Best tasting location! Every time i order it’s fresh, hot, and made perfect! Even when i carry out the order is still tasty by the time i make it Home! I normally order from the Arlington location on Cooper, But the quality isn’t good. This location here is one of the best! Even employees are very nice and sweet.
I’ve come in a couple of times, the pizza is always good and so are the boneless wings. Friendly staff and fast service.
I ordered 3 pizzas on my app for delivery. After two hours it never arrived and I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I don’t live far so I decided to drive up there. Once I got there, I explained to the two young men working at the time what happened. They were very courteous and called their manager to explain. The manager apparently stated that he attempted to deliver our pizza but no one answered. However, there were 6 ppl home waiting on the pizzas and no one heard a knock on the door and I never received a call on my end. Idk if maybe it was the wrong house? Or what happened but I like to give benefit of the doubt. This could have been a bad experience based on everything stated but I am giving this Pizza Hut 5 stars based on how I was handled. The two young men didn’t argue with me, they were apologetic and most importantly also remade my order. Although dinner was hella late today, it’s not the end of the world and I am pleased with the resolution. Thank you.
The Manager at this location is Awesome! I placed an order over the phone and my order was sent to the wrong location. After speaking to Ray, he made everything right! And my Pizza was amazing! The girl at the window… not so Customer Service friendly. But overall, I’m a satisfied customer!
This was my first time to order and take-out a pizza from this location. Service was fast, friendly, and the pizza was delicious. Perfect for Super-Bowl Sunday. Thank you for a positive first experience.
(Update 1/19/2025: this location has really made a turn around for the better. When ordering any meal items, I order for pick up and the food is always hot and ready to go. I’m not sure on how they are about delivery of food but pick up is definitely the way to go. And the staff are always polite and accommodating.) Always seem to have issues with this location.... either they are out of pasta, breadsticks, or one time a square pan...., and pepperoni topping. Delivery has been hit and miss as well. And when our family try’s to call for either updates on the order because our order is an hour late, our calls get hung up on. I just wish corporate would see the reviews on this location and either make changes or shut it down already.
I usually order delivery from this location. Today I had an issue and ended up going to pick it up (I didn't mind since I'm less than 10 min away) since they were short on drivers but the manager made sure to make things right. Great customer service! I really appreciate that they made sure to take care of their loyal customers. We will definitely continue to support them. The employees at the location were all very friendly when I arrived for my order.

It was a great experience. I loved that they had a drive thru so I was able to order online and just pick it up without going inside. The cashier was quick to give me my order and it was an overall good experience. I also liked my peperoni pizza although they added to much sauce to my wings the food was overall good.
I ordered 3 pizzas, 1 pizza wasn't fully cooked (meat lovers). I took it back, the manager on duty had another one made for me and advised it was left in the oven a bit longer to ensure it fully cooked all the way through and gave me a free 2 liter. Good customer service and a great way to make the customer whole:-).
I IMMEDIATELY regret going to this location everytime I order. They get the order right but the customer service SUCKS.. I gave 3 stars ONLY because they always get my order right and its good... One visit, the lady is being RUDE to another customer when I walked in to pick up my order.. I just turned around and went across the street to Domino's.. I was in the mood to pay for rudeness.. Last night- daughter placed an online order and asked me to pick it up on my way home. This location has a drive thru and that was her option for pick up.. Pull up and there is an employee sitting in the window with her hand on her head and back to window with a handwritten note taped to window saying come inside.🤦🏽♀️ Go inside see many employees but no one greets me.. Instead they continue in conversations- one employee is texting and another is raising his shirt showing off his tattoo.. The one seated gets up and doesn't greet me but simply says whats your name? I give her my name- she gets my order and hands it to me and goes and sits back down..Again doesn't say thank you or anything.. the guy in a different shirt so im assuming he was manger on duty- never turns around but continues whatever he was doing..SOOO IS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS no longer required to work in fast food???
YES.....I agree with all the reviews. The customer service is TRASH .You call for hours and they won't pick up. When they finally pick up. They don't even greet you when they answer. They answer the phone laughing and playing. I finally got to order my food, I show up and my order is wrong. I ordered a hamburger pizza and it had probably a handful of hamburger pieces on the entire pizza. I checked my other pizza and it was a personal size when I ordered a medium. And it looked like it was thrown together by someone practicing cooking. I had to sit and wait for them to remake my order. Which I didn't expect to do that. Then I'm waiting and they try to bring me out of some else's pizza. I mean my God. How much more can I take. On top of all that. I'm complaining and the manager didnt even come to try to make the situation better. Well maybe it's because she was too busy standing at the counter talking on her phone. But let's move on to the positive. The young lady that was at the drive thru window, that helped me, was so mannerable and pleasant. She apologized and went and made my pizza over herself. When she came back to the window to give me my remade order. I told her how much I appreciated her customer service and if it wouldn't have been for her I wouldn't even be coming back. She is the ONLY reason I gave this store 3 stars. And I told her all of this. As I was talking to her she thanked me and said today was her last day. And I asked her why and she said the job is very stressful. She started getting emotional and almost broke down in tears. I told her to stay strong and that she will be okay. I talked to her like she was my own child. So to her "TYELOR". Keep your head up. Don't ever allow a job to stress you out. If they can't appreciate you for who you are. Then find another one. You don't deserve to be in a low budget environment like that. You have a bright future ahead of you. You are still young and you have plenty of opportunities in store for you. She was the only young employee there that looked like she had good home training. Pizza Hut doesn't deserve an employee like you. Get up. Dust yourself off and on to the next GREAT job. Whoever owns THIS Pizza Hut should be ashamed of themselves. I mean seriously, overall you have almost a 2 star rating. Don't you think that's a little embarrassing!!
I went inside to order my food. I didn't see any orders and nobody was inside. No customers and I ordered a large pizza and boneless wings and even though they had no orders and no other customers they still took almost 30 minutes to make my order. I waited and waited and waited... Lots of business wonder why they are slow, why customers don't show to their restaurant. Customer service and sense of urgency are a must. Food was great but customer service and the time they take to make the food is horrible.
I order pizza online for a 6:45pm pick I arrived at exactly 6:45pm there so many boxes of pizza already made sitting on the table and mines was one of them. My pizza was not hot and did not taste freshly made out the oven. I left with a semi warm pizza by the time I made it home my pizza was completely cold and I am only 5 minutes from pizza hut
I just spent 49.00 on pizza box my pizza was under cooked dough still squishy and wings burned and dry. So disappointed my hard earned money went to waste. Tried calling and they answer and do not say anything. Our company will no longer order pizza from here. only thing commendable was on time delivery and friendly delivery person.
I ordered a delivery, but was called a few minutes from the delivery drivers’ estimated delivery time, by the manager, to say that the delivery driver just walked out. With that being said, she also stated that she could cancel the order or I could come up there to pick up my pizzas. I decided to go up there(find a way to get there) to get my pizzas. It was a total inconvenience and then I asked her about my refund of the delivery fee. She said she put the fee but on my account to the phone number listed and so the next time I come in or order online, there would be a credit of $3.99. I am not sure if she did or not. How she is not giving me the run around.
I like Pizza huts Pizza but the level of service at the duncanville location is terrible. This is the second time I've had an issue and is the only reason I'm writing a review. Several months ago they gave me a pizza with no meat when I had stated I wanted it to be a pepperoni and sausage along with peppers and jalapeños. I got instead peppers and jalapeños only. Now I've placed an order that was quoted to take 40 minutes and it is now going on an hour and 20 minutes of waiting. I'm taking my business elsewhere for pizza thanks to this terrible level of service.
BURNT PIZZA- we placed an order online and arrived at Pizza hut in approximately 7 minutes after order was placed pulled up to the window and we're told we needed to wait 10 minutes for the pizza to be ready. When we received it it was the pizza in posted photo burnt unappealing and a total waste. Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place. I'm now going to go out of my way to find a different location so I can enjoy my favorite pizza which means though I will not be giving up on them they will be receiving far less business from my family.
I’m so angry I ordered pizza two hours ago. I called to check on it and a rude guy by the name of gable answer and said he canceled my order at 1:15. He never called my phone. So I told him to just do the order now he said he can’t because it’s no drivers! So how am I supposed to believe that he even called me. I will never order from there again!!!!!
The best thing Duncanville can do is shut this place down. I ordered a pizza at 6:38 and they said I would have it in an hour. They Never came so I drove to the store. No one and I mean no one was inside. And I never received my pizza. A complete waste of space.
Ordered the dinner box, received the pizza, NO cheese sticks, and no icing for the cinnamon sticks. The driver did not wear a mask even though it was a contactless delivery. The delivery took over an hour with NO updates. A waste of money and time
The Pizza is good!! But where is the rest of my ORDER! The delivery guy said I FORGOT some of your order " Do you want me to COME BACK" Yes!! I want you to come back I paid for it. Never came BACK And they don't answer the phones.. Very dissatisfied..

Horrible. I called to place an order, I was wondering why it was taking so long for them to answer the phone (10min without a answer). Since I wasn't too far away I decided to stop in and order instead. (Then it all made sense). They were standing behind the counter directly over the phone on their own personal phone not paying any mind to the phone. Once I got my thin and soggy (what was suppose to be meat lover's pizza) I realized that it was baptized in grease and only a sprinkle of meat on there. Never again!
We were charged for 2 heart shaped pizzas on February 14th and never actually got it delivered to us. We have tried to get ahold of the store through the phone but no one ever answers. We need a refund now please. It’s been exactly a week since we placed our order.
My pizza was half cooked refused to refund after showing how horrible the employees prepared the pizza. No extra cheese like I ordered. Staff and MANAGEMENT are very unprofessional, unorganized and incompetent. I suggest going to the Papa Johns, Dominos, or Pizza Inn all within walking distance of this Cedar Ridge Duncanville Tx. Location Even if you don't like either of those I just named, I guarantee there worth trying before going to THIS LOCATION. I love Pizza but the way they make them here will make you feel like your eating sewer slices 🍕🐢
DO NOT ORER FROM THIS STORE!!!!!! I ordered 3 pastas they call to tell me they are out of bread sticks would I like any desert or a drink to replace the bread sticks. I said sure I’ll take the cinnamon rolls. They deliver my food and I only get 2 pastas, cinnamon rolls and two drinks that I didn’t order. I call to ask about my other pasta because I paid for it. The manager tells me we are out of the pasta. I said ok can you make me a pizza to replace my pasta. He said no it’s not the same amount that’s why we gave you the cinnamon rolls and the two drinks. I said how do I feed a family of 5 with two small pastas. I told him then give me my money back. He said we don’t give refunds. I told him it is not my problem that they ran out of food. I will call the corporate office on this store AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!! They did not call me to tell me they ran out of pasta and still took my money!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
I don't know why I even bother continuously ordering from this place because they ALWAYS mess our order up. The pizza is always cold and it takes a MINIMUM of two hours to even get here. Why even give me the pizza? At that point you might as well give me my money back. Never ordering from here again. Both their cashiers and delivery drivers always have an attitude. YOU chose that job, NOT me. Taking my business to Domino's!
Every so often i try this location to see if anything has changed, not much has. Orders wrong, no customer service skills when you are lucky enough to actually talk to somebody and recently no record of my online order. Pizza Hut has forever lost a customer, its not all this locations fault, same issues at multiple locations in past years. This franchise needs a reboot, no other national franchises allow this kind of terrible reviews around the area. For those scrambling to make my online order tnite, enjoy if your hungry, its all yours...not interested anymore, im enjoying my Pizza Inn order. You guys must take pride in your terrible rating, congrats!
Online order fornwindow pick up. Was told it was ready so to pull around. I was then #5 in line and sat there 10 min before just going inside. Inside there was 8 people waiting and all staff in the back standing around. Stood there another 10 min so now almost 30 total min of waiting after my order was supposed to be ready. Don't waste your time, the employees have no work ethic or care in the world.
They had to make a improvised stuffed crust as they ran out of stuffed crust ingredients. They called me from a cell phone to tell me they were out of stuffed crust. When I called back it went straight to this person doesn’t have a voice mail box set up. I called the store was on auto hold for 10 mins before hanging up. When my pizza got to me it was missing one of my 3 toppings. One of the other toppings was only on 4 pieces out of 8 . No care went into my 20$ one pizza order and I tipped 25% Errrr.
Be very careful about ordering online with this establishment as they'll often revert to making a pizza in the "default" manner even if you specified a custom order. Only after I printed my online order out m and physically showed it to the individual did they reluctantly re-make my pizza. This has happened multiple times now with the ultimate cheese lovers pizza (They use red sauce verses Alfredo even if I specifically request Alfredo.) This establishment also locks their doors at 8 PM, requiring everyone to go through the drive-thru verses walking inside to pick up the pizza. There is a great male manager at this location, but every-time he is off shift the high-school aged staff run the show. Need I say more?
This location sent a frivolous message saying my order was delivered and will not answer the phone.I've been on hold for 20:45 and drove to the store while on hold.secondly the manager tells the clerk he put my order on door dash which I did not give him permission to put my personal information and sensitive information to another system or vendor. I specifically chose not to use door dash due to theft issues.Now I feel my personal information was compromised.This is the second issue we had with this location with our food coming up missing.
Placed order via app. Order wasn't prepared, let alone prepared when I arrived at the expected time. Waited another 10 minutes in the parking lot for my order. Was given a courtesy drink. Oh by the way, no cheese packets or apology for my troubles! Got love it!
They need get better manager who can run this place because god damn is it bad here! They can’t even get someone to deliver food apparently they have DoorDash people doing it. I never received my food and was place on hold for 20 mins. I contacted pizza headquarters which I never do because who cares but damn is this location god awful!
If I could give this store zero stars I would. Pizzahut corporation please fix this store. 1. You call, expect to wait at least 10-15 minutes before someone picks up. 2. Their delivery service is horrible. For example I waited 2 hours for my order. 3. If their online service does not work you will have to call and the same specials will not apply.
Unfortunately , I had to go to Cedar Hill for my pizza after calling this location (Duncanville) at least 5 times. The Pizza Hut that I called is a carry out/delivery location only... you’d think someone would answer the phone. I sincerely hope that their management takes this into consideration. They’ve got a great deal of competition around here. You gotta make money to stay in business!! Step 1: answer the phone when someone wants to give you money
This is my last at this location. The last couple of times my order was wrong and sloppily made. This time I ordered on line, get to the store at 8:44 and was allowed in the store. I was asked to go around and wait in the drive thru, behind 3 cars. The first car was at the window and then turned off engine and lights. I don't understand the reason to order online, and not be able to pick up your order, until you wait in line behind people who seemed to be ordering at the window. And why is the store closed before 9pm.
Terrible service. No one answers. They said they called me to tell me they didn't have pasta. I don't answer numbers I don't know. They said they leave voicemails and don't send messages. I told them I didn't get a voicemail. All the person had to say was, oh sorry. This was after 20 minutes of hold time and being hung up on once. The delivery driver didn't even mention that they tried to contact me or anything about the pasta when we got the rest of the food.
They don't close at midnight(12:00am) like it says online. they called at 10:15pm to cancel my order, After I ordered online. now I have to wait on a $53 refund. Thanks Pizza Hut.

MY APARTMENT NUMBER IS NOT SHOWING ON THE TRACKER FOR DOOR DASH AND IT SAYS THAT CALLS FROM LAST 4 DIGITS FROM ORDER WILL BE ANSWERES. LIES, LIES LIES. I HAVE CALLED TWICE AND THE DRIVER WILL NOT PICK UP. OH CORPORATE WILL HEAR FROM ME IN THE MORNING! WILL NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN! SORRY, SORRY, SORRY! DO NOT order delivery... cheaters, liars, can not get anyone to answer the phone(s). Customer care doesn't improve customer service of local pizza huts, they claim they will alert the mgr of issues and send out free coupons... I made an order today for a large two topping pizza half chicken and half mushroom with white garlic parmesian sauce. I went to pick it up and when me and my ate it, we realized that it had classic red sauce. I tried calling the pizza place for an hour but they didn't pick up. I went there with the pizza( we had already eaten four slices as there were the four os us). The store declined to give us a remake saying that we had already eaten half the pizza. But how could we have known that it was the red sauce without eating us and was I supposed to ask my friends not to try. Also the pizza place didn't pick up AT ALL. Even if we had eaten just a slice and brought back most of it, what would they have done with it anyway? We used to order from them atleast twice a week. I didn't expect such bad customer service considering the fact that I had to go there with the pizza to tell them that they had messed up the order.
I ordered a pizza & a smore cookie and paid for it online, when I get there, they have me sign off on my card and then say we don't have a smore cookie and we already ticketed you out. I said just give me a refund, they say we only do credits at our store. This is stealing. I still didn't get the credit. Don't go here. They will not give your money back. This is stealing. They could of called me before I get there, bad customer service. Don't order here, drive to Cedar Hill.
Horrible location. The small lady cashier with glasses was rude. The employees were fighting inside and my order was wrong. It was later than the said. I will say that it was fresh. I would have left because my 8 year was with me un the car bu the cashier still had my card. Do not go to this location. Avoid if possible. Cedar Ridge/Wheatland
Ugh I wish I could give a negative 5 stars to this location. The whole staff from the shift managers to the associates needs to be trained correctly. How you don’t know your own promotional deals? This location always gets something wrong with my orders. I request extra marinara every time I order and guest what my pizzas never have extra sauce.
Get people in there who know how to read an order and deliver the correct items and not send part of the order. Find people who know how to cut pizza without sending it out uncut. Have staff that aren't rude because you want the proper order. It took 8 calls to reach someone and seems there was no manager there
**DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE**This is the worst Pizza Hut location in the world. I placed an order by phone for personal pan pizzas. When I get there she waits for me to pay for my order and then tells me they made me a medium instead. I said that’s not what I asked for I ordered personal pans for a reason! If I wanted a medium that’s what I would have ordered. She then proceeds to tell me I can’t get my money back and that I can only get a gift card. I was pissed! Then this red headed white lady with glasses comes from the back and tells me she’s going to call the police if I don’t leave..well guess what? They called the police on me because they decided to change my order and filed a criminal trespass so I can’t come back on their property..yet I have a gift card that I can ONLY use at their store!! What sense does that make?
This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had at a Pizza Hut!!!!!! I order a pizza for carryout online & it told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I get to the door at 9:05 & the lobby is LOCKED on a SATURDAY!!! Who locks the doors that early on the weekend & during the busiest time! So I had to go through the drive thru just to get my order. I have to sit there for 25 minutes while other cars order & pickup their orders. It was only 3 of us! I asked the lady when I picked up my order went the lobby is closed & that's its its a HUGE INCONVENIENCE to pickup an order. She ignored my question. How is a customer suppose to know to order & go through the drive & wait some more. This will be my LAST TIME ordering from here! They're not concerned about me, so I'll spend my money with somebody who appreciates my business!
How do I start... 3 and a half ours later after ordering my pizza for delivery I never received it. So I drive to the location after trying to call for 30 minutes and being put on hold and when I get there it took them another 10 minutes to even acknowledge me and also while inside I called their number and I heard no ring. They didn't even make my order and when I asked for a refund they didn't give me the full amount they charged my card, so back inside I go to show them proof of what I paid. This location keeps getting worse and worse, save yourself a headache and don't even bother. There's much better pizza out there.
I ordered my pizza @ 8:46pm and it is now 11:30pm and I still haven't received my order! I’ve called 8 times and each time I get put on hold for exactly 10mins then the call goes blank then hangs up each time! I have never experienced anything like this. At this point I just want my refund. I will never order from this Duncanville location again!
I live less than five minutes from this Pizza Hut and they have done to me what they’ve done too many in a local area they are liars so if you’re calling you ask Hey,, can you deliver the pizza I would rather have it delivered but if I need to pick it up, I can pick it up and they give you two choices last time I check I hope this is a scathing review anybody in management that answers the phone in this situation does not represent the Pizza Hut that I knew this is the fifth time
I placed an online order, and the guy called me to say there was no pasta. And he said he was going to give me a personal pizza, and I was trying to tell him what toppings, and he just hung up on me, and then I tried to call the restaurant back, and they didn't even answer the phone. And they didn't give me mine cheese sticks. That is an inconvenience. I have to go up there tomorrow.
We ordered our regular pizza on line last night. 10/2/2023 This was the worst pizza we’ve ever gotten there. All the ingredients were old and dried out. Horrible pizza. I just would like consistency!!!!
MANAGEMENT, SERVICE AND CARE IS THE WORST!!!! ORDER AT YOUR OWN CAUTION! I ordered once and they delivered my pizza all crushed on one side of the box. Another time they forgot my drink and receipt (I'm a good tipper when service is done) and manager refused to fix the problem. They don't train any decent customer service here at all, I hate that it's my local pizza hut. They also overcharge like you won't notice, be careful.
My goodness, so many one star reviews. And most of them seem to have one thing in common: frequently incorrectly made orders and the store's complete inability to either correct the meal or say they "can't issue a refund." In this day and age what establishment cannot refund a customer's money when the service is completely lacking? Pizza Hut seems to think they are above the law and can do anything they want. For the rest of us, we know this cannot be. This store should have been shut down years ago based on the hundreds of complaints made against it.
I love Pizza Hut but the last 3 pizzas I've gotten were breaking apart, the cheese, nor the pepperonis looked cooked leading me to believe the pizzas weren't cooked fully. A while back I ordered a pizza in the afternoon and it was delicious, none of the problems I described above. I spoke to the manager and of course I'm the first person to complain of this, which I highly doubt. As the manager she didn't try to help much at all other than state over and over that she's never heard of that. I think this is my last time trying.
I ordered three pizzas and one was missing ingredients. So I let it go. I ordered again and every single pizza is missing ingredients that I was charged for. I ordered extra jalapenos, it was only like 10 jalapenos on the entire pizza, every single pizza was not done as I ordered it. Maybe its just my order, but I will never go to this location again. I would rather travel farther to a different one. My assumption is that they cannot read, because I do not understand how you can mess up orders that are expressly noted.
A while back I ordered a Pizza Hut Pizza Hut pizza for home delivery. It was never delivered and I called the store and they told me that they did not have a driver so I went to the store. When I got there they told me that they had one like I ordered that just came out of the oven and whould I take that so I did. We get home And realize the pizza is inevitable I called their customer service 3 separate occasions and was tand and we're told that someone would get back with me they have yet to do so I will never order from Pizza Hut again.
I ordered a pizza at 11:15 a.m. at 1:15 p.m. I called to check on my pizza and the lady that answered the phone was very rude and told me that they just now got a delivery driver in. I told her this is not the first time this has happened if they have issues they do not need to have a delivery service. Then she proceeded to put me on hold for almost 5 minutes then come back and tell me oh we can deliver a pizza in another 45 minutes and I'll credit you $15 back. I work overnight I've been up since midnight last night and I'm tired and you expect me to wait till 2:30 to get a pizza no thank you. The worst experience ever I would never use this Pizza Hut again.
I dont recoment this store. I order they took my money and 5 min later they call mr saying order was canceled when they closed at 11:30pm Victor was a disrespectful and rude person He should not be taming phone call or been on customers service.
Trash all over the floor dirty workers with sweat towels on their necks un organized . Txt said your order is ready waited inside for about 30 mins after my order already said it was ready . They need to close this spot down or hire all new management and team . It’s embarrassing and a waste of time .
I love Pizza Hut, I even crave it sometimes but this Pizza Hut is horrible. For years I always hesitate to go there because of past issues. I ordered online and for the third time, I asked for a refund…unbelievable. And they made me wait extra time for the incorrect order. And don’t get me started on the quality. I ordered a meat lovers and it looked like a 2 topping pizza. I ordered Bread sticks because they are the bomb and they got that wrong with cheese on them. The third pizza was supposed to be a pepperoni, and it was a meat lovers that I would give it a grade of a C. People really need to stop doing business there, so this place shuts down.
**3/20/2024 – Third complaint since no one has yet to contact me from the Pizza Hut Headquarters** (this is unacceptable) **2/29/2024 - Second complaint since no one has yet to contact me from the Pizza Hut Headquarters** On February 5, 2024, I ordered a pizza online from Pizza Hut at 210 S Cedar Ridge Dr., Duncanville, TX 75116, around 11:00 am. Despite arriving at the drive-through window at 11:25 am, I waited patiently for 10 minutes with no one attending to me. Frustrated, I parked, entered the restaurant, and observed a Hispanic employee and a white female making pizzas. After standing there for 4 minutes, the gentleman ignored my greeting. I called for assistance, and the female responded, "In a minute." Despite waiting for an additional 7 minutes, they continued to ignore me. Seeing my pizza ready behind the counter, I retrieved it myself. The white female then confronted me, stating I couldn't take the pizza, and abruptly banned me while displaying disrespectful behavior. This experience, marked by disrespect and racism, has led me to decide never to return to Pizza Hut. The lack of customers in the drive-through and the restaurant suggests broader issues at this location. I urge the manager to hire staff who are kind, respectful, and not racist towards black customers to ensure the success of the business.
I ordered through the app and got the order delivered with in the time they gave me, I signed the receipt and gave the driver a cash tip, when I opened the box the pizza was clearly not handled properly, I tried calling and was either put on hold or just kept ringing, I went to the store and they refused to give me my money for the delivery fee and told me that there was nothing they could do about the tip I gave, the pizza they had to re do was thin and extremely under cooked, i'll never buy from this location again and I suggest everyone to go elsewhere.
I placed an order online first off my pizza taste like it didn’t have any sauce on it at all. It was not ready and I came home 10 min after the time it was supposed to be ready and still wasn’t. My Cinnabons were old and barely had icing on them. I payed for 2 Pepsi and 2 Mt Dew but got 2 Dr Pepper instead. I ordered thin and crispy pizza and it wasn’t crispy from the looks of the crust on the bottom I don’t even think it was fully cooked. Ps I could post the review with NO STARS SO I HAD to put a star……..

Why is there always an issue with Pizza Huts website, it seems like they dont want you to earn points, use them or get the online discounts. I have to pick a new pizza franchise. Let me go on to DoorDash.
I purchase a large pizza for 26.43. I ask for red pepper and parmsean cheese. I was told by the staff member the company sells the items in a small container for 1 dollar. I told the employee I will be doi g a review on pizza hut. Dissatisfied customer. They do not have to worry about me giving them my business. Also, I tried calling them, the phone ring,ring and ring, then they hang up in your face. The corporate office neefs to be a ware of all the complaints.
WORST PIZZA HUT EVER. Only 1 single time I can say things went smoothly and pizza was good. Usually its either on or the other. At this moment December 5, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. I called to place an order. She gets my call and says the address of that place and everything is correct. Apparently carryout is closed but the place is still open?? The thing is she left me on hold for 10 minutes and then when the call stops the music and starts ringing again they hung up on me. I remembered why I never call them to place order because it always has been a problem. This place is a waste of space, takes away a potential new business. The owner of the franchise or whatever should just close it. This place has bad reviews as it is already. Plus nearly always the pizza is not really good. The only convenience it has is the relatively close distance to me.
I waited for 10 minutes at drive-thru to receive my order. One person on phone. Three others in back. Online order placed at 3:38pm. I arrived at 4:10pm. At 4:18pm they finally came to window. Then told me to pull forward and they would bring my pizza. I asked why. Pizza was to be ready by 4pm. They were very rude, flippant and argumentative. No one said "Sorry for the wait", etc.... Please hire mature-minded, customer service oriented, polite, friendly, well-mannered employees.
I waited in the Hut Lane 15 minutes and no one came so I went inside the store. When I went inside no one was in the front I waited about 7 minutes and a guy from the back yelled we will be right with you. I notice that there was no food in the warmer so I’m thinking I hope my food is ready. Lady comes from the back and ask for my name and gives me the food off the counter in the back. Why was my food not in the warmer? Was the warmer down? I received my food and once I got to my destination the pizzas were not even cut all the way through. I’ve had a more issues with this store than good times. I will no longer come to this location.
The guy that is at the window is absolutely one of the rudest people I have ever met. Picked up my order at the window and he slams the window after I got my order. He needs to learn some custom service. I see why it was not a single person there. His attitude was horrible and I waited for a while before he even acted like I was at the window. Dominos across the street was extremely busy. I don't think we will be ordering from pizza hut anymore. It's not what it use to be.
The Duncanville Cedar Ridge location has horrible customer service. I am missing parts of my order, and they refuse to make it. Saying I have to come back in the morning to speak with the store manager, because they can't help me. They don't answer the phone either. Horrible.
This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut location. My husband and I have ordered from this specific location numerous times and literally EVERY SINGLE TIME we have an issue. It seems as if none of the workers have been trained properly and their customer service is disgusting. They will screw up your order with a quickness and be unapologetic about it. They should fire everyone at this location and get a new staff team.
After waiting two hours for my delivery tonight, the pizza was cold. Did I mention it was NOT what I had ordered? A few weeks ago. I had placed an order and the driver did not bring my ranch. When you pay for a side, it should be in with your order. I called to tell them. They said they would credit my account but they did not do so. Tonight when I called, I was hung up on three times and then put on hold before the very inexperienced shift manager put me on hold again. The GM's name is Tony but not one person there knew his last name. I am very disappointed with the Pizza Hut and will not use them again.
This place is always dirty! Can someone get some glass cleaner and at least wash the windows?!?!? Also, if I order a box pizza I expect to get all 8 slices, NOT 4!! They only put meat, sauce, and cheese on the ones in the middle. On top of that.. the wings I ordered were sitting in the plastic holder on top of the sauce. GEESH, they didn't even try to shake it up!!! Then when I tried to call, once I made it home and saw everything, of course I don't get an answer...
Order is always incorrect. The Uber drivers deliver the wrong items. No one at the store ever answers. Not even the call center can get a hold of them.
The worst Pizza Hut ever , every experience I had with them is bad. I’m currently sitting in the window waiting for an order and the phone is ringing and ringing and no one bothers picking it up. I see why you can never get a hold of them when you call here, they just don’t care and ignore the phone
Ordered for delivery, after about 1 hour they called to say they couldn't deliver and I would have to pick it up at the full price I already paid with delivery fee and tip. Ended up canceling the order and ordering from Domino's. They said it will take about 5 days to see the refund on my card because she was new and needed to have the manager do the refund tomorrow.
Ordered here on 11/12/25 expected delivery time was 8:14pm to 8:24pm; however, the website said food was delivered at 8:21. I was outside and never received the food and called at 8:30. I was told he had a delivery before mine and would be there shortly. I then had to wait an additional 35 minutes before my order arrived. I gave a 20+% tip for bull

Yesterday, I experienced a frustrating situation when I called customer service regarding my order. During the first call, the representative abruptly hung up on me without any explanation. When I called back for a second time, she answered the phone and I clearly explained my reasons for calling, detailing the issues with my order. After this, she placed me on hold but never returned to the call, leaving me without resolution and feeling ignored.
Ordered online and when I arrived over 30 minutes later. Worker at drive thru window told me my order wasn't ready; give them 10 minutes. I parked for 12 minutes, then drive back to the window and worker says that they never cooked my pizzas. He apologizes and says he will put $5 store credit in my account. I wait another 15 minutes for pizza. Two weeks have passed and no store credit, plus pizza was disgusting.
The absolute worse service. The air wasn't working when I picked up my pizza. They have the promotion for the My Hut Box but it's never available for pickup which is SUPER STUPID. I was successful twice in picking it up and after that, they said they didn't have the correct boxes for pick up.
Ordered their box dinner, arrived an hour late but it wasn’t a big deal due to me being the 1st order plus the weather that day. I ordered the box dinner with CHEESE STICKS, which was extra. Opened the box and saw bread sticks so I called and the lady that answered swore up and down that’s the cheese sticks and I explained how I don’t want them and I ordered the cheese sticks before and even paid extra and she pretty much told me that she was the ones that made them and all cheese sticks were were bread sticks with cheese powder…😑 Maybe y’all need to inform your staff the difference between the two, so now I’m stuck with an order that I don’t even want.
This location Is really bad! The WORST I have ever came across! I’ve ordered about 5 times from there and every time my pizza is not how I ordered it. I ordered large with extra pizza sauce and extra pepperoni and there is hardly any pepperoni or sauce. There customer service is horrible, they never answer the phone. Alway hours late with the delivery’s I will Never order from there again. I highly recommend they close it down or fire everyone there and hire new ppl!
Every single time I order delivery online from this location, it comes to me wrong. Either wrong crust or wrong/no crust flavor. Missing drinks/sauces/breadsticks/cheesesticks. Literally everytime. If it's something missing usually the driver will say they'll go back and get it and apologize for forgetting. But they never show back up EVER. At this point I feel like I'm getting robbed, I tip drivers everytime. I get my order wrong LITERALLY EVERY TIME! I feel like it has to be on purpose... pizza come half burnt or close to. With tough dry crust, where there should be buttery flavored crust. Even the cheesy bites crust, nobody even wanted to eat them cause they were bland and over cooked and dry. Getting extremely tired of this... please do something. Edit, though this is from a yr ago it still rings true today, I've lived in duncanville for years ordering from here, and at this point I just do it so I can complain and get free pizza (if they ever answer) just ordered again same old same old, missing drinks, no flavored crust just dry rubbery crust... I know dry and rubbery ain't no "hut favorite" ya think yall would fix yourselves... this pic almost look like thin crust but no folks... it's pan.... and supposed to be covered in buttery garlic herbalicious flavor..... but instead it's more like ruined freezer piecrust... they won't even answer the phone so I can get my drinks! Just on hold for 15 min then hung up on
