If you do the “table service” at the Kiosk they’ll just call out your table number and make you pick it up at the counter. Which isn’t the end of the world it’s just fast food, but it defeats the purpose which is silly to me. However, this is one of the cleanest McD’s you’ll find (especially since its near Rice St)

This McDonald’s is excellent. Every time I go in, the staff is kind and the service is quick. One of the managers always greets me by name when I pick up my food, and it makes my day. I genuinely look forward to getting my lunches at this location. In the 4 years of going here, I have NEVER received a wrong order. Big thank you to the entire staff.

Nice Mcdonalds I visit whenever I go to Hobby Hub nearby. I order through the app and food is fast and delicious. Employees are nice and keep the place very clean despite some lazy customers. Only complaint I have is there is no soda refill station available to customers. In order to get refills you must ask at the register which is a hassle.

I wouldn't normally rate a McDonald's but I was really impressed with this one. I do doordash and was working late night. I had 3 orders from here and the long line moved swiftly each time. When I was done I decided to get some food for myself. Once again, line moved fast and the food was hot and fresh. They do it right here.

The only reason I go here is for the playland. If it was up to me we wouldn't go there at all! No cashier at the counter ever! I want a person to order from and when the order is wrong,good luck getting attention from anyone!

Frequently stop here, though don't go inside much. There is often a lone at the drive thru but they are pretty quick at getting through everyone. They have never gotten my order wrong, forgotten sauces, or anything like that. Sometimes there is a slight language barrier, but not too bad and they are always friendly. Also has a red box inside the lobby.

I really wish there were more parks like this. There was a lot of thought puting this park together. Not only were there your usual swings, slides, and forts. There was a natural rock climbing wall. I was especially impressed with the padding on the ground.

It feels good to be once again after the pandemic, to be able to dine in and eat inside of a McDonald's, this little Canada location is clean everyday and they even clean the bathroom, service was excellent.

A McDonald's that gets your order right almost every time. We drive the extra distance and pass other mcdonalds just to go here. They're polite and like stated 99% of the time the order is correct. I only do drive thru so I can't tell you about cleanliness or anything but if I had to guess they probably do an exceptional job since the employees themselves are always looking professional and clean and someone you don't mind handling your food.

No pop machine but if you want refills they give you another pop. Great customer service!! Very clean

I ended a 6.5 hour road trip between 2 and 3am with my 2 children with a "treat" from this location. Staff was fast, all my food was correct, down to the removal of allergens that we have (lettuce). They were patient and efficient. Great customer service as well! That's always a plus!

In the multiple times that I have visit this restaurant at lunch time there are many unruly teenagers from the near by school. They talk loudly using bad language. Sitting on the tables, play fighting. The management doesn't seem to do anything about it definitely impact the paying customers. MJ :-(

My experience was pleasantly surprising. As ordering in store has become an increasingly hands off/use the kiosk scenario, I was shocked when an employee asked if I was ready to place my order with her at the counter. As more and more McDonalds will refuse to help you out, other than shuffle you over to the big screens, refusing even consideration of taking your order themselves, it was nice to know that there are some places left that understand the value of customer service and a moniker of human interaction and decency! Excellent fries - not very salty but super fresh. They have an interesting double drive through line where you have to merge, so I always try to use the right lane. Great service at the window! They always say, "Have a great day/night!" When you leave. It makes a difference and always makes me smile!

I used the McDonald's app to order my food, so so I got rewards points, and I was able to get through the drive through in under two minutes. I got the $5 meal deal which is an awesome value for what you get. I did pay a little more to upgrade my drink to a large ice coffee. If you are not using the McDonald's it you are missing out on great deals.

The food is usually always pretty good here, I haven't had any issues with the quality or the taste. Only two things to note are if you are going through the drive-thru and you order a drink, make sure they give you a straw. They have forgotten to put the straw in the bag or in their hand with the drink a couple times. Also the atmosphere can be a little shady just because it is closer to St Paul and when you go in the middle of the night it can seem unsafe.

This McDonald's is a better than average location to go to. The food usually comes out right when ordering from the drive through, but there have been multiple instances when item(s) were missing. All in all, not a bad place to go for the McDonald's dining experience. Staff are polite and the speed of service is usually decent.

The employees are always great and professional. The tea has gotten pretty bad unfortunately. It looks and tastes like sugar water, barely any tea. Fix it Felix.

I'm a "coffee from the drive-through early in the morning" reviewer on this one. Service is great, coffee is great (every so often I get a cup that's extra strong and I think "jackpot" Super convenient, and they're open all night. Sometimes there's an incident going down, but I've only seen it involving homeless, and it's never been too eventful. This place has been my go-to for coffee before starting work

Ordered online via app for curbside pickup. When arrived at restaurant, says curbside is closed. Went through drive thru to pick up, once we got through that line (5 minutes) are told to pull into a parking spot for 10 more minutes. What is the benefit of ordering ahead if you have to wait longer that just going through the regular drive thru? Also, we ordered the new crispy chicken sandwiches and both were rotten and smelled terrible. Threw both away, waste of money and had nothing to eat.

This is McDonald's. Yes, it's fast food, and their hamburgers have tasted like masking tape since the 1980s. But the employees and staff here are quite courteous, friendly, and reliable. When you are desperate for something, these employees will get things right. Interestingly, this is the second McDonald's store on this site, and this new building is better than the original.

Late night, after work 4 am. Wanted a cheeseburger, they had already switched to breakfast but my app didn't reflect that and it kept bringing me back to burgers and fries. This place is my usual "last-minute/ no time to cook" go to. They are usually pretty good, fast and efficient with my orders with an occasional "small mistake." Like, maybe they missed an extra fry that I ordered because I usually ordered one too many fries. But today, I just don't have a clear understanding of the mistake made. I understand, I wasn't there at a popular time; however, being 1 of roughly 4 cars that went through the drive-thru, you would assume the service would be a little better. (Asked for regular honey, to dip nuggets, got honey mustard! Quarter pounder burger and fries both cold! Not just warm and not hot but actually cold! I guess I'm just disappointed, I'd like to think that the company would have a better handle on cold food by now!!

I've reported fruit flies near the fountain drinks to the managers a number of times over a month now with no resolution. They have claimed reach time that a tech is coming in to fix and clean it but clearly that isn't being kept up on or done. Today the fruit flies were actually in my glass of water and after reporting this to the store manager she simply told me they were having it looked into, no apology or anything. If they are failing to take care of this issue I can't begin to image what the rest of the place is like. I'm very displeased with the lack of care this manager staff has done about this and hope a higher management party will look into this to get it fixed.

The drive through person should be able to speak in English. Most of the times we go, the hot mocoa machine is down. Otherwise, it is the sundae machine is down. They are beyond slow.

The staff at this location are all very nice and polite and the food is your typical McDonald's food which is good. But that's all they've got going for them. I order through the app because it's easier and the drive thru line is long on occasion. My food comes out pretty quickly, but at least 80% of the time, something is wrong or missing. I've complained to management and corporate, not to get free food because I really don't care about getting something for free, but because im tired of my orders always being wrong. Yet nothing changes, despite the response from the district manager that "we're doing more training to make sure this doesn't happen again." Horrible!!! Placed a mobile order went to pick up inside and the lobby was locked and no signs on the doors. Already paid for it so I had to wait in the drive-thru line for 20 min. When I got my food finally, of course the fries were ice cold like alwayss. But the real kicker was the 2 happy meals I got for my kids. Both cheeseburger happy meals only ketchup. This location continues to be poorly managed. It's the closest to our house and with kids, go more than we should. But seriously they mess up the order 85% of the time. I'm in the habit of checking the order before leaving but what a pain sitting at the drive thru window. Or makes curb side pointless. And if I don't catch it until home, trying to talk to the manager is pointless. Very poorly run!

Horrible customer service. Was there on the 6/14/2019 between 4-5 am, one of the staffs did not clarify that it was cash only at the time. I told her that I would be back with cash and went gas station across the street to withdraw out cash. I got back to the drive thru and one of the staffs told me to pull up to the next window but did not help me while my food was sitting there on the table. It took them 10-15 mins to finally help me. One of the staffs was at the window filling drinks up but never acknowledge me and another staff passed by the window and also ignored me. By the time I got the food, the food was cold. I will not come back to this McDonald's until the staffs actually help their customers instead of ignoring them. This is not the first time. It gotten worse.

Service was very slow. The staff was very unhelpful. I ordered ahead in the app to use a deal and they couldn't figure out how to get the order. The only solution they had was to wait 30 minutes. If you're trying to be frustrated and hungry, this is the perfect place for you. Update: I got a voicemail from the manager telling me the night manager has been retrained, and the 800-number to call to get my order refunded. However, she forgot to hangup before she told someone in the background that she wouldn't offer me anything, since I could get a refund in 5-7 days. Clearly they know they are violating the law, but since they are dealing with such minimal amounts, they know they will never have to go to court and can just take advantage of their customers. 2nd edit: a few months later I have it another try. Mysteriously their "system is down" again, and they told me they couldn't do anything except cash. Only after I told them I had the same problem before and they were supposed to be trained did they decide to fulfill my order.

I payed to get someone else’s order that they asked me to return on my second pass through the drive through. Could have easily been corrected. The lady who is claimed to be the manager comes up to the window and gave me only half of my food and said “ you complained so you only get half your food.” And that’s exactly what she did. When I asked for the manger she claimed it was her. She refused to give her name. I then asked for the corporate number which she replied she didn’t have. This is the saddest and poorest display of work ethic and leadership. She then tried to humiliate me infront of the staff when I asked for the remainder of the food I payed for. I was offered no refund or compensation, only half of what I payed for.

Only been here twice. First time, ordered a happy meal because they had a Disney collaboration. Didn't put Disney toys in the meal, instead it was a different toy. My (former) coworker spoke up because they ordered the same thing as me. We thought they ran out of the Disney toys. Turns out, they didn't. On a side note when my (former) coworker spoke up, the workers were confused. I stepped in just to clarify and they were even more confused. Then they had the manager come talk to us. Turns out, they didn't understand English and the manager had to translate for them. Second time, theres is a McDonaldLand meal. They did not include the collection with the meal. Don't think I'll be ordering happy meals from here again since it happened twice to me.

I ordered a large Diet Coke, cheeseburger, and McChicken. Once I got home I opened the cheeseburger and saw that it was missing the most important part—the burger! How does that happen? Called in and spoke with two people: both informing me that because I didn’t take my receipt with me they couldn’t do anything to make things better. Moral of the story: take your receipt with you always or go to a better McDonald locations.

How many times do I get to rate this place.. ordered 2 hamburgers extra onions no mustard, a small fry, 6 piece chicken nugget. Go to grab a fry, cold and very old tasting! Turned around went back in. Got mediocre Luke warm at best fries. Get home and I get 2 hamburgers with no onions and extra mustard. Why do I keep doing this to myself. In a month I have now wasted $40 in food from This joke of a place. Little kids in the kitchen, nobody watching the front counter.. I don’t think I will visit again. I am done not even after a 14 hour day of doing hair is this worth it.

Order took over 25mins, Israel took down the order confirmation information incorrectly. Was offered a free sandwich to make up for the issue. Found the McRib had no sauce or other ingredients, just meat and bread. Talk about a slap in the face to the customer. Went back the next day to deal with the issue, told to talk to the manager Nora who wasn't there. I was told there's nothing they can do. I want a complete refund of my order, I do not want to come back to this location. I am very upset with the customer service I received and the lack of care when they speak to a customer.

Ordered him 2 cheese burgers and 3 fries for the rest of the family. The fries were again horrible, no one ate them. To top it off one of my sons burgers was completely missing the meat!
