Came to Saratoga location and Rick was very helpful and recommended a lot for me! I was very pleased with his service. Now these days it’s hard to find great people Rick is a keeper for your organization!!

Food arrives quick. The honey bar B que chicken is sometimes too crisp but .always good., especially when I'm sroned.

Hell yeah can't beat this fast food pizza! Love it. They are super fast and really good and will cook it anyway you want.

Been there a few times with uber eats, very fast and professional.unlike some other places that will not even acknowledge you as your waiting in the front counter for over 3 minutes or so.

Yummy pizza and cashier gave me the on line discount when I had showed tha I I had spent 30 minutes trying to order on line.

I order delivery all the time, have had a problem yet. Great food, and customer service.🤙🤙

I have been ordering pizza once a week now for 3 weeks even twice a week. It had been a while since I had ordered pizza from Papa John's. I love how consistent your toppings on your pizza are. I love how accurate your employees are with my order and how friendly they are. My pizza was made exactly how I placed it when I ordered it. Thank you Papa John's

I didn’t catch her name but the wonderfully nice lady that was working the front, taking orders etc, on 2/19/2021 around 6:30/7pm is awesome! She noticed I had my hands full with my 2 y.o and volunteered to carry all my pizza to my car for me. She was also incredibly patient and sweet with each customer I saw her deal with, even though the store was swamped and she was multitasking! Give this woman a promotion or raise. She’s fantastic!

i used to work for this store...so I know what to expect. I'm glad to see that its improved so much since I was there. The cashier was smiling, pleasant and attentive, the manager on duty tonight was funny, friendly and fast! I don't know how but even the food is better than ever! Definitely found a great place with great prices and service for the nights when im able to go out to eat.

We order frequently and this is the best pizza in town. They are very professional, even when we call for a wrong order, which wasn't wrong. Once we realized that we were complaining and we were wrong, we made them number one on the delivery order list.

Robert the manager is awesome! He helped us out with a big pizza party. Will definitely be back for our next big gathering. Thanks again Robert!

The brand new general manager called me the next day and we had a productive conversation. He then offered me a free pizza to try it again. That's customer service right there!

Last time I ordered pizza from here it wasn't even cooked all the way on one pizza! But the other one that was actually cooked wasn't bad..

The pizza ok. It's not the best. They have got our order wrong twice. They did remake it but were upset and gave attitude. We wouldn't recommend it as one of the best pizza places in town, but it's an okay once in a while try.

I mean, I like papa John's Pizza in general, but this store has been on a steady decline. I pre-ordered my pizza. When I got there at the appropriate time, the guy at the register didn't know what he was doing, or how to find my pizza (I had to point out my order for him). Also the quality of the pizza has declined. When you get half-n-half toppings you usually end up with third-n-two thirds toppings.

Pizza was cold, without my extra ingredients that I paid for, and soda room temperature. It's best to pickup you order, so you can check it there.

My pizza arrived 45min late, cold obviously. I called the manager for a refund. He told me it was too late, my card had been charged. So I told him i'd deal with corporate in the morning, and that he could either refund my money and id tip the driver, or pay for it now and not tip the driver. He literally said, "forget about the driver." I suppose Papa John's does not believe in taking care of and backing up their people. Wow. Pizza was decent, but back to Pizza Hut I go.

Service was okay but once again the quality of the product fails to impress. Product consistently fails to justify the high price tag. Won't be back to Papa John's ever after this; it just isn't worth it.

I waited an hour and half for my order. It was one large pizza. The person who took my order got my address, gate code and apartment number incorrect. I even repeated myself a few times. The pizza arrived cold.

They failed at even finding my address. Delivery person said "where you at" , as he called me TWICE ! When I called to speak with "manager" I got my money back .,, not my time or satisfaction. They have FAILED !!!!

They are not following our instructions this is happing for the second time. We told them NO CUT it. I am telling 2 things . One for them.”take attention”second for everybody “ do not buy from here , try other papa Johns “ The funny is :) thing this time they wrote it on the box .

Pizza arrived late, burnt and cold. I love papa johns but this has to be one of the worst locations. Very cheap on toppings and sauce.

My family and I have ordered from this location at least twice a month for over a year now and have always loved it. No complaints. However, tonight we ordered our normal order and waited over an hour and a half for our pizzas (even tho we live on the same block as the store), and when they finally arrived, they weren't the correct pizzas. I called the store to make them aware of the issue and to see if we could get the correct pizzas or at least a partial refund for the mistake. I spoke with the manager and he was so rude and disrespectful about the issue and didn't even apologize for their mistake or the incredibly long wait. Needless to say, we'll be ordering from pizza hut from now on. Mistakes and a long wait time, I can handle. Someone being rude after making the mistake, I won't tolerate. If they don't want my money, someone else does.

Very dissatisfied the last few times I have order my order was wrong as far as the dipping sauces for my papidias but I let it go but this time I ordered still from the same store and either my pizza was dropped in the store or by the delivery driver before I received it because my pizza was folded and scattered in the box. Will not be ordering from that store again not even sure if I will order from Papa John's again. I know I'm only one customer but it's starting to feel like customer service is not a priority.

Piss pour service it took the delivery alone an hour to get from store to my place. Then when I called to find where my pizza was Ashley answered a man took over and as I was explaining he puts me on hold for an additional 5 mins then another gentleman answers not knowing what's going on confused said he would get me a manager then put me back on hold for few minutes. So unorganized noone was able to get me a straight answer. No one could even apologize for the mishap.

The took an hour and a half to deliver our food. We had to call them and remind them that we had placed and order. They proceeded to give us different story's as to why they hadn't sent it out. Then when we tried to resolve the issue the started giving us additude and hung up on us. Terrible service. Iv worked in the pizza business befor and I know it can get crazy but their additude a d performances was THE WORST.

Super rude. I called in an order and not only was the girl taking my order not knowledgeable about the products I kept having to repeat my information because she was in lala land. I was trying to be nice but was getting frustrated then she told me it would be an hour on a Thursday evening for the delivery 1/2 a mile away. I told her I would go ahead and pick it up. She apparently already charged the card (put me on hold forever)had to get the manager to fix it and then instead of apologizing or anything just hung up on me. I called back and cancelled the order. If they are that unprofessional and rude I wouldn't want to give them my business and wouldn't want to take the chance of getting the food I'm feeding my children spit in.

My son ordered a pizza and when it arrived it looked like it had been tossed around. The toppings had all shifted to one side. When the store was called about it they said they would sent out another pizza. We have now been waiting for two hours and forty-five minutes for the remade pizza. PAPA JOHN'S HAS LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER!!

Just attempted to order a pizza and after giving my credit card number thought my order had been processed- had an additional question. Alexia, said she was the manager- cancelled my order without telling me. All I did was ask what a different size pizza cost. She can not mulit- task, pay attention to detail, and lacks communication. Horrible!

Waited almost two hours for our pizza, even though we're regular customers, and still they somehow managed to get our order wrong AND deliver cold pizza. Spoke with the management and they were so rude and wouldn't try to make up for their mistake. We're definitely taking our business somewhere else.

One customer waiting for her order. I counted 7 people that I could see, not sure who else was in the back. 3 guys busting their butts making pizzas, 4 girls standing up front doing nothing and we were told it would be an hour to order pizza. They didn’t flinch when we said we’d go elsewhere. It was a Wednesday night at 7 pm.

Worst customer service! Some guy answered the phone and right from the start he had an attitude. I explained how they gave me ranch dipping sauce instead of pizza sauce like I ordered. And simply asked if I could get the sauce I ordered and he replied with "really". I don't see how that is a problem as I did pay for my order. I will not be giving them my business any longer. At least until the customer service changes. He was a pathetic joke.

Paid for pizza and they won't give it to us. On 2-10-18 I ordered online for delivery and one of my pizzas had little to no sauce and we called to get it remade and reminded them no pepperchines in the box as my husband is allergic. So the pizza shows up with pepperchines and we do not except it and we send both boxes back with the driver. We immediately call the manager Will, and tell him about the pepperchines. He replies with no there was no pepperchines in the box. My husband is offended and ask if he is calling him a liar? And then the manager says oh I didn't know it was for you. And sarcastically ask what do you expect me to do about it? He said do you want the pizza or not want the pizza? We told him we can't wait for another pizza because we were not at home and we had to go home. Will basically said there is nothing else he could do. So we asked for the store manager and he said he was, which we found out was not true. So we asked for the district manager and was told he would be in at 10 am and his name was Albert. My husband called the next morning and he was not in and that his name was not Albert. Albert was the store manager. Asked for the district manager number and she refused to give it and would not even give his name. So my husband found the owners group called pizza del golfo. My husband got in contact with one of the owners named Raymond. Raymond was very apologetic and he said he put a credit for the pizza and free delivery and my husband told him if a different address was ok bc we we're not at home when we ordered the pizza. He said do not worry everything is taken care of. It was in the system. So we called to order today and it was not in the system. My husband told them that Raymond had said and they said they won't take off the delivery charge and they can not deliver that far. My husband called Raymond and now Raymond said he didn't say free delivery and that he was tired of talking to me. And now I don't get my pizza or money back. I

I ordered thin and crispy it was burnt wanted extra cheese there were parts on the pizza that had no cheese. Barely any pepperoni olives and mushrooms. I was totally disappointed. We've never ever experienced this before. Must be inexperience people working there. Never again!!

18 years ago, I and my friend was waiting at the door after hours. We didn't realize that they close doors early. the employee pointed and laughed at us. Coincidentally , the manager walked up and said he is just a kid. I worked 10 years in fast food since I was 11. I would have got in trouble for doing that even as an owner's son. This isn't the only restaurant that I have had bad service.

The only reason a gave it 1 star is because I couldn't give it anything lower. 1. Poor quality. Little to no sauce. Cold delivery. Insufficient topping. 2. Forgot my drinks. Said would come back but never did. 3. 1hr 45mins wait time. 4. One full inch of crust edge. Are you serious? Garbage pizza. 5. Receipt has no website to comeplet a survey. 6. $30 for two horrible pizzas. My advise to other customers... Don't! You work too hard for your money to throw it away on this.

An hour for delivery... Luke warm pizza I ordered extra pizza sauce and I received light sauce.. I was very disappointed and I will not be ordering from them again as this was my 5th disappointed order....I don't recommend you spending a dime on a company who has no quality

25-35 minute delivery time turned into an hour and 15 mins. Called the store twice to ask where our pizza was-was told 5 mins away-called again 15 mins later to be told 5 more minutes. Pizza arrived cold-had to put it in the oven for 20 mins before we could eat it! Very disappointing!

Carry-out is closed well before 10PM. That is way too early. Whoever made this call is costing the company some serious money. I prefer PJ to Domino's but at least I can get Domino's up until midnight.

Just look at how many pieces of meat you can count. I guess this is how this stores makes Papa Johns pizza. I'll be buying my pizzas from Marcos and Pizza Hut.

I ordered two pizza and wings. I picked them up, got home and one of my pizzas were cold. My wings were cold as well. The wings were half cooked cold. I called to let them know. They told me they would deliver a new pizza and wings. The manager called me back and said, man we can’t deliver you a pizza, and if you want a new pizza you have to bring the pizza back untouched. Like how do you think I knew it was cold. Will never go back there ever again. Great service.👎

Its flu season and he has his hands all in the pizzas and decides to hand me my order… ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Please wash your nasty hands before touching peoples food. All the while the guys making the pizza is touching his phone and steadily making pizza. Like come on guys. Just eat somewhere else this ain't it.

I love Papa Johns but lately all the pizzas I’ve purchased at this location have been very sad. The pizza I had today was dry, had very little cheese, was not cut all the way through, and they forgot to add the garlic dipping sauce and banana peppers. I wonder if this is Papa Johns way of cutting back on costs..? I will likely not be returning back to a Papa Johns.

Its flu season and he has his hands all in the pizzas and decides to hand me my order… ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Please wash your nasty hands before touching peoples food. All the while the guys making the pizza is touching his phone and steadily making pizza. Like come on guys. Just eat somewhere else this ain't it.

I love Papa Johns but lately all the pizzas I’ve purchased at this location have been very sad. The pizza I had today was dry, had very little cheese, was not cut all the way through, and they forgot to add the garlic dipping sauce and banana peppers. I wonder if this is Papa Johns way of cutting back on costs..? I will likely not be returning back to a Papa Johns.

I ordered two pizza and wings. I picked them up, got home and one of my pizzas were cold. My wings were cold as well. The wings were half cooked cold. I called to let them know. They told me they would deliver a new pizza and wings. The manager called me back and said, man we can’t deliver you a pizza, and if you want a new pizza you have to bring the pizza back untouched. Like how do you think I knew it was cold. Will never go back there ever again. Great service.👎
