Quick and convenient. Drive through or go inside. Always have what you want. Friendly service. Not too busy. Short wait time for sure. Haven't tried fish sandwich, but wife and daughter gave a great thumbs up on it.

Service was great. Food was hot and delicious. Dont understand why so many Carl's Jr.s are closing. We absolutely love them. This place was 45 minutes from us and we made the journey out just to have our favorites. Staff was friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. Cant say enough about them!

I always enjoy eating at Carl's Junior. I truly love their sausage gravy biscuits. I was extremely hungry that day; therefore, I ordered the breakfast platter which consists of scrambled eggs a sausage patty hash browns biscuit with the sausage gravy and a drink. The atmosphere was noisy and disturbing because of the Love's convenience store clerk badgering the customers over the intercom. We have eaten there several times before and I know that the Love's convenience store accommodates truck drivers. Over the intercom system they announce when showers are available; however, I've never experienced anything like what this clerk was doing. She must have been new on the job but that is no excuse for her to badger the customers like she did. I will return to Carl's Junior because I love their sausage gravy biscuits but I hope I do not have to encounter the disturbance.

It was the best fast food I have had in Texas in 10 years living here. Located in a Loves truck stop. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. And you can get burgers at breakfast time apparently. So it's like brunch. Recommend the breakfast burger, chicken strips and french toast sticks.

I found this restaurant by accident had to stay on service road told my son about it and had to come back to get him a meal. He loves Carl Jr's because we went to the one in Mesquite TX all of the time. We hated when they closed because I loved their chicken tenders so glad that I found one still available.

The food was great and the staff was friendly. Carl's Jr has awesome fast food and I get it every time I come down south. The location was not in the best neighborhood but the location appeared to have an armed gaurd to help fell safe.

Super good food. Messy when it comes to putting lettuce on their burgers. All tastes great and affordable. I got a cheeseburger with jalapeños, avocado, lettuce, tomato and cheese. The fried zucchini is amazing.

The location is inside of a gas station and was easily accessible. The staff was friendly and the food was good. They forgot to include my fries so I had to go back and they corrected it without any pushback. After I left again I realized they also didn’t give me the drink that came with the kid’s meal. I used to eat Carles Junior in California during my teens. In my opinion Whataburger tops it in the Fast Food Burger chains..Didn't start seeing many in Texas for a while. Nice customer service, a bit over- priced in my opinion.

It's Carl's Jr. If You have expectations, you should go somewhere else

Ordered the new prime rib single and had to disassemble the burger to find it. There was barely enough prime rib to taste it in one bite. The staff didn't have it together tonight. Once they had 3 or 4 orders everyone else was waiting for those to be filled so that they could order. I watched one customer wait patiently at the register for almost 10 minutes for someone to come take his order. I have not been a big fan of Hardee's/Carl's Jr. since they changed to the Angus burgers and have been seeing them close down all over since the menu changed. In the 80's they had the best roast beef sandwich on the market and the menu needs a serious make over and maybe some more staff training.

Staff could definitely use some perking up. There was no pleasantries with customers and staff acted as if they didn't want to be there. The lack of pride in their work definitely reflected on the food. Cold fries, burgers prepared wrong, and didn't like that I asked for ranch. 3 stars was because it was quick. ( we were in a loaded semi and couldn't just come back to get the order fixed) Consider finding out why your staff is so unsatisfied. That staff is who does the actual work, and their unhappiness is a reflection of your company. If your staff isn't happy and taken care of, they won't do the work and be proud of it. Maybe one day we will be back through and ill be able to upgrade this review. ❤

Went back today and same thing happened. We and another car were asked to pull over to wait for our orders. After pulling over, we were brought our food but they forgot the shake. Had to wait a little longer to get the shake brought back out. Again, everything was accurate but be prepared to pull over. They were understaffed and we had to pull over from the drive through and wait along with three other people to get our order. Took about 15 minutes. But at least our order was accurate.

I been to multiple Carl's Jr. Some get it right, and some don't. This one completely messed up my order, but It is fast food. At least the burgers are better than certain other fast food restaurants I've been to and not overly greasy.

Weird weird location. I was the only person in line and waited 10 ish minutes to be helped because an employee and the manager were having a heated argument in front of the register? At one point the manager called security up? The manager refused to take my order and kept telling the employee to. The employee refused because she was angry with the manager about bringing her kid to work or something? It was. Crazy. It didn’t feel safe and it was very hostile. We wouldn’t visit again under any circumstances.

The food was fine nothing special but tore my stomach up the next day. Haven't been to a Carl's Jr in years and decided to download the app but didn't get a receipt so I can't get my points. I like playing the fast food game with rewards and deals. So I deleted the app and decided I won't go back to a Carl's Jr until they figure it out.

Breakfast burger wasn't warm, but it was good. Hashbrowns were very good . Service wasn't good. The cashier was more concerned about her boyfriend that came in behind me. I couldn't her her well and watching her after my order was taken, I could see she had a problem with listening to her boss. I usually give a lot of stars. Maybe today was an off day, but it wasn't busy at all.

The staff needs customer service skills. My husband is a truck driver so I meet him here often. There have been times were we've tried to order at 9pm and we're told they were closed or they are doing a shift change. Nobody wants to work.

I love the the basic sandwich here! I decided to try something new so, here's how it went. The BFC was too cheesy and the cheese eventually dries so it's not stringy. The BBQ cheeseburger was alright it didn't taste like the usual meat it was like rib meat.

I Waited 10 minutes and was the only person in the drive thru, which isn’t an issue.. I checked I had everything and left. After a 5 minute drive home the sourdough was freezer cold and not toasted, while the meat and cheese were lukewarm. The western bacon I ordered had cheese when I asked for none and the onion rings on it were hard and dark. The tenders I ordered for my children were dark and hard, refried as well I assume.. Ten minutes for that, not a pleasant experience at all. Very disappointing

Although they messed up royally on a plain and dry sandwich, the manager was super nice and had to literally make the lady in back remake my sandwich correctly. Sad the cook told the manager (with a straight face) that she made the sandwich correctly. Even though she had the sandwich in her hand 😩

I wish I read the reviews before going to this place for the first, and last, time. I ordered at the drive thru window and was told to pull up to wait for my food to be brought to me. I decided to park in a spot in front of the store since there were other cars behind me and the space was short. I watched other customers who ordered after me get their food and leave. After ten minutes or longer, I went inside to tell them I never got my meal. I waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Then realized my order was never prepared, they had to make it while I was in there. I waited another 10 minutes to get my food. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because the young lady who assisted me when I walked in upgraded my fries and gave me a second drink free of charge due to my long wait for nothing. The burger was a knock off whopper jr. All of that for $12 and almost 30 minutes of subpar food and service. Do yourself a favor and don't visit this place.

The burger had so much condiments that it slipped out of the bun when I took a bite. The bun was soaked it fell apart. Ate some of the meat. Really disappointed. Did not feel like getting it remade as we needed to get back on the road. The fries were good. Unfortunately we did have some stomach issues the next day but did not feel like food poisoning. I guess just not used to eating fast food. Probably will stick to MA and PA burger joints where the patties are thicker and made with fresh meat.

This is one of the worst places to get food! The cashier continually gets our order wrong. We don't get the food we order and the staff is beyond rude going as far as calling my husband stupid while he is still standing at the counter. Carl's Jr. at 8800 S Polk St, Dallas, TX 75232: I am very disappointed with the Carl's Jr. app. It advertises a 'Free Triple Burger with purchase' offer, but the restaurant does not acknowledge any offers on their app. I signed up for the My Rewards program, which promised a free Western Bacon Cheeseburger, Famous Star, or Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich with purchase for new members, but this offer was also not honored. This is false advertising and a waste of my time. I will not be returning to this Carl's Jr.

So as a truck driver I went in around 12:30 1:00 a.m. no one was there to be found. I could hear laughing by their freezer. I stood there for a good 15-20 minutes. Nobody came. Got off of work. Was a quick shift around 6:25 a.m. went through drive-thru. Was told to come inside to order. Went inside to order. He told me he's causing for shift change after I just sat there watching them at the pump before I went through drive-thru having a conversation for a good 10-15 minutes then as I'm leaving this other guy walks up and he starts taking his order what's the deal with that? I want better for my brothers and sisters working in these types of spaces. I understand this is fast food, and I can’t expect restaurant service from a place like this, but common courtesy, respect, and decent service are needed anywhere in order for a business to probably flourish. First time eating at Carl's Jr., and I can say the food was 4/10. Nothing to do with the restaurant completely, but I asked for no salt on my fries, and it seemed like they just dipped them back in the oil and brought them out. As far as service, I expected more, especially coming from someone who looks just like you. I was very respectful regardless of the fact that the runner brought my food and kind of just put the bag in my face. Before he walked off, I asked if it comes with any sauce. He said no. I asked if they have ketchup. He sighed and said they were out. Then I politely asked if they had ranch. He walked off, and I just said, "Never mind, take care." Everyone has a choice in this world, and I get sometimes you have to do what you can to take care of your needs, but the world would be a whole lot better if people had a better attitude towards people in any kind of business setting.

This Carl's Jr is not a participating store in the Carl's Jr app and they have all the advertisements up in the store all of that and just know you're not going to get your rewards and they would not honor any of the deals from the Carl's Jr app. I drove all the way over here from Fort Worth because they've closed all the Carl's Juniors around Carl's Jr is going down. That said shamika the shift manager and the store manager were very nice. It is the store owner or franchisee who is not participating in the app and not rewarding any of its customers. And essentially ripping off his or her loyal customers They even have the sign up saying if you spend $1 and join the app you get a free sandwich don't count on that because you can't use that coupon or that offer I asked the manager today since they are not on the app and are not participating. There are no barcodes on the receipts for you to be able to get any points either. Location is clean and nice.

WOW! Where do I begin, entire staff had a attitude, two young ladies arguing who is going to take the orders and who is going to clean the drink machine. No one seem to know the menu or what they had or didn’t have. Rude and unprofessional. I was traveling and just stopped for gas and this fast food location is located inside the station so it was convenient. NEVER AGAIN!
