Saturday morning at 9 am was a little busy. However, we did get a table, and it was an amazing experience. The photos are an omelet and pancakes. The other one is the all meat skillet with hashbrowns. You get a lot of food. We will be going back. We really like to restaurant.

One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time! First off the staff were extremely kind and attentive. They start you out with a helping of little French toast donuts which are delicious. The chicken fried chicken platter tastes as good as it sounds and looks. Id recommend any of the platters as you really can’t go wrong. One of the best spots for breakfast and lunch around!

Stopped in this fine family breakfast/lunch restaurant this past April with my wife while my stepdaughter was taking her ACT test in town. Not really from around here, we live down in Beach Park in between Wadsworth, Zion & Waukegan but were in the area so a good home-cooked breakfast came to mind while waiting around. The dining area is very spacious and I like the fact that there's booths not just by the windows and walls but in the middle of the dining floor as well. Extensive all-around good Greek/American menu with tasty food arriving in big portions at reasonable prices, service was friendly & attentive and venue was very clean. If ever in the area again, I'd definitely stop in the Meli Cafe again which I'm sure is a Belle City favorite.

Lexus was our waitress. She was very attentive to us and provided excellent hospitality. We didn't have to ask for anything because she was on point providing a expeditious meal as requested. We enjoyed our meals. We will spread the word and return!

Restaurant is very clean, staff nice and very accommodating, which is a bonus when dining alone. I enjoyed an order of a 2 egg, hash browns with no toast, but with a side of bacon and an order of the 3 crepe breakfast. It was very good and enough to take home for another meal! I will definitely return, the next time I am in the area!

5+4🌟 Meli, boom shakalaka When you are not looking you usually find a gem. Everything we had there was delicious.. I would have to say, this is one of the better Cafes I've eaten in recently. My veggie omelet with cheese and onions in the hash Browns was wonderful, My wife had the combination platter with a little bit of everything on it, She really enjoyed her breakfast. Our server was a wonderful young lady with really long braids. The interior was very soothing, bathrooms were spotless! If we are ever up in the area again we'll be stopping back through, it's a real pleasureful Cafe venue. Do yourself a favor, stop on in! We did stop in again, the marinated skirt steak skillet! I asked them to put some pepper jack on it, wow! My wife just had soup and salad, the strawberry salad was amazing, and the lemon drop soup was very good. 7/18/2022

We ordered brunch on DoorDash. I had the Greek skillet w scrambled eggs and Greek toast. My husband had the Jordan omelet with white toast and hashbrowns. We also ordered a short stack. Idk what they put in their pancakes but they’re sooo good. Bigger than your face, fluffy, buttery and has a sweet warm vanilla taste. You really could skip the syrup if you wanted to. The Greek skillet is my go to. I typically get it with diced potatoes but opted for hashbrowns. They were still quite crispy when the food arrived even after being under veggies eggs and gyro meat. Hugeeeee portions. I only ate 1/3 of it. I would love it if they offered a bigger portion of tzatziki with it.

It’s definitely interesting and the pancakes were bigger than my face . Eggs were ok but what do you want .. oh the coffee can be skipped, sorry . Honestly, not good . And a less than enthusiastic greeting , only when it came to paying was the front door guy nice .

A nice but busy cafe. They don't take reservations so it is a first-come-first-serve policy. They do move fast, however, so go and grab a number. The food was good and the portions were huge (we had to take almost half home). The server is way too buys but she kept her smile and small conversations. We got both spin-off versions of classic foods and we were really not disappointed. Might be back but will definitely recommend for others wanting a ncie brunch in Racine!

I absolutely loved the food. Very hearty portions, fresh ingredients. I ordered the Benedict skillet. It was the best skillet Ive ever had. I'm leaving 4 stars because it took almost 20 minutes of trying to flag someone down to get our bill. Other than that I would happily return.

Friendly service. They serve you pancake balls when you sit down. They're ok. Coffee is ok. I ordered the Meli chicken sandwich with crispy fries. They were good.

Went to this place after hearing many good things about it. Unfortunately, a complete disappointment. The food is clearly frozen and heated up to order. I’d say it’s fast food quality for home-cooked prices. The service was nice and fast, but we left more than half our meals un-eaten. Will not be returning

Corned beef hash from a can. Sunny side up still raw. $5 Orange juice tasted like a tin can. Bacon tasted like it was cooked yesterday and reheated. Breakfast burrito $11 but add $5 if you actually want any meat in it. How is this place as busy as it is? I don't get it. Service was good but I felt I had to hold back and lie or they would've gotten the nasty truth. Two people for breakfast was over $50.

I paid 51 dollars for literally 3 items. I feel like that’s a little outrageous. Plus no silverware even when I asked they said “it’s on the bottom of the bag”. No seasoning on the eggs, the bacon looked barely cooked. Only thing that was good, was the turkey sausage and hashbrowns. I felt like this amount of food could have been $35 max but it is what it is. I won’t be back that’s for sure 😭.
