We went there last weekend. The food wasn't as good as it has been in the past, the bread was stale the fries were good the burger was not as hot you would expect it to be.

Went for lunch today. I had the double meat double cheeseburger with regular fries. The hamburger was really good. The fries are large enough to share with someone. The fries came out hot and seasoned extremely well. They make all the burgers to order, but today the service seemed a little slow. I think it took about 20 minutes to get served and I was starting to think we had been forgotten about. But the order came out and everything was hot and delicious

It did not seem to be that crowded , but it took a long time to get 2 burgers and fries. I ordered a small cheeseburger with mayo ,lettuce, and tomato. It was the perfect size. The burger was just OK , onions found their way on it, and they just chopped up the strong white onions , so good thing not to many were on it. The cheese was only partially melted, and they put NO SEASONING AT ALL on Burger Patty, at least, that is how it it tasted. The seasoned French fries are at least seasoned but floppy and not crispy AT ALL. I got water because even if it is a fancy coke machine with 20 million choices , I am not paying over $3.00 for a Coke or any if it's friends. Water is better for you in this heat anyway.

The burgers and fries were very good, and the menu had plenty of options, although pricier than anticipated. A meal for two people totaled up to more than $30 depending on the choices. They had free peanuts though, and unless you have a voracious appetite, you should leave decently full. There's plenty of space inside the store, and the wait shouldn't be too long (around 10 minutes) if you need your food to go.

Five Guys offers great fresh hamburgers and fries that are never frozen. All burger’s are made to order and toppings are free. Fries are deliciously hot and salty with a great bite. Try a hand-spun milkshake to complete your 1950’s classic cheeseburger meal.

I remember liking Five Guys but the last couple of times we’ve gone to this location, I have been underwhelmed for the high-priced experience. They charge for everything separately, so it’s quite pricey. I wouldn’t mind if the burgers weren’t lacking in flavor. They pile everything in it if you get it “all the way,” but it doesn’t add flavor. The employees (all 3 that I interacted with) weren’t very friendly and it was quite unfortunate because this was the place I chose to spend my birthday eating since I love burgers. I took my entire family and we were all underwhelmed. It was quite unfortunate.

Uggghhh! If you have seen any one of my hundreds of reviews, you know that 90 percent have 3 or 4 stars. I save 5 stars for that extreme dining or entertainment experience. Likewise, I save 1 and 2 star ratings for the worst of the worst. This place delivers. Overpriced junk food that doesn't even taste good in a greasy, smelly, dirty atmosphere. Now you might think I had a horrible experience and that I am being unfair. I assure you the photos are testament to the cleanliness, the prices are self evident and you can taste the food for yourself. I don't know if this place is surviving off its former glory days, but the food wasn't worth HALF of what i paid. I first went to a Five Guys back in 2006 in Arlington, Virginia, on Hwy 1. Now, that was an experience. The place was buzzing. The food was delicious, and the peanut oil fries were done to perfection. Fast forward to today, and this overpriced burger and fries spot made McDonalds look good. Look at that measly joke of a burger in my photo. Tasteless. The place was dirty everywhere. I didn't see anyone spray a table the whole 30 minutes we were there. I thought I would have better luck outside, but the rain hadn't cleaned those tables either. The fries which i remember propelled this place to fame were horrible. They were soggy and had a sour taste, common with undercooked potatoes that have skin on them still. I can't say much for the service because honestly I don't remember my interaction with the young man who took my order. Although I may have e been spotted taking pictures and the staff quickly put a mat down in front of the soda machine where the melting ice cubes had caused the greasy floor to activate into in skating rink. I recommend you eat elsewhere.

We are regular customers we ordered on the app for pick up can’t believe they gave us a RAW burger this is my daughters that’s why it’s half way done she’s just a kid and didn’t know think much about since she eats medium steak she said it was randomly was pink through the whole burger I told her no it’s ground beef it’s different

I have never had a Five Guys Burger. At least, not that I can recall. I stopped by today. The double meat cheeseburger is...$12.19???? Seriously? Who pays twelve bucks for a damn burger by itself? I wanted to try it, but that's just too much dinero. So I took my business elsewhere. Good luck to you, Five Guys.

The lettuce they put on our family's burgers had the appearance of toilet-water kimchi and the texture of rotten avocados, tucked sneakily under the pickles so you only notice it after you're halfway through the burger because your distractedly trying to make sure your kids don't make a mess. Not going to this location again. Honestly it will take a few years to heal from this experience.
