I'm really not one to complain, but something is seriously amiss here when my order has been wrong every time I've visited this location (which is maybe 5 or 6). The quick and friendly service is the only reason this review has two stars and not one. Won't be back.

So I pulled up to Sonic at 9:00pm on the dot. Sat at the self order for about 15 minutes with no answer after repeatedly pressing the red button. I proceeded to go thru the drive thru and someone came over the speaker pretty soon. I ordered my food and then had to wait another 15 minutes for my 2 shakes and small mozzarella sticks. By the time I pulled off it was 9:36pm! Talk about upset, I wouldn’t suggest anyone go to this place. Not now, not later, not ever. This place is SUPER SLOW and not worth the wait. Don’t believe me, try it for yourself. This place deserves a negative beyond negatives! And I do have the number posted from other reviews that I will be contacting tomorrow.

If I could give this location a zero I would! Every time I come here their system is always down, even though they just served a customer in front of me, or I sit for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. A week ago I ordered $14.xx worth of food and the car hop gave me $14.xx change out of the $20.00 I gave him, really?!?! I was honest and gave him the money back and took the correct change for myself. I can't believe that Sonic customers are having to deal with this and nothing is being done to correct it.

Sorry this is not going to be pleasant. We stopped by on 1/16/2021 at 8 pm to order some food. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to respond and nobody did. The light on the order board went out not once but TWICE which tells me that someone inside your store turned it off because it became available to order again. So we tried it again, waited 10 minutes this time for someone to respond and no one did. We don't have 20 plus minutes to wait for your staff JUST to take an order!! This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Is this what this location has become?

Slow and disorganized. Pre-ordered and still had to wait. Then a car in the drive thru got their food before me. SMDH

Dont go here, they call this a tender but is 3 strings of chicken and batter along with it being dry and stale for some reason... Also everything taste worst than microwave food and im pretty sure that is what it is.

Look at this 😆 took forever for 2 drinks and this mess, small onion rings. It's burnt, batter is inconsistent, onions taste sour too. I took one bite of about 3 of them and had to throw them out. Look at that string that came out of it!! I've never seen anything like this, sonics usually has a even coating of batter.

Normally I absolutely love Sonic but then there's this location. I have 30 minutes for lunch. Takes me 5 minutes to get there in 5 minutes to get back to work. I waited 15 minutes in the parking lot for my food to come. Needless to say I did not have time to eat. The person I brought the food tried to tell me that it was because customers kept stopping him on the patio. The only thing on the patio was a very large homeless population. When I tried to call and speak to somebody they will not answer their phone. Definitely never going back to this one

This is the worst experience!! We were there for an hour they couldn't even get our order right for the fourth time they still didn't get it right. We ordered a number one no ketchup no mayonnaise no tomato all the other vegetables and mustard on it!. I ordered four times they still did not get it right, i just wanted mustard along with lettuce and pickles they decided they wanted to put mayonnaise on 3 of them and then the last one they just put lettuce on it!! Wow for real I can't believe this finally I told the manager forget it they can't get the order right and I don't have anymore time to be waiting another hour.

Where do I begin? First of all, although pretty friendly, the employee that we encountered, Zachary, looked incredibly unkempt and disheveled. His long hair was uncombed and his “uniform” appeared as if it hadn’t ever been washed. He looked as if he had slept there overnight. Someone should really check in with him. Second, we ordered two breakfast “toasters”. Now, we assumed by the name of the menu item, that it would indeed be toasted. To our dismay, it turned out to be a couple cold pieces of bacon, a slice of unmelted cheese and a sad square of soggy egg, lazily tucked between two UN-TOASTED slices of Texas bread. To say we were disappointed at the lack of effort put into what would’ve been a tasty treat, is an understatement. We were traveling and weren’t able to turn around to get our $15 back. We tried to call to talk to a manager but no one answered the phone. Sonic has always been one of our top places to grab some grub so I hope for business sake, they take the time to rectify these mistakes with some proper training and possibly pay more attention to their employee’s work habits and appearance. Thank you for your time. P.S. I did enjoy my strawberry sprite.
