Far and away the best experience I’ve had ordering from Pizza Hut. I’m from out of town and the one back home is less than stellar. This one was fantastic. Quick and friendly service. Fast delivery and great food.

Update: actually been doing Pizza Hut more often, especially at this location had it last night and it was absolutely amazing hot and super fresh cooked perfectly and even still warm when we got at home !!! Definitely coming back to the Pizza Hut of my youth! Don’t do Pizza Hut very often but wow service was excellent!!! Food was done on time when I picked it up it was hot fresh and very very good.

O would like to thank Jeff who works there for making my experience so wonderful. He is so friendly. He goes beyond expectations. Will definitely return when he is working

This is the chillest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. Late night after a concert and it was one of the last places open. The staff was grinding out multiple orders half an hour until closing. Under the stressful circumstances, they still had great service. Not to mention the freshness of the stuffed crust pizza, it was probably the best pizza I’ve ever had. Big ups to the late night staff here.

I just had to leave a review.. Sunday Feb. 11th I tried placing an online order with East Syracuse Pizza Hut and I had several issues, my order would not go through for some reason. I tried at least 7 times over & over it kept saying, there was a problem with my order and it did not go through try again later! So I gave up! I fixed dinner and as I was eating a text came through and said, your Door Dash order will be there shortly!😯 I don't use Door Dash so, it was Pizza Hut. The guy was lost and called to see where I'm at! When the food came everything was opened meaning, the two Alfredos had no top or lid cover, all the boxes where open! My Cinnamon Sticks were in the same box with my cheese bread!🤔 I'm OCD with cleanliness or anyone touching my food or anything else so, I definitely did not trust that and was worried about it!! I called and complained that the order wasn't suppose to have gone through, I told her! And I complained about the fact that I don't use Door Dash cause, I be worried about my food. She explained they were really busy (Super Bowl Sunday) and had to get a few Door Dash drivers to help and that my order was one of the orders that they used Door Dash for. Then she said she'll let me talk to the manager! She got back on the phone and said all the manager could do is refund me, I told her I appreciate that and I thanked her! I said are you gonna send someone back to get the stuff she said, no they can't take food back she told me don't worry about it!! I felt so bad cause my food total was $74.47 and they had no hesitation or nothing!! Wow!! Kudos to that manager and the lady I talked to, I was refunded instantly without a battle or mistreatment!! Thank you guys for you understanding, you give excellent service in general. I really felt it was unfair that I got to keep the food though. I apologize deeply for that!! Honestly, the Door Dash part was the worse part. Especially with all the boxes open and they have access to other people's food, that's a bit scary I must say!! I give you guys a great review cause your service was amazing, thanks again!!❤❤

I accidentally ordered ham on my pizza and my Husband is allergic. I called the restaurant and they had already made the pizza. They kindly said they would remake the pizza because my Husband is allergic to ham. Awesome customer service!

These people here are amazing, including Jeff the manager! If you ask for something, they are kind enough to help you, so you have great food service! Thank you guys!! I love ordering from here!!

I have to say the people at this location are wonderful. Very friendly and kind. Thank you Mary Kay, and Bob for your thoughtfulness. We will be back. Restaurant was very clean, and other employees were just as friendly.

Have these folks deliver to me frequently. Fantastic kind folks who are always willing to help. The delivery is always fast and on time and the pizza is always Hot and delicious. A lot of these negative reviews don’t correlate with the wonderful experiences I’ve had. Really hope they don’t close like a lot of other pizza huts. You can’t beat the stuffed crust they have. The prices really aren’t all that bad for good pizza. Keep it up Pizza Hut.

I go there once a week, to get pizza for my son, the staff is always Friendly, the Service and Pizza is Fantastic! Bob and the staff are very efficient and create a welcome Atmosphere!

We decided to get the old fashioned pan pizza for one. It came out great. Crust was cooked correctly, toppings were fresh and sauce very tasty. The service was incredible, they even brought it out to the car where we were waiting for it to be done. Highly recommend this ppizza restaurant

Went in to pick up an online order and asked a question about the app and a promotion that the chat has not gotten back to me about after 2 times chatting and the manager Jeff was great. Helped me out and took care of it. Great food and staff with a great manager.

The waitress was very attentive. The food came out quickly. Good quality from Pizza Hut. Nice crisp crust and came out hot. I would recommend eating here if you have a craving for the "Hut".

Normally the food is really good. Sometimes they are a little busy and it takes them a minute to get caught up. Today we waited over an hour and our food wasn't so good. The pizza was hard to bite or chew.

It's a pretty sad and small Pizza Hut, but I was super happy with my carryout pizza so I can't complain. My biggest gripe is that they don't do delivery, which is frustrating as none of the Pizza Huts near me do. If you don't have a car, you're pretty much SOL if you want Pizza Hut in Syracuse.

I ordered for my 1st time and it was a hour and a half late delivery the food was cold and we didn't get any sauces for bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. I called back and they gave me full credit for my next order and sincerely apologise. Today I ordered and got my credit got my food in 25 minutes it was hot and very delicious plus received all sauces. Great job would give 5 stars if not for the first time.

The staff was nice and pleasant. Food came out pretty quickly and was delicious. However not having AC, fans blowing on the opposite side of the room, and doors open kind of made it look run down. Also prob the only Pizza Hut actually open in the area now.

Good service, plenty fast but it feels empty inside, like it's a shell of a former glorious chain. Deff needs a new coat of paint. It's well maintained and so so clean.

The dine-in was the best. Food was great. Fresh breadsticks are the best. Missed being able to eat inside. Instead of taking food home where it gets cold on the drive.

Pizza was really good. Stuffed crust of course. The parking lot definitely needs more LIGHTING. I'm not only thinking about myself but your employees leaving at the end of the night. The woman at the front desk was so, so sweet.

Ordered online and picked carry out. It took me less time to drive there than expected. So I went up to the counter let them know I was there signed the credit card slip and waited and waited...finally I went up to the counter and my pizza was sitting there waiting. It was frustrating to say the least. Staff was friendly. Got a veggie lovers...onions were rubbery. First time there havent decided if I will go back or not.

They are the only place that has gluten free pizza's that is close to where we live. Service was great, and wait time was not bad considering they was short handed on staff. Revision, as of current Pizza hut offers gluten free crust 'but uses same tools and cutters that are used on gluten crusts'. It is no longer a gluten free safe place to eat.

I give three stars for the taste of the pizza ..2 for the service and one for the location. It was dark it didn't look like it was open ,I was scared to get out of my car .I guess the light was out and they were waiting on a bid .I went by there yesterday it was still dark ..The girl at the front could have cared less didnt greet me when I came in actually ignore me for a few but the pizza was good

Food is good. I've interacted with more friendly engaged staff's before at other Pizza Hut locations, but no one has been rude. I do think that their prices are a little bit rediculous. Almost $17 for a one topping chain store pizza? That's kinda crazy. Luckily they have frequent deals that make it an option when I get a craving for it.

Piazza is fine. Service was pleasant. It's dark and the lighting needs some immediate work. My friend thought they were closed. The manager told me it has been this way for 18 months. Can't fault the staff,but the owners of this franchise should be ashamed.

First let me say without using the GPS it is hard to see at night. When I pulled into the parking lot, there was a huge pot hole and some small ones to watch out for. I noticed a delivery driver doing bugger sugar in his car in the pizza hut parking lot right next to me. It's very small on the inside and darkish. Food was decent not bad, I didn't like the fact that they gave me what looked like deep fried pepperonis, it tasted horrible needles to say. The wings were TERRIBLE, definitely was nit deep fried. The other pizzas wasn't bad tho.

The service and food were good. The building could use an upgrade.

Usually placing an order for delivery is pretty good, on this occasion the delivery took over an hour.

I don't know if this is on door dash (who they use to deliver) or pizza hut, but I stg on 90% of my delivery orders the drink(s) are wrong or straight up missing. Adding a reminder in the delivery notes doesn't seem to make any difference. It is incredibly frustrating.

As far a pizza hut goes this place is fair. I am a millennial who grew up during the golden age of pizza hut, so i will probably never really be satisfied by any pizza hut anymore. The folks who work here are nice people but the food is satisfactory at best (on the scale of modern pizza huts). Usually not super hot, and the ingredients are often proportioned wrong. I have been to other pizza huts in the last couple years (in other cities), and while they ain't what they used to be, the food is still typically better than this one. My suggestion would be that if you really have a craving for pizza hut, ask them to cook it very well done. If they actually follow your instructions it wont be half bad. But the truth is though that the odds of the pizza actually being well done is about 50/50 even if you ask. This is true for any pizza hut these days, not just this one. Anyone remember when pizza hut had that greasy crunch and lots of cheese? I miss those days...

Pizza hut food like I remember. Unfortunately the dining room could be for a McDonald's. They tore the heart out of it. Bring back the brick, the booths, the stained glass light fixtures and the salad bat. Maybe a Miss Pac-Man? Definitely the red cups too! It wouldn't take much to make the place the way we remember it!

Ordered online, arrived 5 minutes after time given & everything was ready. But all the food was mediocre. Greasy cheese bread sticks, small Buffalo Wings & Hand Tossed pizza (especially the half with pepperoni) all left something to be desired.

The delivery was on time the young man was pleasant however the pizza itself was nothing to brag about I had to warm it up in the microwave also it wasn't enough sauce it tastes like a store-bought Pizza I think I might as well stick to that

I have ordered from this pizza hut twice now and both times I ordered took forever to get to my house. Yesterday it took almost 2 hours for one pizza and an order of cinnamon buns. When I called the girl who answered said my driver would be there momentarily and it was another at least 20 minutes before he arrived. Food was warm bit not hot.

Have ordered from here multiple times. Usually have good service and food. But the last 2 times times that I ordered, food was wrong and this latest time, food gross. Crust soggy, edges burnt, breadsticks cold (how is that possible they go in a bag that keeps everything hot). I will definitely be giving other places a call. Gonna have to do some retraining on how to make good pizza.

Orderd pizza for curbside pick up. Used app to verify my arrival, no one came out. Waited ten minutes then called. Was told pizza in oven would be right out. Waited ten minutes more no one came out. Finally went into store and pick up order. The stuff crust pizza was paper thin, filled with grease. Would not order again from this store.

Domino's has went very downhill over the years and I rarely order from them.

I was quoted $12 plus for a large pizza with up to 5 toppings. I thought that was a good deal but when I went to pay, the pizza came to $18.99. I brought it to their attention but they didn't budge. Just got home and accessed the pizza hut web site and the first thing it listed was a large pan pizza for around $12 with up to 10 toppings. I think this is what I was quoted. This is the last time I will be eating at pizza hut.

Staff friendly, restaurant is in dire need of a major renovation. It is filthy!!! Years and years of pizza grease EVERYWHERE. It’s like they came had a butter fight and left it that way. Not a busy location so I am unsure of why the staff is NOT cleaning ANYTHING. It was deserted by corporate years ago. Don’t go, food borne illnesses thrive here. But the staff is nice.

Although I wanted to, I couldn't bear to give it a one-star review. I can remember years ago this was a vibrant, thriving location. I used to go to this location for lunch, when I worked just down the road. There were Pizza Hut's all around us in this area and I believed they all closed down. Just the other day I realized this location still existed. I decided that since we were going to be in the area, we should go there for dinner. That will probably be the last time I go to any Pizza Hut. As an example of how bad the place has gotten, the woman in charge spent more time saying "I apologize" than pretty much anything else. In the short time I was there, if I were to make it a drinking game: take a shot or a gulp of alcohol every time she said the phrase, let's just say someone would be carrying me out of the building at the end of the hour! To be fair, when we did get our food, it was all as good as any other time I've been there. But the sit-down restaurant has become take-out only. There were tables and chairs for customers to use, but no wait staff. Just go to the counter, place your order, wait for "15-20 minutes" (really 25-40 minutes), get your food with paper plates and napkins, eat, clean up the table, pack your leftovers and go. They were so short-handed, there was nobody available to bring food out to the curbside pickup customers. Occasionally, a delivery driver would bring out an order or two before he went out to deliver a few orders at a time. I feel sad again for the demise of a great American restaurant.

The food (bread sticks, pan pizza) was fine, but service for dining in was just about non-existent. I don't know if they're overwhelmed with takeout or don't have enough staff, but nobody talked to us when we walked in, so we weren't even sure if they were doing dine in. Getting our order was fine after a few minutes, but we never saw anyone again. Even waited for a box and the bill. Had to go to the counter eventually and ask to pay.

Got breadsticks they tasted like cardboard and were very dry and hard. Pizza was overly saucy even though light sauce was requested. Worst pizza hut I have been to. ☆ I want to take the time to say the new heartford pizza hut made up for this. The manager/s were great and were dedicated to the customers!

We ordered items that cost more than $50 and added a $10 tip. The app kept saying it was on its way and it was more than 2 hrs since we placed the order. Not knowing they delivered it and left it at the front desk but the app didn’t show it was delivered. By that time we have called the store 4 times and they either dropped the call after waiting for a long time or they kept connecting us to “the store” which is a weird system because we called the phone number listed as the store number. The pizza was cold and tasted horrible. Pizza crust was doughy and undercooked. The only thing that tasted a little better was the cheese sticks. They also got the chicken wings order wrong. Never order from this place! They suck and don’t deserve a star.👎👎🤮🤮

Ordered the 14.99 box. The breadsticks were burnt. The Pizza was mostly dough. Worst Pizza I've ever had. Will not go there again. Very disappointed especially since there was 5 employees standing around.

My order was 15 minutes late. My pizza and cheese sticks were cold. My pizza was barely cut (almost had to rip apart) and my cheese sticks were not cut at all. The delivery driver refused to come up stairs in the hotel I was staying at. Stating that he could not stay 6ft away from people in an elevator. I had to walk downstairs to meet him in the parking lot where he walked up to me (not even 3ft apart). I'm not sure why he couldn't have taken the stairs or even waited for an empty elevator.

This location is well beyond dated. Thin crust has no flavor and the overall feel of the restaurant is absolutely filthy. An experience like this helps to explain why so many pizza huts have been closed. East Syracuse should be added to the closed list.

I was told my pizza would be ready @ 8:40 pm( email) ,it was not. I was told I had to wait 30 mins. So in total I had to wait 1hr for a 2 topping pizza . I told the workers to come and get me ,I would be in the parking lot. They failed to do that as well. I walked back into the restaurant about after 1 hr ,and my pizza had been sitting in a hot bag . Smh

I am not sure what happened,but we bought two large extra cheese,peppers,and chicken pizzas the other night for the kids. After taking a few bites the kids came complaining that the pizza tasted funny. We then smelled and tasted the pizza ourselves,and sure enough it smelled and tasted like bleach. Not sure if they just cleaned pans with bleach,or the counters were just cleaned and it somehow got on the pizza? Either way it was nauseating to say the least. I called the restaurant to complain,and i was told they dont know what I'm talking about and they began to get argumentative. I just decided to hang up and take the loss. Never again will I step foot into this disgusting restaurant.

Very unclean, No A/C, watched a lady change a baby on a table and no one cleaned it off the hour I was there. They didn't have any water from the tap for drinks and expected us to pay $3 after tax for WATER when in NY it's illegal to charge for water when fountain water isn't available. Please close down the inside and make it take out only. That's there number one priority anyway. Our waitress was great, but the bathrooms and the atmosphere was really off. Felt like they only favor the take out and hate dine ins.

We have ordered from this store many times as a company. When we do, we generally place a fairly large order. I am so disappointed in our experience today. We ordered our food for pickup and when we got it, it was incorrect. We had an item missing. I called and very calmly explained that I had just had someone pick up and order and it was missing part. The employee first told me to look in the box to make sure it wasn't there, as if I hadn't already, and then asked if I would like a credit or for them to bring the missing item. Since I ordered lunch for multiple people I asked that they bring it. I waited 45 minutes and called to check the status. The manager answered and told me that they had already sent the driver and he had returned. I asked where he brought the food because we never received it. She then looked into it and said that they can't bring me the food because it was a pickup, which I stated in my original call. They refunded the money on the card but that doesn't help me to feed the people that I ordered for. I am very disappointed with this customer service. You made a mistake, you offered a solution to deliver the missing item and then you decided you can't do it. Perhaps next time you should listen to the customer on the other end of the phone so that you don't miss information that would be helpful in offering a solution. I suggest you re-evaluate your customer service skills.

Food was cold even though it was fresh out of the oven?!?, pizza was undercooked, tasted like cardboard, was not correct had to have them correct it and got an attitude because they put the wrong stuff on the pizza, didnt offer any apology. Inside the restaurant you had to wear your winter coat it was super cold. Inside was clean but quality of food is comparable to the much cheaper options. Definitely a waste of money, wont be returning.

I ordered 2 pizzas, the pan pizza was undercooked so it was like dough in the middle. The Detroit pizza was wrong all together, I ordered double pepperoni and received supreme. I also ordered Alfredo that was dry and the chicken was very dried out. For a strongly agree all of that would need changed plus I feel the quality of the food is not worth the $60 I paid for it.

Serve the pizza hot when it is completed and have the order correct. Was missing an order of bread sticks so had to wait even longer than the original "10" minutes I was told. Turns out that the order was sitting in a bag when all along I saw order after order being filled.

Twice been unsatisfied with Pizza Hut located on Kinne St. East Syracuse, NY. Online ordered large Pan Supreme Pizzas on Dec.9, 2022 and Mar. 2, 2023. Both times the Pan Pizza were undercooked and even after placing in our own home oven they tasted bad and had to be tossed into the garbage. It has been decided not to purchase ever again another pizza from Pizza Hut.

Food came unsealed when i ordered through doodash with the boxes not staying closed so anyone had access to my food when this place has a few different ways of sealing up our food before its sent out due to I delivered for Doordash for years and know food should not be sent out unsealed . Either they seal it with the sticker seals or it could be put in a bag and then sticker seal it which my food should of been. So be careful if food shows up not sealed don't take it and ask doordash for a refund. It's not acceptable to be lazy about sending food out not sealed .says alot about the management. Will not order food from here again.

Pizza served cold an had very little sauce or cheese. The GM waited on me yet sent me out the door with a big box he could not even close. I got the big pizza box an am trying to put it in my vechile an it flys open because he could not close it.

Wet floor cones and booster seats in front of the main entrance. No lighting. No waitress staff. Uninviting. We walked out. We don't advise going here.

My father (who is immunosuppressed) went to pick up the pizza and had to wait for over half an hour for a pizza that had been sitting on the shelf the whole time he waited. So I paid for a cold pizza that we had to wait an extra half hour for, exposing him far longer than he should have been. Very dissatisfied.

Advertised on door buy one get one free dine in and carry out. Refused to serve dine in option. Will see this place go, too. Poor customer service.enticing people to grab and go, will kill the add on services and the revenue that generates. Giving two pizzas for the price of one, make the people that dine in robbed. I placed an order on Grubhub. Unable to get app to work. Ordered a pasta dish that was supposed to come with breadsticks. I never received the breadsticks. I knew gh would say there is nothing they could do, I called Pizza Hut and they said there was nothing they could do. I’m sick of restaurants thinking they can treat customers however they want. And being rude about it.

I ordered my food through the app and paid with credit card, they brought another customer order to me. called the store was told they'd send me my correct order. the door dasher comes an tells me I have to pay cash we called the store an bob the manager says he has to bring the food back because I stated I am not paying twice. they took the food I called back repeatedly just to be hung up on even by the manager after yelling at me it's not his problem contact door dash. I called back again explain that I ordered through Pizza Hut app not door dash and at this point I want my refund. the incompetent manager bob says door dash has to refund me I remind him I ordered through the app not door dash he yells at me again stating he might give me a refund his stores too busy an then hangs up again. this was the absolute worst experience I have received I am appalled and disgusted being treated in this manner when the fault lies with the restaurant. I WILL NEVER RETURN AS A CUSTOMER AND I AM CALLING CORPORATE BECAUSE STILL PIZZA HIT HAS MY MONEY AND I STILL HAVE NO FOOD!!!!!!!!

I will never order again from this location. They messed up on my pizza really bad and put extra cheese on my pizza and just nasty and not fresh tasting.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I seen mice poop all across the counter where the food is being prepped I could not believe my eyes! When I pointed it out and asked about it the man responded saying it’s chocolate sprinkles. I did not see any desert on that menu that includes chocolate sprinkles I’m disgusted!!!

From smoke cigarettes in the front getting yelled at for being on the phone by worker who against smoking cigarettes in the front. I’m not saying that management change, but it needs to be looked into the atmosphere is so they make it so like when you’re ordering food if you’re bothering them. Honestly beyond rude i won’t be ordering ever! From this location.

UPDATE - May 2025: Holy cannoli!! This place has done a complete 180 since our last visit five and a half years ago, and NOT in a good way. What in the heck happened to this place?!?! The restaurant was FILTHY and had a dank smell. The floors were sticky, the bathrooms reeked, and there was dirt everywhere! They seem to be understaffed, with only one person handling the counter. The salad bar that was there before is gone, and we weren’t even sure if they were still doing dine-in, even though they do have about a dozen tables. We asked the woman at the counter if they have dine-in, and she said yes. I asked if we should place our order at the counter, and she said no, that she would bring us some menus. We sat down, and the chairs and table felt sticky. She had to help several other customers who were getting carry out, so we had to wait a while for the “menus.” She brought us four pieces of computer paper with the menu printed on the front and back. Most of it was so smeared and faded that we couldn’t even read it, but luckily, we already knew what we wanted. The soft drinks we ordered were brought to us in bottles — no cups or ice. At least we were given real plates and silverware, which thankfully looked clean. The biggest disappointment by far was the food. Although it had been fantastic five and a half years ago, now it is subpar — and I’m being kind. The breadsticks were too dark on top, too light on the bottom, and didn’t have enough seasoning. Half the pizza was good, but the other half was over-baked. The crust was way too dark, and the slices had a burnt taste. Honestly, we were extremely disappointed in our whole experience, especially since we were expecting fantastic food like we had here five and a half years ago. I cleaned my teeth as soon as we left, and had to chew a bunch of mint gum to get the burnt taste out of my mouth. I also feel like I need to take a shower since the whole restaurant was so filthy and gross. Frankly, as I’m writing this review, I just feel nauseated. Needless to say, this time, we will NEVER be coming back. October 2019: We stopped here for lunch on our way back to the Midwest after a family vacation out east. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, the service was friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. Fresh, crisp lettuce and toppings at the salad bar, hot and chewy breadsticks with just the right amount of crispy exterior, and hot fresh-tasting pizza. No canned-sauce taste or too much grease. We will definitely return the next time we’re in the area. I wish the Pizza Huts in my neighborhood were this good.

I placed an order around 11:20 am to be delivered at 1:15 pm, I kept receiving updates via text messages stating that Pizza Hut was making my order. But, it was a lie, at 1:30 I made a call to the store and found out that they were closed and their oven were down. Which I understand could not have been prevented but I wished someone told me before I wasted my whole lunch period without food. And I never received a cancellation notice.

The worst stuff very disrespectful towards their customers there's this old lady that works there's she's very rude and nasty dont order from here because you will be disappointed.

I want to thank the night manager (Jeff) for your great service and going above and beyond the call of duty. Such services are rarely found yet implemented in conviniences of this nature. I'm highly satisfied with the food but your services saved day and is greatly valued personally and our community as well. I ordered a l large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and two salads. My total came to $36 and some change. I gave the delivery guy $40 in cash and he told us that we need to call the store to get a refund so we gave him $40 for one stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and when I called back they would never pick up the phone they would never call me back nothing nothing at all it's like they just robbed me. The pizza was not really good either it seemed like it was rushed however I'm still trying to get in contact with them today so since they don't want to answer the phone I'm just going to go drive with my receipt and go ask for a refund because this is unacceptable I came all the way to visit Syracuse and this is what I get for dinner. Not cool very disappointing

I had ordered a special combo for $8.49 which includes 4 boneless wings, 1 pan pizza pie and 20 oz soda. Pam George told us that is was $13.94. Luckily it was fixed but she forgot about the sauce for my boneless wings and my 20 oz soda. I had to ask her if I can grab my soda from behind the desk. I also noticed her keys and 2 cigarette boxes right on the counter and I noticed that there’s dust behind the computer. Bathrooms are a mess and Pam George rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed.

Order Delivery tonight, and was absolutely disappointed. Had the wrong food delivered, and absolutely no one took the effort to even review the order and get my family the food we paid for. What a waste of food. Maybe 2 side items they can eat was delivered by happenstance but the pizza is inedible. Hangs up the phone and then won’t answer at all. Chat won’t work towards a resolution. Won’t ever leave dinner in this crappy restaurants hands again.

Ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. Waiting in the hotel lobby for 30 minutes for it to say it was delivered, it was not. I called the store to get a refund and they said they would just remake it. Over an hour later still no pizza and wings plus the store won't refund me so I have to submit a charge back with my bank.

I only gave one star because zero is not an option. I don’t know what happened, but Pizza Hut used to be good. Now, well if I were to compare it to terrible pizza you would get in a jr. high cafeteria I would be giving too much praise. Imagine a pile of vomit on a boboli crust and you have a starting idea. For crying out loud, do the world a favor and get rid of that recipe and bring back that greasy, crispy crust that put Pizza Hut on the map. If we were worried about health we would not be ordering a pizza. Charging people money for this garbage should be considered a crime.

The angry male employee that continues to harass all of us in the plaza every time he works is getting to be to much! He always comes in subway angry and the dollar store angry taking out his frustration on us, we have told management about it at this location yet they must not have relayed the message because again today he decided to come in and cuss us out because he was late for work and we had a line. Definitely will not be ordering from this location which is ashame, since we always supported them.

My husband and 7 year old went in to get a small cheese pizza. Has he entered he heard a woman screaming in the back that they don’t listen she 5 minutes from end of her shift and will not be ringing anyone up. My husband proceeded to walk forward and when asked she told him it’s a 2 hour wait and didn’t he hear her tell the cook she is done with her shift and will not be helping anyone else. This beyond rude and disrespectful to any guest! Let along letting a child hear some woman that doesn’t even know him scream at him. I also called to speak to a manager just to get hung up on. So we will be taking our business elsewhere where from now on!!

I ordered from Uber eats at 5pm, because I wanted something fast and good so we got our estimated time of 610 pm so when 610 came and the order was not out for delivery we called Pizza Hut manager Alie and she told us they were waiting for the Uber driver and we proceeded to complain to Uber they told us someone was on the way at 630 so we just waited because Uber would not refund us at this point finally they tell us we will get our food at 725 two hours after we had placed the order. The driver delivered the food cold and was not sorry one bit. when we got the order we figured Pizza Hut would make sure it was hot because the delivery guy brought the food in 20 minutes I watch the whole time and I have the receipt to prove my pizza was made 2 hours ago that’s so sad like why would y’all treat costumer’s this way. We called the store to see if we could get the pizza re made and allie the manager told us there was nothing they could do and she was very rude about it . I will take me business to a different place . I got 2 large one topping pizzas for 40 bucks

this place is ghetto , earlier on today i had ordered a large pizza with two toppings " sausage and pineapple " in the special instructions on doordash i stated " half and half toppings " clearly meaning i wanted the sausage and pineapple on different sides, why did i open my pizza box to Not Only see my toppings on One side of the damn pizza only ( left side ) and plain cheese on the other side , The Pizza Was Not Even sliced ?!7? This is pure ghettoness, mind you it gets worse , while i was on the phone with a very kinda server one of the cooks dared told me he definitely cut me pizza as if i had the audacity to lie on a worker who only makes minimum wage ? if not Barely even. I cannot make any of this up i should literally sue for emotional distress and the inconvenience, i spent 30 dollars in the pizza and they didn't even have the courtesy to make me a new one? I just left baltimore thinking i left the ghetto, i honestly had to ask myself , am i back in the ghetto? Isn't this supposed to be high class syracuse ny? something needs to change . fire that cook immediately dare he make another mistake to a poor unfortunate customer yet again.

My pizza was tough as a rock and chewier than a dog toy lol. They gave me a 5 dollar credit towards my next order that will never happen though. Probably wont have Pizza Hut for the rest of my life.
