My meals here always come out perfect, never have received a wrong order. The operator, Grace Chang, is also always giving me free rewards through the app which is awesome and I have to give her a shoutout and thanks for that. This will always be my go to location for CFA.
I'm a regular here and I always love their customer service and the presentation is always great. However, the spicy deluxe meal I ate yesterday was DEADLY. TOO SPICY than the previous one I ate. I have moderate to high tolerance to spicy foods but that was pure pain! I wasn't able to finish my chicken sandwich :(
On the day I visited, the location was extremely busy—both the drive-thru and inside were packed. We had placed a mobile order, but still had to wait once we arrived. During the wait, two different team members asked about my order, and it turned out it had been mistakenly placed in the drive-thru pickup area. Despite the mix-up, the staff handled it very well. One of the team members apologized and even offered my son and me a free drink for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds is what really matters—and in this case, the service was stellar. Even on a hectic day, the team stayed courteous and accommodating. That kind of customer service keeps people coming back.
I went inside to order my food. I was confused in how to get inside the drive-thru. The customer service was great at this location. The young lady who worked about 7am was very nice. The # 1 breakfast was delicious. It came with a chicken bisquit, hash rounds, & coffee. I enjoyed this Chick-fil-A alot.
The restaurant is really clean, the employees very kind, and friendly. The food delicious the only bad thing is that I asked for 6 buffalo sauce and they told me they can only give me 4, for the price I think it should not have a limit, I really loved to dip my nuggets in to the sauce.
I honestly do not see the hype of why the lines are so long at every location but I will say the food is good. I ordered the chicken strips combo with unsweetened tea. Unfortunately the machine wasn't taking my debit card and when I asked to pay with cash the guy just looked at me and said I can't take cash. Ok so who can then? When they gave me sweetened tea they missed the mark for a perfect review. Ridiculous.
Chick-🐣 Fil-A food is always consistent. Went to the new location in Eastvalle. Staff was friendly and Courteous. They had 3 people in the line taking orders... The wait time I felt was on the long side. Chick Fil-A used to have runners that sped up the whole process. This was my first visit to this location. Maybe that is not there protocol for this location. Other than the wait time everything else was great and on par. You can NEVER go wrong with Chick 🐣 Fil-A
Grilled chicken lettuce wrap invoked feelings hinging on being scammed out of my money. Big expectations, tiny and thin results. The tomato had more meat than the chicken. They would not win a grilled chicken award of I'm judging.
4/5 times they don't give me enough jalapeno salsa. I've specifically tell them how many. And the 4/5 times they assume 1. So I get one with my breakfast burrito. Why ask which sauces I want if they cannot get it right? 🤦♂️Employees should have to read the order out to customers upon handing out the food. It's too hard to dig up sauces at the bottom of the bag just to see if they got it right. Update 8/21/23 If your lettuce doesn't look fresh, please do not put it in my sandwich. Thank you.
i'll take one star away because the drive thru actually took 25+ minutes during the morning breakfast time to get about 10 cars orders completed. i ordered 2 of the chicken sandwiches and they were both warm and tasted good. the hash browns were a small amount in the box and didn't hold their heat after a 10 minute drive to my destination but the sandwiches were still warm. i don't think the price was worth the wait and if i do return i will go inside and order at the front counter.
Order my meal online at 10:20 am before the cut off for breakfast and showed up at 10:33 am. Because I didn’t show up before 10:30 am they had to cancel my order and refund me.
I had a large order for my family ,understanding its a bit busy on Friday at dinner 2 sandwiches were missing from our order.. I think the part that got me and had me absolutely disgusted was that I found 3 small bugs in my salad. I will say I haven't ever had the problem before, but we ended up throwing everything out after I found bugs in my food worst part I was a few bites in. I understand it can happen ... just grossed out. We probably won't revisit considering they looked to be like little roaches. N didnt fly. Brown and red in color.
Every time we go to this location, we ask for extra sauces; because if you don’t, they will give you 3 sauces for four entrees. But even if you ask for extra sauces, they don’t give them to you. Not sure if it’s a location policy or what, but the employees always act, especially at the window, like the extra sauces you are asking for is coming from their paycheck and give you a ton of attitude. We’ve even asked to receive 5 of each sauces, but still only received 3 of each. We are never trying to be difficult, but our four family members need more than a half sauce packet per entree. Went tonight and again received trash attitudes when asking for extra sauces. The attitude given every time is unnecessary and needs to be fixed.
MADE WITH CARE is just a slogan not something they strive for! I’ve had my order messed up at this Chick-fil-A several times—even after following their exact instructions on how to order so the kitchen understands. Nothing seems to help. Every time I have to go back through the line, wasting another 20 minutes, to fix my order or request a refund. The final straw for this location was when manager Christina called me and told me there’s nothing they can do to prevent it from happening again—because “they’re human.” That might be understandable once, but this has become a regular issue. It’s clear this location values your money more than your satisfaction. The management team doesn’t seem to care if you keep coming back or not. Really disappointing experience from a brand that claims to care about customer service When asked for compensation like a lunch or breakfast on them she said they don't offer that you can either come back or in her words go somewhere else if I'm not happy! For the time I've wasted trying to get you to fix a simple situation I will go somewhere else. 20 mins down the road hidden valley gets it right every time.
The not so very “My pleasure” experience. I have given this place 3 changes but unfortunately the three times has been the same bad experience. I have spoken to the manager twice and both times she had a very bad actitud. I ask for a medium mac & cheese which was burned and a medium fruit cup with no apples. Chick fill A is expensive as it is well when I got the fruit cup it was almost empty when I asked I was told it was because I ask with no apples. I immediately ask for a refund and gave the fruit cup back. I’m not paying more than $5 dollars for an almost empty fruit cup. I’m a Red member and this location never fails is always very cheap with their portions, bad service, and you won’t heard my pleasure from any of them. The three times I had the same issue mac and cheese burned and fruit cup almost empty the past two times were because they run out of blueberries and strawberries. When you ask for refund they give a very bad attitude and she did not even hand me a receipt. Avoid this location. Pictures attached.
