Walked into this shop in Dobbs Ferry, NY and it was a warm inviting space. Staff said hello, everyone was smiling, tunes were playing. KJ in particular really took care to make my custom order delicious. His coworkers were engaging and encouraging. What a bright spot. Wish CT had a Chopt or two. Put McD's outta biz if they were all like this one location. Kindness is a choice and I'm grateful to experience it here. Have a blessed day.

I love love Chopt! I’ve been to so many chopts but I love the Dobbs Ferry location the most! Daniela was very friendly and very welcoming, her fast service and dedication is amazing. We order every week and love it so much. They were with us during the pandemic, making our lives brighter and since then they have become part of our routine whether it is “salad Wednesday” or “Salad Monday”. Healthy eating! Right when I walked in everyone was so welcoming and nice. But big thank you to Daniela for helping me out today, she was super nice. I was very indecisive and she walked me through it all! The restaurant is super clean and they have so many fresh toppings for salads. And I love the easy parking.

Outstanding Service and Fresh, Delicious Food at Chopt! I don’t usually leave reviews on Google Maps, but this experience definitely deserves one. I’ve been going to the neighboring Chipotle for years, and a few weeks ago I decided to give Chopt a try — what a pleasant surprise! Right away, I noticed how exceptionally clean and well-organized the restaurant was. I was then greeted by Kervin, who noticed me looking over the menu and kindly asked if it was my first visit. After I said yes, he took the time to patiently walk me through all the salad and bowl options, toppings, and dressings. I decided on the Lemon Crush Bowl, which Kervin prepared promptly while explaining everything along the way. The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious — I couldn’t believe I hadn’t tried it sooner! Since then, I’ve been visiting Chopt at least twice a week. The quality is consistently excellent, and the food tastes just as good every single time (unlike Chipotle, where my bowl somehow tastes different on each visit). A big thank-you to Kervin and the entire Chopt team for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Kervin, in particular, stands out for his warm personality and genuine care for customers. Every time I visit, he greets me and my coworkers (I recommended Chopt to all my coworkers) and makes sure everything is perfect. He’s a true ambassador for Chopt and represents the brand in the best possible way.

The twilight mist brought Rob & Phoenix together, flying through the skies, they stopped at chopped for a quick bite. They were greeted by the most beautiful Mexican Chucky they have ever seen… And as a killer fairy, she juggles knives left & right while telling jokes and telling rhymes. We laughed & joked within our Latin communities— till the blends of our spices were melted into one. Order up. And Chucky slayed our salads. 🥗. One chop, at a time. I absolutely love the salads and the service at Chopt! Today I had my baby sleeping in the car, so I called the restaurant to see if they could bring my order out. They did it with a big smile on their faces so kind and helpful, especially for moms like me. Truly appreciate their thoughtfulness!

Kevin made me the most amazing salad, walked me through the ingredients. I always love coming to Chopt because the food is delicous and fresh. Attached is my fiery feta hummus bowl with falafel instead of chicken, and with spicy peppers and cauliflower rice. Fantastic!

A very good salad place. They have a number of fantastic options, or you can build your own. After a long day in the city, we stopped in for a light dinner and were not disappointed. The staff was fantastic,.the food delish and just what we needed.

As the name suggests CHOPT offers a wide range of chopped salads and wraps. If you are a first-time customer the choice of salads and toppings can be bewildering but on the plus side, you can create a salad or wrap based on your unique desires. The restaurant was clean and brightly lit. Free water is offered on a separate table along with napkins and eating utensils. Seating is rather spartan with wooden chairs and tables. Some of the tables needed to be adjusted since the legs did not align on the floor evenly causing the table to rock a lot if you put your foot on one of the legs or tabletops. The food is super fresh, and the extensive menu offers a lot of choices. Various meats can be added to the salads or wraps. Counter staff was friendly and helpful. After ordering a salad, it is chopped and mixed prior to serving it to you. Prices are high as is the case with just about everything you buy today. Although CHOPT creative salad has been in business since 2001 there are fewer than 100 locations all on the east coast. Barriers to entry are low for this business and there are numerous competitors. Everyone in our group of six was very pleased with the food and service. Definitely a great place to go for a healthy and fresh meal.

I just ordered a salad on uber eats, I specifically told them I wanted three containers of dressing on the side. Not only did they give me one dressing container, I paid an extra five dollars for chicken in my salad and they forgot to put that in my bowl! But wait the worst part is that whoever made the bowl put the full order and my special instructions on the label on top of the salad! I just wanted my bowl bro.
