⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited Pollo Regio at 4228 W Camp Wisdom Rd and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome — friendly, efficient, and truly focused on making my meal great. The grilled chicken was incredibly juicy and flavorful, perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. The sides — the charro beans, rice, and especially the green crema sauce — all complemented it beautifully. And the atmosphere? Clean, organized, and easy to relax in, even though the place gets busy.

Nelly is a very good worker, we came in not knowing what to get for a family function and she helped us figure it out. The food was fresh, I absolutely love the rice. Definitely coming back one of These days

Emmanuel always have the best customer service, so polite , so courteous! I love coming to this location the food is always excellent and fresh. I’m always here. Normally I dine in but the take out was just exceptional as the dine in service !! Thank you El Regio ❤️

First time visiting this location and it didn't disappoint. I like my chicken well done, and they were so nice to give it exactly how I requested. It came out perfectly cooked and full of flavor very delicious! A special thank you to Nelly, for being so kind and making sure everything was just right. She really made the experience even better. The service here was phenomenal! Isaac went above and beyond to take care of us. He was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. His friendly and professional attitude made our experience even better. We truly appreciate the outstanding service and will definitely be coming back!

The food was great! But the only reason I give it 3 stars is because the apple soda in the fountain drink machine had run out and my husband asked the manager if he could change the bag and he told him hold on. My husband waited for that bag to be refilled and he never did change it. Very disappointing because at the end of the day we paying to eat there and keep the business open.

I won’t rate the atmosphere as I went through the drive thru, but location has to be 1 star. I was going to dine in but I thought for sure my car would be stolen. Seemed like everyone in Dallas was just sitting around on other establishment stoops with nothing productive to do. Flautas were delicious. Sides and sauces were generous. Would like to try the half chicken.

Food is great. As far as customer service and wait time...just do yourself a favor and get it delivered. They do not greet you, you get ignored as they push out orders for drivers. I waited 23 minutes before I could even order. All the dashers got their food. But the customers inside, all they had was drinks as their order got pushed back to accommodate dashers before their sitting clients! Even when I asked if this was where we order, she nodded and continued to call nothing but dasher orders out. Do better for all your clients, especially the ones that want to enjoy your food in your establishment! Not just your online orders!!!!!!! Mind you in those 23 minutes I waited to order only one sitting client got their food while 8 dashers walked out. NEVER AGAIN
