to see what was wrong got cussed out by the customer saying they are doing a shift change and I needed to be more considerate. I will not go back thru the drive thru late night if that’s what happens at shift change. It’s not rocket science. There should never be a shift change. Stagger your folks in to avoid angry customers
Horrible service! Stood waiting for someone to take our order for 5-10 mins. Multiple people walked past the register without saying anything. Food was disgusting. Hair in fries. Sweet tea was sour. Took an additional 10min to get our food and it was cold and nasty.
Ordered regular nuggets and a burger, both were cold. There was spicy nuggets mixed along with the regular nuggets. The burger had an inedible stalk of a lettuce. The employees had a terrible attitude. This place is just a disappointment.
I've have a couple stories from this place, like having hair extensions touching my food from an employee with half her hair down. But this one tops the cake, I went yesterday and the guy at the pay window was hitting on me, and not to mention offered me weed because I "seemed stressed"!
I love Wendy’s, BUT this one has screwed up every time I’ve been in the past month. Takes 45 mins to get a burger fries nuggets and baked potato. Fries were cold and burnt, nuggets were cold and burned potato wasn’t washed properly. And always Smokey when we go in. Always teenagers/ young 20 year old texting playing on their phones and not doing their jobs. Tonight we went in for frosty a and took 20 ish minutes to order and to find out their frosty machine was empty. If i could give no stars, i would.
Soda was like bad water, and my order took absolutely too long. The lights outside were off after dark, and the expedite crew kept forgetting what I'd ordered, and what my drinks were. But the frosty was good.
Horrible service exceeded only by an absolutely nasty chicken sandwich. Chicken over cooked and uneatable. Definitely will not return.
It is 250pm on a Friday, i.e. not busy. Wait at the speaker in the drive-thru for a long enough period that we put the vehicle in park and shut it off. Finally someone starts to take our order, but interrupts repeatedly before we can get the first thing ordered. And now, out of soda. Out of all soda except zero sugar or diet. It's been awhile since we've come to this Wendy's. Now I remember why.

If I could give this place is zero Stars I would I lived here for five years and have only went to this Wendy's three times because every time is a different experience and every time it gets worse this time they argued over who was going to work the front and then the manager brought everybody into the office and didn't say anything to anybody in the lobby and was laughing and cutting up in the back in her office it took someone that was a cook running it all by himself to say something because there was at least six people in the lobby that has not been helped and the fryer came out of the manager's office with everyone else playing with his hair and his jacket and went straight back to Frank and had zero gloves on never washed his hands or anything and touching all over people's food
I'm giving one star due to my experience there. I had brought my daughter to Wendy's after school on a few different occasions because she loves their nuggets. However ever time we go they mess something up in my family's oder. No toy, no bbq sauce, cheese on a burger when we asked for no cheese. They are not big things but it seems to happen eve time we go. My husband called today to tell them and the manager which was a women wouldn't tells us her name hung up the phone on us and told us she doesn't understand. Wow, what management! I've managed fast food before and had to handle things like this, so I don't understand why she wasn't committed to fixing the situation and making sure her costumers are satisfied..
I went on my lunch break, i ordered ahead of time on the app so I wouldn’t have a long wait since I was on my work lunch. It’s been 30 mins since I ordered, 15 mins in the store and I am still waiting. I hadn’t been here in a while and now I remember why. I won’t be visiting this location again. It’s always the same way. Either takes forever for FAST food, something is wrong or something is missing. Horrible service here.

The employees were friendly I was picking up an order for door dash. I had plenty of time to make the delivery since I was in front of the store when I received the order, however they managed to make me late for the delivery and I received a negative rating as I was late delivering. I will no longer accept orders from this restaurant.
Their floors in the lobby are filthy. We went two days in a row to make sure they were on the up and up. We ordered the biggie bag and jr bacon cheeseburgers. The buns were stail and we only got one piece of bacon! I'm a serious bacon lover and hate it when I get skimped on bacon. We got a honey mustard packet that I swear looked like someone bit the top of it. I ordered chilli cheese fries once and it was so nasty I couldn't finish it. I'm pregnant and can't afford to eat bad food. Turns out when their meat goes bad (almost green) they put it in the chilli! Absolutely disgusting and I will never go there again. I noticed the meat was almost greenish after I took a bite. Later that night I felt sick 😷. I will be contacting the better business bureau, corporate, and the health inspector after all this. I am hoping they will fix these issues. My best advice don't go there until these issues are addressed! Worst fast food experience of my life!
Just watched drive thru person grab a cup and dip it in the ice then fill cup with soft drink. I pointed out that you were supposed to use a scoop not a cup. Manager accepted what i said and apologized. Drive thru worker refused to give me my order made someone else hand it to me. Here is an idea.... Work as you were taught during food handler class and no one can say anything.
This Wendy’s is a terrible poorly ran Wendy’s , every time I try to come the lobby is closed! But every time I go through the drive thru it’ takes 20-30 minutes to get your food ! They need to just close this location down!
I ordered a meal with a sweet tea and the tea tasted like literal pool water. I had my friend in the car taste it to make sure it wasn’t just me and she agreed. So I politely sat at the drive through and waited for the girl who gave me my order to look at me again. When she did, I told her I didn’t like the tea and was it possible for me to get a coke. She immediately said “I can’t take that back” and just walked away. I had to sit and wait for a manager to see me sitting there to receive assistance. He was so kind. I told him I needed a different drink and he asked me to pour it out for him so he could throw the cup away for me. It was that simple. When he took my cup from me, I thanked him for being so kind and that she had been very rude. He thanked me and before I could even drive away she slammed the window shut. I’ve worked in the service industry, I know how bad it can get. But never did I take my anger and frustration out on customers, it wasn’t their fault I was so unhappy at my job. I left that place fuming.
The food was horrible. It’s like the employees don’t take pride in their food. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and regular chicken sandwich a bacon hamburger and a kids chicken meal. The chicken nuggets seemed to have been old along with the chicken sandwiches. It wasn’t worth eating we threw it in the trash and left and we paid nearly 40 dollars for this.
Went in because the drive-through was slammed. No one inside. Ordered right away. While waiting, I noticed employees on their phones. Meanwhile, outside the cars are stacked to Russia. How does that work, hygenically, when those handling food are also touching a phone, then back to food? Hmm.
Because we went through the drive-thru we're not sure about the atmosphere inside because there was nobody inside that we could see. However I have to say something about the double meat double cheese Baconator I think that's what it's called on a pretzel bun The Bun tasted better than the burger itself for $12 one onion ring like just one not a slice of onion but just one ring and three very very small pickles that tasted like they were pulled straight out of the ground and put in the side dish container that we requested. We asked for mayonnaise only because it comes with mayonnaise and ketchup and it was dry.. like I said it wouldn't have been so bad had the burger not costed $12 well the Baconator and one plain burger a dry burger for my ESA animal and she wouldn't even eat her Burger I'm not trying to be rude or ugly and I generally don't say anything but here lately it's just gotten to be where it seemed no matter where I go to have fast food I just don't know maybe it's the burgers maybe you all get your Burgers from the same company or something I don't know if you would have someone check into the meats just in case I would appreciate it thank you very much and I would like this matter resolved as soon as possible I don't live in Copperas Cove I live in Temple and Belton
Last week, I got a double cheeseburger on my lunch break and the meat was so raw I could not eat my sandwich. Since my experiences are usually good I let it slide. I didn’t have time to go back to fix it. Today I order 2 bacon cheddar fries, and get rubbery FAT as my bacon my my fries. Not sure what happened but I think I’ll try a different location because this one has gone WAY down hill with their food.
We had stopped going to Wendy's years ago due to bad customer service in Arlington TX. But today we was out with our 2 little grandsons and they wanted a burger & asked for Wendy's. We ordered they both kids burgers, fry's and drink. We ordered me the Honey Chicken sandwich with fries and a drink and my wife a hamburger, fries and a drink. The young kid who took our order had an indifferent attitude and kept getting distracted and having us repeat our order many times. Then the ice machine was completely out of ice and almost half the buttons for soft drinks said they was out. The table we sat at was dirty. The employee never asked was this a done in or take out so it was all put in bags. When I reached inside the bag to grab my sandwich the wrapper was cover on the outside with sticky honey which got all over my hand. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and wow it was trashed with paper on the floor and the sink had spit and paper all in it. It was a gas station nightmare. I wrote a comment here and they removed it. I filled with their home office several weeks ago and haven't heard one word. Almost forgot they advertise about their fries being so great none but ours was cold and stale they was not fresh at all. Wow
Husband bought two junior burgers with fries. The fries looked like they had been under the heat lamps way longer than they should have. They were nasty and cold. The burgers were cold as well. The meat was dried out on the edges. We will not be returning. Nasty, nasty meal. Had to throw it out. Gross is the best word to sum it up. 🤮
We walk in and the manager that was taking our was not paying attention to taking our order and more focused on trying to find someone else’s order and we her exactly what we wanted multiple times and she still entered it wrong and then proceeded to say I had to pay extra she and I told her multiple times no I will not pay extra for her mess up she then proceeded to say bring me back the food and refuse to remake our Order the way we ordered it because she messed up and entered the wrong thing but it’s fine I will never be ordering from here ever again and will be contacting their corporate office because the customer service here is inappropriate and they definitely are the Wendy I enjoy growing up I am I highly don’t recommend you eating here horrible horrible service
This Place right here, good God who is the owner, we're is the accountability. I'm disgusted. I mean from the guy in the window with the I hate my job look on his face. The Lady who hands me the wrong order ask for it back to fix it just for it to be wrong again. Burgers cold fries cold I mean this one right here was bad enough to make me just stop going out period. I mean does anybody care about anything anymore. Uhh my stomach hurts its like as lazy as the whole crew looked you just know nothings getting cleaned right at night they can't even get simple orders when 3 cars are there smh. Sorry but the owner needs to take a deep look in the mirror 🪞 this place right now is 🗑 And even if yall gave me free coupons I wouldn't go back to this particular Wendy's ewww please stop it make it stop Dave would be so disappointed 😔
Went to this Wendy’s location to order a 4 for 4 and the rep said they only offer that on the app. To me that makes no sense. I’m here now. Why can’t I just order it with you? Is there an offsite location that makes the 4 for 4 when you order it from the app because Wendy’s itself doesn’t stock the special 4 for 4 buns, patties, nuggets, fries, and drinks? I know this review I’m leaving is stupid but so is only being able to order a 4 for 4 on the app :/
We ordered online through the app for delivery and never received our order. It was 3 hours later that we decided to cancel it, the app doesn't make it clear on how to do it so my wife called them to see if we could get some help but they just kept hanging up on us saying we need to contact who we ordered it from. Well we did, we ordered through yall and yall hung up on us. We will be contacting franchise owner and corporate. No wonder this location has been struggling with terrible service like this.
My first experience...Guess I probably shouldn't have picked the Copperas Cove location. Before I leave an overall review I will definitely check out the Killeen location. But as far as Copperas Cove goes it's definitely a No. Amongst over things the restaurant was FILTHY......
It was bad bad . Had me wait in the sun forever with my kid just cus I ask for fresh food. Then when I do get it is was hella cold then ladie young one was so rude .. but mgr I guess was nice she gave me my $ back that was the only good part of my hole experience. Never will I go back again .. especially the one in copperas Cove.
The young lady (wearing a navy polo, manager I think) was clearly not happy that my group of four walked in with another four behind us. Not very clean, the soda machine was out of most of the soda, and the cook audibly got upset when I brought back my order because it was wrong. This was a very disappointing experience.
Okay... so attempt #3 at getting my full order on the first go and there were missing items again. Called Doordash and asked if they could just have them send the 1 Large fry and 10pc chicken nuggets with the 4 BBQ sauce that I initially ordered. For some reason they remade the whole order with the same missing items... I didn't ask for extra food like we didn't get the order, I just asked for and wanted the missing items because they were my kid's, to just complete the first order in full. This happened on the last mobile delivery and the last mobile drive thru order before this. And its the same items each time that are missing.
I went to this Wendy's today at about 11:45 AM On May 7th. I ordered two baconators with no mayo and on both burgers they gave us mayo. I have no problem with the cooks as they did nothing wrong. I have a problem with the person taking my order. On the receipt it didn't even say no mayo. This may seem petty but if you can't even get one thing on a order right that's I cannot imagine what larger orders are like.
Cashier looked sweaty and nasty. Piercings in his nose and no gloves. Food was trash and wrong and the lobby was locked during normal business hours.
The drive through took forever. Also, we asked for different sauce and they gave us the same sauce. We had also asked for extra sauce when we ordered and they still only gave us 1. They finally gave us our food and then they took about 5 minutes to hand out our drinks
It's sad to know usually any time my family and I go to Wendy's we never have any issues. We went today to grab us a quick bite to eat for our kids just to have the employess act rude towards us not one person smiled or greeted us if anything they thought it was the nice thing to do is slam the drive through door and turn their back on us as if we bothered them while they are on the clock. If your employees don't know how to treat customers right why are they even working there. Very disappointing.
Messed up the order. The Burger i did get was dry and barely warm. My son's chicken nuggets tasted like fish. Soda machine was broken and out of most choices, no ice. We threw away our food and walked next door to Raising Cane's. Not the Wendy's I remember at all. I will never go back.
Food was typical fast food. This restaurant however has been horribly freezing both times I've come here. Management claims they have to set it low so the kitchen area is more tolerable for them and the systems aren't separate. So unfortunately it's freezing in the customer seating area. I literally watched two other family's rush outta the building to avoid the onset of frostbite. 😒
I used to enjoy coming here, but not anymore. The customer service is terrible. I had placed a mobile order to pick up inside. I waited in the lobby area. The front cashier had put food on the counter and yelled "Isaiah." Five minutes later, she asked me if I had placed an order, and I stated yes and told her my name. She pointed at the order "Isaiah" and stated that it was mine. I told her I thought it was Isaiah because that is what she yelled out. She stated that she was calling a coworker's name. As I was picking up the order, she started laughing at me as if I was supposed to know that was my order when she did not shout my name. No apology for the misunderstanding, but a loud and obnoxious laugh to my face. I will not return to this location.
1st time using the app, get there and they " don't see me order" I pull up to wait in line and the cashier comes outside and is smoking then walks up to my car and tells me that she is going inside and I can pay at the window I've already passed. I tell her it's a mobile order and she tells me to go to next window. Get to next window and am told they are working on it. Get bags and burgers are not as I ordered so I send them back. We start eating the fries while waiting. They are barely warm. Sweet tea is sour and I watched the worker scoop the ice into the cup with the cup. Overall disappointed.
If you're going to prioritize delivery and DoorDash orders while telling people waiting in line at the counter that it's "going to be a little bit of a wait" just close the dining room. I lost a third of my lunch break without ever being able to put an order in.
Dorn waste your money you'll get cold food and terrible customer service
Was just here waiting in the drive line for five minutes one car ahead. No one was taking orders. I drove pass and saw people working inside. My window was down and no one took the order of the car ahead of me. Help your customers
This place is the worst place I've ever been to my wife and myself had ordered on the app. When we got to the window to pick up our food, the manager, jesica, was working the drive-through. She handed some of our food. we told her that we were missing food and drinks, and she said that her system was not working. She then started saying that we owed her $6 and was really rude. we told her and showed her our online order, which was completely paid for, and still told us no, we were wrong. We asked for a refund, which was a total of $21.94, and she told us no, that we had to call the Wendy's app to get a refund, so we did. They told us that some from the stores upper management would call in a few business days, and here we are two weeks later with no phone call from them. If I could give this place no stars, I would because they are rude and thieves.
Went through the drive thru this morning and the lady at the window was rude from the moment she took my order. She kept asking is that it, is that it. She didn’t even say hello when I came up to the window, didn’t say have a good day, nothing. She needs to work on her customer service. Seriously, If you don’t like the job that YOU choose to work at, then why are you even there?
I am from out of town and went through the drive thru today. I ordered a kids meal which was right however they got my drinks wrong and the lady at the drive through acted like it was a big inconvenience for her to change my drink. I also ordered two large single meals and two Cinnabon bites. I drove off and we noticed there were no fries. So I went in to get my fries and the lady asked the manager if she wanted to believe me and give them to me, The lady in drive said I didn’t get fries that I ordered three chicken sandwiches. I told her no, and then told her my whole order back. Mind you I paid $36.91 for this order and they did not even give me a receipt. I will never return to this place again. You don’t treat customers like this and the lady in drive should not even be working there the way she was talking to the customer.
I made an online order and well I was missing half my meal. I wouldn’t made a big deal about it since I always had decent experience there. When I called up to ask if they forgot my fries the manager there told me yes and to go drive there to get the fries. I ask her if I did that my food will get cold. She basically told me that it’s not their fault and they wouldn’t be able to replace my meal. I was gonna bring the food back to get it fresh so I wouldn’t drive home to eat cold food like I am now. I had to explain it at least five times but she seem she didn’t care nor wanted to understand what I was saying. All I wanted to do was to get the food freshly made with the food I bring back so I had HOT food not cold food. I wish these places would hire folks who can think more and understand when customers are trying to explain a simple thing. All Uber eats could tell me was to rate a review so they can learn from it. But I feel they won’t. They don’t care if we get hot food or missing items. It’s not hard to understand that all I wanted was fresh food. But I guess they will hire anyone.
Tonight I ordered the bourbon bacon burger meal (#9) and when I got home and checked, it was a (#1) Daves original. The fries were also very clearly old so I needed to make a trip back for a full refund. I handed the drive thru teller the incorrect order and my card for a refund. The manager Khaymon only refunded me for the burger..... but I paid for the meal and returned the meal to the drive thru teller. The refund was for $6.48 but I paid $10.38 + tax.... never ever coming back to this Cove wendy's location again.
This location served us cold fries, did not add lettuce and remove pickles from one burger, nor did they remove the bacon and tomatoes from my salad. They also put a ridiculously small amount of lettuce on the two chicken wraps (literally 3-4 squares of lettuce - no spring mix at all) and, most concerning of all, gave me a salad that was slimy, browning and had avacado that was starting to brown as well. To top it off we paid almost $30 for that and waited 20 minutes with only one car ahead of us. Looking past the ingredients not being removed or added, for that price and time my family should have at least gotten fresh fries, not cold, floppy ones and I should have been able to enjoy a NOT soggy, brown salad. Disgusting.
