The food was fresh I was in an out even though it was busy hours ,great service.

They have and I wasn't there for I enjoyed it and the only problem was it's kind of hard to make a left hand turn out of that area it's all one way

They have been fast in the drive thru or inside. The staff is friendly and I have never had any problems. The dining area has been clean bit I have never used the restroom. They have an outside area for children to play which looks clean from when I have looked at it.

The staff are ready to serve you with a smile. Shoutout to Shift Leader Nate! He is a big reason to eat here. Great conversations and amazing at customer service!

The service we get at this location is amazing! We used to go to Jack in the Box but the service is horrible there. We have been coming here for the past 3 weeks and have had great experiences in all of our visits.

Carl's Jr is my favorite fast food restaurant. I always get a six-dollar burger meal. Their food is always consistently great, so I know what I am getting every time. Carl's Jr is a great fast food restaurant with a well-earned reputation for outstanding hamburgers. I would consider their food equal to or better than anybody's!!!! I never turn down a meal at CJ's!!!!

I will give this a good rating. I was allowed to use the restroom while I stopped by to get gas. Got myself a cheeseburger and drink. The cheeseburger was good compare to the Carl's by my house. The cashier was very nice and friendly. Came in the afternoon close to 4 Pacific standard time on October 23.

This is one of the worst Carl's I've been to, slow, poor service and always check your order before you leave. Update 12/27/21: I don't know what happened here but this is now the best Carl's I've ever experienced. We've eaten here several times in the last few months and everything has been perfect.

Nice, simple, and fast. This spot really does it quick and easy. They kindly take my order in drive thru, and I come to the window. Pay. In about 2-3 minutes, I get what I ordered. Easy, and the food is well made, not messy and perfect! So we had to do an emergency restroom stop otw to Disneyland and the associate (I am so sorry, I never got her name v.v) read out situation and gave us the restroom code without us even needing to ask. I know that sounds silly but after battling traffic not having to worry about a code was great! The service was great and so was the food. We had the onion rings and fried zucchini. They were so good, we forgot to take pics. But again, its rare to see an associate who can read a situation and I am grateful for her. Definitely would recommend this Carl's Jr as a stop.

Often overlooked, and rarely understood in the fast food industry is “Food Presentation” ie, the way the food is made, and presented to you. For a fast food burger, this queso crunch burger was everything you’d expect in a delicious meal. Both patties were HOT, as in fresh off the skillet. The presentation of the cheese and ingredients on top was impeccable. Well placed and thought out by whomever crafted my order. The lady at the window was beyond friendly, attentive, and hyper aware of her position and she carried herself with pride and dignity which again, almost never happens within the fast food industry. As a traveler and regular on the “go out to eat scene” I absolutely applaud this specific location as they seem to actually care. Wonderful, pleasant, quick, and the fries and burger were both still hot after arriving to my destination. Great work to whomever the crew is that are currently working 5:45pm on 08/22/2025. Thank you!!! 🙏

Service was ok as it took a couple of minutes to be greeted and our order taken. This was due to one employee working the front line and they were concentrating on the drive thru. Ordered 2 Western Bacon Cheeseburgers and they were fresh and hot. Unfortunately while were finishing up our meal a homeless person came into the restaurant and asked us for money, when we said no he left but came back 2 minutes later and sat at the table next to us and just started. I did not feel safe and got up and left.

Nothing bad to say, came here to use a coupon. No issues, food was correct and hot and good. Definitely use the rewards app, you’ll get deals occasionally. Only thing is the staff should keep a better eye upfront. I went to ask for some extra sauce and I stood there for like 5 minutes waiting for someone. Besides that, fine.

Went during my lunch and it was so good. I ordered my burger lettuce wrapped and it was wrapped the perfect amount. Tenders we delicious and for was ready quick.

Service is good, but the men's restroom is a mess. There was a puddle of urine, which one cannot avoid stepping on, under the urinal and toilet.

Carl's Jr. in 6yh St. Rxit Frwy. 91, 6th St., Corona: The hamburger was fresh & warm & they had coupon like buy 1 get 1 free thick Angus chard beef burger (it appeared thin not thick burger) & they have to dry shake the lettuce cause liquid sauce dripped on my friends lap. Well, I thank for their coupons but my friend said, I don't want to go their anymore.

This particular Carl's Jr was very clean, the employees were all very nice and conversational and the food wasn't just thrown together

Its convenient, 24 hours drive thru and beside I really like their new steak burger menu. Great for those working on the road ....

My husband and I have lived in Corona for about a year now and we are close to the Carl's #700 on W. 6th street. We have never received bad service from them. 1 employee in particular always stands out to us, his name is NATE. Great guy!

Carls jr is one of my favorite spots to eat however the prices are getting higher and higher. The reason why i gave them4 stars is only because they cant get my order right the first time.

Actually had fresh fries! Was so happy, famous star always great. The only thing off putting was the sewage smell being very pungent while eating, not good.

We stopped for lunch on Thursday 9/26. Cristina O was so friendly and efficient. Such good service -which unfortunately is rare these days.

Strangely even when their burgers are fresh they seem like they've been sitting around for a while. I prefer the quesadillas, but this location didn't sell them. The meat always seems a little mushy. I'm not really complaining. They're not a bad Burger, they could just be a lot better.

Inconvenient location, not to be picky, but i am kind of picky, there was no ketchup in the dispensers, food and meal came out great and in timely manner, bathrooms were clean, employees were nice.

The last few times I visited this location, it seems as if the lady who took my order was rushing for me to finish. Who wants somebody else actually took over the rest of my order because she abandoned us. Other than that it was okay.

Playground outside is in bad shape, dirty in and out, my kids when to play and their socks was completely dirty, I highly recommend to this Carl's Jr please to get this playground clean asap.

The people are great, the food is always fresh and good, but the smell of sewer from the bathroom was so offensive we had to sit outside. This is not the first time either. The store needs more ventilation from the bathroom. Please improve.

Carl's jr. For a long time has had bad bread or buns to be precise this location is no stranger to the problem also. The hamburger was smaller than anticipated it's about the size of a kid's meal hamburger. The advertisement in the actual product is a little disappointing and misleading.

Usually get the order right with a few mistakes but rarely. Getting in and out of here is hard but worth it. Only 3 stars because their play area is always dirty. I've tried twice ND both times the kids come out with filthy hands and knees. Not conducive to eating :/

The food is as you'd expect from a Carl's Jr. and the service was fine. This location is good for drive thru orders. Eating inside is at your own risk. There are a fair amount of questionable characters in the area. I have encountered them when I've gone inside to order.

The play area needs to be repaired! There have been broken ares for over 2 years and now the mats are really getting bad also. There also needs to be lights in the middle level as it is too dark.

Customer service was lacking. They made my daughter's order wrong. A little girl needed to use the restroom and her parents were having an issue getting in since the doors have codes to them. The employee took his sweet time helping her so she had an accident. They never cleaned it up. DISGUSTING!!

If you in a hurry this is not the drive-thru for you. Second visit I sent my son to get us breakfast while I pumped gas. I prepared a coffee filled up my gas tank cleaned my windshield and drove over and he was still waiting.

I only put one star because I had to in order to put a comment. My boyfriend and I just ordered the $5 combo meals and the burgers weren't even made how we requested. All disgusting even the cookie was bad! Sodas had no carbonation. We decided we'll never eat at Carl's Jr again.

Their people are rude and unfriendly except for a young guy that works at night, the women are snooty and try to act aloof like they are better than everyone else it's almost comical except the food is so plain ordinary and not bad but it's not great either

Bought the 1/3 guacamole double burger but they gave me the little double burger with guacamole. Asked them to fix it and manager gave attitude and made it my fault...? Asked for refund and left..never again.

Horrible customer service! No one including the manager acknowledged me. I was the only customer in line. I waited for about 5 minutes and then I left. I did hear the manager finally tell someone to take my order and she told him to hold up and walked away....

Their Fountain drink was out of service.... I wanted a combo but they forced me to buy a "premium" drink instead of giving it to me for the same price since it wasn't my fault their machine doesn't work... Smh. If I had time I would have gone somewhere else.

Yesterday I was going to visit my mom in Irvine and we stopped by this Carl's to get food for my family so they could eat on the way. we asked for ketchup and when we left and got on the freeway my wife said there were no straws, no napkins , and no ketchup I called back and they said that by California law they do not give straws or any condiments unless asked for. Instead of apologizing they got defensive. I was an old lady that gave us the food and did not even care. I said i wanted my money back but i would not be back till night the server said as long as you bring back the food we will give you your money back, but i got home at 3 am so i just did not bring it back. I do not recomend this place.

My experience here was terrible. I ordered my food and when I got to the window no one said anything to me. Just asked for my money. They gave me my food and then we left. They didnt look at us, say hello or thank you. It was all bad. Then I realized they forgot my syrup for my French toast dips and my dad went inside to get it for me. The manager still didnt look at him or even apologize. The food was fine but the staff made it a horrible and annoying experience. DONT GO HERE.

Got here at about 7:30am on sunday. Their posted hours said they open at 7am. There was 1 car ahead of me at drive thru. Waited 5 minutes and they never attended the car in front of me. We waited about 5 more minutes and no one helped so we just out of line. There was 3 cars in the parking lot which i am guessing were the employees. We drove through the drive through window and the employees appeared to be trying to hide as i gave them a "whats going on" arm wave. I dont understand how they could be so lazy

Very poor customer service. They are very slow regardless of how many people are there. If you go through the drive through be ready to wait 20 plus minutes. No hustle at all. They also have you order and then at the window they forget what you ordered and have to re-enter the meal. Several times I've been here always a bad experience not going to thus carl's Jr. Again.

They Burned My Beyond Meat Burger, taste like it was cooked on a dirty grill. They slopped together the burgers and served it with HORRIBLE cutomer service by a young lady shift manager that seems like she had better things to do than serve my family and I. Won't be going back to this establishment.

Asked for extra barbeque sauce on two western bacon cheeseburgers and they forgot! Asked for everything on a hand beaded sandwich and they took off tomatoes and pickles, you think you spend 29.00 on some dinner they might want to get something right.

As with most fast food places I visit, the burger was pre-cooked and cold, the meat was dried out and the bun was soggy. We purchased 2 superstar combos, paid 21.08 for a disappointing meal. I have not been to this location in years because of the bad service they gave me. So when I came back Friday night at 10pm on 10/10/25, they got my order wrong. I'll just go to places where I know they will get my order right and have good polite service.
