Like all Little Caesars it was busy but still fast service.
Many locations are a hit one day and miss another. This location has been no different until this past month. I have ordered several times since November and this location hasn't disappointed me since. I am not just a pizza fan, now I'm a pizza addict. Thanks a lot! 🙄😂
Customer service was on par. It was Monday night and busy and it seemed like maybe 2-3 people were working, max. And one guy was doing most of the work. Wish I remembered his name. His customer service and attention to guests waiting for pizzas or orders to be taken exceeded my expectations. Thank you for feeding my family on Cub Scout pack meeting night with Dad out of town!
Customer service here is GREAT. Daylon helped us and made sure we were taken care of super quickly! We had a party to go to and had to get quite a few pizzas last minute and he had a great attitude and made everything super simple. He made conversation and joked around with us while we waited! Cool guy.
This store has changed a lot since the previous manager left. They are faster now and the quality of the food is better. Keep it up.🎉

Yall... I ordered 6 pizzas for a school event. When I walked in to pick up by online order, there were 11 of us standing, waiting on pizzas. ON a MONDAY EVENING... most people would be irritated. All I saw was the hustle of Chi. Killin' it getting pizzas out to everyone waiting as fast as he possibly could. Kudos Chi - Great Job!!
I come here just about every Friday night, and I always see the same 2 women working, and let me tell you, they do an amazing job. I'm always pleased with the pizza and their service, and it's always great to see honest workers like them bringing that to our community.
Picked up food there last night and the young gentleman greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. The food was also fresh and flavorful and loved how saucy my wings were preciate you big dawg 💪🏽

Waited 30 mins beyond my guaranteed wait time for a simple order of a few pizzas that we placed online. They did look short staffed, and it was a Friday night. I was waiting with around 4 other people for my order. They were apologetic and at least my order was hot and fresh when I got it, everything tasted delicious.
I ordered 1 reg pepperoni online at 8pm arrived at 815 order was not ready I was getting frustrated at 830 bt then I realized there was literally 2 ladies working. 1 prepped dough & the other did the register & packed orders. I got my pizza at 850. Staff was very apologetic for wait times. Very busy location, currently hiring bt need to pay staff more

Some workers are grumpy 😠 as if they are forced to work there. They don't change the gloves when they prepare the food after they just got money from people at cashier. It's nasty.
Little Caesar’s Italian Cheese Bread is the very best cheese bread in the cheese bread arena. I wish this location would pick up their phone. This is my only complaint as I have to walk in the door and order it and wait. Because I am normally driving when I decide I want it so online ordering is not safe. It is worth the wait though. As I said it’s the very best cheese bread.
They are suuuuper slow!! We always use the app to order and we already know that the “ready by time” should really have an additional 30-55 minutes added to it depending on time of day. Definitely seems like there isn’t enough staff. The food is decent and what you would expect from a little ceasers but service is too slow!
Usually decent for fast cheap pizza but today I stayed on hold for 30 minutes before finally hanging up. Would have ordered online, but there’s no place to add the gift card balance I wanted to use. Also, their app doesn’t register my address and would prefer to deliver the pizza one block away, at someone else’s house! What a mess!!!
Normally never have any issues, but placed an order through the app for pickup, and never got notification that it was ready. Found out that the lady there put my items in the hot and ready area instead of the area to pick up online orders. Then tried to charge me for it when I had paid online already.

This location is always shut down in the lobby it’s rare it’s opened. Also this is the only little Caesar’s pizza close by so half the time when we do order (which we order online now so we don’t have to wait) there still a 15-25 minute wait for pizza to be dropped or bread sticks. I mean why would you close the lobby knowing people ordered and are coming inside to pick up and make them wait in line for their pizza and they don’t even bother taking the order and have the next one up instead of having them wait in line for their order to be done, not knowing your customers are waiting to pick up their orders and then we get a pizza that’s burned or doesn’t have cheese and or is made like a thin crust pizza that you never ordered in the first place! And when it’s not that then I get a SUPER HARD rock solid pizza that I can’t even bite because I’ll break my teeth. Coorporate office needs to come and get this staff in order because it’s not okay to get paid to sit around and play and mess up all the orders every day because we get pizza every week but now you lost us for sure because I’m tired of paying for food I have to throw away because it’s dog food, this is unexceptionable!
Despite my better judgment, I come back to this one over and over again, because my kids love their pizza and it's closest to my house. That will no longer be the case. This place gives the absolute worst service I have gotten from any place I've ordered fruit from, and that is not an over exaggeration. Waited 50 minutes to ne told about 5 more minutes for ONE pizza that I was told would take 15-20 minutes.
Really disappointed with this pizza I don't know why it won't let me take a picture got about 2in of crust all the way around the pizza a great surprise when I got home to feed my kids that don't like crust what a waste
Maria the manger is the main reason I wouldn’t return to this place. Her attitude is poor and her lack of remorse is even worse. I’ve been here a few times and I’ve observed her behavior. I’m sure she the reason most of the employees aren’t there . She may never say disrespectful words but she definitely makes up for it in ugly behavior. She locked the doors at 9 when my mobile order should’ve been done. She told other who were waiting inside not to open the door. Mind you my mobile order which was over 45 mins long of a wait still wasn’t done. I really thought tonight would be the night id say the hell with legal repercussions and hop over that counter. It wasn’t till I confronted her did she than start on my order and hour later. Mind you all the ppl that order after me came and got their meal and left. She told me ten mins and it turned into an additional 30. She then asked me for my name a second time. And said my order was done and waiting as I was standing there waiting for it. Moral of the story Maria needs to go or customers like me will just stop coming. I’ve been so understanding in the past but it’s like you have to have a reactions just to get customer service. The other young gentleman in the back seemed to handle things well and he wasn’t the problem nor was the short staff or the locked door 2 hours before closing or even the wait. It was how it was handled and lack of care by Maria. No offer of a discount or anything but her scripted lines that she uses every time I come. I won’t be returning.
This is absolutely the worst Little Caesars in Cypress! Twice I have gone to this location and twice had the worst service, EVER! The 1st time was about 6 months ago or longer. Four employees in the store at that time and not one person waiting on customers! I waited at least 15 minutes before getting waited on. Decided to give them another chance tonight, (10/14/24) hoping things had changed. NOPE! There were 2 of us in the store waiting for service and 3 employees. One employee was looking at a chart at the counter and ignored us completely. 2 employees in the back were boxing up pizzas. When they were finished, one went back to making pizzas and the other just stood there and talked to the one making the pizzas!! I left. I will never go back to this location!!
Wish I could give this place zero stars, the guy working the front counter let us sit there 10 minutes as he saw us waiting and didn’t care. When I finally asked him for assistance he barely spoke English and completely messed up my entire order will not be returning.
I generally do not write reviews, especially bad ones..... I have ordered from this store many times in the past and have generally had higher than average service and food quality (especially for cost). This time was different..... Unsure of quality of food. Waited over 25 plus minutes while workers argued in the back for one of them to take orders. Young lady at least acknowledged customers and attempted to be accommodating, though did not have access to use cash registers to take orders. Older lady with mask had horrible attitude and refused to do much of anything. I am not sure how she has a job. She refused to help customers even after younger lady offered to take over her duties. The young lady even called her manager. The result was the older lady arguing loudly on the phone with the manager. After the call, her behavior did not change or improve. I finally left before getting a chance to order. Older lady not threatening but hostile if that makes sense. Seems didn't want to be there or do anything. Front counter dirty as well. Can tell whoever wiped it down only removed crumbs as stains and significant residue remained. The minimalist amount of elbow grease would have resolved. After observing workers' work ethic and condition of cleanliness, I can only assume that I dodged a bullet not ordering. Too bad as me or my family will not be ordering here, or any little ceasers again. I do not think it matters, though, as if this is their normal quality of service I do not expect them to be open for much longer.
Staff working in the Barker Cypress location on 6/28/25 are the rudest people you would ever want to deal with. 3 calls just to ask questions regarding an order and all 3 hung up in my face. I have never begged anyone to take my money and won't start now. RIDICULOUS. Will not order from here again
Absolutely horrible. Where's pizza I've ever had That includes gas station and other Little Caesars so that's saying a lot. Staff here definitely do not know what they're doing.
TERRIBLE! The guy told us 10 minutes wait time for the pizza. ONE ENTIRE HOUR and the pizza is not ready yet and he is not offering any compensation. This is unacceptable
I ordered from the wrong location (this one) and they wouldn't cancel my order. Waited on the phone way too long for nothing. I like the pizza just no one was helpful.
This has to be one of the worst Little Caesars ever. When do they get a store manager who understands HOT AND READY?! Pizzas always line up but nobody knows what’s going on. Conversation and slow pace is what to expect here.
Waited 45 min for my pizza and finally found out after asking that my order was only missing one classic pepperoni. I then waited another 25 min to finally get the pepperoni. Meanwhile, my other three pizzas were just sitting on the counter the entire time - you have a warming drawer, why not use it? I was handed three room temperature pizzas and a burnt pepperoni. No comment from the manager, no offer for refund, just a “sorry for the delay” and a quick retreat. Obviously will not order from here again.
Got my pizza about 30 minutes ago. There were two guys ahead of me. When I entered the shop one of the guys was already placing an order so attention was automatically directed at the customer and the cashier.The cashier’s body language read “I am not ready for all this long order! wrap it up and let me see to next person”. Of course I didn’t know how long he had been there so I couldn’t judge. However, the gentleman(perhaps reading the cashiers body language) ended his order by repeating the sentence “I am grateful for your time, I really am”. Then went on the second customer, as he placed his order, the cashier’s countenance was as though he was lost/couldn’t make sense of order being placed-he had this empty gaze at the customer-In the process of making his order, the customer paused a bit(as if to make sure the cashier understood him, there was no feedback from the cashier) he then proceeded to complete his order. The customer put in his card to make the payment and lifted his eyes while the card was still processing which met the cashier’s gaze. The cashier’s look was piercing, straight and Mixed with a bit of anger and despise. Seeing this look, the customer quickly checked his card to see if there was an error with his card he tapped on the card to make sure it was well inserted. I could tell the man’s confidence was a bit shaken as he began looking round the shop for nothing in particular. When it got to my turn I got the same exact look from the cashier as the second client and perhaps the first. After making the payment I left to another shop to kill the fifteen minutes of waiting time. Trust me, all I thought about was the experiences the the three of us had received from the cashier. I was determined to look out for his name but he had not displayed his badge. We love our little little Caesar’s and a friendly customer service so cashier, if you feel this is not the right job for you, GET YOURSELF ANOTHER ONE ASAP!!! The world needs more love.
I highly do not recommend this place. I ordered Detroit-Style Deep Dish pizza. It was awful. I smelled very bad and tasted bland. It spoiled the entire night. Even the kids did not like the pizza. Also their website very poor. They do not maintain session. If you apply a coupon then you have start from scratch also you cannot customize most of the things. Dominos website is far better.
Ordered online like we normally do. We order from this location frequently. Got a text 30 min later saying our order was cancelled and to please call store directly. Tried calling store for over 30 min, get the call service and they put me on hold to try to find out why order was cancelled. Call service told me to call back and press option 8 and that connects straight to store. Been doing that for 20 min now and it just puts you on hold. No one ever answers. Money still pending on bank.
Today is halloween and they said it would be a hour and half for pizza even if its a hot and ready ive never waited more than 10 min at any location especially for something that’s supposed to be hot n ready. So i wait the hour and a half went back and the pizza still wasnt ready had to wait 15 more minutes for them to make them and bake them They were totally unprepared
Hot N Ready in 25 mins. I just came from here and waited 25 mins for a HotNReady Pizza and Detroit slices. This is the at least the 3rd time this place has very bad service. They didn't cut the slices all they way. SMH Don't go here!!!
I just ordered the pepperoni crazy puff. Whoever is on staff at this location today April 18th between the time of 2-3 pm. Literally just threw some pepperoni slices s on top of pizza dough with NO Sauce. Nothing was in the inside as it is supposed to be..SMH I wont be back to this location. Do better and train your employees right or don't have lazy workers!!!!!

Tried to call the store to get a new pizza but after going through automated messages nobody ever answers the phone. Total hold time over an hour with no answer ever. At this point I'll just dispute the charge with my credit card and never order from here again. Like, ever.

The lady that came to the front was not Veteran friendly. We were waiting in the front for someone to help. When someone came up and we asked if this location was doing the free Veterans Day lunch combos she said we were too late. I looked at my phone and it was 2:02 pm. Not sure if we got there right at 2 pm but it left a bad taste about this location. I doubt the lady has ever served or has anyone that served as it did not appear to be the case with her attitude towards us.
They got a guy working the register who doesn't understand English. I ordered extra pepperoni, extra sausage, extra jalapeno and got NONE extra. They didn't make my pizza right the first time and had to remake it and STILL DIDN'T MAKE IT RIGHT.
ordered a Double bacon double meat Pizza and they gave me not even half pizza with toppings and definitely not 2x!! When to talk to them, terrible communication (language barrier)....not shocking...Needs to be under better managment!!
So I didn’t post the first time because 2 days later the manager offered us a free pizza when we didn’t eat our original order to begin with. First order messed up was told by the teenage workers there were no mangers. They would answer and hang up. Eventually the “manager” said here’s a coupon two days later. Went to use the coupon and it was good for 48 hours. Tonight order again. Because you want to believe in people. Not even close to what I ordered. Called again! Willing to take it back. Wait!!!! Hung up on again. This location is by far the sorriest excuse of management and workers I have ever seen. I will never order again. I hope many people read this and realize apparently pepperoni means cheese. And beef means no cheese. If you want to deal with idiots and no management be my guest. For me and mine we choose respect where someone will actually answer the phone and not say “”we don’t have managers.” Well now you have lost a customer as well

The sticker receipt on the box has been correct but the food in the box is WRONG EVERY TIME! Tried to call to speak with a manager to get it corrected and get placed on hold, sent to a loop of AI attendants, and no manager ever comes on the line. It’s not even worth 1 star. Absolutely ridiculous.
What's the point of having "Hot and Ready" pizza if you have to wait 10 minutes for your order to be ready? I mean I get it, it's now a freshly made pizza. But this is not my first choice of pizza if I have to wait for it. I come here because of the speed typically, not the average pizza ... Staff less than friendly, not rude just not very welcoming. Floor in the front clearly hasn't been swept lately. Kinda sad when you have enough time to do the review while waiting for your "Hot and Ready".....
