Postino is highly praised for its delicious food, exceptional service, and chill atmosphere. The bruschetta board is a standout favorite. Many reviewers mention specific staff members (Emann, Cain, Jason, Sam, Christopher, Jaden) who provided excellent service.

My second time visiting, & I really enjoyed it. First time going for happy hour! They have some decent options. This is a great place to share appetizers and have good wine. The only entre options I saw where paninis. I didn't try it but looked super delicious. Overall cozy coop vibe, with a nice patio out front. Also very convenient location on the tollway and belting.
Service was a bit slow for a weekday with not many other patrons, but the vibes and delicious food made up for it! Definitely recommend the bruschetta flights and happy hour wine!
Never have i ever fallen so in love with a restaurant upon the first visit, and still had every subsequent visit be just as good if not better than the first. Buckle in for a novel of praise, folks. I don’t write reviews very often, so please believe me when I say that Postino’s is worth going out of your way to visit. Our first visit was April 1st, and we’ve been back nearly every week since. The atmosphere is absolutely divine. My girlfriend and I love any excuse to dress up for date night and Postinos is the perfect place to do so. The staff are seemingly encouraged to dress in their own personal style, and it makes for an elevated experience. I cannot believe more restaurants haven’t adopted this philosophy. There is so much color and vibrancy and uniqueness that seems to live and breathe throughout the entire restaurant- to the point that I’d probably still rate it highly even if the food wasn’t good. And the FOOD, is SO GOOD. I’m sure eventually we will make our way through the whole menu, but everything we’ve tried so far is 5 star review worthy. They have an amazing deal on Mondays and Tuesdays after 8pm where you can get a bottle of wine and board of bruschetta for 25$. A STEAL. The staff have amazing knowledge and recommendations, and have made each visit feel tailored to our tastes. Beyond all of this, we have been made to feel right at home by the staff. Each time we’ve come we’ve had wonderful conversations with who i assume is the manager as well as the waitstaff. It goes without saying that for as long as I am living in Dallas, we will be regulars here. It is hands down my favorite find in 5 years living here. Thank you, Postino’s! See you next week :)
Everything about Postino is 5-star. I recommend eating on the patio it is so relaxing, and fun. And the great music just tops it all off. I will definitely visit again!!
Ordered the crispy cauliflower, the nine iron on focaccia with chips, and the Italian beef on cibata with a side salad. The crispy cauliflower tasted really good. I wasn't sure about the raisins, but it matched well with the romesco. The chicken in the nine iron was thinly sliced. It was a very tasty sandwich. The Italian beef was also very good. The lemon champagne vinaigrette for the salad was definitely a winner. The manager came by and offered us the French onion bruschetta. It was so tasty. I also learned that all their sauces are made in-house. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and had a great atmosphere. This is definitely a place I will be returning to.
Stopped by Postino for drinks and small bites as first timers and left knowing we’ll definitely be back. Our server Emann was outstanding, attentive, personable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we sat down. She took the time to guide us through the menu and made great recommendations. Bernal, the manager, also stopped by our table to check on us, which really shows the level of leadership and hospitality this location has. We ordered the roasted cauliflower, bruschetta boards, and a few ciders, and everything was a 10/10. The food was great and the service truly went above and beyond. Experiences like this turn first-time guests into regulars. Thank you Emann and Bernal for such a great visit, we’ll definitely be back!
My bestie Holly and I had a great experience at Postino in Addison! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed afternoon. Our bartender, Jaden, was absolutely wonderful, sweet, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed the entire time. She was knowledgeable, checked in just the right amount, and really elevated our visit. We’ll definitely be back!
My friend and I love coming here! Tonight we had Jason as our bartender. He had great recommendations and our glasses were never empty! Love that they have super yummy gluten free options, the bruschetta is so good!
I had an amazing experience at Postino Addison thanks to Christopher — or as everyone knows him, Papii. From the moment I sat down, he made the entire environment feel welcoming and comfortable. His service was top-tier, incredibly attentive without ever feeling rushed. French Dip was the way for brunch. Paired with mimosas was the clutch combo. Papii’s knowledge of the menu is on point — from wine suggestions to food pairings, he really knows his stuff and makes great recommendations. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a great experience for his guests. Personable, engaging, and just overall great energy. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll definitely be asking for Papii. He’s a standout!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful experience at this Italian brunch spot! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Our server, Chris, made the experience even better. He was so knowledgeable about the menu, sweet, and incredibly welcoming. You can really tell he cares about giving guests a great time. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!
I have to say I'm impressed My 1st time there I enjoyed a drink with a 🍤 shrimp scampi - delicious 😋. The vibe is great, chill and no stupid drama. Panini not so great but that's my fault I tried something new I usually stick to what I know. The server even offered to bring me something different that I like.(I'm not the type to do that unless I'm like extremely hungry lol) To be honest the service is 👍 great one of my favorite lunch spots hands down. Keep going your doing the good !!! Good job Postinos!!!
Came here for their happy hour which ends at 5 unfortunately, but is $6 for a “pitcher” of beer which essentially is just about two beers and $6 glasses of wine. We got Panini‘s as well. My boyfriend got the Italian beef and I got the nine iron. The Caesar salad was phenomenal. Highly recommend. The focaccia bread for the Panini is good as well. Service was very kind and they brought out water for our dog. I have also gotten some of their bruschetta in the past they have so many options. Always tasty and a good one to try. They have board nights that start after 8 o’clock on some weekdays for a board and bottle. I do wish their happy hour and special offerings were at a more convenient time.
The ambiance is very chill and relaxed. We had great service all night. Our waiter Cain recommended the crispy cauliflower and it was very good. We had the bruschetta board and the chief charcuterie as well and both were very fresh and flavorful. Will definitely come back.
First time eating here and I loved it! We came for lunch and sat on the patio with our pup. Cute, quiet patio and the interior of the restaurant looked cool and trendy as well. The food is delicious and they offer $6 pitchers of beer til 5pm every day! $6 glasses of wine too if beer isn’t your thing. We had the mushroom fondue, the skewers, and a couple different varieties of bruschetta. Everything was delicious, service was excellent and our waitress, Caitlin, took great care of us. We will definitely be back soon!
I’d give this place 6 stars if I could. The food was outstanding, especially the bruschetta board. But, where this place really stands out is the service. Our servers name was Emann and he was fantastic. His recommendations were very helpful, he was really friendly and cool, and he was great handling an issue with my drink order. They were out of orange juice so I ordered a grapefruit juice mimosa that didn’t look or taste right when it came out. He agreed it looked wrong but the bartender insisted that it was correct, which it probably was, I just didn’t care for it. Either way, they didn’t worry about it and brought me another drink without hesitation AND the manager (Ramon) came over and told me he sent someone to the Whole Foods next door to get orange juice for a mimosa (which they also comped). Really above and beyond! The second drink was a prickly pear margarita which was really fantastic. The whole experience was outstanding and I hope that this place and their great staff get all the success they deserve.
We had an amazing experience at Postino’s in Addison, hands down the best service we’ve had in Dallas! The whole team worked together seamlessly, and the food was outstanding. We ordered the Nick’s Board and the bruschetta, and both were absolutely delicious for a great price (HH). Our server, Sam, was 10/10. We’ll be back!
The atmosphere 👌 😍 🙌 is top notch great for a date or just a hangout with friends. The food was so good. It was intimate enough to enjoy the company of your date. The waiter was very helpful in making great food selections. This is place you could meet co workers after work or bring your significant other to enjoy good food. If you are a beer drinker, you can beat $6 pitcher every day before 5.
If you’re looking to enjoy great food and a good vibe on a casual weekend, this place is a must-try. The food is delicious, and I especially loved the variety of sharable bruschetta options and the meat balls. While I wish there were a few more main courses to choose from, it’s still a fantastic spot for brunch. The wine selection is also impressive
Very cool vibe and decor at Postino’s. The service was spectacular- everyone was so welcoming and kind. They gave great recommendations on what to order and seem to have some neat deals going on during the week. I loved the bruschetta board, and I look forward to trying out more of their food. They’re pretty vegetarian friendly which I appreciate. I found my cocktail to be a bit below average, especially for the price point and I think next time I would opt for the wine.
You have to come and enjoy this amazing outside dining at Posting Addison. The location, staff, food, music, and ambience are beyond words. The weather was perfect and so was the food. I got the Bruschetta Board, Grilled Skewers, and the Crunchy Hazelnut Bar. Thank you for a great dining experience. I will be back.
This place has it all----delicious food, exceptional service, romantic and cozy ambience! We had a double date at Postino and the servers did such an amazing job. We placed 3 rounds of appetizers and each one came out in a timely manner. They checked on us continuously throughout the meal without being intrusive. We will definitely be back! (especially since they allow dogs on the patio. Can't wait to bring our pups here!)
Monthly dinner out with group of 8. The food is good, we ordered paninis and a charcuterie board. They really don’t have any dinner items, mostly apps and paninis. Lots of wine though, but we don’t drink wine, so drink menu is also limited. Caters to a young crowd, we were definitely much older than most guests. The noise level was a little loud but the music was awesome as was the decor! Our waiter was new and his service was sub par, but the manager noticed and then gave us two free desserts to share- the donuts are AMAZING! If the service would have been better, I would have given 5 stars and the price of food would be worth it.
If you’re in the mood for some fancy and elevated toast, this is the place to visit. Sometimes some nice bruschetta is all the heart needs. Here’s what we got: - bruschetta board - flavors in order of preference: - SWEET N’ SPICY PEPPER JAM & GOAT CHEESE - BRIE, APPLE & FIG SPREAD - RICOTTA, DATES & PISTACHIO - FRESH MOZZARELLA, TOMATO & BASIL - half of a CHICKEN & MOZZARELLA panini and another half of the ITALIAN BEEF DIP. Both solid, but definitely offered the latter. We felt the bread was more firm at the Southlake location, but the bruschettas here were still delicious.
I would characterize this place as a high end brunch place, a wine bar and a happy hour place rolled into one. They have a small but decent wine list and cocktail list. Food menu is smaller than most places. We got a bruschetta platter with 4 different bruschettas, a panini and a hummus bowl.
The good food did not match the lack of service. It was our first time and will be our last time. They tried to make it better by giving us free passes for next time but there is no way we would go back. I had to find someone to wait on us 20 minutes into our visit. That was just to get our drink order started. Once the waiter finally came over to take our drink order I went ahead and ordered the charcuterie board to start…it came after my husband’s meal, and we ordered our meal after the charcuterie. My meal came after the charcuterie and husband’s food. After our cocktails had been emptied for 20ish minutes, again we had to ask if we could get another. And it was NOT busy at all. Bad service 100%
I’ve always loved Postino. The food, the wine lineup, the atmosphere, all of it has made it one of my favorite places. I’ve gone often because it always felt welcoming and enjoyable, and I truly looked forward to each visit. That’s why this experience was so disappointing and honestly upsetting. During my visit, Postino was promoting two specials: buy 100 dollars in gift cards and receive a 30 dollar bonus card, and half off bottles to go. I was excited to take advantage of the holiday deals because I genuinely enjoy their wines. But what I was charged didn’t match the promotions that were being advertised. After checking the prices online, in person, and on DoorDash, I realized the same bottles had three different prices, and none of them matched the promotional pricing shown in the photos I attached. On top of that, I didn’t receive the gift cards I purchased, and I wasn’t given a receipt at checkout. When I requested an itemized receipt later, the version I received did not reflect the actual pricing or match any of their menus. It felt inaccurate and left me confused. When I contacted the restaurant, the only response I got was that I was the first person to notice any issues. After that, I never heard anything back. No follow up, no explanation, and no effort to make things right. It made the whole situation feel even more disappointing, especially because I reached out in good faith with photos and details. I’ve had so many good memories at Postino and truly love their food and wine selection, which is what makes this experience so discouraging. I really hope management takes this seriously, because transparency and communication matter, especially to the people who visit often and genuinely enjoy what they offer.
I’m writing this review while I’m still here seated at my table. My visit here started off good then went downhill. I ordered the Italian beef Dip Panini. I asked what was the soup of the day and Michael our waiter who was nice, said the they started serving today the loaded baked potato soup. It sounded good so I ordered it. Food was ready fairly quick however, our waiter was staring at the bar talking to an another employee. We saw our food sit at the ready counter for 5 minutes or so. When I got my food, it looked great! Well, the soup was room temperature cold and so was the au jus. I first noticed the soup was cold so I asked if they could just microwave it, and a waitress took it to the kitchen. While she was there, I noticed the au jus was cold (room temperature) as well. I ask her to heat that up as well and she took it back to the kitchen. I tell her to just pack it to go. She brings both back and the soup is about warm and the au jus is scolding hot, so hot that it warped the plastic lid. I’m still waiting for it to cool down. Were they upset that I asked to heat up the soup an au jus or that it’s Halloween and they are at work? I’m talking about the kitchen staff. I told the waitress who took over for Michael (both Michael and the waitress were very kind btw) that they probably turned off the warming station. I did say the au jus was scolding hot and she said they don’t have a microwave so they had to heat it up in oven. On a side note, the ginger ale was watery but I drank it and then I asked for a lemonade and I was charged for both. $4.50 for a ginger ale and $5 for a lemonade (not sure if they have free refills or one courtesy free refill?). The only reason why I gave the service three stars is because they were at the bar and you can see directly towards the kitchen station so there shouldn’t have been an excuse to not grab my food in a timely manner and this place wasn’t busy at all. I did get here at 10pm so maybe they didn’t anticipate anyone ordering soup? I was very disappointed but I’m willing to give them another try. Not sure if you can see the steam rising from the au jus but I waited 20+ in order for it to cool down so I could safely take it without it spilling all over the place because the second lid was warped and burning my hands because it was so hot.
