We got there 30 min before they closed and the chicken was fresh and amazing . The charrro beans as well we ordered three FULL chicken orders and we dinned in 40 min past the closing and NOT once did they tell us to leave! This is by far, my favorite Pollo Regio location! I will drive 20 minutes from home just to get my chips, fiesta bowl, and refried beans! The customer service is unmatched and the employees are so friendly! 10 out of 10 every time!

We all love the food. Chicken is especially good, as are the Charo beans. We have lived and traveled throughout Latin America, and we recommend Pollo Regio. Got food there again over a year later. The food is still good! Three years later, the food still hood.

The original chicken is deliciously seasoned and slow cooked to juicy flavorful perfection. And, the beans and rice are the best. The rice is fluffy. The charro beans are a perfect combo with rice; add the chicken drippings😋. The tortillas are fresh made. The drive thru worker was very friendly. We'll definitely be back often.

My family loves their chicken. This location is the best in Dallas. The others are hit and miss... sometimes dry. I also love their barbacoa street tacos. The only downside is that the line takes forever. Usually I'm in line over 30 minutes, but for hot and fresh food, it's worth it.

Never take away items but charge the customer the same price and then charge extra for items that used to be free on the order. Made no sense to me. Went to this pollo Regio, and well I was disappointed. I really like this place but today they really did disappoint. The chicken seemed not fully cooked, did not feel like other days when we order here. It's a location that's close to us so we order here often but this time it was not good. It was tough like it needed more cook time and the ends on some pieces was still jiggly. I was really disappointed because that day I should have just ordered half a chicken but I took a whole because maybe for the next day. But no I just couldn't believe it was that bad. We didn't finish it it didn't seem right.

But the only reason I give it 3 stars is because the apple soda in the fountain drink machine had run out and my husband asked the manager if he could change the bag and he told him hold on. My husband waited for that bag to be refilled and he never did change it. Very disappointing because at the end of the day we paying to eat there and keep the business open.

Ordered online as I always do and put no side because its an extra charge, even though it comes with it already. Even made the mistake one time of paying extra only to get double sides, the one it comes with and the extra I paid. Anyway my side didn't come. Called and spoke with the manager, knowing their argument would be "but it said no side." Explained this isn't my first online order and shes using that. Whatever, I'm not going to keep arguing. Last time I also had issues because apparantly now you need a confirmation # to pick up, which again have never been asked before and should have been asked all this time. I guess different managers different rules (and I got my side then too without having to pay extra.) I look the other way because I had never had any issues before, but today's new incident just sealed it for me. On top of that literally more avocado then meat and it's extra money for the meat I paid.

We ordered for delivery and we had 2 our of 4 items missing completely and every single sauce that we ordered we did not get (which is required to make the order!!) we also paid extra for extra limes and did not receive any lines at all. Super dissatisfied and disappointed. Literally it's just staff that is not taking the time to read the order and pack it...

The food is no longer as good as it used to be and the prices are now too high for the low quality food they are serving. I ordered a chicken soup and they don't even put whole pieces of chicken with bone anymore; it's now just a few chunks of chicken. To top it off, it looks like they prepare the soup first without the chicken and then just add chunks of their grilled chicken to it at the end. This gives the soup a nasty taste. No longer authentic chicken soup.

Food is great. As far as customer service and wait time...just do yourself a favor and get it delivered. They do not greet you, you get ignored as they push out orders for drivers. I waited 23 minutes before I could even order. All the dashers got their food. But the customers inside, all they had was drinks as their order got pushed back to accommodate dashers before their sitting clients! Even when I asked if this was where we order, she nodded and continued to call nothing but dasher orders out. Do better for all your clients, especially the ones that want to enjoy your food in your establishment! Not just your online orders!!!!!!! Mind you in those 23 minutes I waited to order only one sitting client got their food while 8 dashers walked out. NEVER AGAIN
