PapaJohn’s Pizza. My Family and I really like Papa John’s Pizza, they are the best Pizza in town no doubt about it. The pizza taste really so good with the ingredients. The wings are so delicious and pretty cook. Hey the only thing that I can said is: If you want a really good Pizza for a good price please go to Papa John’s Pizza is worth it 100% guaranteed.

The manager MIKE was extremely polite and he did a great job on my order. The pizzas and wings were cooked to perfection and I am satisfied with the stuff cheese crust per his suggestion and it's now my family's favorite.

We recently decided to try Papa John's and it's the best. We love it. Food is always hot and fresh. Delivery is good accurate around time given. I have no complaints my kids like to eat the cheese pizza and chicken poppers. I have tried the works pizza it was very good. Great job to all employees.

They are so good, I've been craving that taste since I had them. My kids equally enjoyed Papa John's as well. Can't wait to order from them again.

Good pizza and you can tell they take the corona virus seriously. They give you you pizza at the door and take you payment that way to so your not exposed to them and they were all protected and wearing masks. Pizza is great we love that they include the garlic sauce in each pizza box. Pizza is a little more expensive than others but worth it. Wish they had delivery for this location but worth the small drive for us.

I'm surprised they only have a 3.7. I tried this place three times with three different items and each time it was done right, on time, no issues and the items were as good as you can expect from a chain pizzeria. The employees seem a little gruff but they get the job done pretty well.

Friendly staff and I asked for a few extra sauces. All sauces were in the pizza box and the pizza was hot and fresh. Staff were polite and professional.

I don't know why people hate on Papa Johns so much. I think it's the best fast food pizza money can buy. Plus with the amazing promo codes that are out there, it's hard to not pass up the convenience of some hot pie being delivered to your doorstep. One of my personal favorites here is the Hawaiian BBQ Pizza. I get this pie EVERY TIME I order and I suggest you get it too! The wings are just decent and the chocolate chip pie is addicting! The service and speed of this location is pretty good too and the drivers are usually nice.

The food is awesome. I just wish it was like the good d days without all the extra charges.

I actually loved this experience today I haven't had Papa John's in so very long but today I was craving pizza and me and my kids got a couple boxes of pizza and we had such a a fun time and the atmosphere was amazing. I definitely think this location is doing something right even though the pizza was a little burnt which I like it to be a little less burnt but it was still amazing. My kids loved it and the pizza to them was just perfect. Definitely recommend this location to anyone wondering where to go for pizza.

Customer service was excellent! New Papa Bowl (Italian Meats Trio, to be precise) was much better than expected; would order again. Was not fond of the pepperoni-stuffed crust pepperoni pizza but that is a personal taste thing I think. Spicy Pepperoni Rolls were fantastic, according to the two of us that tried them (with the spicy sauce, of course). The only not-so-great thing was that it wasn't very hot and that was determined at the time of pick-up, not later. Overall it was a nice experience; much appreciated.

For the other crusts they will give you a garlic butter sauce. I always ask them to replace the seasoning packet with the garlic sauce. They don't charge you for it sauce on regular crust but when I asked for it once with the thin crust they tried to charge me for it. The last time about a month ago the guy that answered the phone said he couldn't replace the packets with the sauce, and when I tried to explain that they always replace it for me, he hung up the phone on me. I called the main office and reported it, and was told the area manager would get a hold of me, never heard back from anyone. I was very dissatisfied. Well I decided to give them another chance today, because the pizza is pretty darn good, and seems that the customer service has improved.

Lobby not open even after state restrictions ended. Wanted to do carryout. Had to call a number to order call a number to arrange carryout. Lots of steps to get a pizza.

Worst pizza ever...ordered their SHAQ special at 1201 east main street el cajon ca...07/04/2020...took it home...ate one slice...threw the rest out...pie was burned.

I've ordered pizza from this location several times always to be disappointed or got ill. The pizza is either late, cold, wrong order or made me and everyone who ate it ill. I would rather drive to santee than order from this location again.

I gave it two stars because at least the pizza was good. I ordered pizza from here on a Thursday evening about 6pm. I have to say that service wasn’t the best. It was bad enough to turn me off and never come back. I’ll get to it. I called, listened to the automated message that gave me the specials, then when the person answered my call he asked me if I could hold. I agreed to hold and thought I’d hold for just a minute or two, then he answers the phone and asks me if I could hold again. I guess maybe they were busy. I ended up waiting about 7 minutes before they finally took my order. By the time they took my order I was like 10 minutes away. Mind you, they said it would be 45 minutes for my order to be ready. I used to work at Dominos and it only took a few minutes to make the pizza and about 10 minutes to bake it. I guessed they were busy. So I get there, get off the car and go inside. They didn’t appear that busy and the phone wasn’t ringing off the hook. The manager that took my order over the phone told me there that it would be 15-25 minutes, a big change from 45 minutes. So I waited outside in my car for about 15 minutes before checking on my order. As I waited outside I noticed that they didn’t appear that busy. One driver that showed up smoked his vape pen in the car and then again right outside the door of the restaurant. The manager that took my order left the store to walk off somewhere. I guess it wasn’t so busy after all since he could just take a break and walk off in the plaza. It must have been so busy that they had to make me wait 7 minutes before they could take my order. After 15 minutes had passed I decided to walk inside and check the status of my order. Come to find out that my pizza had been sitting there under the warmer. It probably was sitting there for about 5 minutes for all I know. At least the pizza tasted fine. Still, since customer service was so bad, making me wait 7 minutes on hold before taking my order, telling me it’s going to be 45 minutes. Waiting another 15 when I come to find out it was probably ready in 10. I’m done. When you’d think that these guys would be busy and that’s why the wait times were so high to come and find out that they’re not that busy and there’s no reason for them to be quoting those wait times and lounging around when they should be looking like their busy working instead of smoking vape pipes. Yeah, since they don’t seem to care I guess I won’t seem to care about going there again either. My last time at this Papa Johns. I’d rather go to my local Dominos where there’s hardly any wait to take my order, and they always say that carryout will be ready in about 10 minutes. Dominos has fast good service and the pizza is just as good. Update August 2020: I think it's kinda stupid that they don't allow customers inside the store because of this whole COVID thing but that's just me. So now we have to wait as they run back and forth to the door.

I ordered a pizza from Papa Johns today. The delivery man was polite,presentable and on time with my order. I opened the bbq chicken and it was dry,with very little bbq sauce.It wasn’t as sticky as I would’ve liked it to be. The pizza was so soggy and falling apart I could barely get it in my mouth. It reminded me of the Dominos pizza years ago soggy and sagging when you try to lift it. Gross!! I’ve always liked Papa Johns Pizza, After today I would have to say I’m disappointed. Spent money on food that wasn’t edible. I guess I’m sticking to Pizza Hut. At least no saggy pizza and option of Cheese in the Crust.

When it arrived it was only a cheese pizza with a burnt crust NO pepperoni in sight . Food is usually good for this location but sadly due to papa johns not delivering their own pizza anymore we're out of range to any location. I liked this store but won't be able to order anymore from them since they changed their delivery range.

I had a simple order of a Canadian bacon and pineapple papadia and the jalapeno poppers with a side of blue cheese. My order only came out to $13 and I still tipped a decent $5 ahead of time. What they delivered was a philly papadia and poppers with ranch. Please take more pride in your work. You would expect the same courtesy as a paying customer to get the product you actually ordered. It is a treat these days to order out, so the last thing you want is to not even get what you ordered. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

17.88 for a large pizza with 2 toppings and cold within 6 minutes arriving after the notification and barely and spinach or tomatoes that I ordered. I tried placing delivery on the app and when i put my address it said delivery was available but then just switched to carryout. Also the customer service isnt there but what can you expect from a pizza hut in the ghetto. What a rip off and a nasty place...dominos is cheaper and their pizzas are hot.

I ordered online for pick up and customer service is non existent. I was not acknowledged at all when I came in. My order was half cold because only half the boxes were under the warmer while the other half were hanging out of the side. The guy who did get my order did not care that my food was left half unheated and went back to whatever he was doing without acknowledging I even had an issue. This will be the last time we will be ordering from this location.

I placed an online delivery that never came. So I went in for pick up instead and paid in store. I was still charged for the online order. When I called the store, I had asked for a manager. They told me the manager wasn't available and to wait and call later. I called later on explained the issue to the manager, who then rudely told me it was my fault and there was nothing he can do about it. They didn't even get my order correctly to begin with.

This location has always been off with their food & the way their employees treat & talk to paying customers. Pretty sad how adults can't even do their jobs right these days. Especially when their jobs aren't so difficult. smdh how pathetic...

Honestly, I’ve had frozen pizzas that taste way better than this and for a fraction of the cost. Really disappointed with the quality. What happened? Papa John’s used to have such good pizza! Wish I could give this pizza a zero star review!

After my bank account was charged for the two boxes of pizza. They provided me with two different numbers but they didn't assist me as well! I had to drive down to the location after I paid for delivery. Mike the manager said even if the confirmation went through on my order both him and his manager reviewed in person (while she was sitting in her office playing telephone sending him back and forth) doesn't mean it went to them, so since they didn't see it they canceled my order so I would get my money back in 48 hours rather than simply making my food. Why have your experience here with these new managers..? Go else where! 🤦‍♂️ Don't wait two hours for some pizza...
