First time here as I was just visiting in town. Food was fast to come out and staff was very friendly. I got a slider and tender combo both hot. Was kinda heavy on paprika but still oddly sweet. Not my favorite, but I think I'd like it a lot more if got a more mild flavor or even spicier depending on what seasonings they use. The chicken itself was very moist and well made. I'd definitely come by again if in the area.

The chicken was good, although thicker than I usually like. There were a lot of spice levels so easy to dial in to your taste. I liked the slider better than the plain strip. Staff was really nice (shoutout to Linda). Maybe not the best chicken in the bay, but would eat here again

Incredible food at many heat levels and wonderful customer service. Dave's sauce and pickles are god tier, and the amount of food you get for the price is really good. Overall, a must try restaurant with excellent service.

Relative to other Dave’s locations, this one is one of the better ones I’ve been to. Would come again with friends but fried chicken isn’t really my thing - thought they did well though. Sides are mediocre

Dave’s Hot Chicken always exceeds my expectations. Halal chicken, friendly and courteous staff, reasonable rewards system. I recommend them to all my staff, family, and friends.

This location is relatively new and sits in a larger shopping center, which makes it easy to get in and out. Plenty of seating inside and parking is open and free, which already puts it ahead of half the fast casual places around here. Food is solid and consistent. You know what you’re getting, and that’s a good thing. The chicken delivers every time. Huge underrated win: they have Coke Zero. Panda Express next door does not, and honestly there are days we come here purely because Coke Zero exists. No shame. The milkshakes are also a great treat, especially with the toppings. Definitely not an afterthought on the menu. One surprise standout beyond the chicken is the fried pickles. Really unique, really tasty, and not something you’d expect to be that good here, but they are. Overall, reliable food, easy logistics, and a few nice extras that keep us coming back. Solid spot in the plaza.

Chicken was moist and bun was soft. You get to choose your spice level and I chose mild. Tolerance for spice is pretty high so now I know I can go for medium or higher next time. Also tried their hot honey saucy bites. The honey didn’t make the chicken soggy - still crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Pet, probably their store manager, was amazing. Their store has excellent customer service. Will definitely go back to this location again!

Great food and great service, always satisfying. Of all the Dave's I've been to this one always nails my order right and is generous with the Dave's sauce.

If you order for pickup, make sure to check your order is complete before leaving. I made the mistake of not checking the bag until I got home. I realized that an item was missing and when I went back to tell them, they made me feel like I was trying to scam them out of a free meal. Eventually they did give me the missing item and the gentleman behind the counter apologized, but the woman who I talked to (looked like a manager) was very skeptical and accused me of lying about who I initially picked up my order from. Could’ve been completely avoidable if I would have checked my bag initially so I’ll admit that part is on me, regardless it didn’t feel great dealing with trying to correct a mistake that they made.

I ordered the not chicken loaded fries for pickup. First and last time patronizing. Walked in and no one acknowledged me although they both we looking at me. I stepped forward, and said I am here for a pickup. He snatched off the rack dropped it on the counter. Didn't hang it to me. With my pickup I requested napkin and utensils, neither of which were in the bag. So I ask for a fork, the lady said what do you want, I repeated myself a fork please. Then she pointed she pointed to the fork and asked do you want a fork? I responded, yes I would like a fork. So she grabbed the fork, and I preceded to ask for a napkin, and she responded we don't have napkins. I open up my container of not chicken loaded fries and there was no cheese sauce, there was no sauce whatsoever, one pickle, probably about four sprigs of cabbage, and a small layer of limp fries. were There was no mild sauce. No cheese sauce. That was absolutely nothing. I tried it, it was horribly nasty. I gave it to an unhoused person on my way home. It was a complete waste of time, taste buds, and money. I do not recommend at all.

This is my first time trying Dave’s. I signed up for an account to get a free regular sized drink, but was charged for it anyway. The honey packets and straws I requested were also missing. The mini bites I purchased were dry and lacked sauce. One of the tenders tasted of rancid frying oil and the other was extremely sweet like it was rolled in sugar and inedible. All for $30.

I visited this branch on 01/17/2026 at around 11:30 PM and ordered sliders and tenders. I politely asked for no wet rub on my order, which is something I have ordered the same way at other branches without any issue. The shift leader told me they could not do it, and his attitude was very rude. Instead of explaining politely, he spoke in a harsh manner, which made me uncomfortable. Because of the way he spoke to me, I felt pressured and ended up refusing my order. I understand that policies can differ, but there is no reason to be rude to a customer. I hope management can review this situation and provide additional customer service training so future customers are treated with respect. Thank you.
