They always take care of me. Asked for just matcha with water and they handled it. Thank you so much. Tasty drinks and friendly staff. My favorite part is how you can choose how sweet you want your drink.

This is our go-to boba spot since we live about 10 minutes away. We love their Thai Milk Tea and Sunright Milk Tea with honey boba. They also have brown sugar boba. Their 100% sweetness is not as sweet as their competitors within a 15 minute driving radius, in our opinion. It is not a bad thing. It’s good to know. You can order ahead using the Toast App. Otherwise, you can order on the touchscreen to the left of the register. They have limited seating inside. There is seating outside. We highly recommend coming here if you are craving for boba or boba ice cream to-go. There's one gender neutral bathroom inside.

Late night boba to sneak into the Regal Theater. Pretty crowded at 845pm. But the staff was working hard and super nice. Customers....tip well because they deserve it.

We ordered brown sugar boba milk through Uber Eats for in-store pickup. It was supposed to come with boba, but it didn’t, and the label even said “no boba.” There wasn’t an option to remove boba when ordering, so why was it missing?

The boba is good. I really like it. I like all of the options. But the employees are unwelcoming. Anytime I come in here, they look at you and look away. They don’t greet you or anything. Today, girl with pink hair looked right at me when I walked in, made eye contact but she just gave me a dirty look,They look miserable. Makes it weird coming in here.

Very crowded inside, no space to breathe while you wait. No register so forget that human interaction. Wintermelon tea was very watery although I had light ice and tasted like pure dairy milk, didn’t taste the flavor at all . Disappointed and dissatisfied

Drinks are good taste but I found 2 pieces of these plastics in my drink! We’ve already left and cannot go back to ask for a new one. Very disappointing.

I wouldn’t recommend their mochi series drinks. I ordered the mochi matcha frostie with red bean, and when I drank it after a while, it had a slightly sour taste, almost like it had gone bad. Plus, the texture of the mochi was a bit odd and didn’t really go well with the milk tea. If you visit this place, I suggest sticking to their classic flavors and avoiding the mochi series.

When we were taking our order, the front desk stopped us and called someone from the kitchen. This person had a very poor attitude and said to us:"This is the last time we'll take your order. If you order this much next time, we will directly cancel your order." Can you please check if your app informs us not to order this much? Does your app mention the need for a one-day advance reservation? Who needs to pre-book for bubble tea? Moreover, we have ordered many times before without any issues, why suddenly stop us today? Is this discrimination? Why are you warning customer in a threatening tone? Whether your ingredients are sufficient is an internal issue for you to address, what does it have to do with customers? Do customers need to consider whether your ingredients are sufficient before buying bubble tea? Is this something customers should be concerned about?

I ordered a hot milk tea today and I got a super lighter weight drink than I thought. I opened cap and found out the milk tea wasn't enough for half cup! I understood they would save the space for the boba, but isn't half cup size too much space just for boba? Besides, I paid full price which includes drink and boba, I choosed not add boba. They didn't charge me less (I am okay with this), but gave me much less drink instead, which was so disappointed.
