Sizzling Lunch

I liked the way that we could mix the protein and rice (noodles) by ourselves. It was really fun! The flavor was pretty good, not to mention the aroma of black peppers! You can substitute the rice with udon if you are more of a noodle person.

First time here. We had a salmon, pork belly, Kim Chi, and a pork option. Easy to order on their tablet and even had a quick video on what to expect and how to prepare your own food. I was a bit disappointed with how small the dessert was, but it was good.

I have been eating at Sizzling Lunch for years. The quality has been consistent. The food is simple. But it doesn’t mean it is low quality or lack of flavor. The beef they used are high quality with decent amount. It costs about the same as one hamburger and one fries but you get a real meal. Highly recommended.

You can order using a QR code at the table, food was brought out sizzling and we finished cooking at the table. Garlic shoyu hit the spot - we ordered the garlic pork belly and kimchi beef.

I recently visited Sizzling Lunch and was thoroughly impressed with the quality and presentation of the food. The dish I received was served in a hot iron skillet, which kept the food warm throughout my meal. The centerpiece was a mound of perfectly cooked white rice, topped with a creamy sauce, fresh green onions, sweet corn kernels, and a spicy condiment that added a delightful kick. Surrounding the rice were thin slices of beef that continued to cook on the hot skillet, ensuring each bite was tender and flavorful. The combination of textures and flavors was exceptional, and the sizzling presentation added an exciting element to the dining experience. Overall, Sizzling Lunch provided a delicious and memorable meal that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and satisfying dining experience.

First time coming here since the remodel. All ordering is done by tableside tablets. The new interior is nicer than it was before, although the staff is pretty minimal. Still the same product as before, still wish there was more meat for what you're paying, but overall it's a pretty decent meal and it comes out super fast. They now serve sugarcane juice which seems to be the new trend in many places and I'm all for it.

It's my third time trying out Sizzling Lunch near De Anza College. I have to say the food is really good and the price is reasonable. The restaurant is clean and the restroom is tidy. The waiters and waitress are very friendly and care about the customer. I enjoyed it a lot, and I'm willing to come again next time.

we stopped here for lunch on the way to san jose. this is my first time trying teppanyaki so i was super excited! everything on the menu looked absolutely delicious--it was hard to pick just one entree. you get to order your meal on the tablet attached to the table which i really liked. i started with a corn cheese because who doesn't like corn cheese?! the portion was ENORMOUS. for my meal i ordered the beef udon. it was absolutely subperb. service was quick; my food came out very fast and very hot! i would definitely go here again especially knowing that there are lots of locations all over.

What a lovely hidden gem with a unique concept of cooking at the table! Absolutely loved it. Try their famous beef rice for sure but honestly every dish was better than the other. We will definitely be back soon!

Wanted to sit at a more optimal booth location but the digital screen 📺 was broken at that specific booth. Otherwise, overall a good first time experience!

Food was okay with small-medium sized portions. Not a ton of meat. And you definitely need to load on the teri sauce and a bit of soy for flavor. Comes out sizzling for sure. I would say for the price I paid, not really worth... maybe the beef rice meal I got would ideally be worth 10 dollars after tax for me to come again.
