Management has changed. Place is now clean and all new. Salad was fresh and service was good. Now it's definitely a good place to come. Old review: For egg & cheese biscuit they charged me full amount as of it was with my meat as well. Other places charge me $1 at least less. Oh yes, coffee was stale as well. I will not be back here.

McDonald’s is convenient and affordable, with consistent food quality. However, the service can be hit or miss, and the wait times during busy hours can be a bit long. Overall, an average experience for a quick bite.

All I have to say is that the Filet-O-Fish has reduced to the size of a slider now, and the price is way too high. I like pickles added to mine, and if you want more than two slices, you MUST ask for a container on the side, because asking for pickles, then extra does not commute to the robotic McDonald's system of food prep.

An older looking building where they simply haven’t kept up with the maintenance. A single drive thru lane that was slow to provide service. 20 minutes to get thru with about 10 cars ahead of me. Couldn’t understand the order taker, cashier, or order fulfiller. They tried giving me the wrong order. Really? I ordered a single black coffee and you’re trying to give me a bag of food, hm. Regardless of the reason including COVID this was just poor service.

Make sure you check your order before leaving. Almost half the time I order hear they get something wrong (e.g., forgetting an item, not providing the right condiments or simply not placing them in the bag). Is it really that difficult to get the order correct? Management needs to make some improvements here!

Ghetto.. they leave their customers in line for over 15 minutes. No eye contact, no hello, simply walk by you and make no eye contact. Horrible service.

Terrible Service, Don't take orders correctly in drive through... Definitely skip this location. Sloppy made food and cold... The food is never fresh ... I will not be back to this location.

I word at McDonald's for 3 years, I became a manager in 6 months the a certified manager, so I know this is not a McGriddles my boyfriend has to go to court so I told him it was fine which it's not we just ain't got time to go back but a McGriddles it's more expensive then a biscuit there like close to $8 really disappointed I guess I only got the McGriddles wrapper this happened at 9:25am May 1

Based on my experience and others I’ve seen mentioned, there seems to be an ongoing issue with the professionalism of the manager at this location. My interaction was also very unpleasant, and I wanted to share this as a warning for others considering visiting.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this McDonald’s. The manager on duty was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and showed no effort to de-escalate or resolve the issue. Instead, she became defensive and dismissive, and even denied things that happened until she was confronted with the truth. What made the experience even more disturbing was the way customers were treated differently. If you are not Mexican or Latino, be prepared to be talked down to, ignored, or made to feel like you are unintelligent. As a Black customer, I felt completely disrespected, devalued, and unwelcome. No one deserves to be treated this way. This location seriously needs new leadership, especially whoever is managing on Sundays. McDonald’s should not tolerate this kind of behavior from anyone representing their brand. I do not recommend visiting this location, and if you do have an issue, good luck getting any real help. This was an unacceptable and disappointing experience all around

This McDonald's never gets the order right. It's infuriating. In just the span of time i spent in the lobby, waiting for my order. They got 2+ orders wrong. They act like they don't care. What a mess this store is !

Went threw the drive threw, they asked me to pull up and they would bring my meal. I drove off and soon realized they gave me cool french fries. How you ask someone to pull up and give them cold food.

Every time I place an order, something is always not correct. Mcdouble with mustard and pickle only comes back with ketchup and pickles 😭 😭 and by the time you leave the window and check your food (because you don't want to hold up the line) you are too angry to get back into the long line to let them know for fear that after another long wait and you have to complain, who else is now upset and do you chance eating your replacement?
