We've been coming for over 10 years and I am so thrilled they are still standing after all this time. Says a lot about the quality of their food and drinks! My favorite is their Thai tea and oreo smoothies. The pork belly bowl is also BOMB. Come try, you won't regret it!

I want a boba because or labubu craving. The boba here is not much flavor and is missing the honey sweet taste. The jasmine milk tea with boba is not enough tea flavor. I love this place! Great food and drinks. Used to come here before they closed down and I was so happy to know they’re back up and running. The staff is friendly as well, will be coming back!

We really like this plaza and we never been to this plaza in Davis. There is so many new spots here. We stumble across this boba spot due to coming to the brewery next doors the boba is missing some sweetness but have a good chewy texture. The bear cup here is cute and for 9 bucks a drinks. Actually 8 something If you like a cute bear cup similar to Starbucks come here and get one. Thanks for reading and have a yelptastic day.

This boba shop has delicious food and drinks! It also is a great study spot since there are outlets at all the seats and it has comfortable seating:) The staff are very sweet and it has good customer service. Love studying and hanging out with friends here!

The food here is delicious😋the milk tea is authentic👍and the service is warm and friendly. This teahouse is clean, and parking is convenient. There’s also a lawn in front of the shop that’s perfect for bringing kids to play while enjoying food and drinks.

Their honey boba blizzard, popcorn chicken and fried rice and just being inside this new renovated space it isn’t the same but some nostalgia. Tables where you can study and meet up with friends. I got their house boba milk tea and it Reminded me of under grad. I was too full to try their crispy chicken but it looks and feel the same. The service is great, their combo meals looks like a great deal and their boba is nice and soft.

You better come get you a bear cup while supplies lasts! Cuter than Sans! I got the sea salt crème jasmine with 50%. It was pretty mild jasmine flavor. Glad there is this little old tea shop in this new shopping center. Staff were awesome and welcoming.

Very small indoor eating area. Tried their mango coconut sago, and it was just OK. Needs to be creamier and sweeter. They should really try to make it like Mandro’s makes it. It would be a huge hit!

i guess this place had a complete rebrand — and i love it now!! i got the passion fruit jasmine tea with 50% sugar and no ice, plus coconut jelly. the tea flavor is properly strong! not just watery or sugary for no reason. my only problem was that they gave very little coconut jelly. besides that, really like this place 👏

Cute little spot, I got a strawberry banana smoothie with sea salt cream (a combo i would never do) but they made my drink taste very yummy!

Food was good and nicely seasoned, chicken was juicy. The calamari pieces were a bit small though. I liked how both the snacks came w/ a slice of lemon. We accidentally mis-ordered something and had already paid, but the cashier and manager were super sweet about helping us correct it. They kept apologizing even though it wasn't their fault and now i feel bad.

The Thai milk tea is very good, didn't taste grainy and not too sweet. Didn't order any food but what was coming out of the kitchen smelled amazing. Not that much seating available but was luck enough to snag a table to study

I could barely taste the jasmine tea and it was really watery. The salted foam though was really good.. thick, salty-sweet, and creamy. Popcorn Chicken was delicious. It came straight from the fryer super hot and crispy. The outside was crispy without too much breading and inside was tender. Careful with the chili powder.. it was SO spicy! Best part is you get a labubu keychain if you leave a review and show it to them. They're lafufus but still so adorable!

If I write a review its either a place is so great that I wish to shed some lights on it; or its so bad that I am in complete disbelief. My drink took 30 minutes to create, only to find out they ran out of tea so I just had water and some fruits. The ice rationis insanity, EIGHTY percent od the drink is ice, literally wild. At 9$ a boba youd expect SOME semblance of quality, but no. Go anywhere else im begging.
