Quienes atienden hacen lo que quieren. A veces regular, y eso dependiendo si eres mujer u hombre (por qué hasta en eso hemos notado el prejuicio) pero nunca BIEN. Por ejemplo, antier compramos un termo y como ya habíamos pagado 2 bebidas la chica que cobró (en lugar de descontar una o reembolsar) nos dijo que la respetarían. Hoy vinimos y resulta que no, no respetaron lo dicho y nos cobraron la bebida que debía ser gratis. Hasta parece que es el mismo dueño en todas las sucursales del Establo de México! No tienen la remota idea de lo que es servicio al cliente 😒

Lately they don't want to serve you before 10 (even if it's half an hour), from the moment you order they look at you with a bad attitude, they make the drinks wrong however they come out and if you ask them to repeat them (because they made a mistake) they do it the same way (without the exact measurements) usually it is the female staff who no longer want to serve and they want to clean everything half an hour before and don't want to use it, they always serve you in a bad mood.

This Starbucks is the closest one to me. It's a shame their service is always terrible… they're always slow or mix up orders, and today the young woman who served me was very rude.

I have several complaints, but I'll list just two below: 1. I ordered a turkey and panela cheese sandwich. To begin with, they never toasted the bread. It seemed like they just took the bread straight from the freezer/refrigerator and made the sandwich. The bread was raw! 2. Two of your employees were just playing around, putting the water and milk jugs on their heads (like they were hats)!

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTENTION I have gone twice and it has been a deplorable service, on the first occasion they didn't even call me to give me my drink, they just threw it away. In the second they gave me something I didn't ask for and they gave me a man's name when I am a woman and my name is not Toño, it is Dorian. I asked for no whipped cream and no dairy and they gave me what they wanted, it's the worst branch I've ever been to.
