Great service. Late night employee at drive through had us laughing with his joke of the night. Smart guy. We had to wait a few minutes for our large order and he kept us entertained. We will return just to see him.
Food and service is always a 10/10. Will say though this place can get busy sometimes! So be prepared for that. You cannot beat the price either

Best fast food experience of my life! These guys went above and beyond. After striking out on a Monday night at every other place in town since they were all closed we went the way of the bell. We had a large box truck that wouldn’t fit in the drive through so an extremely nice employee took our order from the parking lot as our truck stalled. I was able to repair the truck quickly and they asked if there was anything they could do to help. Luckily it was a plug and no real problem to fix. Friendly staff, helpful and polite. I would do anything for the staff there as they helped make a bad night so much better. I’ve never left a fast food place in tears of joy but I did that night. I literally cannot day enough good about these guys. Just absolutely wonderful!!!

I LOVE IT HERE, the food here is amazing. The first time I tried taco bell was when my sister brought back a party box and I instantly fell in love with it. The only this I have wrong with it is on the supreme tacos there is a lot of sour cream and sometimes the wait is pretty long, but it is worth the wait. And I also wish they put more lettus but overall DELICIOUS. I personally think this is up there as one the healthiest fast food places I have been too. If have young children or any age children then this is a good place to bring them, and say your having a party then you can buy a party pack/box. This isn’t five stars for a top of the line luxury restaurant, it’s five stars for a Taco Bell. I speak from heart when I say this is heaven in a burrito. Plus the Taco Bell is dang purple, can’t argue with that. Lovely landscaping and polite service.
Very fast and friendly, quicker than the one in Ithaca! And the food was fresh, hot and tasty, loaded with toppings. But I do have a issue that goes to every single Taco Bell, why can I only order the veggie box online? Like you have the ingredients to do it, so why can't you? And why does Taco Bell have to be so pro beef especially when the beef there is disgusting and known to cause issues to people. I shouldn't have to pay an extra $2+ to have chicken.

I love Taco Bell. Great food. Easy ordering. Variety to choose from. Down side, unless you are extremely lucky you have to Wait extremely long in line to get to order your food and get your order. You have to hope your order is right. If it is wrong you have to go back to the restaurant with your receipt to get everything fixed.
The food could be prepped a little better but it's fast food so really can't complain. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I always receive my orders correctly and quite promptly. Great service overall.

We are here a lot! The staff are always friendly, the dining area spotless and the manager (Nigina) is always hands on helping her staff where needed. She's also friendly and welcoming to customers. One of our favorite places to eat out at.

Super nice tonight even though they were quite busy. Reasonable wait time. Dining room could have used a once over but there were a few clean tables available. One item was wrong but at least everything was fresh and hot.
It's taco bell. Used to be a favorite of mine, but now that I'm keto it's terrible. The chicken and the beef power bowls both have strange tasting meat, the beef is particularly gross. But it is still a kid favorite...and I have lots of kids! This taco bell impressed me by getting my 15 item order ready quickly and correctly; that never happens! And the staff were friendly, competent, fast, and responsive to me. Also a rarity among this chain. Great job!
Taco Bell is unique and almost always good. Tasty. But as with many fast food places, they really need to wipe down tables more often, and clean food bits off the floor. Opportunity for improvement 😉
I'm probably addicted to taco bell. So I'm bias. The food is on point 9 times out of 10. However the drive through is terrible and slow. Unless you get there when there is nobody else around you're going to wait a long time. If you go inside and get your order to go it's much faster. I used to work at an extremely high traffic taco bell, and I ran the drive through cook side by myself and would keep all green time(less than 1 min) regardless of order size. I also weighed all my finished product cause I'm a perfectionist and they were always not only within the ideal +/- weight but usually right on point. I'm talking large orders of 30+ items in 1 min or less. If you go through the drive through, you will hear the line cooks talking non stop instead of working but the food is always proper portions and usually really fresh. They do forget the chips in the boxes occasionally, and we order drinks with no ice and sometimes they have ice. That's why I always go inside now. Unfortunately i never eat in cause it's usually messy in the lobby.
Great convenient location for a Taco Bell. Quick service even though they were slammed with a bunch of orders. Inside the restaurant was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and they made everything correctly and it was good, so no complaints. UPDATE: still busy, still thoughtfully made to order and of good quality.
Food is good. When I ordered they tried to save me money with good suggestions. Food was perfectly executed. The way they treat their customers is also excellent. I having been going through a hard time trying to find employment, haven't had much more than a few dollars. Tacobell has been a breath of fresh air. These employees are polite clean and friendly. On one occasion I couldn't pay for a meal. They had the compassion to serve me what I wanted free of chrage, and it helps so much when youre in a bad situation. I appreciate them for a drink when I need it or a place to stay warm or charge my phone. The employees are personable and caring and I thank them for my support during hardship. Just wanted to express this to those who dont get to see or hear about their customer service. Who just never have a problem and just enjoy Tacobell. Thank you for going above and beyond.

This location is almost always packed because they will handle only 1 order at a time. Like 1 car start to finish before the next. Super inefficient. Food is usually made well and without error, but it's just sooooooo slowww
Taco bell rejected my 3 star rating. It's taco bell. The service here is fine. The food is like every other taco bell. It's a 3 star restaurant at best. I had a good experience here. I go to taco bell more than any other fast restaurant, but let's not lose sight of reality. The best service in the world doesn't change taco bell into a 4 star Mexican restaurant, sorry.
It's Taco Bell, the menu is lacking a couple items we usually order, pintos and cheese, fiesta potatoes ect. The restaurant was fairly clean, they seemed busy, and the staff were efficient, but not very friendly. No surprises in eating here in my experience.
The staff is always very nice here, but every single time I go to this location they forgot an item or items from our order. We have to order -to go items- inside and make sure all the items are there, which is not very convenient when your just trying to pick up a quick order for your family. At least they are open late so that helps. The food is usually consistent and inexpensive.

Waited 30 minutes in line before our order was taken - the line always takes forever to move. The kid over the speaker was dull and uninviting, but the kid at the window was great. He had a great attitude and was visibly enjoying his job. The food was warm - definitely not hot, but was flavorful.
While the food here is good (even though it's not truly Mexican food, but an Americanized version of Mexican food) they really need to step up their pace at the Cortland location. I've been there several times in the last 3 months and every time the drive-thru takes longer! I shouldn't have to wait in line for more than 25 minutes. I've had my car overheat waiting! Yesterday was the last straw. Therefore, I informed my family: if there's more than 5 cars at the drive-thru, we're going somewhere else, unless we can go in. And if we do, and end up standing in line more than 5 minutes, we're leaving. We'd get served faster at Moe's on the other side of town, I'm sure. UPDATE 11/18/2023: The service has gotten faster, but, like before, they keep forgetting the cinnamon twists!
Food was alright, but when ordering through the drive thru they don't ask you if you want to round up and donate they do it automatically without asking. i'm one that says yes to that all the time anyway but i'm sure someone will order and actually care that they do that. when i asked the girl about why they don't ask anymore she acted like she didn't even know there was a donation round up. they've done it several times so this isn't the first time.
Takes 45 mins to a hr to get food and when I take specific things out of my food from having a allergic reaction to it and 8/10 times my food comes out wrong so 45 mins to a hour take about 1hr and 30 mins
The impatient girl who peaked in high school that runs the drive thru needs a reality check. Other than the borderline incompetent Cortland employees, it's exactly what you'd expect from a Taco Bell.
The staff are friendly and helpful but for some reason the food just hasn't been tasting as good as of late. Some of the food is loaded with meat and other items there's hardly any meat at all. Some of the food is hot and some of it is cold. Inconsistency seems to be a bit of an issues here.
My taco was made with rage. Employees were openly fighting in front of customers in the kitchen. I waited over 20 minutes for my order. I watched the line slowly being restocked while I waited with other customers. No food was being made for at least 15 minutes.

It's a nice place to eat Mexican food if you like the Mexican cuisine. As for me it was my first time eating Mexican food, & I was expecting a more traditional very balanced salty taste, but unfortunately the cuisine didn't fall on my expectations. I ate the Spicy Potato Soft Taco which I didn't like much cause I didn't find it good at all (my opinion), but I like the Chalupa. It's all a question of preference and taste. But one thing that is worth to enlighten is: the foods there are very spicy.
Here is my problem - I downloaded the App to pre-order. The App shows you one price and then when you go to check out, all the prices go up to reflect the difference in store prices. Most things look to be 50 cents or more than on the App...NYS issues? Owner of the franchise jacking prices? Idk, just pretty lame if you ask me. My subtotal went from like 28 to 36 (and no that did not include tax).
Restaurant tables seriously needed wiping off. Food took awhile to get and there wasnt a big crowd there ordering either UPDATED 2-26-2022 Dining room now open, no longer closed for Covid restrictions. Still pretty messy but probably now due to staff shortage. Kiosk makes ordering a little quicker
Went here yesterday for dinner, as it is half way between Binghamton and my home town. I eat Taco Bell a lot, one of my favorite fast food places! Franchises are usually consistent and offer the same quality of food and service. I was surprised at how inconsistent this location was though, whether it was just a bad day or if this is typical, I do not know. I used the drive thru, as I was already over an hour on the road and wanted to make it home. When entering the drive thru, there were only two vehicles ahead of me. At the speaker, I was told to please hold on a moment, the gentleman was polite and within a minute, was back to take my order. This is unfortunately where the prompt service ended.... After ordering a simple combo, I waited for quite a while. I did not realize just how long I had been waiting until I finally approached the window. There is a screen showing each car, their wait time and I assume the cars that were red in color showed that the wait time was too long. At the time I got to the window, my wait time was 8 minutes already. The fact that they track wait times leads me to believe the management strives for prompt service, which is the only star I am awarding this establishment. The fault I believe was with the young man working the window, he seemed very overwhelmed, confused and incompetent and was asking other employees for help. Mind you, this was after 6:30PM and by no means a dinner rush or anything. By the time I was cashed out (took two employees to do this), my wait time exceeded 12 minutes, which is quite long when you are 3rd in line. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch meal with a Gatorade, my favorite item from Taco Bell! When I left and started to eat my meal, I immediately noticed the food had been sitting for a period of time. The hard taco shell part was turning soft, the soft taco shell part was turning hard. The meat was cold, the cheese wasn't even warm and the wrapper was stuck to the soft taco shell, pulling some of it off with it. It was edible, had it not have been trust I would have taken it back, despite the rush I was in. "Edible" is not the word that should be used to explain a meal though, as other Taco Bell locations can be explained as "delicious" and alike. Between the slow service and the at best, mediocre food I received afterwards, I cannot give this Taco Bell 5 or even 4 stars. Would like to try it again someday, could have been just a new employee or something and I do not like giving negative reviews.
The food was typical Taco Bell. The restaurant itself, was disgusting! I waited to use the restroom here, rather than the gas station. I would’ve been better off at the gas station. Bathroom was stocked, but filthy. There was garbage all over the dining room floor. Under the sauce & napkin station even more trash, tables were grimy & seats were dirty.
The manager definitely needs a 101 course on customer service. If the owners are reading this, you want to fire your manager. He suddenly closed the lobby while we were still eating and he turned away at least 10 customers away..
I'm writing this as a door dash driver, so the most important part for me would be the wait time, which was horrendous. There was a really long drive thru line that wasn't moving when we got there. There were like 10 people already in line. A few of people got out of line while we were waiting. I feel like only delivery drivers stayed in that line, because they were getting paid for staying there. This wouldn't be a problem if the inside was open, but the cafe part closes when it gets too late. It's a shame because I heard the lobby was really nice and clean. I felt bad for the employee that took our order, he sounded sad.
I probably won't be returning to taco bell unless it's for a Baja blast freeze, only because it's the only place to get it. I ordered the chalupa combo, the bread was tough, the chicken was room temp at best, and the sour cream tasted off🤷♀️ it broke my heart as I've always loved taco bell and I gave it the best stars I could while still being honest. I've also had to return for the rest of my food several times to the point where if I'm missing something or something was made wrong, I just deal with it🤷♀️ Sorry taco bell.
I mostly use the drive thru, so don't know to much about the atmosphere, but the food quality leaves something to be desired. Everything appears to be hastily thrown together and I've never seen worse tacos. They've been so lacking of filling, I had to really look for cheese and lettuce. The girl at the window was downright rude! I used to like Taco bell, but won't eat there anymore.
Tacos were clumsily wrapped and sauce was everywhere, nacho cheese cups are half filled compared to every other taco bell I've been to. Had to ask for my drink after the order was given to me. Two employees were smoking weed in the parking lot behind the dumpster on August 2. I always use drive thru but most of the time we are sitting at the box to ask for our order that we have done on the app and it takes 10 minutes at the box before anyone will say anything to you. We have also been getting the wrong order other than what we have ordered. Every table in the place was DIRTY. I asked for someone to wash a table so I could sit down with my granddaughter and eat. The girl argued with me telling me it wasn't dirty, I simply asked her again to just wipe the table, she told me to do it myself. She continued to mumble under her breath. Every single time I come here at night the people are so slow there will be 3 people in a line and it will take literally will take 30 mins to fulfill 1 order. It’s horrible they need to get their crap together.
I don't normally eat Taco Bell or any fast food, but I hadn't had it in a few years so my girlfriend and I decided to get some on a whim. We went through the drive-thru and weren't impressed at all. We waited in the drive-thru for about a half hour before we got our food. Then we realized they forgot something in our order. The doors were locked so we had to go back through the drive-thru. We then waited again for about another 20-30 mins just to get our food they forgot. They never apologized or even said anything at all when handing me the bag. Probably won't go here again.

Ok so, I've been here a few times. Usually something small like missing sauces not a big deal, everytime I go here somthing small is messed up or missing though. But I'm to lazy to cook and I want tacos so I continue to come back. I will be looking for another lacation after tonight though. I pulled in, had a 25 minute wait to order and receive my food. The guy running the register seemed as of he were high. Then I go to leave, take off check my order it's all messed up, I wont get into all the details. I pull back around to have my order corrected, took 45 minutes just to get to the window because the same guy was running drive through again and couldn't seem to comprehend I already ordered I wanted my order corrected. Pull up get attitude over the mistake she fixed it. I leave I check the order again. All 7 tacos were wrong and all 7 had a pick literally a 2 finger pinch of meat on them. They were sloppy and cold. I will not come here again and I will be in contact with corporate. I understand weed is legal now but when you pull up to the window of a resaraunt I shouldn't be able to smell it.
I've been to this place maybe 4 times in as many years. I have yet to be handed the correct order the first time at the window. Tonight it was because "oh I'm sorry, the guy on the line forgot to make your food" We're not going back there again.
Update from last visit: This place has hit Rock bottom!!! Last night, I spent $52 on food.. ordered online, i picked 5:15 for pickup. was there at 5:08, expecting/ planned to wait, so the food would be fresh ..it was already on the pick up rack !!! WE Recieved 3 SOGGY NO CRUNCH WRAPS!! ALL THE HARD TACOS WERE SOGGY SHELLED TACOS. The side chips dumped in the bag broken to pieces.. was missing cinnamon Twist!! Only thing to temp was the drink!!! They got that tight, and there was still some ice floating. FOLKS, I LIVE 3 MINS AWAY IT WAS NOT THE DRIVE HOME THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. IT WAS THEM PREPING WAY TO SOON AND THE WORKERS REALLY JUST DONT CARE NO PRIDE IN THEIR JOB!!!! Oh and BUILD YOUR OWN BOX X3 CAME IN A BAG WITH THE REST OF THE ORDER..NO BOX AT ALL!!!!!!! SO DISCUSSED I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! Interaction with the customer has been removed and good hasn't improved

Worst taco bell I have ever been to. Dine in closes at 9pm. We got there between 8:50-8:55 and requested to use the bathroom. They declined. Manager Kayla was very rude and put us off. Worst experience I have ever had at taco bell. It only got worse though. I can safely say that's the worst food I have ever ate in my life. It tasted so stale and bad. I could taste the bad oil in my mouth. I'm glad I never have to go there ever again. Never ever in my life.
Don't come here if you are a Uber Eats driver it's just a was of time the first time I come to Taco Bell to pick up an Uber Eats order they tell me that they don't have it in there system and that they can't do anything about it and to call support I did have to wait for them to eventually tell me to cancel for little to no pay. The 2nd time I came here for an Uber Eats order they told me that someone had already picked it up and that there was nothing that they could do and to call support I did and waited for them to cancel the order and got paid very little. It's ridiculous that they won't do anything for delivery orders they could have at least remade the order especially because I guarantee you they throw out any food that they have made but not used at the end of the night. Clearly Taco Bell doesn't care if they lose a customer over an issue with a delivery order.
Slowest drive thru experience...wait 1/2 hour just with 4 cars in front. They do 1 order at a time and allow that 1 car to be served at the window before they allow another car to place an order....by the time you get the order...the food order is wrong Cars pull up and leave the drive thru cuz they can't wait long....losing customers and $ .....poor management?
Went to cortland and ordered through door dash since it wouldn’t allow us to on the app. It said it was ready. But there was only 1 out of our 11 items. Waited for help no one paid us attention. Finally got our order and the took another 10 minutes for drinks had to ask someone to get us our drinks. They made two of our tacos wrong, terrible service. No one offered to help. A guy who just got on shift got us our drinks. The bag was torn and looked terrible couldn’t even get us a new bag when they finished our order.
Tried new store on route 13 after repeating order 4 times...still gave me wrong order...for $26 I would expect better service...and no one else was ordering so I guess this store won't get my business again
Went there 2 weeks ago. Ordered beef chalupa. Got extremely sick few hours later. My step daughter went there with her mom. Entire family was throwing up as well. They are cooking beef properly. They ordered beef tacos. Need to retrain staff.
Takes way too long to get anything. I have sat in the drive thru for an hour and a half before. Currently, I am sitting here for 30 minutes so far. It’s unacceptable for it to take this long with so few customers ordering. Just let me order my damn Taco Bell 🙏
Waited in line at the drive thru for over 25 minutes. I called the restaurant and asked why it was taking so long and the manager was less than helpful and didn’t care how long the wait was for his customers, and pretty much told me not his problem that there are bigger orders ahead of me. A passenger 2 cars ahead of me walked over to Denny’s next door, got coffee and was back in the truck before they got to the window. When I got to the window I asked why they can’t tell people with huge orders to pull up while the rest of us get our little orders? I was told by a worker that Taco Bell’s policy is they can’t do that. I asked for the manager and he was too busy to talk to a customer. I live in the area and have had nothing but problems with this location. Also the second time they didn’t have quesadilla sauce. I will never frequent this establishment again. They could care less how long you wait and the manager was not a manager at all. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! I don’t think a single person whom had to wait over 20 minutes for there order should have had to pay.
Rude employees that are obviously over paid. Not to mention whoever supervises them needs some tuning up on hiring and training. Got such blatant disrespect during order process we just left. It would be wonderful if Hospitality Syracuse reached out to this review, but more so actually cared. The attitude with most businesses now is, who cares. For every car that is not happy another will take its place. Stop at Burger King on Groton Ave, they have the best customer service ever. Never have I had a poor interaction with an employee. Take a lesson from them. Taco Bell meat is basically one grade above Alpo so it would behoove your franchise to train people to be nice and professional. Curious as if drive thru conversations are recorded? Ok Hospitality Syracuse its in your court. I would love to chat with a representative and not have countless emails. Kind of like what people did in the olden days.
Ordered online for a drive-thru order. Arrived at Taco Bell and got in line to pick up our food. Cars ahead of us pulled up to the speaker and waited. Tried asking hello, and nothing. They ended up leaving as did the other 3 cars ahead of us. We pulled up to the speaker and no one was there. Pulled up to the window and looks like the place was abandoned. There were no signs anywhere saying they were closed.
So when we went there they said that walk in was closed because the register. So then we asked the cashier if we could use the screens and he said it was fine. But then the manager (or I think he was) yelled at him saying that you can't do that (and some other inappropriate things)and was like "I hope you heard that too" I feel very bad for him and if you ever do go there, know that they have no customer service.
I went over an hour before close and sat at the drive through for about 5 minutes and not a single person took my order. Drive past to leave and saw through the window they were too focused on closing. I understand it’s slow however someone should’ve payed at least a little attention to possible customers.
Their lobby was closed due to weather. I was in a large delivery truck and called to try and find a way to order. I was oh well can't help you with that after calling 3x just to get an answer. They had only one car in the drive thru and the lady who answered was all out of breath and rude. Worst TB I have been to. Building looks nice but I can't go inside so it might as well not even exist.
Open the rest of your establishment like the rest of the world so there is not a 45 minute wait to order food through a drive thru. You are no longer fast food or a convenience. I have sat here and watch numberous customers drive away after sitting for 10-20+ minutes. You are losing money and patrons! Get your sh*t together! This is why we need to break away from food chains. what a joke of a way to do business. Please do better, we truly want to patron your business.
The first time through the drive thru it took 25 minutes to get through and they gave us the wrong order. We went back through the drive thru and waited another 25 mins to pull up to the window, then they told us to pull to the front of the restaurant so they could unlock it to fix the order. After waiting outside for 10 mins we went back through the drive thru and waited another 25 minutes to get to the window. The staff were rude and all of the food in the replacement order was smashed. The only polite person was the ordertaker, who clocked out halfway through the time we were waiting. Our order was taken at 9:44 and we got done at 11:20pm. Other places have much better customer service, like Burger King or Wendy’s. 8/2/2021
I ordered 3 crunchy tacos and a steak burrito. 2 of the 3 tacos were smashed to pieces on the tray when I received them. The steak burrito was cold and greasy. ALL of the tables in the restaurant wobbled like they were used in a WWE match. My drink actually fell over twice. It's the last $20 that I will ever spend at any Taco Bell
No worth at all. Very poor customer service. Bit rude and unwilling to accommodate any request. The nachos chips were stale. When asked they replaced it with a similar one.You can simply tell from the taste that they didn't change the oil for a long time. Cannot recommend it at all.
Waited 30 minutes inside for three tacos. Finally had to get a refund. Terrible experience. It’s really not that difficult. Hire more people. Do better.
Asked for a water cup and put water in it. The idiot working there yells at me I put mango fiesta in it. When I confronted him immediately with a clear cup instead of orange he ran away to the back kitchen do you lack basic comprehension?
Do not come here if you are a DoorDash driver!!! Wait times are absolutely god awful. It’s shocking. I will probably refuse ALL Taco Bell Dashes from now on because of this. Last night, the dining area was closed super early for some reason and there were about 7 cars in the drive thru. I waited in line for a while, but each car seemed to be taking about 5 minutes JUST at the order screen. I can’t wait that long to pick up an order when I’m working.
Walked in waited to place our order but no one would come to the counter. We then placed an order on the kiosk. We waited at filthy table(every table was dirty). After 30 minutes I inquired about my order, I was told that they were working on it. They said door dash was their priority. I watched three more orders go out the door. We left without getting our order. I will NEVER Go back!!
Absolutely worst taco bell I ever been to. Manager working on May 26 evening was very rude and disrespectful. She shut the door on us when we requested to use bathroom. I don’t know why lobby area would close 5 hrs before restaurant closing time. This is not it, food was very bad as well. Taco crunch were stale. Bean were not heat up properly either. This experience made me feel like I don’t know when I will eat Taco Bell again.
Rude treatment at the cash register. I couldn’t see the menu posted on the wall behind the young lady at the register and I told her and she began rattling off the entire menu to me as fast as possible! I’m 70 years old but I’m not stupid and the way she spoke to me was belittling and embarrassing for me. I ended up just ordering something quickly and leaving but in hindsight I think I should have talked to the manager because that’s not an acceptable way to treat anyone.
As other reviews have stated, drive-thru service is horrendous. Waited over an hour in line at the drive-thru only to find out they decided to close the kitchen early. You'd honestly save more time driving 26 miles to the next Taco Bell than ordering here.
Placed my order at 1246 it's now 30 mins. No one started making the order until now. I had to ask for it to be prepared and now they just started making it. Horrible.
Waited 15 minutes the first time around for a 9$ luxe box and 2 soft shell tacos. Get home to discover i’m missing 2 chickenbl bacon chalupas (half of the box). Drive back there, tell them exactly what i’m missing. Wait another 15 minutes just to get to the drive thru, where they ask me what i was missing. Even though i just told them. So i had to wait another 7 MINUTES FOR THEM TO MAKE 3”2 chalupas because they didnt just make them when i told them in the driveway. The two workers showed absolutely no emotion or even acted like they cared in the slightest. Waste of an hour of my day.
This review is purely in regard to this restaurants system for delivery apps like DoorDash and Uber Eats. I’ve never waited more than 10 mins for an order at any restaurant I’ve delivered for but here, 4 times in a row were 20+ minute waits. It’s as if the workers only serve drive through and in store customers while completely disregarding delivery orders. I understand places get busy but 4 times in a row suggests a clear problem. Management please fix this
Management in this place is a joke!! I don’t think they get enough training on how to talk to people over the phone. Arrogant & rude young adults in charge lacking basic decency & proper phone etiquette.A negative zero star is more appropriate.
I visited Taco Bell and was initially impressed by the nice exterior. However, the interior was filthy and desperately needed cleaning. I waited 20 minutes to use the restroom, hearing someone dropping plastic items inside. When I finally entered, I found syringes in the trash. My wife had a similar experience in the women's restroom, where another person was also discarding syringes. Both individuals appeared to be non-patrons, as they didn’t purchase anything. The location should lock bathroom doors for paying customers only to prevent such issues. This experience was deeply unsettling, and I won’t be returning.
Absolutely horrible service, they don’t even help you at the cash register if they ever even let you in. they make u use the kiosk they seriously just look at you while u sit there and wait for someone to help you. Just now at 9:07pm Me and my gf waited for 20 minutes to even move up one car at the drive through so we decided to leave the line and try dining in. 5 tables/booths full of people chowing down on food I walk up to try doors and locked! It’s 9:30pm!!!!! Mind you there are no lie 3 workers out hitting there little vapes and laughing and talking! I mean cmon! Won’t be goin to that Taco Bell anymore! Taco Bell is known for late night service and just cuz u can’t take 10 minutes to wipe a table after someone uses it so u lock the doors is pretty bs to me. Horrible management.
Waiting in line for more then 10 minutes . Each car has to wait untill the order at the window is handed out for the car at the drive through speaker to even be talked too .. and when you try and talk through the speaker to see if anyone is there , their rude and tell you that they will get to you when they get to you .. it’s every time I go this is the situation . From the looks of the window there looks to be more then enough people to keep a steady moving drive through . But I guess you can’t when you spend your whole 8 hour shift talking and complaining how you don’t get paid enough . You don’t deserve minimum wage . Especially not at cortland location . And out of spite they give you your food like this
We went around 1:45 waited in line at the drive thru for a total of 20 minutes. We ordered a chulupa box and a crunch wrap meal and 2 extra drinks. The person in the drive thru didn't seem to have a care in the world about anything. Shortly after we ate 2 of the 4 had to rush to the bathroom. Not pleased! Tried this place again was worse than the last time! Manger refused to give her name! Seemed not remorseful one bit! Ridiculous! Can't employ decent people at all!!
