My wife and I have been coming here for years. Everything on the menu is fantastic. Always great, always consistent, fast service, reasonably priced, and delivered with a smile. The brothers that own/run this place are the best. They make you feel welcome and like family, all while serving some of the best Italian food you will find in Dallas. We hired them to cater our event this last weekend and we received all the same customer service and delicious quality of food that we are accustomed to in-store. So many of our guests were coming up to us and asking where this great food came from!!!! Cant say enough and couldnt be more pleased. Thank you Senad and Charlie and crew!!!!

We came here after a night on the strip with our Dallas native friends. Being drunk as one is naturally on a Friday night on that strip, it was the best chicken wings and pizza combo of my life. My boyfriend was visiting from Belgium and thought the same, so he called a waiter over to compliment them. He said it was the best cheese pizza of his life. We couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. So we went back the next day before the Halloween block party sober, and it was still just as good. Phenomenal food, fast service, and a great price for what you’re getting. We will definitely be frequenting it when we are in the area.

I ordered the Stromboli - Meat Lovers. Amazing🤤. Fresh crust, flavorful cheeses and meats! Half of one got me full, had to eat the other half the next day. And the ranch dipping sauce is thick, fresh and delicious tasting. It already comes with a generous amount of a hearty tomato dipping sauce but the ranch, that add-on... It's a must! I have become a loyal customer in no time! Thank God for Italia Express!

Such friendly service and fast! The food tops it off, the alfredo is so good and THE GARLIC KNOTS, you definitely need to try the pepperoni and cheese roll! Even the ranch is to die for... First time experience was great :) Definitely coming back!

I love this place. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The food is pretty good. Being from New York I am a tough critic of pizza but their pizza is pretty decent. The crust is more doughy than crispy but I enjoy it. I usually just grab a slice for a quick bite but if you have time the ravioli and stuffed shells are delightful.

A slice from home.. I must say that this location was out of the way from where I was. I purposely drove to this location for their Pizza. I must say I'm a sucker for brick oven pizzas especially by the slice. This location brought a lot of memories from my local Nikki's Pizza in Austin. The selection was crazy for the pricing. A single slice was five bucks, especially the size of $6. The slices are huge. I asked for mine to be extra crispy which they obliged. Every bite was just great all the way through crispiness, cheesiness, saucy. If you're looking for a slice or if you're looking for a whole pie, this is definitely a place to try

I visited Italia express for the very first time with my family on a Friday night! The dishes that I ordered was the Caesar salad, Greek salad, garlic knots, with marinara sauce, and one slice of cheese pizza. These dishes were made fresh and the employees were very friendly. I had never seen a place so clean! I was pleased with the sizes of the meals. I would highly recommend this place to vegetarians as well!

I absolutely LOVE this restaurant. They have all the pizzas displayed and they reheat the slices in their brick oven, making it tastes fresh. The crust and sauce is absolutely phenomenal! Great crunch on the bottom and served on metal plates. They have 2 sizes for the salads and I was recommended the small size since I got so many slices. The atmosphere is so peaceful and quiet, they have TVs playing different channels so there's something for everyone. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and patient as heck! I highly recommend this place to everyone. They have a larger menu with more than just pizza and salad.

I recently ordered from here through door dash last week (Oct 30, 2025) and I ordered the angel hair pasta with shrimp and chicken. I also ordered the carrot cake which was rung up for free since I purchased over $20. I was super excited to try them because my favorite food is Italian food; the reviews had me super pumped to try this restaurant for the very first time. When I received my order thru door dash it was hot and smelled pretty good, but when I opened it, all I could smell was lemon. The dish was basically a big pan of angel hair pasta with shrimp that wasn’t seasoned and chicken that wasn’t well cooked and still a tad bit chewy. I was super upset to taste what I did after paying the amount that I did. Lastly, I thought oh well maybe the carrot cake will make up for the not so good pasta! Nope!!! The cake was super super bland and indeed did not taste like carrot cake at all. I will say that it was soft & moist but the taste just wasn’t there, not even the icing that was on the cake. I should’ve went with my first mind and ordered the fettuccine pasta and cheesecake. I’m not sure if I’ll ever be ordering from this establishment again but it was worth a try I guess.

Food is typically good. However , this time it was horrible. The garlic knots were overcooked/extremely hard and the food was dried out. I’m really surprised.!!!! I have pictures and videos as proof. When I hit the garlic knot against the table, you could hear how hard it was, and it kept shape/form. Was the food kept under a heat lamp? I’ve never had dried out food/overcooked knots like this before. I’m so disappointed
