Restaurant with spectacular decor reminiscent of the Old Wild West, serving American food. This is the second restaurant from this chain that we've visited in Italy. It's a shame that the staff doesn't speak English, but they try hard to make themselves understood.

È stata una buona esperienza, eravamo di passaggio e ci siamo fermati io, la mia compagna ed i nostri figli di 9 ed 11 anni. Seduti in pochissimi istanti, preparazione ordine nei tempi giusti prezzo rapportato alla qualità del cibo e del servizio. Margine di crescita c'è. A partire dal tavolo che ballava, alcuni totem da riverniciare, i bagni non proprio pulitissimi... però se mi capitasse, mi fermerei ancora.

The Old Wild West chain is always a safe bet when it comes to unique, unusual sandwiches. This was our first time going vegan, and we weren't disappointed: the flavors were sublime and well-balanced. The only flaw, which seems to always be a problem with this chain regardless of location, is the wait. My guess is that they don't employ the same amount of staff in the kitchen as they do in the dining room. But other than that, the staff were kind and helpful. The professionalism is there, and it shows.

Parcheggio in abbondanza dato che è all'interno del supermercato. Servizi puliti, location standard della catena old Wild. Ragazzi del servizio simpatici, a volte si aspetta un po' troppo anche se c'è poca gente..... il mangiare buono, non proprio sano, ma ogni tanto ci sta. Deve piacere lo stile di quello che servono, molta varietà alla brace anche vegetariana, buona la birra ambrè.... PER ME DA PROVARE..... non pensiate di spendere poco.

Personale gentile e onesto. Qualità del cibo tipica di un fast-food ma con i prezzi di un ristorante. Ho messo 3 stelle per diverse ragioni: carne arrivata fredda, prezzi elevati se paragonati alla quantità e alla qualità.

The food is good, and that's not a given, because even though it's a chain, I've noticed differences in the various restaurants. The only downside is the somewhat slow service, even with several waiters in the dining room. Clearly, you don't need that many waiters if the kitchen is slow. It's best to arrive well in advance if you're planning on seeing a movie, because you risk missing the beginning. We waited 50 minutes from the moment our food arrived to the table.

I've been there a few times, and I can say that the food is mostly good and high-quality, but the "side" also matters. Waiters are visibly irritated by simple requests like adding sauces or condiments in general, the wait (not always, but often) is very long, and the prices are quite high, which I'd accept if they were quick, without 30-40 minute waits.

Overall disappointing as the simplest hamburger was too expensive for what is presented. You have to ask for additional sauces, which are free however. The hamburger bread was dry and not very appetizing. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice.

A place inside the mall, very convenient before or after a movie. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We dined right after making a reservation, so service was very fast. I expected more from the tortillas; they were full of salad and not enough chicken. The sandwich was delicious. The beer was good, but I prefer it colder. I'll try again, perhaps with a more substantial sandwich.

From me, I give them two stars. My steak was ice cold when it was served, but the chips good do. The personnel were very friendly and nice. I definitely don't want to come back to this place. I don't want to say more, I'm a little bit disappointed.

I went to this O.W.W. with six other friends, and right from the start, we had to wait in line at the entrance to be escorted to our tables (some of which were free). The wait was a bit long at the beginning, and then a bit rushed at the end due to closing time. The drinks were served after the appetizers, and the food overall wasn't bad; perhaps the fries could have been hotter. Esperienza per nulla positiva, premetto che il cibo era buono ed il servizio abbastanza veloce, tuttavia il ristorante a parer mio presenta una grande carenza riguardo alla gestione della sala. Non ammetto dopo aver prenotato con parecchie ore di anticipo di ricevere un tavolo in un angolo nascosto con vista muro, visto anche la metà sala vuota. Oltretutto i camerieri, per nulla organizzati, tornano più volte al tavolo a richiedere la prenotazione segnando sull'ordine cose non dette e, dopo aver comunicato loro l'errore, rispondo pure in modo sgarbato. 2 stesse solo perché la qualità del cibo non si può dire che non fosse buona.

Mai mangiato così male da nessuna parte , carne che doveva essere a cottura media era cruda a tal punto che il sangue della carne è stato assorbito dalle patatine, panini arrivati freddi e secchi , il tutto servito dopo 40 minuti! Mai più !

Ambiente pulito e servizio competente, ma è stato una delusione. Posso capire la lunga attesa di un ora e un quarto per due piatti, effettivamente c'era gente, quindi ho aspettato con pazienza. Quando finalmente sono arrivati i nostri due panini, ci siamo resi conto che erano semivuoti. Una cosa veramente imbarazzante dato che il prezzo dei panini varia in base agli ingredienti. Ma non è finita; patatine, pane e carne, freddi gelati. Mi scoccia aver regalato quasi 50 euro, sapendo che sarei rimasta più soddisfatta del mc donald in fianco.

I decided to give it a try, even though I'd never been attracted to a chain, either for the type of food served or the prices. My partner and I decided to try their dishes on a pre-cinema evening. The restaurant is spacious, obviously similar to the others, and there's ample parking since it's located inside the CremonaPo shopping center. The dishes themselves weren't bad; the fried foods were also well done, but first of all, charging €10 for a mixed appetizer seems excessive, given the poor presentation, even though it reflected what was on the menu. A plate of 8 nuggets cost €8.80, which was good, but oh my, tasteless, and without the sauce (obviously served at the bare minimum), they were unpleasant. The icing on the cake was a €1.60 cover charge per person for a fork, knife, and napkin. Oh my, that seems excessive, like a €1.50 half-liter bottle of water. We definitely won't be back, even though I found the staff friendly and courteous. But for three tacos and some fried cheese and chicken, I'll definitely go somewhere else. The place wasn't crowded.
