Overall food was good. Quite a long line at 6 pm. Ordered in advance so I skipped most of the line. Decent experience overall.

First time at this location the worker was really nice and very patient. Going in I was nicely greeted and it felt very welcoming. The employee was great I had trouble deciding and she gave a great opinion. I didn’t get any hostile feeling or like I was a bother, I would 100 percent recommend this place just for that experience alone. Pizza was as good as any little Caesars but the service was great.

I ordered Hawaiian pizza from Little Caesars for to go and, unfortunately, it was a bit dry for my taste. However, the breadsticks were fantastic--delicious and perfectly cooked! And the pick-up process was fast and convenient, making it easy to grab my order on the go. Overall, mixed feelings, but I'll definitely be back for those amazing breadsticks!

I would have left a no star review if possible. One of the workers came out of the back to complain about my order. Got 8 pepperoni pizzas to feed my family that just lost my grandfather. Not a hard order. Yes it was a little late but store still had 2.5 hrs before it closed, wasn’t the end of the night and they weren’t busy.

Very bad service, they should have competent people making the pizzas. all burned and poorly made. .. just because my children are hungry if I don't return them to them. 😡

Easily the WORST experience I've ever had at a little Caesars ever In my life. Customer service was terrible and was told it was 10-12 minute wait which turned out to be just under 40 minutes. Kept messing up people's orders in front of us and just overall a bad experience. There was also zero compensation for waiting as long as we did. Would definitely not recommend this location. My sister and I were one of 7 people waiting over by the way. Also the pizza and bread weren't even hot when we recieved them. There was also missing cheese on the pizza.... How you manage to miss cheese... AND to top it off the crazy bread wasn't even cooked, it was gummy in the middle...

.. the crazy bread was not cut right, it was badly baked and the new little crazy puffs were a disappointment. Lmao burnt and no sauce at all my daughter ate it coz she was hungry after school but here is the picture

I ordered online, expecting quick service, but that didn't happen. My order was supposed to be in the Pizza Portal, but when I arrived at the store, it wasn't there. Instead, it was behind the counter. The portal was empty even though I had a code for it, and when I tried to speak to a worker about this, it led to an argument with another customer who insisted I go to the back of the line. All this could have been avoided if my order had been placed in the Pizza Portal. It makes no sense.

Imperial location next to flower shop has bad pizza Dough is not made right. If you want bubble guts you’ve love eating here. To lose weight of course. Anyways 1/5 stars but for $5.99 it’s like laxatives.

Please stop giving your customers pizza that's been sitting there for so long. The price keeps going up but the quality isn't worth it anymore.

Line always long wait always over 30 mins.obile orders are never ready even when placed ahead. Cashier just asked the cook on the waot for a regular pepperoni and he said "IDK" . Quality horrible and rushed. Watched 2 doordash drivers leave cause of the wait for their orders. Sorry this and sorry that.

No greeting, no smile, just an attitude like I was bothering her for daring to order pizza. She sighed through the entire interaction, and when I asked a simple question about the menu, she acted like I was wasting her time. It’s obvious she hates her job and doesn’t care about customers at all. If you’re looking for friendly service or even basic respect, don’t come to this Little Caesar’s. Spend your money somewhere else where they actually want your business.

Apparently they need security there as people are circumventing the mobile order warmer machines and stealing pizza.I came to pickup and with my code it opened and no pizza . I had to now wait an addition 10minutes. Heavy set girl with glasses gave me no extra for waiting such as sauce . I can goto back to Costco until they get security .

The girl working the counter heavy set with glasses is the main reason why i won't be coming back to this location. She's rude VERY RUDE! Absolutely no customer service skills. Cutting on pizzas definitely needs to improve . Not sure whyy I have to wait 30 min for a extra most best??

I ordered 2 large stuff crust pizzas, anf told them to make it ‘well done’ and it ended looking raw and too ‘doughy’. Not coming back.

This place is very sketchy. They charge me a tip automatically when swiping. My debit and then act like they don't know . I don't mind tipping, but at least let it be my choice.
