First time trying this chain. Had the torta de carne asada and a couple tacos. For a chain, the dedication to standard dishes is good. Take out came with everything asked for like salsa and utensils. Taste was good along with ingredients combined with portions. This location is at a busy intersection, parking is plentiful and easy to get to. Recommend for sure

Went here at a recommendation from another reviewer. Now in the span of a week I've had tacos from a local restaurant, a tent, a drive through and a joint at the side of a busy street. This place is part of a big chain, so I was looking forward to a decent experience. The cashier couldn't speak English. I asked her for recommendations, and she could not do anything beyond waving at the menu board, and none of her colleagues moved to help her. Good thing they have a Taco Plate sampler, which comes with three tacos, so I ordered lengua (beef tongue), pollo (chicken), and al pastor (pork), while my wife tried the super mulita (two hard taco sandwich) with asada (beef). The garnish, salsa and lemon came in plastic pouches that I had to collect myself. I also ordered Agua Fresca, which I wanted to fill with horchata, but it was grainy, so I chose Pineapple juice instead. Unfortunately the meat in the tacos during my visit were not hot. In other places I've had better tacos, the meat is always fresh off the grills, spits, or frying pans, so I was let down by lukewarm tacos in this chain restaurant. Flavour of the taco meat was mostly bland, so I had to rely on the salsa for taste. My wife's super mulita came in hot (perhaps because the cheese has to be melted), and it was quite good, but it was overshadowed by substandard tacos.

I went to have lunch yesterday, July 14, 2025. The food was not the same as before. The carne asada burrito I had was all rice and beans and very little meat. The meat that it did have was very crunchy. I think they over cooked it. Service was fast. The price of the food was pretty expensive for the quality. This is not the same restaurant from when it first opened.

There was a paper in my torta cubana they didn't even bother to check if ther was paper there I feel I was eating something that was not supposed to be there this not the first time I had issue with this restaurant I have issues from a different location but they dont bother to contact you when you leave a bad review not like other places I hardly leave bad reviews but for not on im checking my food before I leave they need to be more careful when doing stuff like this.
