Phenomenal place to stop especially when just passing by! Nice staff, nice patrons, great burgers made from quality beef! Making this a stop every time we come up this way!

Here in Ticonderoga for work, stopped by for food and was very pleased. Friendly staff, great food.

Had been driving for a while without a single restaurant in sight. Can across Suzie's in the middle of nowhere. Cute little place for ice cream, but they have some good food too. Hamburgers are fresh, hand made, not frozen patties. Fries are fresh cut fair style that everyone likes. Wife said her burger could of used some seasoning but my mushroom and swiss was good.

This is EXACTLY what you want out of a roadside dining experience. Homemade food, and outdoor seating. Definitely have the hand-cut fries, the Michigan dogs are also top notch. I pass by this place on my travels into and out of the Adirondacks and I try to time my travel to stop here for a meal. It's great food, the people at Suzy's are super nice, and the value is on point.

We had chicken tenders was all white meat and not formed nuggets and the loaded tots were very yummy loaded with cheese sauce bacon and chives, the serving size was large, and well priced. She brought our order out to our vehicle and everything was piping hot. We will be returning next time we are in the area.

A very good place in the middle of an oasis. Those Adirondack Fries were pretty good with a Michigan Burger. If I end up in the middle of upstate NY again, I would stop by again.

Never had a bad meal. I live close by and couldn't be happier that Suzies is right down the street. Everything I've tried from the Michigan's to the fried Mac n cheese bites are good. So much more I want to try. Stop in if you get the chance, it's absolutely worth it.

Good place for a short stop. Place is popular across locals as I noticed. It’s self service so don’t expect anything. Fries are great, so I can definitely recommend them. Burgers are kind of small. View from the dining area is nice, really loved it.

Food was so good and made perfectly. The side out fruit had an awesome variety of fruits that were all ripe and delicious. The blueberry muffins were so good too! Our watitess was super kind, friendly, attentive, and helpful but the others that were working seems grumpy and kind of miserable to be honest. Observing them it made me very happy we had the one we got! She was very accomidating to our requests and made great recommendations. Would definately go back!

It's not bad place for soft served ice cream but there food is soggy when it comes to the burgers or hotdogs for the kids meals which also doesn't come with anything but ketchup for a topping pack of fruit snacks an fries an drink small food is lil expensive for what they are serving as soggy bread etc I got chef salad an they didn't put all the veggies to the salad in it just tomatoes an deli meat not even fresh meat again the ice cream probably the only enjoyable part really

Stopped by for lunch since I was in the area and saw decent reviews. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and Adirondack fries. Unfortunately, the burger was a letdown. The bun was soaked and falling apart, and although I asked for it to be cooked medium, it came out well-done with no pink. The meat was also very bland. The fries were even worse—some of the worst I’ve ever had. A large portion of them were undercooked, almost completely raw. I brought them up to the counter to show the cashier, and instead of offering a refund or a better solution, she said they probably stuck together and offered to refry them. I ended up not finishing either item. Overall, a very disappointing meal.

Supposed to be open until 8, we pulled into the parking lot at 7:15 and as we were walking up to the door a lady came straight out to take down the open flag and said they were closed. Thanks to that because the place was scary looking and we weren’t sure if we wanted to eat there or not.
