I’ve tried a lot of coffee shops in Dallas, and this is on the top of the list for sure. I was there from 8-10am on a Sunday and it never got very crowded which was nice. A good amount of seating for a downtown location and finding a spot to sit was not an issue. Loved all of the natural light and big windows! The coffee was SO GOOD like truly perfect. I got a hot Trinity latte (honey, vanilla, cinnamon) half sweet with almond milk. The flavors were perfectly blended together, with the coffee still being at the forefront of the flavor profile. The almond milk was sooo silky smooth and it had a perfect mouthfeel. I almost ordered a second it was that good. I couldn’t find street parking nearby, but there’s a parking garage right behind the coffee shop that is $1/hour. There was plenty of retail parking there so it was not an issue. I had my headphones in most of the time, but there is some loud noise from the parking garage in the coffee shop. It didn’t bother me at all, but bring headphones if you don’t want to hear it. Will definitely be back here for immaculate vibes and incredible coffee!
Best coffee in Dallas! 10/10 coffee, customer care, recipes and syrups that are a million times better than most out there. We need one in Oak Lawn! This coffee is too good
Great way to spend a rainy day. Stopped in for a bite and drink before running errands and its just what i needed! Great service and a clean environment. Matcha was pretty solid but it can definitely be overpowered by syrup- I would ask for half sweet next time. Also vegetarian food was a bonus! Everything tasted great.
Affable and gracious baristas here who let us bring our elderly golden retrievers in for some nice AC. We enjoyed a couple of satisfying lattes, the Spanish (cafe con leche) and lavender flavors along with a warmed chocolate croissant. The atmosphere was bright with hints of turkish decor, and although most tables were full it was quiet and easy to talk. The menu was captivatingly diverse- but not too large; non caffeinated muddled juice options, frozen and seasonal drinks, and the food touched on every tastebud from strawberry waffles to grilled cheese and hummus plates. I really appreciated the attention to detail of all the employees, but when I first entered and there was a line it didn’t really invoke any sort of sense of urgency. I wouldn’t label this as a “quick grab and go” but more of a chill day kind of experience. Can’t wait to come back and try different menu items!
Really cute place with a great atmosphere. Everything is new and the aesthetic is beautiful. My husband got the Turkish coffee that he enjoyed and I got the trinity latte which was amazing. And I love that they can draw latte art because most places do not know how to draw latte art. Latte art adds to the vibe! We really enjoyed it. We plan to go back.
The pour over: incredible flavor and the insulated glass drinking vessel is a great touch. House made syrups for lattes are so delicious too. Thank you for mixing it up from the standard monin trash syrups everywhere. To management: turkish coffee should be offered sweet or not and a rose jelly offered with it typically.
Great place, I love it! That's beautiful furniture, like Norwegian style, easy but original. Latte was amazing, high quality of milk and good preparation. Wifi available and free Staff very kindly and friendly
Thank you for making my specialty coffee experience a great one in Dallas. The baristas are incredibly hospitable and skilled. Gem of a place! Also my espresso was flawless. Matcha was absolute perfection. Thank you P&B! This CA gal will definitely pop back in next time I’m in Dallas.
Such a lovely place. Ginger tea had authentic smell
Stopped in before heading to DAL airport and had a really delicious cortado and pour over. The cortado was well balanced, the pour over was clean, floral, and vibrant! I’ll definitely be back!
Our barista, Chris was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was spectacular and look at these two lattes with oatmilk! Parking is validated in the garage that's attached. This place is a must go!
a little too modern for my liking, but coffee & sammie were divine!

Coffee was brighter than midday sun, this is peak human existence Dorthy is more like Pour-thy, because she pours the perfect cup every time🔥

Cute quiet place to get work done. Last minute stop before I had to my next appointment. Cortado highly recommend here if you’re a cortado fan. There is a parking ramp right next to their coffee shop if you’re planning on staying. Team member demonstrated remarkable care of creating excellent coffee and service!
3.8.24 popped by for a coffee during my walk, and upon walking in, I was overwhelmed by the amazing coffee smells. The coffee was good but it wasn't hot (temperature wise). Inside was cute and modern feeling.
Consistently perfectly sweetened. Pax and Beneficia cafes understand that sugar should compliment the flavors from spices rather than overpower them.
Everything I’ve tried here has been great. Nice baristas, delicious sandwiches, and quality coffee.
you’re paying for the atmosphere. i paid around 20 dollars; my matcha latte came out fine, i specified light syrup but the whole thing tasted like syrup, and the sandwich was just decent. i wouldn’t come here again, but i wanted to give it a shot. there was weird rumbling coming from above and it was really humid inside. there are outlets available. friendly employees!

I got a hot chocolate since it was extremely cold and it was everything I wanted. Very foamy and chocolatey!! Just wish there was more seating!
We ordered 2 flat whites. The barista asked us, if we want them to go or for here. We both said for here and sat down. He then started to prepare them, but did that in paper cups, which is weird when we both said we want to drink it here. Not only is unnecessary waste of paper cups, but it's also way nicer to drink a flat white out of a normal cup. After I asked him, he then just poured it into the cups. There was also basically no foam, which should be there for a flat white.
Very bareboned, when I want a place to work, or even sit to drink my drink, I want like a seat that isn't just an abstract block of wood or an IKEA chair. Unfortunately there isn't any comfortable seating here. I paid over $8 for an arnold palmer (which is literally lemonade and iced tea) and I really couldn't justify going back after that.
The coffee is excellent and the atmosphere is lovely. However, the glass front needs to be cleaned — it’s unpleasant to look outside through dirty glass. The outdoor tables and chairs could also use some attention.
I ordered a flat white to go and it was set out in a mug. so I asked for it to go. She took it and poured it into a to-go cup. It was only filled half way !!! What a scam. Also it spilled over and she didn’t even clean it. Just left it on the counter and moved on. I cleaned the cup and drank it like a shot there was so little.
There are two staff working here on Sunday mornings. The barista is the most rude, impolite and poorly trained employee I’ve ever witnessed. The other member of staff on the till was very well trained and friendly. I ordered food and wasn’t given any cutlery, no offer to grab it for me. I was told to come up and grab it and the barista didn’t apparently want to even look at me when handed over. I tipped money for this appalling service. Some SERIOUS training in manners, politeness and hospitality required.
They had a gnat infestation. It was gross, all over the food and most likely the drinks. Also several flies in the cafe. Giving two stars because the barista was nice and it’s not her fault but man, this hipster coffee had a terrible Cortado (still confused with what they were trying to do), and an okay pomegranate drink.
