Mr G's

I was surprised to find this restaurant in the hotel. I had resigned myself to the standard burger and fries which you normally find in hotel restaurants. But this was amazing. I stayed for two nights so I went back both nights. The food was excellent and the service impeccable.

Our dining experience at Mister G's while staying at the Hyatt Regency DFW was very nice. It has a super cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Our server Elesio gave us white glove service and handled our group very well. He was mindful of our allergy restrictions and special requests. I really enjoyed the salmon poké bowl however the portion was smaller than I expected. Everyone in our party seemed pleased with their meals. Fresh ingredients and natural bursts of flavor.

Sushi was really good but also the hospitality of the staff. Definitely coming back:)

We had dinner here on our first of four night at this hotel. We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, attentive service by Eliseo and Lina, and great sushi! Best meal we had at the hotel.

A hidden gem and almost worth just driving to the airport and parking at the airport hotel this is inside of just for a meal here. Once a steakhouse, and still with steakhouse decor (dark wood, overstuffed leather booths) it is now a fantastic sushi place with - not kidding - some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. The selection is not huge but has all the classics plus some Texas fusion rolls. Excellent cocktails too.
