Order is more often then not wrong and for some reason this particular location enjoys putting the person that speaks the least amount of English at order window I don't have issues with people that don't speak much English but maybe let's try a different spot in the restaurant just a thought not the point I guess even ordering online still screw it up somehow it's like they get a bonus for screwing up a order

It has been going on for about four months now that if you use the app out of every three orders count on at least one being shorted food. I’ve gotten in the habit of checking of my orders in front of them and they miraculously remember just as I’m looking in the bag that they forgot items.

Just got breakfast at 6am and the biscuit was hard and hardly like warm. The hash brown was cold. The employee at the second window didn’t even say a word to us. We were coming home from the er and just needed something quick. Big disappointment

Only been here twice. First time, ordered a happy meal because they had a Disney collaboration. Didn't put Disney toys in the meal, instead it was a different toy. My (former) coworker spoke up because they ordered the same thing as me. We thought they ran out of the Disney toys. Turns out, they didn't. On a side note when my (former) coworker spoke up, the workers were confused. I stepped in just to clarify and they were even more confused. Then they had the manager come talk to us. Turns out, they didn't understand English and the manager had to translate for them. Second time, theres is a McDonaldLand meal. They did not include the collection with the meal. Don't think I'll be ordering happy meals from here again since it happened twice to me.

WHAT IS THIS DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER… one pickle?! And half a patty and some odd looking yellow fungus??? Service is absolutely garbage. Made us go through the drive through three times for some mobile orders. We spent like an hour in the drive through!!! Skip this low place. The food was not ever up to par.

Found a cockroach head in my food. This is absolutely disgusting. I will be coming to get my money back and never eating this disgusting food again (if you can even call it food) I honestly can’t believe that I almost ate that. Disgusting place and clearly disgusting employees!!!

I ordered a large Diet Coke, cheeseburger, and McChicken. Once I got home I opened the cheeseburger and saw that it was missing the most important part—the burger! How does that happen? Called in and spoke with two people: both informing me that because I didn’t take my receipt with me they couldn’t do anything to make things better. Moral of the story: take your receipt with you always or go to a better McDonald locations.

How many times do I get to rate this place.. ordered 2 hamburgers extra onions no mustard, a small fry, 6 piece chicken nugget. Go to grab a fry, cold and very old tasting! Turned around went back in. Got mediocre Luke warm at best fries. Get home and I get 2 hamburgers with no onions and extra mustard. Why do I keep doing this to myself. In a month I have now wasted $40 in food from This joke of a place. Little kids in the kitchen, nobody watching the front counter.. I don’t think I will visit again. I am done not even after a 14 hour day of doing hair is this worth it.

Order took over 25mins, Israel took down the order confirmation information incorrectly. Was offered a free sandwich to make up for the issue. Found the McRib had no sauce or other ingredients, just meat and bread. Talk about a slap in the face to the customer. Went back the next day to deal with the issue, told to talk to the manager Nora who wasn't there. I was told there's nothing they can do. I want a complete refund of my order, I do not want to come back to this location. I am very upset with the customer service I received and the lack of care when they speak to a customer.

Uneatable fries, brown nasty probably refried. Just confirms why I don't go to McDonald's very often. Update 02/22 - stopped by because time was short and my son needed a quick meal. Ordered him 2 cheese burgers and 3 fries for the rest of the family. The fries were again horrible, no one ate them. To top it off one of my sons burgers was completely missing the meat! How the hell do you forget to add the hamburger? Do yourself a favor and get a food from anywhere else.
