Today i tried the okra and the rolls and when I tell you the rolls were amazing i loved it so much!!! I had the signature cocktail to and thoses were amazing and good price!! Bobby came over making sure everything is good and I told him I loved and will be coming back!!

Thank you Jewell for the excellent service. I love a kind cheerful server. Have you ever tried the center grilled pork chop. OMG so delicious. It’s hard for me to order anything but the center cut pork chop because it is so delicious but they have so many things on their menu. Y’all should come try it. I am at the cotton patch in Sherman, Texas. I live in Oklahoma, but when I come to Sherman, always make sure I stop here for lunch or dinner.

I’ve always loved coming here since they opened. My favorite food was the cheesy potato soup that was discontinued a few years ago. They brought back a slightly different potato soup that is good but not near as good as the previous soup. Our waitress Jewel was wonderful.

My wife and I came for lunch. For our appetizer we had the spicy Cajun cheese bites with ranch. For our meal we both had chicken fried chicken. All the food was great. Our waitress was nice and attentive. Atmosphere was great and calming. Every worker we came into contact was great as well. We will definitely come back again.

The servers are very efficient and friendly! We usually split our meals between us, and they bring our food on separate plates, which is very convenient and thoughtful! Jewell is one of the best waitresses there, so friendly and cooperative!! A great place to dine - always offer specials and the service is exceptional!! You should try it!!!

Our server Reece was awesome, very attentive altho she had several tables she made sure we had endless bread lol. The fried green tomatoes could have cooked a little longer but the loaded potato was overloaded with deliciousness. Wasn't over crowded so it was easy to hear everyone at the table. AMAZING experience! It was our first time at this location. The food was hot and tasty. Service was so great. It was a great overall feeling, not too loud and the General Manager, Bobby, even stopped by and said hello! It always makes me feel welcomed when management takes the time to come by and just make sure everyone was taken care of. 5 here because it's all I can leave, but great job to the staff! During my ten-hour road trip, I made a pit stop at this restaurant and I really liked the quality of the food. And as a matter of fact, Cotton Patch Cafe used to have a location in the northwest Arkansas area where I’m living. And during those days, they also had quesadillas and chicken tender tacos on the menu. And I don’t understand why it’s no longer on the menu. Although, I really enjoyed the chicken tender basket with a side of the loaded mashed potatoes.

Maybe just for that day, all my dishes are more salty than we like. Unless this is how the local likes it. The prices are reasonable for food but the portion is small. Maybe fried food is a better choice here. The drinks are a bit higher than expected. A draft is $5. The restaurant is not packed, but still wait 30 minutes for our dishes.

The food at this Cotton Patch is good for the price you pay. But on Monday 6/23 the service at dinner was awful. The waiter couldn’t seem to focus. He bought us tea with no ice . ( I also observed him doing this to another table as well) . Had the wrong sides with my meal . But to top it all off, when he returned with fresh rolls , he returned the basket with the empty butter cup!!!! ( As you can see in the photo) I spoke to someone there and suggested that this young man seriously needed some retraining. Hopefully he will improve in the future. But he lost his tip and a chance to ever serve us again.
