Great experience here! There was an error made where I got the wrong order and Daniella assisted me and got it taken care of, the actual manager was never around each time I called but Daniella stepped up to the plate and handled the situation very professionally, very peaceful atmosphere at this location! I give 5 Stars!
Came with a friend to have a cup of coffee and an apple pie for dessert. Was happy that they made us fresh coffee even though it was already late at night. The place was very clean. Would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Monday 2-15-2021 A day when the lights are out due to the artic blast and there more than 10 cars in lin but the line was moving to fast. Service was great and didn't take long to get my order. Very well done for the workers on this day. Great job
Very clean dining room. Friendly staff. Fast service. We came in for some soft serve. They have chocolate sundes for $1.29. What a deal. Plus an indoor playground. We will be back.
I work at the University. I had not stopped by this location for many years because of a bad experience. I have stopped a couple of times for lunch in the last couple of weeks and I have not been disappointed a single time. I don't know who the manager is but my compliments. The food is always very hot. I can taste the flame grilled burger. It's very nice and cool area and is always clean and the service is great. There are other Burger King locations that even though I dine in the food is called some areas aren't clean and I am always disappointed. But this area the last couple of times that I've been there is firing on all cylinders. The fries taste great. The food tastes great and everything is hot. Like if it's just been cooked I haven't had that from a Burger King in years. Some my compliments
Food is good but service sucked. Wednesday night, took 45min to get out food in the drive threw. There was only 2 cars in front of us at the speaker. The two workers I could see were working so slow it was agonizing to watch.
On this night Justin was working here, he usually works on the one on the one on Trenton and McColl. I was having a not so good night, but man, he's great. Made my night with his great fun personality. I wish more people were like him. Thanks Justin, firm handshakes 🤝
The wait was little long but the food was fresh and the customer service was excellent. Keep up the good work ❤️
I went through the drive thru where Juanita helped me. She was very welcoming and very nice she charged me for my purchase then a gentlemen by the name of Angel gave me my food which was very nice as well. Over very happy with customer service.

Hadn't been to Burger King in a long time since eating out to me is a luxury and also since I'm retired after rent and Bill's I don't have money for eating out but I went to get a burger combo for my sister so she gave me $15 for her meal but when I saw the ad in the window about a whopper meal special on Wednesday I was like wow I can actually get a meal for me so I did. It was delicious and given to me quickly even though it was lunch time thanks to my sister

First, I have never eaten inside; however, I frequently use the drive-through. I have no complaints regarding their food. I love their mix and match breakfast option!
Pretty fast for lunch time. Nothing special but the cashier could've been a little friendlier. There was no one behind me so there was no reason to rush. 4 stars mang!
The manager here properly addressed my cold food. The apology was appreciated. That is why I gave the service rating 5 stars. Accountability goes a long way in all aspects of life.
This place is clean, nice, modern and spacious. My hamburger was delicious. Unfortunately, I also had a chocolate chip cookie and it tasted days old. This was during the noon hour. While the staff is friendly, they need to pay closer attention to the register area. Both times I went to order, I was unnoticed for a for a minute or two which, unfortuntely seems like an eternity when you're standing there hoping someone will notice you.
Edit: I just called to place a pick up order, and they told me I have to come in to order. Really?! The whole idea of a pick up order is to have the food ready when you get there. Even with the Impossible Whopper, you know this isn't health food, but for an occasional indulgence, yum! I'll pay for it with burps and indigestion later, but fries!
This Burger King is just fine. Their ice cream machine was broken and the play area wasn’t fully operational, so the kids were a little disappointed. But it was otherwise just fine.
The food has, in my opinion, always been tasty in the years I've been coming here. Seldom have I had an order that was incorrect, and it's usually been taken care of without hassle. The taste of the food is the reason why I don't rate it lower; the ever decreasing portion size of the food is what leads me to rate it low. For this visit, I ordered a Bacon King Jr; I was already expecting it to be small, but it's size could be compared to a burger I could purchase from the value menu. It has more meat, sure, but the burger, overall, is rather small.
Wait time for food is always long even if you order ahead on the app. I always have to "check in" before I get there to have a decent time. Update. Time is getting a lot better. Maybe they have more workers.
Took my daughter here for some lunch and the workers had an attitude and looked like they didn't want to work. No ice in the soda machines and seem to have a problem when asking for ice in the back.
Several things: they got my order wrong. I ordered a combo, but they just charged the sandwich. Then when I got a frozen Fanta Orange, they charged it before realizing that the machine was down. Lastly, I had asked for extra onions in my sandwich, and they didn't put ANY. When I went to ask them for some onions on the side, they took over 10 MINUTES to get me a few slices of onion in a bag. To top things off, the food gave me indigestion, but that might have been due to my being upset.
This location has always been the dirtiest of the other three in town. I come here only because its the closes to where ilive hoping to see a change, but I never do. The burgers are the same from all others, pretty good,but if you want to eat in a clean environment, this is not the one
The sign and the outside lights were all off. We even thought it was closed. We ordered and paid, we waited and waited and waited for our order. When we finally got our order everything was cold. Then we waited and waited again for our order. And the sauces we had requested for the nuggets were missing and we had to get up and request them again. The ketchup dispenser wasn't working. When we finished eating we ordered a (1) combo to take home.........lo and behold, we waited and waited and waited and waited and finally we got the order. As we were leaving a customer was returning their order which was wrong. Another customer was grumbling cause ketchup dispenser wasn't working.....l told him it wasn't working, and he answered (very angry) everything here is not working. This place is going downhill......don't think l will be returning.....lousy slow service.....poor management.
Drive thru is the worst. It's supposed to be fast food, but the wait is awful. They are slow. As soon as i got to the menu board, they asked me to wait. Mind you, i was already waiting for the guy in front of me for about 5 minutes, then i had to wait for my turn, an additional 15 minutes from the order until i got my food.
Food is okay. Not fresh at all, jalapeño bites were cold, and barely cooked. Fries were old and hard. (Could’ve asked for them fresh but that would only delay and would’ve been ignored). Service was fast and good. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten food here and as a once Burger King employee I would have expected better.
My order was wrong, went back to get it corrected and one of the burgers was still not made to order. Then cashier asks me for my receipt to see if I was charged for the cheese. I don't blame the employee, I put this on the manager or trainer. Owners need to understand that when the order is wrong it is major inconvenience to go back and get the matter corrected and the employee needs to be trained how to show understanding and make things right. The fact that she asked for my receipt after they where in the wrong was a little offensive. Please retrain your employees in customer service.
Place was empty. Ordered the new bacon chicken sandwich. Order arrived fairly quickly. Bread was cold chicken was cold. As I looked closer there was no tomato cheese or bacon. I took it back and they put what was missing on it. When I sat down I discovered they had put 3 strips of what looked like raw bacon and the bacon was cold not to mention my fries which were warm at best when I first received my order. Good luck getting your money back. Cashier and mgr. We're blaming the cook but we're explain how the cashier would get docked. I finally conceded and let them redo the meal. Sandwich was ok and hot but fries tasted like they had been sitting for a while.
The food was ok but the staff really needs to be disciplined.. Yelling at each other and making fun or mocking peoples orders isn't at all ok. Dropping things in the kitchen makes me feel unsafe of my food. Their ice machines had no ice and when i asked for them to fill them up,all i got was attitude. Had to tell them to turn on icee machine. If i wanted to do their job i would be working here! The customer is always right!! The cashier at the front is the face of the restaurant if she is rude then your whole experience gets ruined.
Perfect for place for a quick bite, during times when it is not busy, I have put in an order at the drive thru and it would be ready by the time I get to the window. However. When on the drive thru, they don't seem to understand what "no ice" means. First couple times, no foul, but it seems to be happening all the time, and they seem a bit bothered when I ask for it to be done right when I get to the window. When the cup is 50% ice, this can be an issue.
This place charges for buffalo sauce I would understand if I was asking for more than one or two but they charged me for each and I’ve been to the other one close by and they never charge me for buffalo
Went in ordered a family bundle asked for everything cook to order (fresh) even said I don't mind the wait. 5mins later food is out and everything is cold . SMH went back and manager was kinda a bit upset but she did her best to correct the mistake. This is not a post against the manager she did pretty good but her cooks tho well the food spoke for itself. Only when she (manager) cooked it was fresh.
Don't cone here as much as I use to. BK has dropped the ball . Employees always have attitude. Probably due to under staffing.
Burger kings continue to disappoint, it's still one of the chains that continue to struggle with personnel and due to this they hire people who aren't respectful, cordial, and ready to provide great service and customer service. The place is not well maintained and you can tell the clientele it attracts isn't the best. It's one of the few places where they give you one buffalo sauce no matter what, if you buy 4 or 12 chicken fries, they just give you one and they will charge you for any extra ones you may need. The poor cashier was scared and said, I would give you one but I'd be in trouble. I wonder what the deal is with sauces? I'd love to talk to a DM about that. People don't want to work and they are paying the price for it.
Drive thru employee was very unprofessional, when I asked why it took 13 minutes for my order of duo burgers, he said if I didn't like it he would cancel order and I could leave. I responded great customer service, I'll take my order, paid and left. Won't be back to this BK.
This place was rather slow but even then, they took a bit to get you your food. About the only good thing was the fries were freshly made. Otherwise, the person in the front took a good while to help you in the front because she was also doing the window but never even acknowledged you to say, "I'll be right with you" I had to ask.. She finally came and though she helped us and another customer, You could help feeling someone had kicked her cat and she didn't want to be there. From the front she was also telling the cook what to ut or not to put on the food instead of just saying "Just make it like it says on your screen" Finally, got the order and despitethat I was gonna need to deal with the food and 4 drink cups of various sizes, never even offered me a plastic tray, condiments. or nothing. Their sweet Tea container has no labels so I had to pour a bit and taste the absolutely strong tea mix. I had kids but no tables were down in the kids area so I had tto take them down myself despite that they were stacked in a way that if not picked up careful and proper could possibly fall off and hurt someone. As in the maybe 6 or 7 year old that wanted an extra chair and I had to give it to her. Finally got to my meals and while I had asked for a #1 in a large size with no ketchup or no onions, there was nothing to distinguish it from the others and my regular fries possibly looked just as or more full than my large.. I even asked the lady and she said there it is, look at them. Truly Disappointed, its like the "World Wide Chain" had changed from years ago when I went to college nearby. FYI, the kids area is partially up but it is as if they started and stopped and said, "they should be good with that" and never completed it.
Horrible. Order took 20 min, dine in. The lady repeated my order, still input it wrong, still came out wrong. Asked for bbq sauce for my fries. She charged me .27 for a side of bbq sauce. You would think it would be given since I waited over 20 min for my order. She refused to speak to my in English. However spoke to her colleagues in English. Thank goodness I'm bilingual. Horrible. I know why I go to Whataburger.
I placed an online order and I have been waiting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes with no urgency on the staff to provide customer service. BAD SERVICE !!!!
I was served food that was nose cold. When I complained, the attendant was full of attitude and told me the food had just been prepared. How does freshly made food come out cold? She must think I am stupid. Eventually, she takes it back and microwaves it. If I wanted microwaved food, I would have bought myself a boxed "croissanwich" and microwaved it at my house. I definitely won't be going back there. P.S The food ended up in my trash. What a waste of my time, money and the gas I burned to go get the food.
uneducated employees, rude manager, horrible customer service, plus we have always had to clean the dirty tables the times we’ve gone to this location, like nice customers we don’t mind cleaning the tables on our own, but the staff went overboard when they mistreated us, manager had a nasty attitude, THEY promised to give us something and when we went to go claim it, they, including, the manager made a whole fuss, they shouldn’t promise customers things without knowing and/or not fulfilling it, because an agreement between the customer and the seller should always be kept, to top it off after all the arguing back and forth between rude employees with us, this lil short dude said “HOPE YOU HAVE A GOOD NIGHT” sarcastically as we left. Owner should step his/her game up with the people he/she hires. BK has lost 5 loyal customers

I'm from KY and I always get great food there. However I'm extremely disappointed in the service in Texas! Cold food and even colder fries! I love BK fries and I was really looking forward to enjoying them but instead they went to the garbage! I should get a refund or a free replacement meal that is made right, and the food to be hot and delicious like at home in KY.
Ridiculous people they have working there. We stopped by today at 4:30 p.m. and door was locked. We wait and they open door and step out and lock door. I had to ask if it's closed? They answered yes. I'm like hello put a sign that it's closed say something I mean NO communication at all. I had stopped with 2 kids if sign had been up I wouldn't have even gotten down.
These people can not take an order right to save their lives. 4 times in a row they have messed it up. Today they got it wrong again and trying to fix the order the lady argued with us and then shut the window in our face. We left with no food. And went to taco bell. Never will i waste money at this dump again!
The service is on par with the terrible food. On the rare occasions that I go to burger king I have low expectations (cause it’s burger king) but this location somehow manages to go lower than what’s expected. The manager is also completely rude, miserable, and is combative when it comes to simple questions. Just go down the street to Mcdonald’s if you're in the mood for low effort fast food that’s not completely inedible.
Bad customer service. I always order through the mobile app to avoid confusion and get offers/rewards. When I received my order I checked and I was missing a croissant as I ordered an odder of 2 can dine breakfast that supposed to include 2 croissants, 2 small hashbrowns and 2 smalls coffees. I added an oder of 5 PC FR toast. I mentioned to the guy that I'm missing 1 croissant and he checks the receipt and tells me it's only one. I showed him the mobile app where it shows the offer and he dismissed it. I didn't want to be late for work so I just asked for creamer and sugar since it was also not included. I get to work and see that the receipt says 2 Croissants!!!! The receipt was a crumpled at the bottom of the bag that I didn't see it until I got to work.
Waited over 20 min in the line. Attempted to at least place an order to move forward the huge lines of cars behind me and the person in the drive through was ignoring us. It is the lunch rush you would think they would be prepared.
Worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King, and that's saying something. We stood at the counter for about 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. After placing our order and sitting down, they turned the dining room lights off. This was at 9:20 even though the hours on the door show closing time at 11 pm. To top it off, the entire place was dirty, the manager was rude, and the sodas taste off like they don't filter the water.
Giving one star is way too generous. Long wait times to order, if you're even acknowledge after walking in. Long wait time for your order. Even on the rare times the order is correct. My order was given to another customer. When asked about my order, both cashier and manager (Erica) denied giving my order to another customer, until that customer started that he was given my order by cashier on register. Most days, I'm usually willing to overlook 1 or 2 flaws and go about my day. But tonight, 11/05/2019 7:31 pm. All the flaws at once, ensured returning to BK, is not really an option.
I had placed an order through their mobile order and ordered extra bacon. I paid extra for it and when I went to pick it up. The burger had NO BACON. When I called to let them know what had happened they didn’t answer the five times I called! The nuggets were cold and soggy. Never again!
Ordered by coupon 2 whoppers I told them no veggies on one and on the other to keep the veggies but add a patty and I told them to add another whopper meal and said to add cheese to all and ordered 2 8 piece nuggets and ask for sauce but didn’t get any sauce at all and got home to see that the burgers didn’t have cheese I didn’t have the extra patty on my burger and fries were missing on one of the whopper… I spent extra for cheese and a patty and wasted money for me not to have those things smh Burger King you disappointed me FR VERY BAD SERVICE

Guy taking orders was high as a kite and service was horrible, orders were mixed up people were waiting and as we were waiting to order some one walks in front of us and the guy taking orders just shrugged his shoulders at us and continued to take rude ladies orders
Burger King McDonalds Freddy’s Jack in the box Etc , etc are some of the places I would go it once a year or maybe 2 yrs . Pay a lot for very little, old food that is not fresh 🤢🤮. Sometimes very bad service You want really good burgers I would recommend the house draft I have tried it several times and never disappointed they are so yummy and the customer service excellent 💯👍🏼. Burger King las time I bought the number #9 the meat looked and tasted old ya mero me tumbaba un diente cuando le mordí 😭😭😭. Sometimes you get out of work tired and you don’t want to cook , you just want to go get a decent meal y luego te salen con esto. That’s the reason why I hardly ever eat out I prefer to cook at home healthy , cheaper delicious food. And I’m teaching my kids to do the same
This place really needs to be closed down I went the other day at the drive thru and some female that works there was being very rude and disrespectful to me for absolutely no reason so I was pretty shocked about that then I let her & her so called manager know that I was going to report them and they laughed especially the rude female that was supposed to take my order laughed very loud, I will never go back to this Burger King again I go to the Burger King on the other side of town & I’m very surprised that nothing has been done about the employees at this place. Horrible.
I ordered a menu item and when I reached the window the price was $3.00 more than the stated price. I can only assume she was charging me the wrong meal but after I repeated my order 3 tines she was still lost. Drive thru attendant was clueless and was not even questionung the matter. The manager on duty was listening to the conversation but would not address me nor would make eye contact but was obviously listening as she stopped what she was doing and leaned over in the Windows direction but waa totally ignored. On another note there are no outside lights. Either they refuse to fix them or the manager simply doesn't care as they have been out for over 1 year. This place looks like it's closed at night. Extremely poorly run establishment. Needless to say I cancelled my order as they were not deserving of my money or any more of my wasted time there.
Very rude and would not let me add to my original order after forgetting one combo!!! Plus they always always get my order wrong. They need better employees with better customer service skills. Food is good but always sloppy and messy, customer service definitely needs work
Was waiting in the drive through chillin until 20 min past and no one got my order all they kept saying was “we will be right with you”. I had a long line behind me and still nothing, really bad and then they answer you saying “naw”. Gross

My experience here was very bad by the employee in the drive thru. He couldn’t answer my question on the flavor of the drinks, he told me that I should know since I had the order and mind you, I had a Dr Pepper and a Coke. At the end I asked for extra ketchup and he got a hand full and almost threw them in my hand, he literally dropped half of the packets.
I just want to let everyone know that I personally witnessed workers with no gloves on handling the burgers. I would think they would be more cautious because of covid-19 and nope I saw from the lobby into the kitchen worker putting food together making burgers WITH NO GLOVES. If anyone gets sick now you all know why
See if u can follow sequence of events. I place my order, I give her a 20 dollar bill, she leaves the 20 dollar bill on the cash register and goes to back room, while she is in the back room I put 2 cents on top of the 20 dollar bill because bill is $4.87 (don't want pennies for change). She returns from backroom and gives me change for a ten. I tell her I gave u a twenty. She says "Let me check". She opens cash register and shows me there are no twenties in the cash register. You see somewhere along the line she conned me. And why I know is because I had gone to ATM to do a quick withdrawal of 40 dollars. When all this transpired Twenty five dollars and change is all the money I had after my visit at this burger king. My advice is use your debit or credit card.
What has happened to Burger King chains. Waited by the register for several minutes nobody in front of us. Finally a young girl approached and stated YES. I was like can I place an order plz to which she said oh yes. Order was placed at 6:31pm and well let's just say i never got the order because after 23 minutes I canceled the order. So sad since my grandson was looking forward to a hamburger. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Cashier didn’t seem to want to take order , more like he wanted to run away, the (lady assumed to be the manager) had no idea of what to give out , I asked is there any key chup in the bag eventho she is the one handing it too me she said I don’t know. The wait was bad, and the line was crazy. Overall. Bad service. Come if you have plenty of time. No greeting. Nothing. Bad service.
The service was okay...the girl looked like she was still learning. We got the chicken bacon Swiss combo and chicken fry combo. My fiance waited when they called our order to get ketchup. No one looked back to help him, it was him and someone else waiting. He decided to just come back to our table. He unwraps his chicken sandwich and takes a bit just to notice no bacon or cheese. I go tell the guy behind the corner and he tells the woman who looks to be the manager on shift with pink ends on her hair as she was making the orders. She tells him there was no chicken bacon and Swiss on the screen. He comes back to me to get the receipt and shows her and she just looks dumbfounded. She then just opens the sandwich back up. DOESNT REMAKE IT, just puts bacon and cheese inside. No I'm sorry. No ACCOUNTABILITY whatsoever. I just walked away and let it go as I started at burger king too and didn't want to be that customer.
The food is okay even though the burgers are getting smaller and smaller by the minute, anyway. My review is that I've bought food and they have given me somebody else's order twice already. I hate ordering something and not be able to eat it. They need better service. I'm so disappointed. I made a complaint and the manager didn't even contact me. It's ridiculous. They don't even care about the service customers are getting. I'm tired of it 🤨
Drive through and guy at the window rude. The shorted me a medium mixey and cheesy tots. Called number for store online and no one picks up until they finally end the call. RUDE. Food is expensive and they are skimming money from customers by taking money and shorting the order. I have called repeatedly and no answer. And the food is mid at best which is why I normally don't go but my child asked to go.

The worst experience we’ve ever had. We ordered on the app and when we got there they said we have to wait for 40 minutes. Picked up the food , went home and found that some of the orders is missing. Called but no one is picking up. Not going back to that place anymore. Not recommending this place.
So many times they are out of biscuits and the drive thru worker is so rude. Unpleasant worker. If it bothers him to work by all means leave . Some people need customer service etiquette
This place is a NOOOOO RATHER DRIVE TO CLOSNER!! Waited over 15 min just for a single whopper, guy at window was steady eating fries straight from the basket (fryer area). Ordered my burger WITH cheese, no cheese on burger, burger was cold and had no pickles or tomatoes and hardly any mayonnaise. Will not be coming to this location ever again!!!
Horrible horrible experience! I placed my order online and went to the drive thru for pick up. The person in front of me took a long time so I left the drive thru and went inside to pick up my order. Upon entering I wasn’t greeted, instead all i heard was the employees talking amongst each other and to the person at the drive thru and speaking in a very unprofessional manner using curse words all while not even noticing I was there. Finally I was given horrible service and began waiting for my order. The employees still didn’t care there was customers present and continued acting in an unprofessional manner with each other. I noticed the manager was one of the very unprofessional employees as well, she was also the cook and was chewing gum horribly while preparing my food. I finally got my food and left the establishment feeling disgusted and appalled that people can act this way at their place of work. I wish I could give them 0 stars. No wonder the place was completely empty.
Horrible service! I was in line for about 25min. before getting my order which was wrong and also charged me wrong. Second, the lady refunded my money after I complaint but gave me an attitude and even closed the window on me while I was still speaking. I then got off to complain some more and asked to speak with a manager which wasn’t there and the LADY again was very rude!! Unacceptable!!
This place steals card info. Avoid it! Bought drinks one day, 2 days later I had a extra charge of 20 and when I called about it. The manager passed me off to a GM that never returned my call. No one took responsibility for ringing up charges. You're better off at another.
Drive through only spoke in Spanish which I have a hard time understanding and worker refused to get someone to speak English to allow me to place the order. Very rude about it as well. Ended up taking business to Whattaburger and placing a complaint with corporate. While I understand a lot of people down here do speak Spanish not everyone does so honestly you need someone that can speak both languages for orders.
Rude staff behind the counter and poor customer service.
TERRIBLE SERVICE BY LUIS (a man in his late 40s). I was going to order the Whopper Wednesday meal today 02/11/2026 at 5:55 pm. I told him I had the code number to get points. He said I couldn’t use them because it was either that or the meal. I told him that it wasn’t for a discount, that it was just to get points. He said that wasn’t gonna work. I told him that I’ve gotten all the points from the whopper Wednesday special. Luis told me that I didn’t have to be rude. I suppose explaining how the app works is rude. I told him that’s fine, let me just give you the number. He ignored me and said “With or without cheese?” Then I said, “Forget it, you’re gonna spit on it.” And I left. I’ve been calling their number so that hopefully one of Luis’ co-workers can teach him how the app works but no one answers and there’s not a lot of customers.
The manager always seems mad and has zero customer service skills. Every time I've been here, they have a terrible attitude like they're doing you a favor by even acknowledging your presence. This place is lacking leadership. The employees are just as bad, they constantly roll their eyes, don't greet you, and honestly look like they couldn't care less about doing their job. The service is slow. Expect to wait 20+ minutes for a simple order. If you want a smooth experience with friendly staff and fast service, look elsewhere.
Wow. Just wow. I waited in a drive thru lane for 40 minutes mind you there was only 3 cars. I waited at the window for another 15 minutes. Woman working had the audacity to tell me, can you pull forward the food will take another 10, I had to just tell them give me my money back. They blamed it on the stupid cook apparently is new. This burger king is dead to me I will never be back. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
I went to the Burger King on university and I waited 45 minutes just for a meal. got home meal was cold never ever come back again needs new management ..
Sat in drive-thru for over ten minutes. Asked if I could get a pop for my troubles. Told, that’s not how it works. I Said you don’t care about customers. He got very rude. Bad experience.
Really bad service here in drive thru , employees always seem annoyed and never wanna explain questions when it comes to what you’re ordering please educate them on customer service pls. Bad location
If you enjoy old frys and smelly food as well as taste. Then stop on by. The play ground for the kids was at 85 degrees and smells horrible. The duct work has mold and needs to be cleaned. Nothing tasted fresh. Needs new management that cares for the place. Restroom has water puddles of the toilet over flowing and smells.
If I could give a 0 I would. So I went to pick up 2 breakfast sandwiches for my elderly parents. There was a long line of cars at drive thru so I decided to go inside since there was 1 person in line. I get in and there is only one “gentleman” working the window and front and one lady preparing the food. Both the customer in front of me and myself stood there waiting for the man to acknowledge us to at least say that he would be with us in a while but nothing. Five minutes later he asks the young man in front of me what was he waiting on? The young man says his order so worker bags it and gives it to him. He walks away and still does not look at me or say anything to me. By then there was a young lady behind me. So I start tapping my card on the counter just hoping he would turn around and say that he would be with me in a moment all for simply to be acknowledged. So after a long while he comes to the front and says “how can I help you”. So I asked a little frustrated “would it have been quicker in the drive thru?” He looked upset and says “No you see that I am by myself and it is going to take a while before I get my order”. I told him that all I wanted was to be acknowledged just to know that I was there. He got upset and said that I did not have to be rude and that he can refuse service to me if he wants to. I told he did not refuse have to refuse service to me that I was leaving. The young lady behind me walked out too. The funny part of this story is I had to call my 91 year old daddy and tell him I could not get the sandwich he wanted😂. I ended up at WHATABURGER!!!!Yeah!!! and got them better breakfast.
To begin with, I would like to express that I have no objections to rules. I arrived here with my grandmother, who had her food order and also ordered items for my children, while I placed my own order. Upon our arrival at the drive-thru, it was clearly stated that burgers are available all day. However, at 9:30 AM, the attendant informed us that no burgers were available as they were cleaning the grill, and he appeared to be somewhat irritated. I thought to myself, we all have our off days. We accepted this situation. I proceeded to place my grandmother's order and then attempted to place my own. The attendant stated that only one order is permitted per vehicle. I informed him that I had never encountered such a policy and that there were two of us in the car, as I was ordering on behalf of her due to her age. At this juncture, I was becoming increasingly frustrated as he was not listening and was disregarding my comments. Consequently, I approached the front and inquired where it is stated that such a rule exists. If there is a posted rule, I would adhere to it. I have no issue with following a posted regulation. I would assume that Burger King would have such a rule displayed at the drive-thru to prevent multiple orders from being placed. However, I recall visiting last week with my family, where we had to split our orders, one paying with cash and the other with a card, which makes me question the validity of this policy. I have never felt so disrespected, annoyed, and misled at this establishment. I cannot recall the attendant's name, but he did not wear a name tag, so I will be sharing his photo since he is an employee there. I will not be returning, and I will inform my family and friends that this location is not worth the trouble. I would prefer to go to Jack in the Box next door or drive to a different location. Additionally, I will be sending the video to corporate, as they need to either retrain their staff or post rules for the drive-thru like other establishments do. Worst experience here. Smh
Horrible service. I placed on online order for a quick and easy pick up. I arrived about 7 minutes later assuming it may be ready. I get there and I wait another 30 minutes just for the staff to come out and say they dont have the ingredients for my order. I tell her that it doesnt take over 30 minutes to know that the ingredients weren't in stock. I ask for a refund. She tells me that she can't. I told her to get me whatever at this point. I feel bad cause I know its not the girls fault, but where is the big gun that runs the show here?
Very rude service through drive-thru, we indicated we had 3 orders to place and Billie the person taking orders proceeded to take first order and took second. Once we got to third order he said we were only allowed 2 orders per car. I told him okay u should have clarified that at the beginning . We asked to please add a combo to 1st order and he said no we can't. We continued to ask why we couldn't add to 1st order he ignored us and continue to say drive up to window. We got to window and asked why he had to be so rude, he ignored us and asked for payment. Once we paid he handed drinks to us and purposely didn't close lid correctly and it spilled all over the driver . He could have given us a drink holder but he was just rude from the start. If we could have left the drive thru we would have and not given BK our business. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
I ordered the brisket whopper burger only for it to be a sad sad burger!!! I was so excited but there was barely even any brisket and the burger just looked plain sad. 10$ for that meal because I got the Jr one. Then I ordered cookies only for them to be burnt. And my husband said the fries weren't salted.
Worse place to order especially during lunch! Took them 20 mins to give me my food and then the dude asks what did I order without giving me a receipt, hate this location.
Never again… went today for 4 bacon double cheeseburgers 1 8pc nuggets 1 large fries 1 value fries 1 value onion rings & a pie … got home and bit the burger no bacon .. had my man called .. and they called him a liar … went back to Burger King and No bacon … so I believe the manager had made them … so he remakes them .. and well my man didn’t check them before he got home again … spend 27$ .. came home with single double beacon cheeseburger.. should’ve just stay with my regular double cheeseburger.!! Bad customer service
I went at 10:15AM and asked if I could order lunch already. Because usually, they stop serving breakfast at 10:30AM. The manager/assistant manager was extremely rude after I politely asked her if she would serve lunch already. She rudely said no. Not even an,”Unfortunately, no, I’m sorry.” I asked her until what time she was gonna serve lunch. She replied 11AM. Extremely unprofessional of her. We were going to spend $20 there because of how hungry we were. Took my business elsewhere. Do NOT go if you see the older lady with colored hair and black button up. She’s nasty work.
