I went downtown to Jason’s Deli for a quick lunch. I got the Manager’s Special. I was able to create my own sandwich, pick my soup, and got chips. The deal was spectacular. The food tasted fresh and the atmosphere was relaxed. I highly recommend Jason’s Deli for anyone in the downtown Dallas area.

I had a large catering order and the morning of the event we had an attendance surge so I contacted this location and asked if they could accommodate increasing our order at the last minute. I could hear how hectic it was but they didn’t hesitate, they asked what I needed and made it happen. I appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond and help me out in a time of need. And to add their staff was incredibly nice and understanding. I will definitely be ordering from this location in the future! And as far as the food, we had an assortment of all types of sandwiches and salads and everything was amazing!

Good lunch, quick, friendly. Fresh ingredients. Sandwiches and soups. Real dishes and silverware. Or order ahead for take out. Lively and busy but usually not too crowded. Best salad bar. The best location of Jason’s Deli that I’ve tried. Overall better than most lunch options nearby. Seriously a bargain compared to others. Walkable location.

I was looking for an traditional american breakfast restaurant; eggs, bacon, toast. After looking at the menu, I told the cashier I'm probably not going to eat here due to what is on the menu vs what I want. She asked what I was looking for and explained they can make what I want. Food was great, service was friendly and helpful. The place was very clean.

This place was awesome! The soups were great and the salad bar was well stocked & fresh. The mini muffins (especially the ginger ones) are fantastic. They have lots of tea options and there is free ice cream if you want a cone after your meal. You know, to balance out the soup and salad. :)

I was in Dallas for a funeral recently on a Friday. I got to the airport early so I could have coffee and some food. For coffee, I first stopped at Jason’s Deli. You go in and place your order on the right side. They have a few tables and chairs but found plenty of seating in the terminal. Coffee was very good. BTW, they sell fair trade certified coffee so if that is important to you, then this is the place for you.

They have veg options, not sure if it’s 100% vegan (zucchini sandwich and a tomato-basil soup). I ordered a soup and it was barely warm. I asked to warm it up and the girl brought it back 10 seconds later (I’m not exaggerating just being honest) and it again was barely warm (maybe tell you want it to be hot)…

For being in an airport, Jason's deli was pretty okay, and the prices were not overly inflated, either. Before and after you eat you get to watch airplanes come and go. What other Jason's deli offers you such a great opportunity?

Above average deli food at Dallas, TX Love Field airport. Open until 10pm, so a decent place to stop when connecting through Dallas on a late night flight. I had a Ranchero which was basically a chicken and melted cheese wrap with a slight southwestern flavor and a couple vegetables inside. The sandwich was small for $8 but that's expected for airport food.

Quick service, friendly staff and awesome food. The sandwiches are about $8.00 but two people can share the sandwich and be satisfied.

Fresh deli sandwiches and salads served hot. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are stinky and need a thorough deep cleaning. Some homeless show up and can add to the smells, but overall the place has great food and service and I recommend it.

With a long layover, stop in to get two Santa Fe, bag of chips and a chocolate pecan brownies a cup of water all for $31.46 . The food was pretty good it to my amazement.

I wondered around Love Terminal looking for a decent breakfast option. Based on the menu description and picture of Jason's Deli Croissant, fresh cracked Egg, Bacon, cheese; I thought I'd found a great breakfast option. However, see the picture to see what I got compared to the menu description and picture.

On the day I visited, the credit card system was down. I had to go out of the way to find an ATM so that I could pay with cash. I ordered the Club Royale. Being that this location is in an airport, I can say that the food I got was subpar to the same food that you would get in a normal Jason’s Deli restaurant. The sandwich was dry and the meat was weird. It wasn’t good so I didn’t eat the entire thing. I’ll most definitely skip Jason’s Deli the next time I’m at Dallas Love Field.

I purchased the Sunshine breakfast combo. The sandwich was dry but ok; the coffee was very weak. When I complained to cashier, she didn't say anything. I will not eat here again.

First I asked for sausage croissant w bacon added. Asked for the receipt and I couldn’t understand the cashier. She spoke so fast I had to ask her twice then ask her to slow down. I don’t mind language barriers or accents, but don’t have an attitude w me just bc I didn’t understand you. Then, they gave me a ham and bacon croissant, I wasn’t about to make them make another one, but I mentioned it to the cashier and she gave me a dirty look while snatching the receipt away from the bag and checked it. Sure the receipt said Ham, but that’s not what I asked for. I got a sandwich and an OJ and it cost $17

I'm used to getting a higher price at airports, but this Jason's Deli took airport price gouging from de rigeuer to an all out art form and their mastery was on full display. $37 for a wrap, sandwich & water with no chips. I crown the airport price gouging champions! With poor service to boot. Will not return. Sandwich was decently made so the champs missed the trifecta.

Very bad server kept on asking for money for the chips I bought from elsewhere. Even though before I bought my chips inside the the restaurant. It’s an airport restaurant called Jason’s Deli. I bought 2 sandwiches and told the server that can I bring my own chips which I just bought it and eat in your premise as I didn’t know if they would have same chips. But she embarrassed me in front of my spouse and other customers in there. I thing she was not able to understand English at all. Will never visit another Jason’s Deli ever. The employers need to hire employees who understand English especially where there’s going to be all kinds of customers coming in.I would give zero star if for my experience as I didn’t enjoy my food because of that experience.

Wrong bread on my sandwich and the drinks in the cooler are warm. She also put my spoon on the dirty counter. Worst jasons deli ive been been to

My wife and I stopped in and ordered two sandwiches to take on our flight. They did not make either sandwich as requested, missing cheese, bacon, mayonnaise and more. We did not eat the dry sandwiches and certainly will not return.

Today 07/01/2025 we were on 2 hour wait and my son picked this place at the Dallas Airport as his pre birthday celebration. The cashier was the most rude person I have ever dealt with. I asked if we could sit on one side of the restaurant, and she said no, so we sat on the side with the chairs down. As we were eating 8:20 pm, she approached us and told us the lobby was closed and we asked at what time they closed. She said at 10 pm but lobby at 8:30. It wasn't even that time, we told her we would finish and leave. She came back cleaned the counter next to my husband, and as she picked up the chairs, she slammed it on the bench so aggressively and loudly. Not just one chair, two chairs next to him. I do not know how my husband kept his cool. We asked her for her name and said "Mayra".My son was very scared. I have time of incident and will be writing to corporate so they can see video.

The customer service here is a joke... Starting with that so-called manager the Hispanic lady with the bleached hair, and everyone that works for her... (They were all rude, it was an all Hispanic crew)..I completely lost my appetite after dealing with her/and the young gentleman at the register... She is very unprofessional, rude, and just plain discourteous, to certain types of customers.. She appears to be a little bit on the prejudice side... I don't know why they would let anybody in a position act like that.. thank you for ruining my experience here.. I will follow up with the corporate office...
