Great service by all the stuff and food is ready in minutes. First time here but it was good choice to stop for lunch, there is choice for all, if you don't eat meat just ask to sub with your choice.

I had not ate at Schlotzskys in 30th years! WOW! It wasn't bad 😔, I enjoyed the meal with friends.

Ate during the lunch rush. Even with a line of customers almost out the door, the staff was very helpful and the food was very fresh and delicious. The restaurant is also very clean. Will eat there again.

Bread is spongy and mildly crunchy from light toasting.. It's become a "Hallmark Staple" in my dining destinations..... 😋

The original sandwich was excellent, but the salt and vinegar weren't very good. The only thing I really didn't like was when they were sweeping next to us while we were eating.

We eat at Schlotzsky's about once a month or so. Food is always hot and the selection of soft drinks is one of my favorites. We always eat in the dining room. Never a wait and service is outstanding!

Customer service was awesome. First time there, young man took his time to explain the different sandwiches and the fact that he tried them all, helped us determine which one to try first. Great hire. By the way the sandwich was fresh and the bread was soft, way, way, better than Subway. Ed

Stopped here on road trip best order I have gotten this year,some locations don't have dark bread had the rye small sandwich with cup of tomato basil soup. Wonderful hot and fresh. My favorite fast food place when I can find them.

Enjoy the food, but the management is even better. While visiting the other day I waited in the drive through for a bit, but not too long, I had thought. And yet the Manager on duty comped my meal and apologized multiple time. That, to me, is what makes a great business. Thank y'all for stepping it up!

Great sandwiches and salads. The staff was good with the exception of the young man up front not sure if he didn't want to be there. Pastrami was over the top.

I was able to give my order quickly. I had time to eat my chips before I received my sandwich. The Fiesta Chicken sandwich was delicious and freshly made. It wasn't too spicy. The tables were clean.

Line was a little long, but no one was leaving it. We all wanted Schlotzsky's. My sandwich was good and the salad I ordered for dinner fed me for 2 days. It was the neverending salad and I loved every bite. I heartily recommend it. Wish we had one in Ennis.

Woman taking order in drive thru was exceptional! She understands and delivers superior customer service. She was warm, friendly and was so thoughtful providing dog treats for my pup. First time in a very long time to have a great drive thru experience. Most places have rude people. Food was also excellent. Haven’t been to a schlotzsky’s in a long time. This experience will definitely bring me back. I just wish I got her name. She definitely deserves a raise!!!

The employees were very polite and enthusiastic. The food was delicious. I had the chicken avocado flatbread pizza. My husband had the full size roast beef on sourdough. He thought the price was outrageous, until he saw the size of his sandwich. The roast beef sandwich was huge...two days worth!

Haven't been to Schlotzsky's in at least 20 yrs & mom has never had Cinnabon so this dual brand worked out perfect for lunch, crunch time. We ordered a Supreme Pizza to go & of course a classic roll. Mother was aghast at the $5+ price but assured her it was worth it which she later agreed once she had it with her coffee. Using their dough bread as pizza crust is so ingenious bc it complimented all the fresh toppings, the dough came out fluffy not soggy, sauce was flavorful. Most of the all, it's the perfect size for someone that gets full fast bc I saved some for later in the day & this came out crispy out of the toaster oven. They have an expansive menu too so I will be trying something different next time. I discovered after the fact when you download the app, your offered a $5 off $10 offer, so will use this next trip soon. The nice cashier came out to the dining room to give us our food, we appreciated that, thank you as we will be back sooner than later.... ~CCG

January-2025: Three months ago we stopped here for a deliciously made specialty sandwich, so we decided to try again hoping for the same. Fortunately, the sandwich was great and service was amazing. Kudos to Jorge at the drive thru window. Thank you for such great service! We will be back. October-2024: After having another bad experience at Panda Express, we decided to try this place. Wow! What a difference! Miss Tammy greeted us with a smile and friendly personality. She definitely knows what good customer service is supposed to be. I have a very limited diet and she made my day by making me the perfect delicious Veggie avocado smoked cheesy sandwich. Thank you!

Learned something new... Austin Eatery and Schlotzsky's have the same roots. The food was very tasty. The dining room and facilities were very clean. And the aroma from the Cinnabon's will make your mouth water. I plan on dropping in for more food the next time I pass by.

The food is on par with any other Schlotzsky's restaurant I've been to, and the customer service was good. Drink machine doesn't work too well but otherwise great ace for a quick bite!

Food is always good. Sometimes it takes forever even when they are not busy. Requests for light sauce, etc. are not always honored. Some staff are not as knowledgeable about the products as they should be.

We were on our way back from dropping our grandson off and decided to stop for dinner since it was getting late and the lady with the blue hair made some delicious sandwiches and she was very polite.

I generally hate fast food though Schlotzky's is as close as I like to come. This place is a regular stop on our trips between Dallas and Houston.

Food was really good. Service was lacking as while we were sitting there eating we noticed several people come in an wait for someone to come from the back to take their order. A few people left as the wait was longer than it should be. Restaurant was clean.

Went through the drive thru. Really nice and fast customer service. Food was good. Less meat than they used to use for the sandwiches now which is sad.

It's All about The bread here you can tell it's freshly made the deli meat was sliced really thin which I like they did forget to put cheese on my sandwich though but I'm not sure I ordered it I think I just assumed it came with it. All in all decent though definitely better than Subway or Jersey Mike's etc

My wife got a take-out order from here on our way to Dallas yesterday since the kids wanted to eat Popeyes. The food was good. Highly recommend this place instead of the dirty Popeyes down the street. Service was good as well!!

Food is good when you get what you order. I spoke with Jeremy, a very kind manager about issues with several Orders. He immediately tried to rectify the problem and not just pacify me. The employees are friendly But the accuracy is off.

My wife hates y’all lol so I don’t get to have the big S very often. That being said I did grow up in a Schlotzskis in Sugarland, Texas playing Captain Bumper on the community pc that y’all randomly had there. Picture this, mom plops you down, gets you an Original with a bag of chips, says you can play on the computer, then disappears for 2 to 3 hours before returning with 6 bags from TJ Maxx. Legendary time. Revisiting now, the sandwiches are all right, but didn’t quite hit like I remember. It’s possible that I was just missing the Captain Bumper though. One small note, the bathroom was out of service when I was there. Gotta have the bathrooms running, fam.

I've been here several times. Ive never been disappointed in the food or service. However i do question them allowing a non service dog inside the restaurant. A person can have the same allergic reaction to a animal as others have peanuts and smoke.

Food was good but service was not very enthusiastic even thought we were only people there at first. Had to wait 5 min before anyone greeted us.

So I love their tomato basil soup... second time I got it ever was today. Little disappointed due to ordering ahead of time and I got there 15 min after the time I said and it was still not ready. I also didn't have the parmesan or pesto in my soup. The parmesan is my favorite part!!

While I love schlotzsky's, The people working at this place are not particularly competent. I watched four different people attempt to order and give up and leave because of the inability to take an order correctly. On top of that, multiple people with incorrect food when it came out. Do NOT come here during peak hours.

Not as good as it used to be. I miss the Santa Fe chicken sandwich. It's ok. The sandwiches don't have as much meat on them and they fall apart pretty easy. The sweet tea and chips are off the chain though! We still eat there but it's just not as good as it was. Lol

I am actually writing this on my most recent experience, which was a very negative experience, though I don't often have problems there. I probably eat there at least every other week. The food is good, and while the service is always good it may be a little silly. This last time, I pulled up and waited for somebody to answer and nobody did. I finally pulled up to the window and honked. I could hear people laughing in this restaurant, but I could not get anybody to wait on me. While I have often had trouble getting them to listen to what it was I was actually ordering, off and because and you can hear this on the speaker, they are busy horsing around, usually you get what you order.

Ridiculously slow. I ordered online. My order wasn't ready until 20 minutes after my pickup time. The whole point of ordering ahead online is so I wouldn't have to wait. 20 minutes late, and not one employee bothered to say sorry for the wait. Wth? I won't be back.

Sandwich bacon avocado grilled cheese tasted good however lacked some flavor. The accompanying tomato soup was far too sweet and again lacked robust flavor. Salad options good however their fat free raspberry vinaigrette and honey mustard dressing both were quite too sweet. Cinnamon roll lacked sufficient cinnamon flavor and had far too underdone dough. Flavors were 60% there, service was good, prices ok.

Schlotzsky's sandwiches used to be so good, but now they are so inconsistent you never know what you'll end up with. It smelled like sewage when you walked in the door which was very off putting for a food establishment. The staff was nice, but had a lot of trouble getting our orders right. It's amazing how hard it is to get a sandwich with no meat! My sandwich was dripping with mayonnaise so much so that it was almost impossible to eat, and I couldn't tell if the bun that is usually delicious had waaay too much flour on it or if it was growing a culture. Either way, I was afraid to eat it. Hoping this company can go back to its roots and just offer a well made simple sandwich made with fresh ingredients instead of this greasy mess.

The food is great. I Ordered a meat pizza and beef sandwich. Pizza was good although didn’t come with any peppers or parmesan packets. Sandwich was great but not many options for sauce substitutes. Customer service was accurate but not very welcoming. Ultimately, food was outstanding. Side note, I believe this is for online ordering. There is a service fee added to bill.

Disappointed with the sandwiches. I travel a lot and love Schlotzskys so much that whenever I travel in other states and pass through one that has a Schlotzskys, I try to make a point to stop and eat there since we no longer have them in my state of North Carolina. Although the price is a little steep for a sandwich, it's usually worth it because they put so much meat on it. We ordered two different sandwiches today and in both they had just a thin layer of meat. There was actually more bread than anything else and it was extremely dry and hard. Just very disappointing. Feel very jipped!!

25 minutes and still don’t have our food. Every single table was filthy. Had to ask to get something to clean tables.

Had to explain my order two or three times, that I wanted something straight off the menu and something without veggies... Then wait for a while. Then someone came and asked what it was I wanted, again, for both items. Then half the order was totally wrong. For how expensive this is, it should not be such a problem to get something simple.

There were several problem with our order. First they forgot the apples for the kids meal. Luckily we caught it before we left since our order was to go. The rest we didn't realize until we were driving down the road. We paid extra to add lettuce and tomato to the kids meal and didn't get it. My salad came with a knife but no fork so I couldn't eat until we reached the next city. There were other things as well but they were smaller and I don't want to nitpick.

Very very slow service. If you have 30 minutes to wait for fast food, then you will want to stop. Most likely the management is not paying a high enough wage to employ the people needed to run the business.

Very poor customer service. Ordered online 20 minutes ahead so my girlfriend could pick up. Still wasn't ready and she was the only customer. Thank God she checked the order before she left because the kids cheese pizza was missing an ENTIRE slice! The apples looked old and were already browned. And when she asked for a new pizza then just took back and magically found the missing slice. Didnt even attempt to make a fresh pizza. No was paying attention at the counter. Now we remember why we stopped coming here. Hope everyone else will too.

The bread was dry and rubbery and the tomatoes were hot and it was pretty much disgusting. The people weren't very friendly, the prices were outrageous! Don't eat here! It was a bad expensive experience, the sandwich tasted like it was old (maybe leftover from the lunch rush) and they just microwaved it.

We were there 2/17/2020 about 12:00, the guy taking the order wasn’t very welcoming but he was working and got the order correct. A young girl that brought our order to the table was sulled up, never said a word, none of the employees had a smile or thank you for any customer. The food was fine, the employees were indifferent and definitely didn’t want to be there.

Ordered small regular sandwich. Made sloppy. Took them 15 minutes to get it out the window. Cars lining up behind me. I was first in line. Always good service when the manager there. NO cars in parking lot. If you value your time, don't stop here.

The owner of this restaurant REALLY needs to make a visit. The floor was filthy, we had a hard time finding a clean table to sit at…the drink area was disgusting and the workers as nice as they were I was almost afraid to eat food they made. The sandwich was made good but the bread was over toasted and hard to eat…and maybe stale. The tea had a weird taste…no telling how long it’s been since that tea dispenser has been cleaned. Amazingly the bathroom wasn’t too bad, pretty clean.

Love the food but Unfortunately the service is terrible at this one. This is the only place that I haven't been greeted when I walk in or go to place an order, they just look at you like you're annoying them. It's called customer service.. they seriously need to train common courtesy or hire kids that actually want to work..

I am a cancer patient unable to eat most of the time. The one thing that I have been able to eat is the soup from Corsicana TX location. This location sales the soup that I eat in quart size. Today my husband was denied the quart size not because they didn't have enough soup to fill the order but because of the hurricane traffic he was told they make more money per bowl. I understand a business has to make money but this is beyond words for me. I would rather not eat than to give my families hard earned money to a business that operates in this manner.

Stalkers! Can't get your order right and when you drive up after waiting 30 mins someone is peeking around the corner at you. I drove off!!!! Go here if you wanna be stalked :(

Let me start off by saying, I love a good cinnamon roll...so I drove 15 miles to this restaurant in Corsicana. I have been to this place 3 times trying to get a decent cinnamon roll, haven’t got one yet! You can use these very expensive things as hockey pucks! If you’re going just for the Cinnabon Cinnamon rolls. You’d be better off buying you a can of Pillsbury Cinnamon rolls. HORRIBLE

Worst Schlotsky's I've ever been to in Corsicana Texas. Place was nasty, no ice, we waited 45 minutes for sandwiches that we not made correctly and they were cold. We will never go back. Nothing about this place was a good experience.

Food was good but this place needs a good manager. Ran by kids, kids on their phones, kids sliding around on mopped floor, no napkins in the bag. Kid at the register did not have a clue what he was doing. Didn't get a straw. The two females were the only 2 that seemed to be working.

NOT happy at all. Traveling, and decided to stop by schlotzsky's to grab a smoked turkey sandwich, but when I'm miles away and decide to check my sandwich...it's NOT what I ordered! Definitely, a surprise! It's usually always right, but this time NOT!

Our order was for the drive thru. Two turkey bacon club combos. One with meat and cheese only the other as it comes. We ended up with some kind of turkey sandwich that had no bacon on it but included avocado and red onions, the other was some sort of pastrami sandwich. 23.00 later and a 40 minute drive round trip and neither of us had a sandwich we considered edible. I tried to call but no one answered. Check your order before you drive away!

I ordered four sandwiches in total I was about to drive away with only three whenever I corrected them about one missing sandwich I looked at my receipt & realized that she only had 3 on my order so I paid for the one extra sandwich they ended up giving me 4 deluxe sandwhiches AND they were all the WRONG SIZES when I had ordered 2 different types of sandwiches with 2 being deluxe only. This is probably the fourth time they get our order wrong but I keep going back because I figure maybe they're having a rough day or they are busy but they did not look busy when I went today 2/26 @ about 3:30pm. This will be my last time going to this location because it is always the same thing our orders are always wrong or we are always missing items from our orders and if we as customers are paying to be served and are paying for food we should get exactly what we order and exactly what we pay for MANAGER please do something about your employees train them better or hire new ones. All the Mistakes THEY are making is causing your location to lose Customers

It was about 10:50 am,not busy on our visit. Haven't been to a schlotzsky's in many years and now I remember why. The guy taking the order seemed like he was smoking too much weed. We ordered two small original sandwich meals and a child's turkey and cheese. Simple, right? Not if your toasted! He blanked out... and had to completely re-type the order in by memory smh and then messed it up 😠. By the time the food came, we just ate it and didn't complain. the food itself was good, no complaints about that. BUT way overpriced. The music sounded like we were at Woodstock, not pleasant and the decor itself seemed too singular, only for people who like that sort of psychedelic, hippie, free love lifestyle and the staff were living examples. As lunch hour approached and people started coming in, I wanted to stop them and say, "don't do it!" Lol

Ordered ahead online and waited about 15 minutes in drive thru to pick it up. When we got to the window, the guy only gave us the 2 entrees and said thanks, like that was it. Had to ask for each thing we’d ordered. One by one he’d take several minutes to get each one. Drinks. Side. Dessert. Napkins and salt. They didn’t have the drink or cookie that we’d ordered in stock. Daughter had to eat fruit cup with fingers bc forgot to ask for spoon 🥴. Even gave him the receipt back right away to see the missing items, but he lost it.

I hadn't visited Schlotzsjy's in many years. I wanted a good sandwich, however was definitely disappointed. I order a small turkey bacon sandwich combo and the bread was crumby, more lettuce and tomato with barely any meat; couldn't find the bacon. Also ordered a mini bon, $18.37 for poor quality. It explains why I was the only customer. Staff was nice. Do better Schlotzsjy's!!

My 6 year old said we should give “0” stars but the lowest I could give is 1. If corporate is looking for one to close, this is the one. Absolutely ridiculous how long it took to pick up our mobile order through drive thru. Then when I unpacked the food, we were missing the au jus for the French dip and the kids meal sandwich was missing the ham that I paid extra for. I went back and again, it took way longer than it should. Then the guy at the window handed me ham in a container. I’m thinking.. ummm what? You want me to put the ham on the sandwich? You aren’t going to add ham and make it warmed up WITH the ham? Then I look at the cinnamon roll bites. Not only does it look nothing like the photo because they added the tiniest bit of icing, but they are cold. Zero attempt to warm them up. I am in the car on a road trip and don’t have a microwave. No one eats cold cinnamon rolls. I never write reviews but I couldn’t go without letting people know how bad this experience was.

This is a Cinnabon Schlotzsky's sold me at the drive up window today. I did not open the box until I got home. I am disappointed. The thing tasted stale. There was little to no frosting on top or inside. It was bad. It tasted awful.
