It's part of a truck stop so not quiet if u want a quiet meal. Foods ok. Occasionally one speaker doesn't work so you have to back up and move to next one. Stay on the inside.

I visited this location and arrived when there were no other cars in the drive-thru. I waited patiently at the ordering speaker for a few minutes. Another vehicle pulled into the second lane after me, and their order was taken immediately, even though I had been there first. When my order was finally taken, I politely mentioned that I had arrived before the other vehicle, but the only response I got was, “Oh, I’m sorry,” with no real acknowledgment or effort to make it right. I understand that mistakes happen, but it felt frustrating to be overlooked, especially after waiting patiently. A bit more attention to the order of service and a more thoughtful response would have gone a long way. Just wanted to share my experience — hopefully it helps improve things moving forward.

So slow. It is ridiculous.. I waited 50 minutes for an online order and only 4 cars went through while I was there. This is not the first time I've had a wait issue or a burger made incorrectly but it will definitely be my last visit. When you ask what the hold up is you are always told " we're short staffed"

Sat in line for 15 minutes before anyone came on the intercom so I went inside thinking it might be faster. Several employee standing around arguing if both lanes were open. 2 people drove off without getting their food while I was in there. Left without being acknowledged by the staff. They're probably happy as it's less work for them but I'm glad I'm not the franchise owner.

I enjoy burger King. It's one of my favorite fast food burger places. And the highlight was our initial server at the front counter. She was polite and when we asked for large lids. She quickly obliged. Don't get me wrong. I understand fast food usually does not come with stellar service. Well. When it comes to the Asst Manager today. I didn't even get basic service. First he informed me they had no large lids. Shortly after that the young lady brought out large lids. He then attempt to give our food out the drive thru. Then brought it to us.. I went to ask him for more ketchup and I was ignore. The young lady at the front counter aided us. When we got back to our vehicle we found out both of our burgers were wrong. I brought them back in and showed him the receipt. He did correct our order and these burgers were warm. With no apology he handed me our burgers and just walked away. He grunted something as I thanked him. Normally I would provide some guidance. This time. If a manager is like that. I don't even bother. They should know it already.
Worst Burger King I've ever experienced! Employees and management are rude! Orders are always wrong! Waiting in drive thru for 10+ minutes with no one ever coming in to take orders. You go inside and employees are in the back playing around while people are waiting for orders to be taken. How many complaints does this location need before something is done about it??
Quit hiring people who can’t read an order screen because it’s clearly not a one off thing. EVERYTIME I’ve went to this location the food is cold and the order is wrong. Clearly everyone who comes here has a similar experience. Do Better
I never leave reviews. This is my first one ever. This Burger King is straight up trash. Took forever to get food & when it finally was ready the fries were cold and stale. Bread was burnt. People were nice but they got my order wrong as well. There is more but I’ll spare yall.
We ordered online, in advance. They forgot the fries and onion ring, and the shake was the wrong size. We ask for the fries and onion rings, and they STILL forgot a fry, and the onion ring was the wrong size. We just left after getting the last fry. It wasn't worth the hassle of getting the correct shake and onion ring size... How do you mess up an (online) order that bad? You just have to read the screen.
Took an hour to get the food we ordered. Service was not very good at all. The food, once we got it, was avrage at best. I would not recommend anyone to stop at this location.
The food is good but the service is AWFUL! There's an older woman who works in the daytime that's rude as all get out. Otherwise, staff is friendly. For some reason they always have you order at the drive thru and park in the parking lot and then they'll walk the food out to you from the side door? Doesn't matter if there's a line or not. Better hope they remember your condiments or a straw! The food is up to par with standard BK. I usually just order online to not have to deal with the staff but i usually have to correct the order when there. :/
If I could give one star I would! The order was wrong and they wanted to give me cold food right in front of my eyes, and the employee her name is Jessenia Tapia, she was super disrespectful, rolled her eyes at me and spoke to me with a the nastiest attitude and as soon as I started calling her out she ran to the back to hide (probably to continue talking trash) that's all she's good for apparently so I'm not sure why they have her working there, and she doesn't make enough money to be acting like she's the owner lol. I obviously asked for a refund because I you never know with these people and my concern was that my food was tampered after how that girl was talking and packing my food. I'd rather leave the food she took over half an hour to remake! Speaking the the manager was useless and HE WAS USELESS. Only good thing he did was refund me and you know they're running the place into the ground when they give you a cash refund even though you paid with a card. The number he gave me to make a complaint with his general manager picked up the phone and hung it up then continued to send me to voice-mail after calling for two days straight. Super nasty personnel. They are giving that burker king a bad rep sadly!

Then I call and they dont answer either. There was no signs posted anywhere and the employee couldnt even come to the window and tell me why they werent answering the phone or taking orders.
Disgusting place. One guy was preparing food and not wearing gloves. This all after he worked the cash register and did not wash his hands.
The workers were nice but the time to get your food is horrible, you will be waiting for 30 minutes plus for your order which is kind of ridiculous. I understand if it’s busy and you’re short staffed but this did not seem to be the issue, maybe a lack of actual motivation and carelessness in the whole work area. I placed an online order at 11:40 am and arrived at 12, did not leave until 12:35. Waited a whole 35 minutes for a number 1 and kids meal, which was upsetting. Like I mentioned the workers were nice but they are lacking big time overall for work performance, two people behind me were also visibly upset because of the insane wait time.
Do yourself a favor and go to another fast food restaurant. This Burger King takes way too long to make mediocre food.
