This review only pertains to food pickup services. The Jr. staff are not versed in putting together pick-up service orders. I had to wait for a senior staff or manager to assemble my pickup order. This waist time which we are evaluated on. The junior staff drummed their fingers waiting for the next thing to do instead of putting my order together.

Two things happened here. One: had a guy try to get me to paint his side mirror from his car because it was damaged and he was trying to be threatening when I told him I don't have paint...not jack the the boxes fault but made me feel like it was a dodgy area. Two: I ordered 6 egg rolls and they were good but the sweet and sour sauce was rotten. One of them even had mold in it. They smelled so bad. They should not be giving customers old rotten sauces. Not going back there.

I usually go to get a simple coffee before work it has happened many times that either the system is down for the next 10 min the system is rebooting for the next 10 min "we are closed for the next 10 min" once no one was even there so I just drove away... is not a coincidence looks like someone just doesnt want to do their job

Late night management is horrid , morning is fine, late night are nothing but, sorry for my language, dumb assess, they called the cops because we wanted a simple refund, cops came. Still got refund ...

They didn't have ranch and didnt say anything until after the meal was paid for. Then get home and the bacon burger I ordered didnt even have bacon. It's the main part of the meal. Everytime I go to this location my order is wrong. Only this location.

No line and still took forever. Then had to go back cuz the guy forgot to put my fries in the bag . I should of checked but i figured im the only person in line how could he mess it up. This is the worst jack in the box ever.

The worst experience ever. I went to dine in. but I am very pregnant and I needed to use a restroom before I bought my food. The man looked at me up and down. He said no there’s no public restrooms here. there’s nowhere posted that on the doors or in the restaurant so I’m very upset. Been living here in Eagle Rock for years and this is the way I get treated. my recommendation they should close down the Jack-in-the-Box and open. Dutch Bros. and also the staff made me wait wow.

Employees are getting paid to not care. Cashier Antonio rang in our order wrong and whoever answered the phone after i called 9 times needs an attitude adjustment if shes going to be working in customer service. What a disappointment this store became.

Everytime I’ve gone here the tenders taste disgusting 🤢 it taste like freezer burn/ old moldy. I’ve gone two separate times, spit it out each time, I’ve taken them back as well and never get reimbursed last time going to this location.

The worst experience ever my food was moldy rotten it had fuzzy things on it. I literally called corporate to complaint this place is totally a health hazard. The manager Brian did t seem to be surprised at all. I make sure i came back so he can see it and he tried to buy me with a free drinks for real 😮 I do t need free a-hit I just wanted a good meal and my husband got sick the next morning for eating there food. Also drive through window is not to sale food to people that are walking or homeless. They also need to tell the homeless people to live away from the doors and drive through window.
