We had the BBQ chicken pizza, and it was absolutely fantastic!

This was by my gate and noticed they had Shiner Bock on tap so decided to try it. I forgot my wallet on the counter after I placed my order and the super nice lady there talking orders returned it to me when she found it. I gave her all the cash i had left for her kindness, it wasn’t much, I wish I had more to give her. And sorry I didn’t get her name but I appreciate her honesty!! Anyone that has lost a wallet knows it takes a long time to replace everything in it. On top of all that, the pizza here is amazing! Super light crust and wonderfully cheesy, perfect amount of toppings!!Without a doubt the best Pizza Hut pizza I have ever had!!

Came here with my kids for a long layover. The manager was an older gentleman who was extremely accommodating and joked with the kids. The space is kind of like a bar but we were served just like a restaurant (paper plate style :)). Appreciated the great service that wasn’t expected!

April was incredible! Serving a full house while remembering to accommodate my disabilities. She even managed to keep people laughing throughout the night with tons of delays flights.

The waitress who worked the bar tonight was the sweetest. I really appreciated her service. The airport is usually a difficult place, but the experience here was great. Thank you April!

The lady working was very polite and helpful and on point. Glad I was able to get a pizza and bread sticks at 7 am was up all night and wanted something to satisfy my hunger thank you

Genuinely cannot believe how good this experience was. We could smell pizza as soon as we got off the plane and quickly made our way over. Arturo was so, so nice (and very patient with frazzled customers ahead of us), and though he warned us our 9" meatlovers would take about 8min, it was done in 3. Absolutely loaded with surprisingly succulent bacon and sausage. So good, so greasy. Again, cannot believe the best pizza shop I've visited in years was an airport Pizza Hut. $25 for two drinks and 4 slices.

Pizza Hot is a great option to have lunch at the DFW airport. One-sized pepperoni pizza is around $12 and Beers are at the same price (that’s the average price for a beer at the airport). Service was super fast and kind. I recommended!

Had the salad and was filling. Huge portion. The service and customer service was great. Very welcoming. Then sat at the bar for a cocktail. John the bartender is a true professional. He made recommendations for my Bloody Mary. He made them spicy, my choice. The man knows his stuff. Thank you for the great customer service. Y’all are amazing.

My husband and I tried this Pizza Hut while waiting for our connecting flight. We shared a 9" Meat Lover's, and it was very good, better than most airport food we've tried. It only took a few minutes to get our order. The bartender was very friendly as well! 😁

Late night delays led me to the need for a beer, perfectly partnered with pizza. Service was prompt and great. Beer was crisp and delicious, as was my supreme pizza. Absolutely will try to make time to swing by again.

I'm at the DFW airport where American Airlines has once again canceled or delayed a flight that I've been on. So, while delayed I stuck my head in for a good old Texas Shiner Bock and decided to have a pizza from Pizza Hut. The main thing I wanted was the beer and I was really surprised just how good the pizza was. I got the meat lovers Pizza and Ashley the bartender, was really, really nice and patient. American airlines is the worst, but Ashley and Pizza Hut made my day better. Now if I can just catch a flight out of here and back home!!!

Pizza was cooked Hut style but authentic taste was missing. Still a great option on the go, especially at an airport, under the Special Meal category.

The Pizza Was Amazing Didn't Regret Buying It

The food was really good but Layla the bartender is lazy. And has a very hard time with telling the truth. I think she must have gotten by with things when younger cause she looks like she may have been attractive 5 to 7 years ago, but now she really does what she wants... Like telling customers their out of something when they are not. Pizza Hut rules!

Between my connection flights I went and grabbed some parmesan chicken wings. They were bigger in size than most wings. Tasted fresh and temperature was perfect. The area to order and pick up was quite small so it gets a bit stuffy waiting in line. Service was mediocre and it took a long time to receive my order.

The service however was not great, now I understand there are rules at bars but the lady ID’d two people who were in their 70-80’s she then said if their ID was out of date they would not be able to have a drink. Please if you going to assault our bank accounts please use some common sense.

This is not traditional pizza hut crust and barely had any sauce on it, very dry. Same with the boneless wings.

Chicken Garden Salad: fresh veggies, freshly grilled to order chicken - Friendly Service - Doesn’t accept any Apple or other electronic payment devices!

On my way back from NOLA to OC, I had a 3 hour layover in DFW. Bleh. What's a girl to do? Tour the whole airport? Read a book? Charge her phone? Eat dinner perhaps? DFW has some interesting dining options but unfortunately none in my area. I could have taken the shuttle to the other side for better options but I just didn't feel like leaving the area near my gate even though I had 3 hours to kill. Oh well. All of the options here where all fast food. It was set up like a food court and unfortunately crowded. I picked Pizza Hut for my dining choice since it seemed like the safest choice amongst the rest of my options. Service was quick. It was about $8 for a combo - a personal pizza, an order of breadsticks and a drink. Not bad. Usually I don't like Pizza Hut pizza but this deep dish style wasn't bad. I got the supreme and forgot to ask for ranch. Boo. The breadsticks, unfortunately, still sucked. Should have just gotten the pizza and a soda. Overall, not bad and I was able to find seating by the time I got done with my order.

Look at the awesome pizza they sold me! Someone put this in a box, looked at it, and said: yep! Let’s sell that for 12 dollars! Disappointing.

For some reason the airport pizza didn't have that flavourful taste you get from a regular pizza restaurant and it was salty. I would not get pizza from there again.

Absolutely unacceptable. My full credit card number was in full view of everyone waiting in line, placing an order, and waiting for food. I will be contacting corporate. I attached a picture with most of the number blurred out.

Rude bartender. Acts annoyed when you try to get served. Barely pays attention and seems like he doesn’t wanna be there. Over the top attitude and eye rolling. Worst bar experience I’ve had while traveling. It’s stressful enough being at the airport, he just added icing on the cake.

Food was absolutely horrid, service sucked. Eat anywhere other than here.

Pizza was cold.. delivery guy had food out the bag when I opened my door. Food looked like it was played in before I received it.

The tall white bearded guy behind the counter was rude. Treated not only myself but all other patrons walking in as if they were bothering him. The service was terrible. The service at the pizza counter was fantastic. The gentleman bartender was absolutely disrespectful to My Wife when asked for some ice. All he did was sit and watch TV behind the bar.

If you want to grab and drink and be insulted by the bartender then this is the place for you. Hopefully, management see this. Three customers came and all left angry.

I asked if I could get a fresh on they refused and said they are not making special orders. However, fresh pizzas were coming out of the oven. I'm not sure if they were discriminating against because of race or color. I asked the manager for a refund and he rudely told me no and to leave before he called the police. He embarrassed me in front of several customers by making a scene. Where they do that at to paying customers asking for fresh Quality pizza. I am very disappointed with pizza hut for choosing and Manger that has no respect for customers or great service. Then I asked for corporate number and the manager said I'm not giving you anything and wasn't wearing a name tag. Please reach out to me whoever is in charge at the corporate office.

The staff, however, had absolutely no problem bluntly reminding customers of this fact (with no explanation) repeatedly during my stint finishing my beverage here.

Worst customer service! The place was empty and the bartender made me get up mid meal, to move to a different table because I wasn’t ordering alcohol. The table he demanded I move to was being used when I originally sat down or else I would’ve sat there, but to rudely demand something 15 minutes after sitting there while I’m mid-meal and the place being empty is ridiculously rude. After I move and continue eating, a couple comes in and does the same as I did, yet he didn’t demand for them to get up and move.

Today I went to Pizza Hut expecting a decent meal. Instead I recieved an stale, old, dry pizza that barely had cheese. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came from the back being rude and argumentative and discriminated against me due to race or color ,saying the pizza was fine. They said they weren't making new pizzas that they had to sell the one under heat lamp. However, a different person recieved a fresh pizza out of the oven.This was Pizza Hut loction terminal C26

I only had 1 beer and I asked the bartender for 1 more and he said I was at my limit and refused to sell me more. (Can't recall the name but it was a guy with short hair and a beard half gray and white) Not sure what his deal was but definitely won't stop here again for drinks.

Absolutely horrific experience. While the food was quick the staff was completely unfriendly and unwilling to budge on policies that made no sense. I asked to use my Samsung pay and they refused saying we have to see a card. When I showed them my card the said we still won't accept it. I told the manager it's worked in other stores and I quote "I don't care". If you just want some pizza it's a fine place, just get yourself ready to be treated like garbage.

Poor service and poorly prepared food. Tipped $2 on a $13 order for carry out. There was not enough sauce on the pizza. Just enough to turn the dough red. Asked for more sauce on side. Server: "That will be a dollar." Me: "There's not enough sauce." Server: "There is a lot of sauce." Me: "I tipped you guys?!" Manager: "Tips are separate...." No. Tips are for your expected service, which you and your employees gave none.

Unfortunately, at the height of busy airport time and breakfast time, there was ONE employee actually doing any work. Her coworker stood to the side of the oven while she happily and slowly enjoyed her morning breakfast. Which is pretty funny bc they’d only been open for a couple hours. At some point, someone that may have been a manager came out and got in the back of the kitchen. And then, the lady enjoying her breakfast decided she needed to enjoy some water. Terrible. And then our breakfast was hastily thrown into a plastic grocery bag. Will definitely not go back.

Horrible service and food... the bartender didn't try to acknowledge you were there.. I understand they get busy but a "I'll right there with you" instead of ignoring you. Then the manager came out and was even worse. Don't recommend this place.

Bar Tender John was very grumpy. Ordered a pizza and macaroni dish. Macaroni dish came out burnt. He said thats the way its supposed to be. I asked him if i was expected to scape all the burnt cheese off, he just said its normal. He took it and threw it violently in the garbage can in front of us. Wouldn’t patronize this place ever again. If thats the way it was supposed to be, he should have let one of the workers take it home. By the way, pizza was good, macaroni dish may have been, don’t know. John should not be bartending with his miserable attitude.

I get it. Working with public must be hard. But the service at this place was next level rude. Beyond unprofessional. Terrible.
