Ordered a pizza slice it was huge and made to order. Super delicious! Had to wait little bit but that’s normal since it’s from scratch. Will def come back.

We ordered pizza in advance for a party with a very specific delivery time. I Fratelli's was spot on with the delivery. The pizzas are always great - all varieties. Our guest raved about the pizzas and many had never had I Fratellis before - but they will from now on. Keep up the great work.

Every time I’ve ordered from i Fratelli Pizza I’ve been welcomed with a warm greeting and the pizza arrives hot and fresh. The crust is thin and crisp, the toppings generous, and the service is friendly and reliable.

Great service and exceptional pizza. Salad was fresh and dressing was tasty. Highly recommended.

Great pizza, great service - only 2 stars for atmosphere as it is a walk up window only.

Daniel at NW Hwy is very accommodating. Please make it so that we can order small size or individual pizzas online and also small gluten free individual ones.

I order pizza from this location frequently for my office. The staff answering the phones is really nice and professional. The price is reasonable. My co-workers love the food. They are always on time. A few times, they've told me they can't promise the time I request, which I appreciate very much.

This pizza is amazing! Flavor was amazing and the fresh taste was even better. Was greeted by Jacob as I walked in. John was amazing as well my kid was in there showing off her new toy and they made her feel so special. John and Jacob knew what real deal pizza was about ! when I asked them what made this style pizza better than other pizzas they had great answers but cesar made an amazing pizza yo prove it. Great job Daniel on an amazing staff !

HONORABLE MENTION: I have been ordering pizza at this location since they opened, and they have always gotten my order correct and offered excellent, but down to earth customer service. That said, one time my order did come out incorrectly. I was in a sour mood at the time and slightly berated the young man who took our order. He remained patient, professional, calm and friendly during the exchange, at which time during the exchange we realized it was us who made a mistake in ordering, not the young man who took our order. After a few uncomfortable nervous laughs and repeated apologies on our party, the manager rectified the situation much to our agreement. We are customers for life!

i Fratelli Pizza in North Dallas on Northwest Hwy is the best pizza place for many reasons! Not only do they have great pizza and awesome customer service, but they have consistently donated pizza to our school for our winter celebration or our end of the year party. Daniel (Store Manager) always finds a way for i Fratelli to help our students celebrate! I can't say enough good things about the way i Fratelli in North Dallas has come through for our students and our school (WHILA). Thank you for donating your resources and giving back to the local community. i Fratelli will always be my first choice for pizza!

Amazing pizza and the only (only!) pizza our kids will eat. Always great service for delivery and when we want to pick it up the pizza is always ready to go. We’ve been using this location for quite a while now and enjoy everyone there!

I order a large with all pepperoni & just half with jalapeños. It’s a thin crunchy pizza! 😊 The pepperoni side was good. But the other half with jalapeños, I believe it had to much black pepper. It gave it a different taste I did not like. But next time I’ll just let them know No! 😵‍💫 Black Pepper on the pizza. Please. 😅

I called and tried to order and was placed on hold.. waited about 7 minutes and were trying to place me on hold again... not cool... then i asked for my actual order and placed on hold again. This is not cool this is not how a franchise should operate.. so now instead im goingto CAMPISIS because they know how to treat their customers right

Order my pizza online and had a wait time of 224 minutes. Called 3 hours after ordering, and was told I would be the next delivery(I live 10 minutes down the road). Never received my order

Ordered two pies at 4:50PM and given an hour and 10 minute delivery time. Perfection. We called at about 1 hour and 25 to make sure pizza was close to being here... "Your pizza is made but we don't have a driver so it'll be about another hour". Two issues with this, one... how will my pie be fresh at this point? Second, why would you not call the customer to let them know about the extremely different delivery time? Wife decided to get in the car to grab them so our family can eat asap. If having a single driver not show up results in this drastic change to delivery time and customer service then I think you guys need to hire more folks for the weekend or provide more realistic delivery times to customer. You might lose customers with 2+ hour waits but you won't put families in challenging spots that need to feed families. Please make some needed changes, Management. We are long time iFrat fans (we even lived above one!) but this this is legit unacceptable.
