The Collage Culinary Experience in Costa Mesa is a unique, elevated food court aimed at pleasing the most skeptical palates. It's located at the south side of Bloomingdale's, and it may be hard to find if you don't know it's there, which would be a shame because you would be missing out on some great restaurant options aside from the usual chain restaurants at South Coast. Be sure to hit both floors because downstairs holds most of the restaurants, and there is limited seating upstairs. On the weekends, expect to wait a little longer, but my recommendation is. for the best experience, go during the week and take your time to enjoy all of it!

This is one of my favorite places to get food with friends and family because of it’s diverse selection of food and drink. I eat a primarily plant biased diet while my dad prioritizes protein intake, Collage is a place we go to where we know we will all find something we enjoy. My favorite is definitely Cha Redefine, where you must try the avocado drink.

Excellent location and variety of food and drinks for everyone and mochinut who has the best beverages and unique snacks.

Easy to find parking. Waiting area is comfortable and clean. Phoholic is my favorite spot.

A little hard to find. You can access the venue by parking next to Bloomingdales or walking through the department store if you’re already in the mall.

Paradise Dynasty & Bruxie are the first things you see when you walk in from the parking lot. Take the escalator down for Cha Redefine, Mian, Mochidonuts, ramen, and many other options. I love the variety of unique food choices that you wouldn’t normally find in a mall food court. The atmosphere is always great and the place is very clean, even when it's busy! I love coming here, and I always have a great experience.

The service is not 5-start gourmet restaurant service, but it's fine for a food court type place. We always stop at the Mochinut for a donut and a half cheese half meat potato covered corn dog. Those things are like crack.

Came here for the Phoholic location. Just as good as the Westminster original and surprisingly not too much of a wait. Bonus the waiting area is much more comfortable than the outdoor waiting at the original.

Atmosphere was great. Cool colours and decorations and theme. Very fun. But it is a food hall. But not as much options. I expected a lot of selections and more to choose from.
