Pizza was burnt calld and no one picked up then calld the next day to get a credit and the girl was really rude and wood not help

Haven’t had the time to post this but on July 1st we ordered pizza from here. We ordered 3 large pizzas. One was a hand tossed pepperoni and bacon was supposed to be cut into squares but it was cut into triangles and then squares, a large hand toss cheese light sauce and it was loaded with sauce and large thin with ham and bacon it was burnt. I was not happy with the outcome of the pizza and I will never again order from here unless I look at the pizza before I leave

I will never eat Domino's again I ate a medium Philly cheese steak pizza and ordered wings as well the wings tasted very very funny and I woke up a long way with my fiance and her Grandpa all sick because of their food they were rude when I went in there and it's just a huge turn off for Domino's from now on

$7.99 delivery charge for a 1.3 mile drive to my place is criminal. Edit: Contacted them and was told they’d send a gift certificate but it never came. When I reached back out they ignored me. Second time this has happened. The owner does not care.

Outsourced my call to a call center and after having my order confirmed and quoted 30 minutes, waited 50 minutes and never heard back from the store. Called again got sent through to the actual location and was told they didnt make my order because they don’t take cash after 8pm. Was just weird and wasted an hour of my time.

Online ordering is always unavailable at this location and I order from here often. Maybe I should take my business elsewhere. I just had this problem and got an excuse of trying to keep up with demand. As a full service restaurant that excuse is a scapegoat. I order here because it's close but you just lost my business. There have been no changes in your online system just excuses. Not to mention I always reward the drivers with generous tips although I have to pay a delivery fee. So disappointed and I worked open to close at a steak house and just wanted dinner. Take your business elsewhere because this is ridiculous.

We received half of our order on delivery. When we called to fix this we were told that we could come pick it up. ( drive to their store for a delivery they didn’t make? ) then when we questioned that… the guy hung up on us. Thinking surely this was a mishap, we call back and we were told that we probably got our order because she is the one that packs it! And, for that reason if we wanted a replacement we could drive to the store and get it. When I asked what planet are we on???? She hung up . #mainstdominosdayton Never ever again

I made a delivery order and after more than 2 hours, my order had still not been delivered. I called the restaurant twice. The first time, I was told to call back in 15 minutes, which I did. The person who answered the second time told me that we were 22nd in line and our order would be delivered eventually. Our order showed up, ice cold, 2 hours and 20 minutes after we ordered and wrong. I felt bad for the driver who was a really sweet guy who really seemed worn out. At least let your customers know if you're short on drivers or have a delivery delay! Don't say it will be delivered in 35-45 minutes and then show up almost 2 and a half hours later! This was the first, and LAST time we will ever order from this place.

Not worth it. Tried the new stuffed crust, uh it’s thin like paper greasy as fried chicken will never order from here again. Will be ordering from bevercreek pizza next time. Terrible pizza I wish I could just get my money back. The driver was amazing!

Granted it was a late delivery, I didn't received a call or even had a chance to tip the delivery person since all I got was my money taken and no pizza. They made pretty good pizza here too, oh well. I apologize for working nights. Never ordering from here again.

Been here watching my roommate sit on hold for over 35 mins trying to get someone to speak to first call 10 mins before someone said please hold them hung up on him then he called back and waited over 5 mins to speak to someone they came on the phone said please hold now he is just waiting for someone to come back to the phone and and we have issues with this store before but there was some guy there think his name was Angel and he seemed to actually try and help us so we was willing to give it another shot tonight after that but can’t even order guess we going to Donatos tonight it’s 2:58 pm right now and he is still on hold

So I eat here regularly, and never have issues. So this night in particular my pizza is made wrong. I call back over there to get it remade and the gm Tyler tells me there’s nothing he can do once it’s left the store and eaten off of. Well the only way to know if it’s wrong is to taste it. This was bad service for me and I’m a regular spending 100s a month in here. Dominos has got to do better for being one of the only decent restaurants In the neighborhood! Well the Caucasian dude that worked Sat night 11/16 said his name was Tyler and was the GM but apparently lied. I don’t appreciate this at all!

Tried to order online and with the app and kept getting an error. It would charge my card then immediately the money went back on. The error had a phone number to call, I called and explained what happened and was told the deal I was trying to get was for online only. So I hung up and used DoorDash to order Happys Pizza.
