We discovered this restaurant with a Smartbox, and both my friend and I were thrilled. We ate wonderfully! The paella was excellent, the tapas delicious, and the sangria was also good. Service: Very kind and welcoming staff. An excellent culinary experience, and very tidy and clean. We'll definitely be back!
Nice and spacious place... typical Catalan dishes... the paella is delicious considering we are in Milan... very good ham... excellent octopus... top Catalan cream... the only sore point is the lack of some products on the menu... the price which I think is a bit too excessive for what we ate... and the paella portions... not satisfactory for 3 people... and the service a bit too rushed... they were in a hurry to clear the tables because closing time was approaching, making customers rush and anxious (you can't take away the paella when there is still rice in the pot, especially the best one... the one a little burnt).
We had a great time! Good food and good service, although the waitress ultimately made the decision for us. She made suggestions and wrote down the order as she pleased. Aside from that detail, I have to say that the dishes met all our expectations! Well done, and it remains a highly recommended place!
I went there last night for the first time and had a great time! The place is very cute, with super-characteristic decor, and the staff is very attentive and helpful. They welcomed us warmly and looked after us throughout the service, from the welcome dish (olives, breadsticks, bread, and typical salsa) followed by some starter tapas (we tried the cod fritters with chives and the potato and beef meatballs with salsa brava...amazing), to the main course: paella with seafood, prawns, and scampi...delicious! All accompanied by a good sangria, water, and liqueurs to finish off the dinner. They also have a wide selection of desserts, but unfortunately, we were super full... next time, I'll definitely try their churros!
I was looking for a restaurant near my house that made a good seafood paella to bring back memories of the ones we had in Madrid and Barcelona. I have to say I found it here. My husband and I went for lunch. It's a lovely place, the girls are super courteous and kind. The food is excellent, and the seafood paella is truly exceptional. If you like it crispier, I'd recommend mentioning it when ordering. Since it was our first time, we tried it the way they make it, but next time we return, I'll ask them to dry it out a little more and crisp up the rice a little more, but that's a subjective matter. What is objective is the high quality of the extremely fresh fish. The calamari was incredibly tender and tasty. We'll happily return to this restaurant, which, I discovered, has just turned 14. Best wishes, and keep up the good work!
If you want to try tapas or paella, this is the place. Highly recommended. Excellent food, clean bathrooms, and a quaint atmosphere. It felt like being in Spain, with background music. The waitress was very friendly and recommended some tapas while we waited for the paella. The bread, which I love, was also delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, but just the right amount of flavor.
An evening with friends celebrating a birthday in a place that was a bit different from the usual. The very nice waitresses recommended a menu for six of us to share. They brought us a bit of everything as an appetizer before the fantastic paella, accompanied by a liter of really good sangria. The food was excellent, the fish was fresh and well-cooked. The place wasn't very big but it was comfortable, the tables were spaced out so we could move around easily. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but above all, the girls were very nice. I definitely recommend it and will definitely be back 🎊top
Wonderful 😊😊
First time at Sabor Catalán, discovered thanks to the Emozione 3 box set. The place is welcoming, perhaps not very well furnished; we expected to find more references to the Catalan region, but nevertheless, in its simplicity, it remains pleasant and light. In the background, Latin American music continues to play, which we greatly appreciate, without being too distracting. Anti-COVID regulations are respected, both with green pass checks at the entrance, the use of masks, disinfectant, etc., and with adequate distancing between tables. Even though the restaurant is full and the tables are all located in a single large room, thanks to the depth and height of the room, we are not disturbed by the chatter of neighboring tables and can easily converse among ourselves—very nice! Among the very good items on the box set menu, a tasty and abundant mixed paella stands out, which satisfied and filled us up very well. Both the white wine and the white sangria (never had one before) are good and refreshing. The staff were attentive and helpful, with service always well-timed between courses. We had a great time and will definitely return to try some other dishes from the Catalan menu.

Eccellent! Recommended
I stumbled upon this Spanish restaurant near my house and, drawn by the positive reviews, decided to give it a try. It's a quaint place, a converted warehouse, a cheerful atmosphere, cheerful and friendly staff, delicious food...even the red sangria is good. Prices are reasonable. A wonderful discovery, a nice diversion for an evening with friends!
Good if you like paelha and are in Italy. A Spanish restaurante on Italy if you want a Spanish tradicional meal this os the place to go.
A very cute place, simply furnished with large wooden tables well-spaced. We chose this place from among the many offered in the smart box, and I must say we were very satisfied! The menu included patatas bravas, cod fritters, Spanish tortilla (I didn't know it was a potato and onion omelette), and mixed paella. I must say, everything was excellent and delicious, different from the usual! We tried the white sangria; I'd never had it before... it was delicious! The tiramisu and almond cake were also good. The welcoming and kind staff, the timely service—unhurried but without too much of a wait—and the relaxed atmosphere with Latin music in the background allowed us to truly enjoy the menu and the evening!
Great potential, but small portions and exorbitant prices I was very excited to try Sabor Catalán, hoping for an authentic, high-quality Spanish culinary experience, but unfortunately I was disappointed. The atmosphere is pleasant and the wait staff was courteous, but the problems arose when the dishes arrived. The quality of the food was decent, but the portions were minimal, especially considering the hefty final bill. The prices are decidedly high for what you get. You leave feeling like you paid a lot for little. I hope the management reconsiders the quality/price ratio and portion sizes, because there is potential. The Sangria, on the other hand, was delicious!
Hospitality: ★★★ Ambience: ★★★★ Service: ★★ Dishes: ★★★ Price: ★★★ You return with nostalgia and leave with some doubts. The promise is that of the most authentic Spain—tapas, paella, sangria—but the journey lingers for a while at the airport. The place is pleasant, the atmosphere warm, and the colors just right. It's a shame the chairs wobble more than the flavors. The tapas arrive after a while: delicious, but all a little too familiar—same sauce, same tomato, same fate. The paella is honest but without poetry, and the final dessert (a cake with chocolate ganache, salt, pepper, and oil) seems more like a laboratory experiment than a sin of gluttony. The service is friendly but distracted, like someone with many hands but little direction. The Sangria, on the other hand, is superb: sweet, fragrant, dangerously generous. Perhaps that's the real reason to return. A restaurant that makes you love it, but fails to make you fall in love. Recommended for those looking for a light-hearted evening... and with a designated driver.
