Waited 20 minutes for my chicken. The chicken wasn't good. Come here like 4 times a week and today was the last i rather eat anywhere else.

Ordered online an hour early, set the time. Arrived at time. Waited for 20 min in line before being assisted. Cashier then said the order is being worked on. I've never had an online order take that long before at this location. Employees look lost. Only person seemed to do it right is the fry guy prepping the chicken. That's just my two cents

The service is bad here they never get the order right. They never have anything ready and sometimes you have to wait for them to have the food ready. They are really unreliable.

The worst place ever (even worse, they stole my money). We placed the order through the app, and when we arrived to pick it up, the staff refused to serve us, saying they weren't going to cook any more chicken. When we asked for a refund, they told us they weren't responsible for anything. We should file a complaint through the app. And the app doesn't give us the option to cancel the order or get a refund. Total rip-off!

I ordered through Postmates, they waited until the driver got there to tell her that they didn’t have ANY of the items I ordered ($70 s worth). They told the driver to tell me to cancel my order. Guess what?! THEY KEPT MY MONEY! All of it!!! They could have canceled on their own, but no. They waited for the driver to get there, then have the driver instructions for me cancel, that means they kept the food and my money!

I ordered on the app. Got there and it was closed. The app made me complain to a chat bot, which of course didn’t work. After several emails including me having to prove to them that their own restaurant was closed, they refunded my money. But no one should trust that they’re ever open apparently

I regret to say that my experience with this Popeyes location has been consistently disappointing. Over the past eight months, I have placed online orders approximately 6-8 times. Unfortunately, nearly every order has been incorrect, with items either missing or carelessly tossed around. Despite giving them multiple chances to improve, the issues persist. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend ordering online from this location. It appears that the management at this location is either absent or failing to manage effectively. 😕

Food is way overpriced. The pieces are super small. For that price we could have gone to KFC. And of course they messed up our order. They left out one biscuit and a side order. The red beans and rice tasted like the beans were bad. We knew we should have checked before we left the drive through. Also, the dumpster on the premise looked nasty. They are right at the entrance to the drive through.

I love popeyes, this location is the worst. Don't expect to get out of there quickly We were in line for bout 10 mins with only 2 people waiting for their food, we asked a question about not being able to chose any other sauce for the wings on the website, the cashier walked away mid sentence, what we were able to hear was that was the only sauce available, then went back to doing whatever she was doing before ahe walked to the register and ignored us for another 5 mins until we just left. We went to another one down the street, we got our order in about 5 mins in the drive thru And they were very nice. it was located in Bellflower.

Every single time I have gone to this location they never have anything that is being advertised. The guy Luis that took my order was low key rude “we don’t got that” super dry and then when I got my food it was so old and hard that I couldn’t even chew it. Felt like eating rocks 😡 they know they wrong for that shrimp where most of what they gave me was just batter. 🤢 This is the 3rd bad experience with them not having stuff in stock and nasty old stale food. Get it together
