This location usually makes the coffee exactly how I want it (basic recipes, I never get anything additional added). Where I lack in knowledge of names for some of these coffees, the employees make up for it by knowing what coffee I'm describing to them.

As far as food and beverage go, it's the same as any other Starbucks. The staff, however, is very friendly and accommodating; unlike some other Starbucks I have been to.

Was a Little bit of a dirty shop but they had all the meme items available. And the staff were super friendly. The place itself was clean and kept neat. I think the furniture can just use an upgrade. The tables and chairs are old and scratches all over

You’re paying a bang for your buck and you want your coffee with great service, my favorite barista is Elaine! This girl has a great attitude and my day gets a thousand times better when I see her! I have never had a bad experience here! The drive through gets super busy in the morning of course, but I usually get through quickly by ordering for pick up inside ahead of time. Everyone is always so friendly here, even during the rush

This is the best starbucks I've been to. There were 7 people working and every one of them was doing something to keep the machine running smoothly and efficiently. Every one of them also seemed happy. The coffees we got were great (possibly seemed even better due to the positive atmosphere). The sitting area was clean. The music volume lever was good. During a Friday lunch hour. The team lead (who i couldnt identfy becasue all of the team members seemed like leaders) should he proud.

The staff is so very nice! I ordered a drink online to the wrong store after a long shift at work, and they remade mine there and gave it to me for free! They’re always so nice to me and so quick with the food.

One of the larger Starbucks in the area with lots of comfortable seating plus tables. Great place for a meeting with friends or business associates. Staff is always very friendly and the place is always kept nice and clean.

The products sold here are very expensive so I don't come very often but when I do, it is always very good and the coffees are delicious. There are many drinks to choose from, and its the same with their food menu. Would recommend for anyone who wants to treat themselves to a delicious beverage.

The staff here are honestly the most genuine and friendliest people. They take the time to get to know you, especially if you come in regularly. Very personable here and service is always quick and on point.

Came here for coffee and had an issue with my drink. The manager Elaine was great help and had awesome customer service. She made it feel like a small town coffee shop instead of a chain starbucks!!

Visited this Starbucks while passing through East Greenbush and had a great experience. The store was clean and well-kept, with plenty of comfortable seating and a relaxed vibe. The baristas were friendly, efficient, and got my order just right — even with a couple of customizations. It’s clear this team is well-trained and takes pride in their work. What stood out most was how smoothly the location handled the morning rush. Despite a line of customers, drinks came out quickly and accurately, and everyone was greeted with a smile. I came to Starbucks everyday, sometimes even twice a day. Every morning before work, and twice a week during lunch - no matter the shift, no matter the staff working; this place always looks clean, everyone working has a smile on their face, and any customers in the store seem to also be enjoying themselves. Tucked away in a very peaceful town of East Greenbush. I started my morning with a short walk followed by a nice hearty amazing complimentary breakfast and then finished with the combination of Green Tea and a walk around the hotel courtyard…. This Starbucks location definitely has a drive thru and a large property for parking anywhere. The customer service in drive thru in the morning around 8:15ish was fast professional and friendly. If you’re in town and you’re craving the mainstream (usual over the top beverages…but…good professionals customer service) then come on over to this Starbucks! Even though I always end with supporting the locals. No worries this location will definitely treat you right! Please support the locals!

Comfortable and friendly, atmosphere is always chill, even when busy. They do have a Clover machine, which is nice.

Has light meals, coffees, teas, refreshers, sandwiches, protein meals for on the go. I use the drive thru window. Nice staff.

Overall I would rate it quite high, however, the staff is either deaf or intentionally annoying those who would prefer the background music to be just that.

Have heard a few bad things about this location from working at the Glenmont Starbucks. That the service was slow compared to the one I work in and such. But it's completely understandable because this Starbucks gets quite a lot of business. Went in today for the first time and though the parking lot is absolutely tiny there is also A drive through. I went inside out of curiosity and they were very friendly. The store was immaculate and tastefully decorated. There was a small line but it only took about three or four minutes to get my drinks after I ordered. There were plenty of places to sit and their inventory was substantial. The girl working the register was a little distracted but double checked my order a couple of times just to make sure which i find very important. All in all I would recommend this Starbucks. I just wouldn't recommend going at peak times (7-11am, 1-3pm, or 5-7pm) because they're location is central and they probably get very busy.

Not being a "Starbucks regular" it was a bit overwhelming when we first walked in. Figured out where and how to order fairly easily though....pick up area was a bit congested with others waiting for their orders. Our coffees were excellent however- a delicious treat!

If you must go to Starbucks, this is the best location on the East side of the Hudson River. The staff is so friendly and personable, that it’s hard to be upset by the subpar espresso drinks. Even though Starbucks coffee isn’t very good, the employees and experience they create make up for it.

Rather than using the Drive-Thru, I entered in person because I was buying a gift card and reloading mine. I also snagged a Chai Latte while there. Efficient, courteous, busy, and masked baristas. It's set up for safety.

This Starbucks only loses a star because I went 4x and one of my drinks wasn’t keyed in/prepared correctly. I WAS able to request and receive a refund, but I had to do it with corporate.

Stopped in on a snowy weekend day. 3 baristas talking and making food . Waied 3-4 minutes. No acknowledgement that I existed so I took the hint and left, which was too bad. I like Starbucks coffee.

Went there for a frappe and was told their was no whip cream you would think they would take $1 off or something but instead I got medium frappe for 6.10 with no whip cream.Then one morning I ordered for pick up and the way my food was thrown on counter I was not happy.The young lady thrown it on the table and looked away not caring if my sandwich fell out or not

Great location on the intersection of two main roads. Very easy to see from the road and easy to pull in and out of. Same excellent Starbucks service with the occasional trainee learning their way. They do tend to run out of items occasionally at this location.

I absolutely detest the practice of making me select a tip at the drive through. Dunkin doesn't do it, McDonalds doesn't do it.....but this Starbucks location does. One barista told me it was actually illegal for her to run my card herself although the guy the day before did just that. Your staff are paid hourly, I should not be expected.to give a tip when buying an already overpriced cup of coffee....hence why I go to Dunkin. I know it's not just me that feels this way. And to tell me it's illegal for me to give the card to the barista and then to run it bypassing the option is a load of crap....

They are NOT able to constantly maintain the taste of CHAI TEA LATTE. I am a frequent visitor to this location because his is the only closest location so not leaving me much option :( They have to take an action to correct it and always make it right. I strongly suggest to taste your coffee before leaving. Pro: If the coffee is not made right they will replace it or take action to make it right. Con: Chai tea latter is only right and perfect 4 or 5 times out of 10. So u have to taste it every time.

Won’t be coming back to this location. Drinks are inconsistent and service is slow. Last drink I got was mostly foam. And that was on their second attempt. Staff was nice though which is why I’m giving 2 stars. There are much better locations.

Ive loved starbucks for a long time. Im honestly there 2-3 times a week. However the other day i actually watched them make my drink.. i ordered a large peach green tea. They put less than a cup of green tea a spash of peach juice. Then filled the rest of the cup with water and ice.. I essentially paid $7 for green tea flavored water.... Also this specific location always gets my orders wrong and takes a forever with orders.

Had a mobile order which was ready to be picked up other than one drink, Barista put the last drink down near where I was standing, she actually dumped the drink over and picked it back up and walked away and never asked me of I have been helped. Then 2 others walked by and never asked me if I was taken care of yet. Waited for at least 5 minutes before someone asked if I was helped yet.

Just went through (8:21) yes cutting it close, but we drove up and a guy said “were closed”. And we asked what time they closed and he said “8:00”. We told him they should change it on Google and he said “it is changed.” I totally understand if you didnt want to do extra dishes or already swept up for the night, be honest and say everything was already put away. Dont lie and say it closes at 8 when every website says “5:30-8:30”

Absolutely horrible. Placed my mobile order 10 minutes before I showed up. Waited another 10 for my coffee and another 10 for my lemon loaf. By the time I left my coffee was cold. Not to mention I watch half your staff be on their phone while working.

Waited 20 minutes for a mobile order that they claimed they never got. Waited another 10 before they started making it after I showed them the confirmation. Not an ounce of concern for the trouble.

This was my first and last time going to this location, as they were too busy having conversations while you place an order and wait then get incorrect order when someone give u vibes they don't want to feel like serving but has no choice I got that from this place. Thanks for your service.

Highly disappointed, I asked for a regular iced chai latte with pumpkin cold foam and the person taking my order kept messing up my order. She then just gives me a pumpkin chai latte and not a regular latte, arguing that a regular chai latte and pumpkin latte are the same thing. I have never had this issue before at this store, always had great service except for today. I am highly upset about this

Ordered a grande iced mocha.. with light ice. Got tons of ice snd NO WHIP CREAM. Reality. There is nothing the my can do unless I go back, bad service.

Not happy at all. I went it to get the new drink that has literally just been advertised and they were out of it so i decided to get nothing for myself then i ordered my daughters drink and after i already paid was told they didn't have the stuff for THAT drink. The ladies were trying to be helpful and its not their fault but why advertise something if you arent going to make sure you have enough product in stock. Thank god there was dunkin next door.

Least valued ever at Starbucks. I went it because drive through line soooo long. My Chia came out 10 minutes before my mocha. Literally, I had to wait for entire drive though line completed. Mtruple shot grande mocha, had tried amount of mocha and only 2 shots expresso. If staff spe.t less time singing and more time working.....

I know we are not dealing with a group of Einsteins.....Service is poor with an attitude. Drinks poorly made. Ordered a berry hibiscus and lemonade refresher swear it was juust lemonade. Asked about it. They said they had no berries. Dont sell something if you dont have ingredients!

The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced in a Starbucks. We ordered iced lattes, got hot ones, and the person at the window partly spilled the contents on his hand because the lid wasn’t securely on yet. They double cupped instead of using a hand sleeve. She offered no apology and the offer of napkins was an afterthought. We paid cash and my partner told her to keep the change as a tip. Not a thank you or any acknowledgment.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this location this morning. I placed two separate mobile orders at this store. I picked up one order without issue and informed the barista that my husband would arrive about 10 minutes later to pick up the second order on his way to work. When he arrived, he was told the order didn’t exist, even though I had already been charged. Because he was in a rush, he had to leave without the coffee. I called the store to request a refund and was told by an employee named Jared that they did actually have the drink, but they assumed it wasn’t his because 10 minutes had passed since the order was placed. That explanation makes no sense and shows a lack of basic order handling. Even worse, I was told they could not issue a refund, with no clear reason given. When I asked how they planned to make it right, I was offered a “free coffee next time,” which is not helpful since I rarely visit this location. To top it off, the employee hung up on me before even taking my name. This entire interaction was unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable. I paid for an order that was mishandled, denied, and never refunded. I expect better service and accountability.

WAIT TIMES!!!!!!!! Why is one of the newer baristas on bar doing the mobile orders during the busiest time?!? I waited 10 minutes for a drink and the barista decided to ask for help AFTER it was like 6 of us waiting for our mobile orders! The entire point of ordering via mobile is get in and get out. Mind you I came in before all of them save one, and 2 people who came in after me received their drinks before me?!? ANNOYING. I have been coming to this location for years, since Nicole was manager but she has since moved on to a different location. I may have to start going to the north Greenbush location, not sure what’s going on now

I normally don't have a problem after I leave Starbucks for a drink but nothing worse then expecting white chocolate pepermint mocha and feeling like you just swallowed a giant dark chocolate bar cause they gave you a peppermint mocha because the worker making it didn't even read the label that clearly said white chocolate peppermint mocha. Now I can't even fix it at home and have to throw away a $8 drink cause they couldn't read making it.
