Forgot my sauces with my chicken nuggets. They didn't have the Grinch Meal. Food was cold. It took 35 mins to get our order. Was not a pleasant experience. Sorry. Just telling the truth as I do on all my reviews. Rember folks, that's coming from a Texan. Adios. We did a pickup order and parked in waiting spot 2.

I've been to this McDonald's quite a few times because of the convenience from where we travel from. The manager and workers is not that welcoming. The manager with the very long hair flips up her nose at us customers, and does not at all give a welcome to the customers. It takes a very long time to be waited on and to get our order inside. Also, my husband told me there was a guy that was using the urinal in the men's bathroom and didn't wash his hands, and then went to use the screen to take his own order, and we don't feel comfortable about using the screens there because the screens and place needs to be more sanitized. I think if the workers at McDonald's and other fast food places get paid a pretty decent pay nowadays for working at fast food places, they should do a much better job performance, and not act like they're in High School hanging out in the hallways. I couldn't even get my special flavored coffee because the workers didn't even acknowledge me being up front to take my order and even welcome me there. So, Main Headquarters of McDonald's do something about this and get better workers that care more about the customers because the workers get better pay than they ever had, and the food and drinks are much more expensive because of the workers pay!

They take forever to serve you and they're just chatting away. There's no ketchup available and you have to hunt them down to ask for it. The dine-in service doesn't work; they don't bring your food or your table, unlike most franchises that operate that way. Very bad.

The only one employee was kind his name kivin he was threat by onther Employee about his girlfriend I told him to speak up and you can hear employees laughing and the manger sky didn't care what was going around her Restaurant was dirty out of stock like Tea Mchicken it's bad there especially employees causing out loud McDonald's do something about and get better workers that care more about the customers and other fast food places get paid a pretty decent pay nowadays for working at fast food places, they should do a much better job performance, and not act like they're in High School hanging out in the hallways. We waited 35 minutes for one meal. They were out of Grinch meals 😞, the food was cold and they forgot the sauce for the nuggets. So disappointing.

Order not ketchup, mustard only and get ketchup only, no mustard. Pretty par for the course with this location. Don't even bother going over to contact mcdonalds as they don't do anything or care anyway.

I went lastnight & got a #4 deluxe & the lady look my order in a rush & was rude. She kept saying "is that it" after every item I ordered. I also pulled up and the lady opened the windows and said "what did you have" no hello or hi. But I was also served a bun with MOLD YES MOLD ON IT! When I called the store to tell them the lady just said " well none of the other buns have any mold ".

Everytime I come to this McDonald’s the workers are always playing around. Very unprofessional. I’m told almost every single time I come that I need to pull forward, I have witnessed them having 6+ cars pull forward at a time to wait for their food. This morning I was told to pull forward and there were no cars behind me. I remember when McDonalds was fast but now they have people who don’t know how to work. Do not recommend this McDonalds to anyone. Arabella especially needs to learn customer service. Wort one out of all of them.

I stopped going to this McDonald’s because the past couple times I’ve gone they have you pull up and park, while everyone at the drive thru is going and passing thru to the point no one is in the drive thru and I’ve had to get off and ask where my food was at; 30 minutes later and there it was just sitting there; or the fact they forget food all the time when I order so I would double check my bag and when you order on the mobile app nobody brings you your food, you have to go inside and ask? I understand a lot of kids work there but it’s poor management.

I can’t overstate how incompetent this McDonald’s is. There’s been I’m not even sure how many batches of workers that just refuse to serve people because they don’t know how to work the systems. I order on the app and get there for them to tell me it’s not even made? My money went through so something worked. This location fails time and time again, it’s pathetic.

There is never drinks and they just gave me lemon juice and it taste like just water the food is good but there was a hair in my food🤢🤮

The tea is extremely cloudy not the normal clear brown. Get McDonald all the time from San Antonio no problem this location normally is ok too but I believe they have a water issue where it comes out red and they make the tea with this water or at the very least seems that way

Manger at this location, 2/3/25 @ 5:10 pm was extremely unprofessional and arrogant. Did not care to speak with customer and view the order. Responded in an awful way when customers were being civil and wanted to understand. I understand nobody wants to work now a days so you’re pretty much stuck with unprofessionalism like this. Hopefully she doesn’t slam the screen door in front of the wrong customers next time! Pearsall location manager would never treat a customer this way.

First y'all didn't get my curbside order but still took my money without the meal. Second y'all charged my husband for a wrong order, said y'all would refund him but y'all didn't. (Still haven't) And finally I bite into my burger and it's all pick but the outside! What the hell is going on at y'all's store?
